This study analyzed the services of libraries for babies and toddlers and the possibilities of service expansion through Bookstart program as a cooperative system for libraries. This study shows how users change their way of using libraries and their perceptions of the services of libraries for toddlers by implementing the questionnaire method and the analysis of library statistics. Results show that most of library users (98.8%) expressed the need for Bookstart program. Respondes also said that libraries, rather than other institutions, should be the place where the program is to be implemented. By analyzing the perceptions of library users, we also find that they think that the age of the first use of a library is more appropriate for toddlers than kindergarten-ages. We also found that library users who participated in a Bookstart program had a positive change in the way they used libraries. After participating in Bookstart programs, many changes occurred with respect to the perception of babies, reading habits of parents, and users' perception of libraries. After introducing Bookstart program, one city library's membership enrollment rates of babies and toddlers increased from 7.1% to 26.2%. But the rate for another city that did not participate in the program was shown at 4.3%. This study suggests that the introduction of Bookstart program would bring changes and expansions to the functions of libraries and the sometimes inflexible attitudes of library users. The study examined Bookstart program as a cooperative system for libraries by changing the perception of library users and activating the services of libraries for babies and toddlers.

기존의 DP 알고리즘을 이용하여 화자를 인식할 경우 시스템에 등록되어 있는 화자의 수가 증가할수록 처리해야할 데이터의 양이 많아진다. 그러므로 인식률이 저하되고 처리시간이 증가한다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 화자가 발성한 음성신호에서 안정구간내의 일정 파형을 삭제한 후 전이구간을 위주로 DP 알고리즘을 적용하여 화자를 인식한다. 제안한 방법으로 시험한 결과 시스템의 전체 인식률은 기존의 DP 알고리즘을 이용한 결과에 비해 1%의 향상을 보였고 처리시간은 21.6% 감소함을 볼 수 있다.

외국문명의 영향으로 많은 외래어가 한국어 문서 내에서 사용되고 있으며, 이러한 단어는 주로 전문용어, 고유명사, 신조어 등으로 사전에 등록되지 않는 것이 많다. 본 논문에서는 이중언어 코퍼스로부터 자동으로 외래어 사전을 추출해 내는 확률적 정렬 방법과 실험결과를 소개한다. 확률적 정렬 방법은 통계적 음차 표기 모델에서 사용된 방법을 변형하여 적용한 것이며, 문서단위로 정렬된 두 종류의 영-한 이중언어 코퍼스에 대해 실험하여 재현률과 정확률을 측정하였다 성능은 전처리단계인 한국어 미등록어 추정에 영향을 많이 받았는데, 미등록어 추정을 대략하였을 경우, 재현률은 평균 58%였고, 정확률은 평균74%이었으며, 수동으로 미등록어 명사를 분리했을 경우, 재현률 평균86%, 정확률 평균91%로 외래어와 대응되는 원어를 추출해 냈다.

The speaker recognition method using DTW algorithm has the problem that is reducing the performance of the speaker recognition system as the time variation. So there are many proposed algorithms to solve these problems. This paper proposes the new method If make the reference pattern that is acceptable to intra-speaker variation by reference pattern normalization. And to avoid reducing performance of speaker recognition system, we use the modified reference pattern to recognize the system user. The used methods in this paper are VQ and DTW. As the result of simulation we can obtain the $97.5\%$ of recognition accuracy rate.

