일본(日本)의 영부독소암(永富獨嘯庵)에 관한 소고(小考) -관여일본적영부독소암소고(關與日本的永富獨嘯庵小考)

  • 現代醫學使用吐法的目的十分明確, 其適用範圍也十分有限--儘快排出因種種原因進入胃中的毒物, 以免繼續被人體吸收而加重中毒症狀. 古代醫家用吐法的目的也是"排毒", 但其適用範圍卻較現代醫學寬泛得多. 這是因爲在他們眼中, 大部分疾病都是由産生於體內的或來自於外部的"邪氣"所引起, 要將這些"邪氣"驅出體外就需有某種通道, 而可以選擇的通道無非就是汗, 吐, 下(包括大小便兩途), 以及刺絡放血. 致于說面對一個具體患者時, 具體應該選擇哪條通道, 這也很簡單:原則是"就近". 即病邪在肌膚及其間隙(腠理)可用汗法; 深入內部而偏上(胸膈)宜吐, 在胃腸及周邊臟器當下; 在血脈中則刺絡. 總之, 吐法在中國傳統醫學中雖躋身"攻邪三法", 卻不過是盛名之下, 其實難副. 就攻邪而論, 古今醫書中連篇累牘所談的實際上大多是汗, 下兩法的使用. 但應該說這不僅沒有什麽不對, 而且最終形成吐法使用極爲有限之格局, 恰恰是"實證"的必然結果. 然而在與中國傳統醫學同源異流的日本漢方醫學中, 在張子和學術思想的直接與間接影響下, 于江戶時代卻出現了一些醫家致力於吐法研究與追求的現象. 通過上面的介紹不難看出, 無論是根據以實證爲特徵的現代醫學, 還是中國傳統醫學的實證結果, 吐法的實用價值與適用範圍原本就應該是十分有限的. 那麽, 在以注重"親試實驗"而自詡的日本古方派醫家中, 何以會出現以永富獨嘯庵及其 "吐方考"爲代表的, 一些特別關注吐法的醫家與專著? 這就是此节欲從文化史角度予以介紹與討論的話題.

  • Jacqueline Kennedy was one of first lady in America and made influence on the fashion of the woman at that time. She made the first American fashion style. Jacqueline became a prominent model and style-setter in fashion world. She created peculiar fashion style which is called 'Jacky style' and her fashion power of influence appears in the present time. At that time, Haute Couture of France had led the world fashion, however since Jacqueline style came into fashion, American beauty and elegance was introduced to other countries. This study reviews the representative fashion item of Jacqueline Kennedy who was one of the fashion leader in the world. The result to appear in her style is follows. First, Jacqueline could express the young fashion that young people wanted a progressive and new thing because she was much younger than their predecessors. Second, she made her image bright and young, so she became a representative person who expressed 'changing America women'. She created a new appearance which is very simple in design, practical in function and elegant and it is turned into the typical style of American high fashion. Finally, through Jacqueline's fashion, not only she made the image of America upper classes that is very elegant and grace without dependence on the fashion of France, but also she is leading one of parts at a fashion style the present time. Since then, the fashion of America could become the center of a world fashion by Jacqueline. Important thing is that she wore suitable cloths as a first lady who was a outstanding fashion leader.

  • An area light source in the three dimensional space shines past a scene polygon, to generate two types of shadow volumes for each scene polygon, i.e., one with partial occlusion and the other with the complete occlusion. These are called, penumbra and umbra, respectively. In this paper, consider the problem for computing the umbra of a convex polygon from convex quadric light sources such as circles, ellipses, spheres, ellipsoids and cylinders. First, we give characteristics of the boundary surfaces of the umbra and then propose an algorithm for generating the umbra using them.

  • 1869년 미국의 Hyatt 형제는 상아 당구공의 대체 재료로서 셀룰로이드(질산섬유계 플라스틱)를 발명하고, 1872년에는 이 재료들을 성형하기 위해 세계 최초로 사출성형기를 개발했다. 하지만 유감스럽게도 성형된 셀룰로이드는 단단하면서도 약해 당구공으로는 사용할 수 없었으나, 브러시나 빗의 손잡이, 양복의 칼라, 사진의 필름, 탁구공 등으로 실용화되었다. 그 후 여러 기능을 가진 다양한 종류의 플라스틱이 잇따라 발명되었다. 이와 같은 플라스틱의 기능을 활용한 제품을 성형하기 위해 사출성형기는 끊임없는 기술개발을 통해 진화를 거듭해 왔다. 일본의 사출성형기 업계는 구미의 기술을 도입하며 발전해 왔다. 그 후 세계에서 제일 먼저 전동식 사출성형기를 개발해 실용화함으로써 최첨단 수준의 성능 및 기능을 달성해, 현재 많은 신기술제품의 중요한 수지부품생산에 공헌하고 있다. 아래에 항상 높은 수준을 추구하는 플라스틱업계의 니드에 부응하기 위해 계속되어 온 일본의 사출성형기의 기술개발 동향에 대해 그 개요를 소개한다.

