This study investigated & analyzed the scheme for Ship Management for the Activation of world-wide Oil business. Shipping safety & marine pollution accidents occurred a huge property loss not only a shipping companies but also a oil companies, and marine accident may affect to a shipping company to go out of existence. On that score, oil companies have executed the evaluation by periods on each shipping companies and ships, and SIRE is inter-sharing by internet homepage on OCIMF & CDI, and its most important data when oil cargo transport. Therefore this study is provided a practical method to PIC of tanker shipping business & Designated Person, and it will be a basic of Ship Management for the activation of the Oil business.

본 사례는 외환위기 및 대우 그룹 해체로 인해 존폐의 위기에 처했던 대우증권이 선도업체 위상을 탈환하기까지의 재건 과정에서 실행했던 마케팅 전략 및 영업활동을 분석하고 있다. 이를 통해 경영위기를 효과적으로 극복하고 새롭게 도약하기 위해 활용 가능한 마케팅 및 영업 전략의 일례를 소개하고자 한다. 끝으로 대우증권의 향후 마케팅 과제와 관련된 토의 주제가 제시된다. 국내 증권업계 선두주자였던 대우증권은 1999년 '대우 사태'로 인해 한때 업계 5위까지 추락하고 1조 2,000억원의 적자를 기록하였으며 신용등급은 투자부적격 단계인 CCC+까지 하락하는 등 위기를 맞이하게 되었다. 대우증권이 회생과 재도약을 위해 채택한 마케팅 전략은 '선택과 집중'이었다. 즉, 최대 수익원이자 경쟁력이 있는 사업 분야인 위탁매매(brokerage)에 역량을 우선 집중하여 안정적으로 수익 기반을 다진 뒤 이를 바탕으로 IB(Investment Bank)와 자산 관리(Wealth Management) 등 여타 분야에서의 역량도 점진적으로 강화하는 전략이다. 전략의 실행 방향은 높은 효율성 확보 및 자원의 확충을 통해 시장 지배력과 수익성을 창출하는 것이었다. 전략적 공감대, 오프라인 영업 강화, 현장 및 고객 중시를 위한 기업 자원의 확충 배치를 바탕으로 영업 프로세스, 영업 인프라, 영업 관리, 고객 서비스, 영업 문화의 혁신을 실행한 결과, 대우증권은 증권명가의 옛 명성과 위치를 성공적으로 탈환하게 되었다. 대우증권은 2004년 위탁매매 영업 부문에서 1위 위상을 되찾은 이래 전 사업 분야에서 성장을 지속하였다. 2006년 증권업종 시가총액 1위를 회복하는 등 각종 경영지표는 큰 폭으로 개선되었고, 신용등급은 AA-로 상향 조정되었다. 나아가 자본시장통합법 시대에 걸맞는 선도 글로벌 투자은행으로서 진화한다는 계획을 추진하고 있다.

In order to do empirical analysis, two step analyses are adopted. Firstly, this study examines the effects of the shipping company character and the shipping environment character on the usage of E-commerce in the shipping companies. Secondly, this study examines the effects of usage of E-commerce on the performance in shipping companies. In the empirical analysis, research hypotheses are being tested mainly by a structural equation model(SEM).

본고에서는 고속철도중 전기철도에 촛점을 맞춰 고속전철의 일반적 제어방식에 대해 논하고 또한 세계의 고속전철중 대표적 예인 프랑스의 TGV, 일본의 신간선, 서독의 ICE의 주회로에 대해 소개하기로 하고 특히 실제로 영업운행중인 TGV와 신간선의 가감속특성과 집전방식에 대하여 비교하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 명암도 변화 및 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘과 개선된 오류 역전파 알고리즘을 이용한 차량 번호판 인식 방법을 제안한다. 비영업용 차량 영상을 대상으로 차량 번호판 영역을 추출하기 위해 명암도 변화 특성을 이용하여 차량 번호판 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 차량 번호판 영역에 반복 이진화 방법을 적용하여 차량 번호판의 영역을 이진화하고, 이진화된 차량 번호판 영역에 대해서 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 코드를 추출한다. 추출된 개별 코드 인식은 일반화된 델타 학습 방법에 Delta-bar-Delta 알고리즘을 적용하여 학습률을 동적으로 조정하는 개선된 오류 역전파 알고리즘을 적용한다. 제안된 방법의 인식 성능을 평가하기 위하여 실제 비영업용 차량 번호판에 적용한 결과, 기존의 차량 번호판 인식 방법보다 효율적인 것을 확인하였다.

