21세기로 접어들면서 기후변화는 인류에게 가장 큰 위협적인 요소로 인류의 생활터전인 도시환경에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 그래서 기후변화와 빠른 도시화로 인해 도시지역의 물순환 문제를 해결하고, 지속 가능한 도시홍수 저감 대안 및 최적화 방안 메뉴얼을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 수재해 저감방법 및 최적화 기법에 대해 설명 하고, 이러한 개념을 적용할 수 있는 폭함수기반단위도법(WFIUH)을 소개하고 연구 대상지역을 선정하여 시범 적용했다. 시범유역을 대상으로 실질적으로 적용이 가능한 그린인프라 대안을 검토하고, 이 중 불투수면적 직접유출의 투수지역 전환, 투수포장 등을 적용하여 이의 영향을 정량적으로 고려하여 대상 유역에서의 첨두유출 감소효과를 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 펌프장 증설, 관망 개선과 같은 전통적인 도시홍수 저감 대안과 그린인프라 대안을 시나리오별로 적용하여 각 대안 조합 시나리오의 홍수저감 편익과 도입 비용을 산정하고, 경제성 평가를 통한 최적화된 대안을 도출하였다. 이러한 방법들은 인위적인 조작 및 운영으로 인한 위험성을 제거함으로써 기존의 구조적 대책들에서 발생할 수 있는 위험성을 보완할 수 있는 방법으로 사용할 수 있으며, 또한 기존의 구조적 대책 및 비구조적 대책과 병행을 할 경우 도시유역에서 발생하는 홍수에 대하여 적극적이며, 능동적으로 대처할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Objectives: To explore prevalently used types of medication error and the types of medication error which would be appropriate to be used in Korea. Methods: In depth literature review was performed to explore the mostly used types of medication error in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan. We intended to examine experts' view on the suitability of the types of medication error to be used in Korea. The types of medicati0on error were classified by activity criteria, severity criteria, process criteria, and responsible person criteria based on literature reviews. Results: According to the result of literature review, activity criteria was the most commonly used type of medication error. Ten experts in the area of patient-safety and medication error responded and the top two types of medication error which were appropriate and suitable to be used in Korea were severity criteria and activity criteria. Conclusion: Severity criteria and activity criteria could be recommended to be used as the standard types of medication error in Korea although there are other types of criteria such as process criteria and responsible person criteria.

제주도 성산리 앞 바다 속 해면체로부터 분리한 Bacillus safensis KCTC 12796BP의 유전체를 분석하였다. 그 결과 3,935,874 bp의 환형 염색체와 36,690 bp의 plasmid 염기 서열을 확인하였다. 염색체는 G + C 함량이 41.4%로 75개의 위유 전자를 포함한 3,980개의 코딩 서열을, plasmid는 G + C 함량이 37.3%로 36개의 코딩 서열을 포함하고 있었다. 염색체 코딩 서열 중에는 81개의 tRNA 유전자, 24개 rRNA 유전자와 1개의 tmRNA 유전자가 있었다. 또한 포자 생성에 필요한 30개의 유전자, 포자피를 지령하는 16개의 유전자, 그리고 발아에 필요한 20개의 유전자도 발견되었다. 이외에 협막 다당체 생합성에 필요한 유전자와 편모 생합성 및 주화성에 필요한 유전자, 그리고 염 내성에 필요한 glycine-choline betaine 수송체에 관한 유전자도 존재하였다. 무엇보다도 항알러지활성을 보이는 이차대사산물 seongsanamide의 생합성을 지령하는 비리보좀성 펩타이드 합성효소 유전자를 확인할 수 있었다.

The hospital school is an organization designed to encourage long-term health-impaired students to receive treatment and education at the same time. There are 33 hospital schools in Korea. However, the management of hospital schools varies greatly depending on the amount of resources and support they possess, and especially the lack of manpower and quality improvement of education programs were found to be the biggest problems. This study aims to discuss the case of Hospital School in Yeungnam University Hospital (YUH), which successfully overcame internal resource limitations while solving existing hospital schools through networking and open innovation with external organizations. In particular, through cooperation with students of Herewego, volunteering club in Yeungnam University business school(YUBS), we increased the social interest of hospital school by creating a special program with financial support of Daegu city. They created customized education service programs for hospital schools that reflect their major-business management. The cooperativ e case of YUH's Hospital School and YUBS's Volunteering Club of Herewego showed that the cooperation is not only about volunteering service but also the open innovation, introduced as a platform to expand the company's source of product development. We think that this is a case of value creation through exchange of knowledge. It could have many implications for solving the problem of hospital school.

본 연구에서는 동상성이 높은 대상 시료에 입경이 다른 3종의 폐타이어분말을 대상으로 서멀 프루브법을 이용하여 $-20^{\circ}C{\sim}+10^{\circ}C$의 온도변화에 따른 열전도율을 실측하는 것과 동시에 펄스형NMR장치를 이용하여 동토중의 부동수분량을 측정하였고 이를 온도함수로 나타내었다. 또한 열전도율 계산모델의 하나인 2상계모델을 발전시켜 3상계 동결토영역에 적용 가능한 새로운 모델을 제안하였다.
