퍼지 클러스터링을 이용한 강화학습의 함수근사 (Function Approximation for Reinforcement Learning using Fuzzy Clustering)

  • 강화학습을 적용하기에 적합한 많은 실세계의 제어 문제들은 연속적인 상태 또는 행동(continuous states or actions)을 갖는다. 연속 값을 갖는 문제인 경우, 상태공간의 크기가 거대해져서 모든 상태-행동 쌍을 학습하는데 메모리와 시간상의 문제가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 학습된 유사한 상태로부터 새로운 상태에 대한 추측을 하는 함수 근사 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 1-step Q-learning의 함수 근사를 위하여 퍼지 클러스터링을 기초로 한 Fuzzy Q-Map을 제안한다. Fuzzy Q-Map은 데이터에 대한 각 클러스터의 소속도(membership degree)를 이용하여 유사한 상태들을 군집하고 행동을 선택하고 Q값을 참조했다. 또한 승자(winner)가 되는 퍼지 클러스터의 중심과 Q값은 소속도와 TD(Temporal Difference) 에러를 이용하여 갱신하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 마운틴 카 문제에 적용한 결과, 빠른 수렴 결과를 보였다.

녹음된 엄마목소리 들려주기가 극소저체중출생아의 생리적 반응, 수면행동상태 및 체중에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Hearing Recorded Mother's Voice on Physiological Reactions and Behavioral State of Sleep, Weight of Very Low Birth Weight Infants)

  • 목적 본 연구는 신생아중환자실에 입원해 있는 극소저체중출생아를 대상으로 녹음된 엄마목소리 들려주기 중재의 효과를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 부산시내에 소재하는 D대학교의료원의 신생아중환자실에 입원한 대상자를 임의표출하여 비동등성 대조군 전후설계로 총 22명의 영아중 실험군 11명, 대조군 11명을 대상으로 하여 본 연구를 실시하였다. 결과 녹음된 엄마 목소리 들려주기를 제공받은 극소저체중출생아의 생리적 반응인 심박동수, 호흡수와 산소포화도에서 실험군과 대조군 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 수면행동상태는 실험군이 대조군보다 안정된 상태를 보였다. 또한 일일체중증가의 변화량이 실험군에서 더 높은 경향을 보였다. 하지만 두 군 간에 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 극소저체중출생아 자기 엄마의 녹음된 엄마목소리 들려주기는 극소저체중출생아의 초기 양육환경 조성에 매우 긍정적인 프로그램임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 입원기간 동안 영아와 부모 사이의 상호작용 증진의 기회를 제공하여 극소저체중출생아 돌봄에 엄마의 적극적인 참여를 유도할 수 있다는 점에서 아동간호 실무 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

약물에 노출되지 않은 공황장애 환자들에서 인지행동치료 후 뇌혈류 변화에 대한 예비연구 (Preliminary Study for Changes in Brain Perfusion in the Drug-Naive Patients with Panic Disorder with SPECT Following Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy)

  • Objective : Although cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) is effective in patients with panic disorder, its the-rapeutic mechanism of action in the brain remains unclear. This study was performed to investigate regional blood flow changes associated with successful completion of CBT in drug-naive patients with panic disorder. Method : The regional blood flow in 4 patients with panic disorder was compared to that in 11 healthy controls before and after a 12-week group CBT using $^{99m}Tc$-ECD SPECT imaging. Psychopathology was assessed using Panic Disorder Severity Scale. Data were analyzed using software for statistical parametric mapping (SPM2). Results : Before CBT, significantly decreased blood flow was found in the parietal and occipital area in panic patients than normal volunteers. In all the patients who showed remission after CBT, increased blood flow was detected in the right cingulate gyrus, left lingual gyrus, and left superior parietal lobule, whereas decreased blood flow was seen in the left inferior temporal gyrus. Conclusion : These results suggested that CBT is effective for panic disorder and change the activity of cingulate gyrus and left temporal gyrus, a part of the brain areas associated with fear in panic disorder.

