Humans learn by observing, hearing, imitating, doing, and feeling. The brain(cortex) is the central tore of this process. The recent rapid progress of brain science and the active interdisciplinary collaboration between brain science and cognitive science opens a new possibility. That is a new research Held called 'Brain-Based learning Science', 'Edutational Neuroscienre', or 'NeuroEduration' This study reviews the nature and basic assumptions of brain-based learning science, current directions in educational neuroscience research, the neuro-myths, educational implications of neuroscience, and a possibility of making a meaningful connection between brain science and education. Also the future prospects and limitations of the brain-based learning science are discussed.

PE(Passive Entry) is an automotive technology which allows a driver to lock and unlock door of vehicle without using smart key buttons personally. PG(Pssive Go) is an automotive technology which offers the ability to start and stop the engine when there is a driver in vehicle with smart key. When these two functions are unified, we call it PEG(Passive Entry/Go). LF(Low Frequency) antenna driver which is one of core technologies in PEG is composed of a digital part which processes commands and an analog part which generates sine waveform. The digital part of antenna driver receives commands from MCU(or ECU), and processes requested commands by MCU, and stores antenna-related driver commands and data on an internal FIFO block. The digital part takes corresponding actions for commands read from FIFO and then transfers modulated LF data to analog part. The analog part generates sine waveform and transmits outside through antenna. The designed digital part for LF antenna driver can acomplish faster LF data transmission than that of conventional product. LF antenna driver can be applicable to the areas such as PEG for automotive and gate opening and closing of building.

When we introduce the BRT systems, it is very important to decide the operating factors, such as bus-stop locations or headway. If the factors are inappropriate, unessential expenses for the operator and users of the bus line may be caused, and it leads increase of social total cost. So, it is necessary that we consider users' origin and destination of each bus line when we set location of bus-stops and the optimal headway. Meanwhile, Smart Card System was introduced of fare collection for the Public Transportation Reform in Seoul last year. This new card system makes it possible to store up the information about bus operating and passenger's trip link. With these substantial information. we can estimate bus-stop-based O-D table. So, in this thesis, it was studied a systematic methodology to find the optimal location and headway for skip-stop bus system (as a type of first step for BRT). The proposed methodology in this thesis is expected to be useful to effect analysis or setting operating factors for skip-stop bus system in each bus line.

The program of exhibition is used as one of the most effective ways to interact with users who are unfamiliar to archives. But, so far most exhibition programs in archives have been done in a way that shows simply the contents of records. So, in many cases, visitors of archives have paid little attention to the exhibition, and they have hardly caught the purpose of the exhibition event. Archives need to get out of existing exhibition style which list contents-oriented records, and to develop a new exhibition way which can enhance users' interests and understanding about exhibition records. For this purpose, this study examined the concepts and composition elements of record exhibition, analyzed the cases of archive exhibition in and out of Korea. And this study examined some considerations for the exhibitions of educational archives. As a result of this study, record exhibition ways for educational archives are provided.

This study investigates the actual wearing conditions of functional mountaineering garments in Korea and provides suggestions on the development of more effective functional mountaineering garments through the examination of consumer data. This survey was based on 107 respondents who enjoy mountaineering and was composed of 5 sections consisting of personal information, purchasing habits, essential features for mountaineering garments, satisfaction levels based on features and functions, and additional comments on the improvement of mountaineering garments. Respondents said that essential features for mountaineering garments are quick absorbing/drying, insulation, water and wind proof, and elasticity. These properties become more effective when users wear mountaineering garments in layers. They want lower prices and easy to wash garments. Therefore, it is necessary to consider not only the main functions, but also the needs of consumers for easy washing and price.

The objective of this study was to investigate and analyze the problems on 'System for Author's Property Right Limitation' in the North Korean Copyright Law. The NK Copyright Law had applied the international standards superficially, it may not be considered to get out of the grand frame of NK system. Especially, it is different that there is lack or short of contents on transfer, disposition, succession, trust, and so on for Author's Property Right. For example, free usages of Literary Works upon the NK law of Author's Property Right were described as 9 cases including copy and translation for personal purpose; copy in the library, etc. However, there are many insufficient items in view of international standards among the cases, showing omissions of critical terminology such as publications of literary works, purpose of usage, scope of usage, etc. Therefore, the NK law of Author's Property Right is interpreted not to be satisfied with the requirements for the law of Author's Property Right but to be legalized in terms of external announcement, and it seems not to be considered as the Author's Property Right Law with general standards enough to demonstrate the creativity freely.

This research paper aims to inform and suggest methods in which Korea Media content could successfully enter the African broadcasting market. It also seeks to suggest preparatory steps and propose various policies that Korean government could provide, to aid the export process. In order to maximize the Korean media content exposure in the Kenyan market, increased financial support for subtitles and dubbing as well as launching a Korean culture center is suggested. In addition, to encourage more diverse channels to show the Korean content, joint content production between Korea and Kenya should be considered. Moreover, in analyzing the social, cultural, ethnic and local characteristics of the Kenyan people, the paper seeks to identify the most efficient method in which Korean wave could be more widespread in Kenya. Since virtually no prior research papers exist on Kenyan's social and cultural characteristics and their thought process on the Korean media content, this paper seeks to provide valuable insight and policy implications for Korean media policy makers.

This study investigated and analyzed various library classification systems and related literature in order to suggest some modifications and expansion of the Dewey Decimal Classification, the 23rd edition (DDC 23) in the area of immigration policy - an interdisciplinary subject - for the best information organization and services. First of all, definitions and scopes of the immigration policy were dealt with and then primary subject areas of it were selected. And then, DDC, Library of Congress Classification, Korean Decimal Classification, and Universal Decimal Classification were compared and analyzed according to the structures, headings and characteristics. Finally, modified classification schedules in immigration policy of the DDC 23 - the most frequently used one with an regular revision was proposed with their principles and main schedules with an auxiliary table. It can be used for an effective information organization in immigration policy area and it will be useful for many libraries and research institutes on immigration policy.

As the wooden aircraft in the early times has no way to let lightning flow when lighting flash attaches during flight, the aircraft got damage, or caught fire. Though all metal airplane was developed with an advent of aluminum, a lightning accident still occurred including a fire of a fuel tanks. Eventually, NACA declared problems in 1938, and an artificial lightning test began. III succession, FAA established Airworthiness Requirements for certification. The FAA committed test measures study for the protection of an airplane from lightning to SAE. SAE presented the test current and voltage waveforms that simulating natural lightning, and it is utilized on lightning protection certification of an airplane by public. A lightning effects of an airplane through an analysis of lightning mechanism was made in this technical note. Especially, lightning direct effects on aircraft are analyzed and lightning strike zones are described.

The purpose of this study was to develop an integrated program to improve the creative and emotional ability of lower grade students. This program aimed to cultivate creative thinking and creative personality for problem solving, and to learn how to interact positively with others by developing emotional expression and control. Creative thinking ability includes fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, imagination, and sensitivity. Creative personality includes curiosity, sensitivity, adventure, humor, independence, task commitment, and problem solving leadership. We selected 6 creative thinking skills such as mind-map and brainstorming. Emotional factors consist of self /other understanding, control of emotional effect, self-expression emotionally, and respect for others for cooperation. The integrated program consisted of 12 themes, and the class time was set to 40 minutes, which is the same as the elementary curriculum. The program was conducted by a teacher with 10 years' experience.
