This study aims to identify the developing process of classification shemes for NGO records. And it chooses the KFEM(Korea Federation for Environmental Movenment) for case study, which is a representative NGO of Korea. This study proposes the classification principles in the form that the function classification and subject classification are combined. The development model of function classification schemes on the KFEM records is based on the Australian Standard Work Process Analysis for Recordkeeping(AS 5090) and the DIRKS (Designing and Implementing Recordkeeping Systems) methodology. Literature review, interviews, work process analysis, and questionnaire surveys have been employed as research methodology.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the simulation-based cooperation program on self-efficacy, social problem-solving ability and college life adjustment of health college students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design was used. Sixty-eight students were in the experimental group receiving the simulation-based cooperation program, and 68 were in the control group with no treatment. Results: There were significant increases in self-efficacy(z=-4.70, p<.001) and college life adjustment(t=2.03, p<.05) in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, there was no difference in the social problem-solving ability (z=-1.87, p=.061) between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the simulation-based cooperation program has a significant effect on improving self-efficacy and college life adjustment in health college students. Thus the simulation-based cooperation program to promote the social problem-solving ability needs to be more developed and research related with cooperation program is further needed.

The goal of this paper is to explore the relationship between visual and auditive meanings of the film "The Imitation Game"(2013) which is directed by Morten Tyldum, and with music composed by Alexandre Desplat. The author accepted Zwikowski's idea of analyzing how film music and visual information created a chemical and meaningful signal for the audience. Lawrence Zbikowski has used Conceptual Integration Networks (CIN), devised by Golles Fauconnier and Mark Turner, to analyze latent meanings which was produced by the association of visual and auditive meanings. Therefore, The author applied the CIN analyzing methodology to the research combination of music and imagery in "The Imitaion Game." Desplat, the composer, has used aeolian instead of tonality to represent the main character. The aeolian melodic line was changed to create a similar atmosphere of imagery and narratives. The irregular time and minor chord was associated with unstable emotion and familiar intervals, while the major chord was associated with stable feelings. Desplat also applied instrumental diversity and extreme changes of dynamic to create positive or negative cognition. The author, therefore, found how the meanings of auditive materials and visual information combined and emphasized encoded messages in the film.

This study was designed to examine the influence of task appropriate processing on prospective memory(PM). The TAP was manipulated with list type within study phase and association category type among PM target words. Associated word lists used for ongoing task were consisted of semantically associated lists and orthographically associated lists. Target words for PM task were consisted of city names or words for ending with the letter of '도'. According to the TAP view, PM performance would be better in the condition of task appropriate processing rather than in the condition of task inappropriate processing. Total fifty students volunteered for two experiments for the present study. The main finding was that PM performance was influenced by the task appropriate processing with ongoing task. In other words, PM performance was facilitated when association type between ongoing list and PM target word was same. Second, ongoing task performance was also influenced by task appropriated processing. These results were discussed in task appropriated processing theory and previous studies.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic behaviors of the Broadcasting advocacy coalition and IT advocacy coalition in the process of establishing the Korea Communications Commission(KCC) in 2008. Broadcasting and telecommunications convergence policy has been confronted with long-term conflicts because of ideological clashes between public interest and industrialism and stakeholder relations. Under this circumstance, the two advocacy coalitions sought to bring out the favorable outcomes through strategic behavior. However, the strategic behaviors were limited, and the establishment of the Korea Communications Commission was decided by political negotiation. Since then, KCC has been buried in political issues and has produced policy failure cases. In order to reduce these adverse effects, it is necessary to establish institutional devices in the reorganization process. Above all, efforts are needed to overcome the practice of using organizational restructuring as a political tool.

연합학습에서 로컬 모델을 통해 참가자의 데이터 프라이버시를 침해할 가능성이 있다. 동형암호 기반 연합학습은 학습 과정에서 모든 가중치를 암호화해 통신 과정에서의 공격을 차단한다. 그러나 기존의 Paillier 동형암호 기반 연합학습은 모든 참가자가 같은 공개키 및 비밀키를 공유하는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 지속적인 선택적 키 분배를 도입하여 외부에서 다른 참가자의 로컬 모델에 접속할 수 없도록 하고, 내부에서도 다른 참가자의 로컬 모델을 획득하기 어렵게 한다. MNIST 데이터를 사용하여 CNN 모델의 성능을 평가한 결과, 제안된 방법이 기존과 유사한 정확도를 보여준다.

조각문이란 문장 성분을 온전히 갖추지 못한 문장으로 일반적인 문장과 달리 종결 어미로 문장을 끝맺지 못하는 문장을 말한다. 실험실 환경에서와 달리 실제 음성 인식 환경에서는 이러한 조각문이 비교적 빈번히 나타나므로 연속 음성 인식 시스템의 성능 향상을 위해서는 이러한 조각문에 대한 고려가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 음성 인식 문법 기술에 있어서 조각문을 반영한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우의 커버리지를 비교해 봄으로써 조각문에 대한 고려가 음성 인식 성능 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 알아 보았다.

In this paper, we design a new mobile crowdsourcing control scheme based on the incentive mechanism. By using a novel incentive mechanism, mobile nodes can get the maximum payoff when they report their true private information. As mobile nodes participate in the overlapping coalition formation game, they can effectively invest their resource while getting the higher reward. Simulation results clearly indicate that the proposed scheme has a better performance than the other existing schemes under various mobile crowdsourcing environments.

본 논문은 개인의 정보를 외부로 유출하지 않고, 소비자 방송 수신 단말 장치에 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 머신 러닝 모델을 학습하고, 소비자가 원하는 맞춤 방송 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구글의 연합 학습[1] 을 기반한 설계에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 소비자 사용 패턴 및 행동 데이터를 수집하고 저장하며 머신 러닝 학습을 진행 하는 단말 구조와 단말에서 생성된 학습 모델 파라미터 정보를 수집하고 평균화 하는 중앙 서버의 구조를 연구하고, 연합 학습을 이용한 학습 정보를 이용하여 개인 맞춤형 방송 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 연구한다.