  • 강화학습의 대표적인 알고리즘인 Q-Learning은 상태공간의 모든 상태-행동 쌍(state-action pairs)의 평가값이 수렴할 때까지 반복해서 경험하여 최적의 전략(policy)을 얻는다. 상태공간을 구성하는 요소(feature)들이 많거나 요소의 데이타 형태가 연속형(continuous)인 경우, 상태공간은 지수적으로 증가하게 되어, 모든 상태들을 반복해서 경험해야 하고 모든 상태-행동 쌍의 Q값을 저장하는 것은 시간과 메모리에 있어서 어려운 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인으로 학습을 진행하면서 비슷한 상황의 상태들을 클러스터링(clustering)하고 새로운 경험에 적응해서 클러스터(cluster)의 수정(update)을 반복하여, 분류된 최적의 전략(policy)을 얻는 새로운 함수근사(function approximation)방법인 Q-Map을 소개한다. 클러스터링으로 인해 정교한 제어가 필요한 상태(state)는 규칙(rule)으로 추출하여 보완하였다. 미로환경과 마운틴 카 문제를 제안한 Q-Map으로 실험한 결과 분류된 지식을 얻을 수 있었으며 가시화된(explicit) 지식의 형태인 규칙(rule)으로도 쉽게 변환할 수 있었다.

영아 어머니의 양육행동지원을 위한 맞춤형 예방 중재 프로그램 개발 및 효과: 저소득층을 중심으로 (The Effects of a Preventive Tailored Early Intervention Program for the Quality of Parenting of Low Income Families)

  • The purposes of this study were to a develop a preventive tailored early intervention program and to investigate the effects of the program on the quality of parenting for low income families. The subjects were eighty five infants, aged 13 to 32 months, and their mothers. Of the 85 mother-infant dyads, 42 dyads were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 43 dyads to the control group. To prevent the risks of the adverse development of infants from low income families a tailored intervention program was created based upon the transactional model. This emphasized the quality of the home environment and of the daily mother-infant interaction. The risk factors were assessed and progress monitoring was undertaken for the preventive tailored intervention treatment. In order to assess the effects of the program, HOME, the NCAST Teaching Scale and the Parenting Stress Index/Short From were used. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, ANCOVA, and the McNemar test. The experimental group showed a significant increase in performance and higher scores than the control group on the scores from HOME, and the NCAST Teaching Scale and significant decrease and lower scores in the Parenting Stress Index(SF).

걸음마기 영아 어머니의 양육수행 성공여부에 따른 양육행동 귀인과 부모역할 자기인식의 관계 (The Relationship between Parental Attribution and Self-Perception in Parenting Roles to Parenting Success or Failure Situations among Mothers of Toddlers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between parental attribution and self-perception in parenting roles according to parenting success or failure situations. A total of 138 mothers who have toddlers in Seoul and other big cities in Korea completed questionnaires, and data were analyzed by paired t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Fisher's Z score, and multi-regression. The results are as follows: First, mothers in parenting success situations showed higher parental attribution than mothers in parenting failure situations. Second, correlations between parental attribution and self-perception in parenting roles turned out to be significantly different between parenting success situations and failure situations. Third, both internal attribution such as ability and effort, and external attribution such as child behavior and task difficulty, significantly predicted self-perception in parenting roles including equilibrium feeling, competence, satisfaction and parenting investment, especially in parenting failure situations. The implications of the difference in parental attribution between parenting success and failure situations have been discussed.