휴대 단말기의 높은 보급률 및 무선 인터넷 망의 발달로 인해 휴대 단말기를 이용한 서비스가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 같은 서비스는 서비스를 받는 사용자의 인증을 필요로 한다. 다양한 서비스의 가입에 따른 사용자의 인증은 가입사가 인증하는 방안을 제시하고 있지만 접속하는 휴대 단말기를 사용하는 사용자에 대한 인증은 제공하지 않는다. 이로 인해 휴대 단말기의 도난이나 제삼자의 활용으로 휴대 단말기의 실질적 소유자가 피해를 입을 수 있다. 이에 휴대 단말기의 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 휴대 단말기의 사용자 인증은 휴대 단말기를 소지하고 있는 사용자, 또는 휴대 단말기를 활용하는 사용자가 실제 당사자인지를 확인하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 휴대 단말기의 서비스 제공업자(이동 통신회사)에 사용자의 패스워드를 등록하고 이를 활용하여 사용자 인증을 제공하는 방식에 대한 연구를 진행하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the rate of intention and registration of organ donation and to find their associated factors among some medical and nursing students. The study subjects were 629 students who majored in the medicine and nursing in medical school. The data were collected from self-administerd questionnaire composed of intention and registration of organ donation and scales of knowledge and attitude toward organ donation. As a result, the rates of intention and registration of organ donation were 72.1% and 12.5%, respectively. The associated factors with the intention of organ donation were sex, judging the brain death as a death, attitude for organ donation. The associated factors with the registration of organ donation were major, knowledge scores and attitude scores of organ donation.

휴대전화에서 전달되는 음성데이터들이 전달되는 과정에서 잡음 등의 외부 요인으로 인하여 데이터에 손실이 생기는 문제가 발생한다. 이렇게 전달된 음성데이터가 음성 인식기를 통과하면 바로 음성 인식기를 통과했을 때 보다 인식률이 낮아진다. 본 연구에서는 음성인식 알고리즘을 이용하여 홈 네트워크를 제어하는데 있어서 음성 인식율을 향상시키기 위해서 반복적으로 음성 데이터를 입력받아. 이를 유사율 알고리즘을 적용시켜 추출 된 여러 개의 데이터(text)를 이미 구축된 홈 네트워크 용어 관련 사전에 등록된 단어와의 유사성을 검토하여 추출된 결과로 홈 네트워크를 제어하는 방안을 제안한다. 이 결과, 기존의 방법에 비해서 10% 정도의 인식률의 향상을 확인할 수 있었다.

The multilayer perceptron (MLP) has several advantages against other pattern recognition methods, and is expected to be used as the learning and recognizing speakers of speaker verification system. But because of the low learning speed of the error backpropagation (EBP) algorithm that is used for the MLP learning, the MLP learning requires considerable time. Because the speaker verification system must provide verification services just after a speaker's enrollment, it is required to solve the problem. So, this paper tries to make short of time required to enroll speakers with the MLP based speaker verification system, using the method of improving the EBP learning speed and the method of reducing background speakers which adopts the cohort speakers method from the existing speaker verification.

This paper described a security system using text-independent speaker recognition algorithm. Security system is based on PIC16F84 and sound card. Speaker recognition algorithm applied a k-means based model and weighted cepstrum for speech features. As the experimental results, recognition rate of the training data is 100%, non-training data is 99%. Also false rejection rate is 1%, false acceptance rate is 0% and verification mean error rate is 0.5% for registered 5 persons.

네트워크상에서 전달되는 음성데이터는 전달되는 과정에서 잡음 등의 외부 요인으로 인하여 데이터에 손실이 생기는 문제가 발생한다. 이렇게 전달된 음성데이터가 음성 인식기를 통과하면 바로 음성 인식기를 통과했을 때 보다 인식률이 낮아진다. 본 연구에서는 홈 네트워크를 제어하는데 있어서 음성 인식률을 향상시키기 위해서 음성 데이터를 입력받아, 이를 음소단위 기반의 유사율 알고리즘을 적용시켜 이미 구축된 홈 네트워크 용어 관련 사전에 등록된 단어와의 유사성을 검토하여 추출된 결과로 홈 네트워크를 제어하는 방안을 제안한다. 음소단위 기반의 유사율 알고리즘과 다중발화를 이용했을 때 Threshold 값이 85% 일 경우 사전에 구축된 단어와 매칭된 인식률은 100%였으며, 사전에 없는 단어의 오인식률은 2%로 감소되었다.
