Study on influence factors of Relational Learning and Relational Performance - Focusing on Export/Impart Enterprises - (기업의 관계학습 영향요인과 관계성과에 관한 연구 - 수출/내수기업의 성과비교를 중심으로 -)

  • The rapid changing technology and globalization allow consumers get information and new products or services faster, have more choices than before, which might be causing more competitive and more uncertain demand. The relationship quality between enterprises positively influence the relational performance. Through this research, enterprises should realize the importance of relationship learning to improve the competitive advantage. Also this research provide the strategic solutions to promote the relationship learning. this is considered to be able to present an improved directionality of the relationship between the buyer and the supplier. In addition, from the perspective of policy, this research provides implications for large enterprises and SMEs to promote their coexistence relation. The empirical model of this paper is established on basis of previous research. The empirical results show that: first, as the influence factors, relation solidarity level, environmental uncertainty, learning intension affect relationship learning, whilst special transaction assets influence information shared and relationship memory and have no effect on mutual understanding; second, relationship learning influence on relational performance and this influence relation becomes stronger if the relationship trust is higher.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the causal relationship between the brand, the brand equity and brand equity of a tourist destination. The effect of love mark on self identification is that the relationship between love mark performance and self-identification time is significant, and that of love mark is in the order of self identification. Trust mark of love mark has a significant relationship with self identification. The relationship between brand intimacy and brand quality and the relationship between trust and brand quality were significant in relation to the brand mark, but brand mark was not significant. In addition, in the relationship between brand value and love-mark, there is a significant relationship between performance and brand value, relationship between intimacy and brand value, and performance is not significant in brand value. There was a significant relationship between gender and behavioral intention. The relationship between gender identity and behavioral intention was positively related to brand equity.

동물병원이 시장지향성과 공급업체와의 관계지향성이 동물병원 성과에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 동물병원 산업에서 동물병원의 시장지향성 활동과 동물병원의 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동이 동물병원의 사업성과/재무적 및 비재무적에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 체계적으로 분석하고, 동물병원 경영자의 특성 (경영자의 근속연수)과 동물병원의 사업입지가 이들 영향관계에서 어떠한 조절역할을 하는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 동물병원의 시장지향성 활동은 동물병원의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두에 유의적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 동물병원의 시장지향성 활동은 동물병원 경영자의 근속연수에 따라 사업성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치나, 동물병원의 입지에 따른 동물병원의 시장지향성은 동물병원의 사업성과 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 동물병원의 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동은 동물병원의 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과에 대부분 정의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 동물병원 경영자의 근속연수에 따라 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동이 동물병원의 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구에서, 경영자가 4년 이상 장기간 근속한 경우 관계지향성 활동이 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 정의 방향으로 영향을 미치지 않았고 비재무적 성과에는 비교적 약하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 동물병원의 사업입지에 따라 관계지향성 활동이 동물병원의 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구결과에서, 비 수도권에서 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동이 재무적 및 비재무적 성과에 매우 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 수도권에서는 관계지형성활동이 재무적 및 비재무적 성과에 모두 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 요약하면, 동물병원의 시장지향성 활동과 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동이 동물병원의 재무적 및 비재무적 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 전반적인 연구에서, 시장지향성은 동물병원의 사업성과에 일관되게 영향을 미치지만, 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동은 경영자의 근속기간 및 사업입지에 따라 사업성과에 다른 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 동물병원 경영자의 근속연수나 사업입지에 따라 동물병원의 사업전략을 선택적으로 접목해야 함을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 따른 시사점, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의를 하였다.