걸음마기 아동의 순종행동에 관련된 변인들 : 아동의 성, 연령, 기질, 어머니의 양육태도 및 요구내용을 중심으로 (Variables related to Toddler's Compliance : Child's Gender, Age, Temperament, Mother's Parenting and the Content of Demands)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine determine the relations relationship between the child's characteristics (i.e. temperament) and maternal behaviors (parenting and the content of demands) and the child's compliance. Data were gathered from 153 mothers of toddlers in Seoul, via questionnaires. The major principal results of this study were as follows: Neither gender nor age differences was found were observed in toddlers' compliance. Correlation analyses revealed significant relations relationships between both a child's emotionality and the mother's parenting, and a child's compliance. That is, in cases in which the child's emotional reactivity and the mother's authoritarian parenting were high, the child evidenced lower compliance, the child showed whereas the higher the mother's authoritative parenting were was, the higher compliance the child showed displayed. The hierarchical regressions analysis indicated that maternal demands on 'caring' was constituted the most significant variable to predict for the prediction of toddlers' compliance, and child activity level and maternal authoritative parenting behavior were also significant variables.

햇빛차단 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Sun Protection Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the factors of Knowledge and attitudes related to sun safety and to determine the factors affecting sun protection behavior. The subjects were 167 adults in their twenties living in Busan. The results were as follows. 1. Four factors of knowledge about sun safety were identified: ultraviolet ray risk, sunscreen, sun protective clothing, and nil protective color. 2. Four factors of attitudes toward sun exposure were identified: attractiveness, emotion, conformity, and health concern. 3. Four factors of sun protection behavior were identified: sunscreen/parasol, shade, hat/sunglasses, and sun protective clothing. 4. Compared to women, men were relatively more risk to skin damage due to less proportion that used sunscreen and a parasol. 5. Factors of sun protective behavior, such as sunscreen/parasol, shade, hat/sunglasses, and sun protective clothing, were associated with the Knowledge related to ultraviolet ray risk. 6. Wearing a hat and sunglasses was predicted by the attractiveness, which defined as positive attitudes toward tanned appearance. 7. Shade use was affected by the perception of sun exposure as happiness and relaxing. 8. Health concern was the strongest predictor of sunscreen/parasol use.

사회상황이야기와 동작활동을 결합한 사회기술훈련이 ADHD 아동에게 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Social Skills Training Combined with Social Stories and Movement Activities on Children with ADHD)

  • This study examined the effects of social skills training combined with social stories and movement activities designed to change the social behaviors of children with ADHD. Six first-grade children with ADHD participated in the training program, which was composed of 15 sessions over 2 months. Our results indicated that:(1) Children's problematic behaviors were reduced after the training. Anxiety was reduced by a statistically significant level. Depression, delinquency, and hyperactivity were also reduced, but these did not reach a statistically significant level. (2) Children's social skills were improved after the training. Self-assertion and self-control were increased by a statistically significant level. Cooperation was also improved, but it did not reach a statistically significant level. (3) Children's social behaviors became more prosocial after participation in the training program. Children were also found to be able to express positive feeling more often, recognize social rules, and explain their ideas regarding friendship.

영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육지식, 양육스트레스, 양육행동간의 종단적 관계 (The Longitudinal Relationship between Parenting Knowledge, Parenting Stress, and Parenting Behavior of Mothers with Infants)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationship between parenting knowledge, parenting stress, and parenting behavior of mothers with infants and to confirm the longitudinal mediating effect of parenting stress in the relationship between parenting knowledge and parenting behavior. Methods: This study used data collected through the Panel Study on Korean Children from 2008 to 2010 and the participants were 1,444 mothers with infants. The data were analyzed through technical statistics, correlations and multivariate potential growth models using SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 26.0. Results: Parenting knowledge and parenting stress of mothers gradually increased, and positive parenting behavior gradually decreased. Having a lot of parenting knowledge reduced mother's parenting stress. Mother's parenting stress reduced positive parenting behavior, and as parenting stress increased, positive parenting behavior decreased significantly. However, the relationship between parenting knowledge and parenting behavior was not significant. In addition, the mediating effect of parenting stress was confirmed in the relationship between parenting knowledge and parenting behavior of mothers. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study suggest the need to reduce parenting stress and promote positive parenting behavior along with the systematization of parent education programs in order for mothers with infants to acquire parenting knowledge.
