The fourth industrial revolution, which is all the rage in recent years in South Korea, comes from Klaus Schwab's book. Schwab claims that recent rapid technological innovation has inevitably determined the future of our society, and regulations on related policies need to be relaxed. The debate on the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the Korean society is also centered on deregulation policies. In particular, it is strongly argued that personal data protection regulation should be relaxed in a big data environments. The Science and technology studies has long criticized technological determinism. The future of technology can be changed by the will of regulatory authorities and the intervention of civil society. In this article, the author examines various discussions at home and abroad around the deregulation of data protection, including de-identification of personal data. Through this, the author criticizes the way of accepting the fourth industrial revolution theory, and draw its implications for the Korean society.

K-pop has gone through ups and downs for 30 years since it was introduced to China in the 1990s. As the trigger for the 'Korean wave', K-pop has become a business card of Korean pop culture, which is another popular culture that has culminated in China after the 'Western wave', 'Japanese wave' and 'Hong Kong.Taiwan's wave'. Its wide range of influences and long time are rare in the world, so it can be regarded as a typical example of modern intercultural communication. The paper takes 1988-2018 as the time interval, combs the process of K-pop's intercultural communication in China. Based on this theory, it can make an objective evaluation on the current situation of K-pop in China. Then this paper discusses the influence of K-pop culture on the current Chinese university students through a questionnaire survey, and puts forward some developmental suggestions from the perspective of Chinese people. In order to provide a theoretical basis and enlightenment for the study of K-pop in China.

Reflecting the current craze for early childhood education, the demand for learning contents has soared, kids content is emerging as a key topic of the contents industry. The industry developing digital content for young learners is called the 'angel industry', it is attracting a lot of attention because of the increased demand for early childhood education. This paper selects characters used in successful digital products to study character design for OSMU children's educational contents. Through advanced research, analysis criteria were prepared and analyzed to derive general success strategies for character design. As a result, common design features in the analyzed characters were found and confirmed the need for further research. Hopefully, this study will contribute to OSMU character design and lead to improved development of educational contents and commercialization of various characters.

Entomopathogenic nematodes were isolated through the investigation in soils collected from cultivated and non-cultivated fields using silkworms (Bombyx mori) and Galleria mellonella trap. The detectable rate of entomopathogenic nematodes of silkworms trap was higher than the G. mellonella trap. This study indicates the detection of entomopathogenic nematodes from soils that silkworms are sensitive superior to the G. mellonella to entomopathogenic nematodes. The steinernema, rhabditidae, and diplogatroidae strains successfully cultured on the silkworms host as well as on artificial media. Reproductivity in the living silkworm larva and pupa was 1.5 to 3.5${\times}$ 10$\^$5/ nematodes per host However, G. mellonella could be multiplied less than 5${\times}$l0$\^$5/ nematodes. The dried pupa of the silkworm following mositurize was cultured 0.5 to 2${\times}$10$\^$5/) nematodes per host. The culture methods of the steinernema, rhabditidae, and diplogatroidae strains, using silkworm powder, extracted chicken intestine, and food waste fertilizer could be applicative, but rate of reproduction was low.

In this study, to confirm the physiological activity of the grasshopper (Oxya chinensis sinuosa) antioxidant activity, antimicrobial activity, thermal stability of the antimicrobial substance, pH stability, total polyphenol content of the adult grasshopper was measured. Antibacterial activity in accordance with the extraction solvent showed a strong antibacterial activity in a mixed solvent of ethanol for the E. coli strain. Antimicrobial activity in $40^{\circ}C$ hot air drying and a freezedried condition was the highest and there was no difference in the gender. Antibacterial substance was stable to heat and pH. Antioxidant activity of the grasshopper exhibited a high activity in the 50% and 70% ethanol extract. Total polyphenol content was the 12 ~17 mg / 100 g and there was not great difference according to the drying conditions and gender.

This study examines trends by school level, region, subject, and type centered on elementary schools when private education is perceived as a social problem due to the overheating of private education and its over-dependence. This study aims to provide a direction to ease the school mathematics education and meet the expectations of school mathematics education. As a result of this study, in mathematics subjects, the graph of private education expenses for mathematics subjects was not affected by the period and showed a somewhat consistent linear trend. In other words, we found that the private education cost of the mathematics subject was solid compared to other factors, and was not significantly affected by external variables, and was consistent. It is meaningful to examine the trends of private education costs in mathematics subjects with a comparison between the past and present and to grasp what factors and how they have changed and developed.

This study aims to examine the transformation of the heroic narrative in the successful Korean Wave drama. In this study, TV drama "Descendants of the Sun" which gained tremendous popularity at home and abroad was considered to be an example of the heroic narrative model proposed by Vogler. Further, two analysis points were identified as the critical factor of success: modern transformation and global transformation. Modern transformation is about distinct characteristics of Korea, found in three primary factors of the work: the setting up of a character, the development of events and the background set-up. Global transformation features universal value to attract foreign viewers by lowering cultural discount. In "Descendants of the Sun", humanism is considered to broaden the horizon of the work by affecting above three factors. In conclusion, It is the proper combination of these dual transformations that globalize Korean drama. In this regard, this study will be a meaningful attempt to shed light on the storytelling strategy of Korean dramas in terms of the heroic narrative.

This study was designed to prepare measures for future development and growth of local cosmetics industry by examining awareness, purchasing behaviors and satisfaction of beauty professionals with regard to Korean brand mask packs that have recently created a big trend in the beauty market. According to the results of survey, 80.6 percent of the respondents said that the most important factor in buying a mask pack was 'effect,' and as for the needed improvement of mask packs, 33.7 percent responded 'effect,' indicating that consumers still find the function of a product is unreliable. In addition, the respondents said that 'K-beauty effect' was the reason why mask packs were highly popular abroad, especially in China, and items that can promote beauty market were also said to be 'K-beauty advertising and promotion,' so it is believed that a good impression of K-culture rather than its own efficacy or reliability is leading to the present results. Therefore, K-beauty industry is expected to grow further in the global market if domestic and abroad consumers' confidence on the product is gained through the development of superior products that have improved effect and usability.

This study investigated the antioxidant and neuronal cell protective effects of activity of water and 70% ethanol extracts from Stachys sieboldii Miq. according to different drying method(hot air drying and freeze-drying). The total flavonoid and total polyphenol content in water extracts was significantly higher after freeze-drying compared to hot air drying(p<0.05). DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging were increased in a dose-dependent manner. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity of water extract were significantly higher after free-drying compared to hot air drying(p<0.05). In a cell viability using MTT, the water extract according to hot air drying and freeze-drying of Stachys sieboldii Miq. showed protective effect against H2O2-induced nurotoxicity. The results suggest that the water extracts of Stachys sieboldii Miq. after freeze-drying has antioxidant activities and may be useful for neurodegenerative disorders.

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Land Transport and Transportation in 2018, the average annual average number of air traffic users for has increased by 5.07% for domestic flights and 8.84% for international flights. Korea is facing a steady rise in demand from foreign tourists due to the Korean Wave. At the same time, a new lifestyle that values the quality of life of individuals is taking root, along with the emergence of LCC, and Korean tourists' overseas tours are also increasing, so improvement and expansion of domestic airport passenger terminals is urgently needed. it is important to develop a structured airport infrastructure by making efficient and accurate forecasts of aviation demand. in this study, based on the Big Data, long-term domestic and international demand forecasts for urban airports were conducted.. Domestic flights will see a decrease in the number of airport passengers after 2028, and international flights will continue to increase. It is imperative to improve and expand passenger terminals at domestic airports.