The Effects of Family Relationships on Successful Aging according to the Attachment Style of the Elderly (자녀와의 애착유형에 따라 가족관계가 한국 노인의 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of relationships with family on successful aging according to the four attachment style to children. 509 elderly people over 60 years old having a spouse, non-cohabitated children were included. The main findings through this study are as follows; First, secure and preoccupied attachment style were statistically higher than dismissing and fearful attachment style in successful aging and relationship with spouse, children and grandchildren. Second, total paths of research model were different according to the attachment style of the elderly. Model fit of secure attachment style was not good and the effects of relationships with family on successful aging were not statistically significant. In case of preoccupied attachment style, the effect of relationship with spouse and grandchildren on successful aging were significant. Also the effect of relationship with spouse on relationship with children was significant and the effect of relationship with children on relationship with grandchildren was significant. Relationship with grandchildren mediates the effect of relationship with children on successful aging. In case of dismissing attachment style, the effect of relationship with spouse and grandchildren on successful aging were significant. Also the effect of relationship with children on relationship with grandchildren was significant. Relationship with grandchildren mediates the effect of relationship with children on successful aging. In case of fearful attachment style, the effect of relationship with spouse and grandchildren on successful aging were significant. Also the effect of relationship with spouse on relationship with children was significant and the effect of relationship with children on relationship with grandchildren was significant. Relationship with children mediates the effect of relationship with spouse on successful aging. This study explains the role of attachment styles as moderation variable of relationship with family on successful aging and also suggests the importance of marital and grandparents-grandchildren relationship as alternative supporter when the elderly has relational problems with adult children.

Effects of Interrelationship between Ownership Structure and Capital Structure on Corporate Diversification (소유구조와 자본구조의 상호관계가 기업다각화에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 234개 상장기업을 대상으로 기업의 소유구조와 자본구조의 상호관계가 기업다각화에 미치는 영향을 2단계 최소자승법(2SLS)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 우리나라 기업의 소유구조와 자본구조의 상호관계를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 1996년부터 1999년까지의 전기간 분석에서 우리나라 기업은 소유구조와 자본구조 정책을 서로 연계하여 결정하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 IMF 경제위기 전후기간으로 구분하여 상호영향관계를 분석한 결과에 의하면 IMF 이전기간에는 소유구조와 자본구조가 상호의존적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났지만, IMF 이후기간에는 소유구조와 자본구조의 상호영향관계를 발견할 수 없었다. 둘째, 내부자는 부채사용에 따른 재무위험의 부담을 줄이기 위해 레버리지 비율이 높으면 내부지분율을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내부지분율이 높으면 내부자는 자신이 부담해야 하는 재무위험을 줄이기 위해 레버리지 비율을 낮추는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 소유구조와 자본구조의 상호관계가 기업다각화에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에 의하면, 소유구조와 자본구조의 상호관계가 기업다각화 수준에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The first, this study analyzed empirically the effects of the ties(structural) and the trust(relational) between the clients(small and medium sized enterprises) and consultants on the consulting performance, the second, verified the moderating effects of the consultant's competence and the client's participation in the effect of the ties and the trust on the consulting performance. The result of empirical analysis was as follows. The ties and the competence based trust had a positive effects on the consulting performance. Meanwhile, the client's participation had no moderating effect, the consultant's competence moderated the effect of the ties and the trust on the consulting performance. From the above empirical analysis, we appreciated that the building of the strong ties and the trust between the client and consultant is very important to promote consulting performance with the enhancing the consultant's competence.

Mediating Effect of Interpersonal Competence on the Relation between Attachment with Parents and Psychological Well-Being of College Students (부모와의 애착이 대학생의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 대인관계유능성의 매개효과)

  • This study investigated the effect of parental attachment on interpersonal competence and psychological well-being of college students. 625 college students completed self-administered questionnaires. Reliability test, ANOVA, Duncan ex-post analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis on data were used. Study results showed that parental attachement and interpersonal competence had significant effects on college students' psychological well-being. Results also depicted gender differences in the relationship of study variables; students' interpersonal competence demonstrated partial mediation effect in the relation of attachment with the same-sex parent and psychological well-being, while complete mediation effect in that of attachment with the opposite-sex parent and psychological well-being, These findings suggest that gender-conscious university policies to promote interpersonal competence among students are greatly needed to ensure psychological well-being of the student population.

