In South Korea, there are a large number of tunnels because of the mountainous terrain, and to overcome this characteristics, lengths of tunnels are more longer than existing tunnels. The need to improvement current tunnel management contents is giving rise for accidents in tunnel section is continuously increased although lots of efforts to reduce the accidents. Conventionally, disaster prevention have been focused on the Tunnel Management Systems, tunnel operators generally tend to depend on CCTV images for most contents of detailed traffic flow managing. In this paper, investigation about current Tunnel Management Systems contents using IPA survey was conducted, and Priority Improvement Contents(Accident Situation Management Support, 2nd Accident Management Support, Traffic Flow Monitoring), which importance are high, but satisfaction are low, are deducted. Also, CCTV images, lack intuitive understanding, are judged as a main cause of low satisfaction of those contents. To overcome those limitations of the existing Tunnel Management Systems, this study sought to develop a technology for the synthesis of road images to derive traffic information from synthesis images, and the contents improvement stragegy is established. Tunnel operators-oriented satisfaction survey on new contents was carried out, and scored 4.2 on a 5-point scale. This has confirmed that the availability of new contents and at this stage, with pushing ahead of long-tunnels and undersea tunnels construction, politic applications are expected.

This paper focuses on the systematic conceptualization of the 'contents' through the differentiation between the meanings of the work of art and the contents. The 'contents' are referred to as various media products, but they are all the audience-oriented work of art. From the beginning of its birth the film medium turned out to be a kind of contents, which is involved in the specific role of audience. It also implies that the film medium could not exist without the interaction of the media text and audience. In order to understand this context, this paper analyzes the film of Alfred Hitchcock.

There have been more demands for the culture and leisure activity services in the industry friendly to older adults. Of these culture and leisure activities, the activity of their watching TV programs and online media content has been on the increase. High-resolution display devices have become popular and are cheaper than before, and hardware for realizing multi-dimensional images can be easily configured. However, it is not easy to view high-resolution multi-dimensional images that reflect the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly. It is expected that the results of this study contributes to developing a variety of content for older adults' culture and leisure activities with the use of reality image technology and promoting the industry friendly to older adults by developing.

The development of Internet technology has brought the era of one-man media. An individual produces content on user own and uploads it to related online services, and many users watch the content of online services using devices that allow them to use the Internet. Currently, most users find and watch content they want through search functions provided by existing online services. These features are provided based on information entered by the user who uploaded the content. In an environment where content needs to be retrieved based on these limited word data, user unwanted information is presented to users in the search results. To solve this problem, in this paper, the system actively analyzes the video in the online service, and presents a way to extract and reflect the characteristics held by the video. The research was conducted to extract morphemes based on the story content based on the voice data of a video and analyze them with big data technology.

In the era of Web 2.0, the digital contents are becoming major cultural subjects and the scope and added value of digital content technology industry keep increasing. In order to prevent thoughtless expansion of consumption oriented contents to the multimedia motion picture generation and promote the contents industry in educational, industrial or cultural aspect, educational contents should be specialized as strategic products with increased educational and entertaining meaning. As a result, this study analyzed characteristics of users regarding how educational game contents are distributed to consumers by both male and female group. Then, it extracted development factors for expansion of educational games and presented direction to educational game contents development by using educational games according to changes in users in order to secure mobile flat form contents for effective learning.

The aim of the present study was to evaluate a relative emission of image plate (IP) in computed radiography (CR) system by using relative sensitivity in film/screen methods. The characteristic curve was obtained by using the uniform aluminum 11-step wedge penetrometer. X-ray exposure factors on radiographic digital image were 50 kVp, 10 mAs. We adjusted zero of all parameter of algorithms (MUSICA) so proximate to raw data and applied to 200 of exposure class. Modeling on relative emission of IP are used IP without fading time and IP after 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours in the respective storage after X-ray exposure. The results of this study showed that the sensitivity point density at the measuring of relative sensitivity in CR was suited pixel values of the 2000 easy to relatively measure the characteristic curve and when relative sensitivity is decreased, the amount of light emitted from the image signal for generating was also decreased. In conclusion, the proposed method of measurement of relative sensitivity can be utilized to evaluate the quantity of relative emission of IP in CR system.

Automatic smoke detection systems using a surveillance camera requires a reliable smoke detection method. When an image sequence is captured from smoke spreading over in the air, not only has each smoke image frame a special texture, called static texture, but the difference between two smoke image frames also has a peculiar texture, called dynamic texture. Even though an object has a static texture similar to that of the smoke, its dynamic texture cannot be similar to that of the smoke if its movement differs from the diffraction action of the smoke. This paper presents a reliable smoke detection method using these two textures. The proposed method first detects change regions using accumulated frame difference, and then picks out smoke regions using Haralick features extracted from two textures.

This study looks into the differences between the two different genres of dramatic renditions on film- television dramas and movies, by studying the respective characteristics of screenplays for television and movies, and comparing the disparity in status between the powerful television drama writer and the powerless movie screenwriters as well as actual power structures within the Korean media industry. It explores the intensifying problems of high cost drama productions and poor treatment of screenwriters, as well as established practices in the movie and television industries so as to analyze problems comprehensively and seek balanced growth within these industries. The Hollywood screenwriting system is taken as a point of comparison in seeking solutions and exploring the direction that Korean film and television industries should take in the future.

The sign recognition and translation offer information and support decision making for foreigners or city tourist. Collecting sign images and building words in signs are essential to train machine recognizers and to evaluate systems. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of sign images. The collected sign images are about 1000 captured from difference conditions and locations. We also build a dictionary of words in 100,000 sign names.

최근 월트 디즈니의 애니메이션 '겨울왕국 (Frozen, 2013)'은 주제곡 'Let it go'와 함께 전 세계적 열풍을 일으켰다. 뮤지컬 애니메이션 장르로 제작된 '겨울왕국'의 특성을 고찰하기 위해 '겨울왕국'을 소재로 제작된 뮤지컬, 무비컬, 뮤지컬 애니메이션을 사례로 하여 사례비교 분석코자 한다. 이를 통해 뮤지컬 애니메이션의 영상매체적 기능과 영상미학적 특성을 살펴볼 수 있는 연구라 사료된다.