조선의 8척 규표(Gnomon) 복원

  • 규표(圭表)는 남중하는 해의 그림자를 측정해 일 년의 길이와 절기를 알아내기 위한 관측 기기이다. 규표에 대한 우리 역사 기록에 따르면 조선시대에 8척과 40척 크기의 규표를 만들어 사용한 것으로 알려져 있다. 세종대에 간의대 서쪽에 설치한 40척 규표에 대해서는 그 구조와 크기가 상세히 기록되어 있지만 8척 규표에 대해서는 명종대의 관측 사실만이 남아있을 뿐이다. 8척 규표에 관한 국내 외 문헌과 중국에 남아 있는 유물을 조사하여 조선의 8척 규표 모델을 새롭게 복원하였다. 복원한 8척 규표는 주척(周尺, 1척=20.7cm)을 기준으로 규 21척, 표 8척의 크기이다. 오석으로 만든 규면에는 16척 길이의 눈금을 1분(2.07cm) 단위로 새겨놓았다. 청동으로 만든 표의 꼭대기에는 그림자를 명확히 나타내기 위해 길이 2척, 지름 1.2cm의 횡량(橫樑)을 설치하였다. 또한 횡량의 그림자를 정확하게 측정하기 위해 규면에 설치할 영부(影符)도 함께 연구 복원하였다. 규면에 새겨진 못(池)과 물홈(水渠)의 모양은 한국과 중국의 천문유물에 남아 있는 여러 자료와 구조적 기능을 고려해 결정하였다. 지금까지 국내에서 복원된 규표는 8척 규표에 대한 문헌 자료가 부족했기 때문에 40척 규표의 구조를 축소해서 만들어왔다. 이번에 복원한 조선의 8척 규표는 40척 규표의 축소 모형이 아닌 새로운 모델을 연구하여 제작한 것으로 한국천문연구원 앞뜰 간의 서편에 설치하였다.

  • For a reconstruct draft of the Gyupyo (Gnomon) in King Sejong Era, we collected a lot of documents of the Chosen Dynasty. With the result we made a reduced model by 1/10 and drawing set for the Gnomon in Sejong Era. It is composed of the Gyu, Yongpyo, Hoengryang (a beam), Yeongbu and granitic prop. You can read the scale where the shadow of vertically-standing stick touches the horizontal Gyu. A Shadow-Define. (Yeongbu) was used to focus the shadow cast by the sun's center, measuring the (gnomon) shadow length precisely. A Yeongbu is made of a leaf of copper in the middle of which is pierced a pin-hole for the tiny optical image of the sun which tilted to face the incident sunlight, used the principle of the a pin-hole camera and Scheimplug principle.

Clinical Utility of Prominent Hypointense Signals in the Draining Veins on Susceptibility-Weighted Imaging in Acute Cerebral Infarct: As a Marker of Penumbra and a Predictor of Prognosis (급성 뇌경색에서 자화율강조영상에서 보이는 현저한 유출정맥 저신호 강도의 임상적 유용성: Penumbra 및 예후 예측인자로서 가능성)

  • Purpose : A relative increase in deoxyhemoglobin levels in hypoperfused tissue can cause prominent hypointense signals in the draining veins (PHSV) within areas of impaired perfusion in susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of SWI in patients with acute cerebral infarction by evaluating PHSV within areas of impaired perfusion and to investigate the usefulness of PHSV in predicting prognosis of cerebral infarction. Materials and Methods: In 18 patients with acute cerebral infarction who underwent brain MRI with diffusion-weighted imaging and SWI and follow-up brain MRI or CT, we reviewed the presence and location of the PHSV within and adjacent to areas of cerebral infarction qualitatively and measured the signal intensity difference ratio of PHSVs to contralateral normal appearing cortical veins quantitatively on SWI. The relationship between the presence of the PHSV and the change in the extent of infarction in follow-up images was analyzed. Results: Of the 18 patients, 10 patients showed progression of the infarction, and 8 patients showed little change on follow- up imaging. On SWI, of the 10 patients with progression 9 patients showed peripheral PHSV and the newly developed infarctions corresponded well to area with peripheral PHSV on initial SWI. Only one patient without peripheral PHSV showed progression of the infarct. The patients with infarction progression revealed significantly higher presence of peripheral PHSV (p=0.0001) and higher mean signal intensity difference ratio (p=0.006) comparing to the patients with little change. Conclusion: SWI can demonstrate a peripheral PHSV as a marker of penumbra and with this finding we can predict the prognosis of acute infarction. The signal intensity difference of PHSV to brain tissue on SWI can be used in predicting prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.