  • On entering new millenium, there has been an important switchover in the divergent View and its cases on commercial marketing. This study is to focus on the related influence factors of the optician's marketing. Aiming to improve the relationship of the manager and the manager and the clients, this study tried to find out the influences of the marketing. We defined quality of relation as three element, trust, satisfaction, absorption. We investigated how it influenced optician's characters, goods, service, price, physical convenience and communication to the quality of relation. Moreover, we investigated how it influenced optician characters like knowledge information, good impression, contact and relation marketing of dissatisfaction solution, also quality of relation could or not influence about repurchase intension and Big Mouth marketing. Optician's characters affect on affirmative effect to trust and absorption, but little affirmative effect to satisfaction. Since optician's characters are trust and absorption rather than satisfaction influence, they actively should improve customer-oriented variety of goods, service, physical convenience, communication. As price and communication structure of optician was formed so not modernized, we realized these have not influenced their trust, satisfaction, absorption to customer. Optician's characters influenced more affirmative effect to satisfaction than thrust and absorption. quality of relations mostly provided affirmative effect to the result of relation. The opticians should make efforts to influence on customer satisfied with goods and service, also to have trust and absorption for customer, should maintain good partnership with customer.

  • 현재 우리 나라 약업계에서는 의약분업, 일부 의약품의 슈퍼마켓에서의 판매 등의 급격한 환경변화로 약국경영형태의 혁신적인 변화가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 약업계에서는 급속히 발전되고 있으나 학문적으로는 연구된 적이 거의 없는 볼런터리 체인형태의 협업체 약국에 초점을 맞추어 가맹약국과 체인본부와의 거래관계의 질과 체인약국 시스템의 효율적인 운영 및 관리방안을 알아보았다. 본 논문에서는 연구목적들을 달성하기 위하여 특정 협업체 약국체인에 참여하고 있는 168개의 가맹약국을 대상으로 자료를 전국적으로 수집하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 연구가설을 검정한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 약국체인시스템에 투자한 가맹약국의 거래특유자산과 기업가정신은 관계규범에 유의한 영향을 주었으나, 환경의 불확실성은 정보교환, 결속력, 운영유연성 등의 관계규범에 유의적인 작용을 하지 못하였다. 둘째, 거래특유자산과 동기적 투자는 체인구성원들간의 상호의존성을 유의하게 높였으나, 대체안의 획득가능성과 관계규범은 상호의존성에 중요한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 마지막으로, 체인구성원간의 관계규범과 상호의존성이 관계의 질 즉 가맹약국들이 거래에서 느끼는 만족, 체인본부에 대한 신뢰, 약국체인에 지속적으로 참여하려는 몰입에 주는 영향을 분석하였다. 상호의존성은 관계규범과 신뢰에 영향을 주고, 관계규범은 만족을 통하여 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 그리고 신뢰는 몰입에 유의적인 영향을 주었다.

The Influence Emotional and Behavioral Problems of Middle School Students have on the School Refusal Tendency: Focusing on the Meditator Variables - Relationships with Parents, Peer Groups and Teachers (중학생의 정서·행동문제가 등교거부성에 미치는 영향 : 부모관계, 교우관계, 교사관계를 매개변인으로)

  • This study aims to understand the influences that emotional and behavioral problems, relationships with parents, peer groups and teachers have on school refusal tendency and their routes targeting for 546 students of the 1st and 2nd grades in the boys' and girls' middle schools in G city and to conduct a path analysis by using Pearson's product-moment correlation and LISREL program. The results are the followings: First, significant correlation is shown in the all relationships, excluding the external problems out of emotional and behavioral problems, social support factor out of teachers-related variables, negative support factor out of parents-related variables. Second, emotional and behavioral problems have highly direct influence on school refusal tendency and relationship with parents without any meditator effect and has indirect influence on relationships with peer groups and teachers without having statistically significant and direct influence. Also, relationship with peer groups has statistically significant and negative effect on school refusal tendency without having statistically significant and direct influence, teachers relationship has statistically significant and direct effect on school refusal tendency and relationship with parents has indirect influence on school refusal tendency through relationship with peer groups and teachers relationship without having statistically significant and direct effect.