통신환경이 유선에서 무선으로 빠르게 변화되면서, 기업내의 그룹웨어도 무선환경을 지원하는 형태로 점차 변화되고 있다. 그룹웨어는 산재되어 있는 컴퓨터를 네트워킹 방식으로 편성하여, 시너지 효과를 극대화하자는 데서 출발한 것으로 업무의 질을 높일 수 있으며, 이러한 점을 이용하여 기업에서의 영업지원은 물론, 창고 및 재고 관리까지 그 사용의 폭이 넓어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 종류의 기업 가운데, 출판 기업을 대상으로 모바일 그룹웨어의 특징을 활용하여 보다 효율적으로 영업 지원을 수행할 수 있는 유무선 환경에서의 그룹웨어 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

This study was intended to research the displacement characteristics of dampers for Korea hish-speed rolling-stock for the purpose of developing the protective and maintenance technology of damper. For this, we measured the displacements of dampers in the actual running conditions of high speed railway vehicles. Displacement data were analyzed depending on the service sections, with which the valuable data necessary for maintenance in the future could be obtained.

The shipping industry is cyclically impacted by complex variables such as various economic indicators, social events, and supply and demand. The purpose of this study was to analyze the operating profit of 13 Korean liner companies over 30 years, including the financial crisis of the late 1990s, the global financial crisis of the late 2000s, and the COVID-19 global pandemic. This study was conducted to also identify factors that impacted the profit ratio of Korea's liner shipping companies according to economic conditions. It was divided into ocean-going and short-sea shipping, reflecting the characteristics of liner shipping companies, and was analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The time series data are based on the Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) and comprise seaborne trade volume, fleet evolution, and macroeconomic indicators. The outliers representing the economic downturn due to social events were separately analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the China Container Freight Index (CCFI) positively impacted ocean-going as well as short-sea liner shipping companies. However, the Korean container shipping volume only impacted ocean-going liners positively. Additionally, world and Korea's GDP, world seaborne trade volume, and fuel price are factored in the operating profit of short sea liner shipping. Also, the GDP growth rate of China, exchange rate, and interest rate did not significantly impact both groups. Notably, the operating profitability of Korea's liner shipping shows an exceptionally high rate during the recessions of 1998 and 2020. It is paradoxical, and not correlated with the classical economic indicators. Unlike other studies, this paper focused on the operating profit before financial expenses, considering the complexity as well as difficulty in forecasting the shipping cycle, and rendered conclusions using relatively long-term empirical analysis, including three economic shocks.

본 논문에서는 RGB 컬러 정보와 퍼지 이진화를 이용하여 차량 번호판의 개별 코드를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다 제안된 방법은 비영업용 차량 영상에서 차량 번호판 영역을 추출하기 위해 녹색의 분포가 밀집되어 있는 영역을 번호판의 후보 영역으로 설정하고 번호판의 후보 영역에서 흰색의 밀집도가 높은 부분을 번호판의 영역으로 추출한다. 개별 코드 추출은 추출된 번호판 영역에서 3×3 소벨 마스크를 이용하여 잡음을 제거하고 퍼지 이진화 방법을 적용하여 번호판의 영역을 이진화 한다. 이진화된 번호판 영역을 윤곽선 따라가기 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 코드를 추출한다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 실제 비영업용 차량 번호판에 적용한 결과, 기존의 방법보다 번호판 영역에서 개별 코드의 추출률이 개선된 것을 확인하였다.
