As federated learning brings a large paradigm to modern artificial intelligence research, efforts are being made to incorporate federated learning into research in various fields. However, researchers who apply federated learning face the problem of choosing a federated learning framework and benchmark tool suitable for their situation and purpose. This study aims to present guidelines for selection of federated learning frameworks and benchmark tools considering the circumstances of researchers who apply federated learning in practice. In particular, there are three main contributions in this study. First, it generalizes the situation of the researcher applying federated learning by combining it with the goal of federated learning and proposes guidelines for selecting a federated learning framework suitable for each situation. Second, it shows the suitability of selection by comparing the characteristics and performance of each federated learning framework to the researcher. Finally, the limitations of the existing federated learning framework and a plan for real-world federated learning operation are proposed.

헝가리는 15년간의 정치, 경제적 체제 변환 후에 2004년 5월 1일 유럽연합(EU)의 정식 회원국이 되었다. 유럽연합 가입은 유럽연합의 법률과 공동 농업 정책(Common Agricultural Policy, CAP)의 도입을 포함한 길고 복잡한 과정의 산물이면서, 농업 문제의 새로운 국면을 초래하였다. 농업분야에서 핵심이 되는 논제는 공동 농업 정책의 규칙을 도입하는 동안 효율성과 경쟁성을 유지하는 것이었다. 헝가리 농업 및 농촌개발부의 주요 문헌자료에 기초하여 유럽연합 가입 시기의 헝가리 농업의 전반적인 실태와 문제에 대하여 고찰하였다. 아울러, 유럽연합 회원국과의 관계에서 농업의 문제와 앞으로의 과제를 전망하고자 하였다. 헝가리가 유럽연합 회원국이 되기 위한 준비로 주목할 만한 것은 2003년 정부가 새로운 규정을 법률(governmental regulation # 81/2003)로서 정하고 농업 및 지역개발청(Agricultural and Regional Development Office)을 설치하여 공동농업정책과의 원활한 통합을 추진하고 있다는 점이다. 특히 농업 및 지역개발청은 헝가리에서의 유럽연합 공동농업정책의 운용을 총괄하고 있다는 점이다.

연합학습은, 데이터 샘플을 보유하는 다수의 분산 에지 디바이스 또는 서버들이 원본 데이터를 공유하지 않고 기계학습 문제를 해결하기 위해 협력하는 기술로서, 각 클라이언트는 소유한 원본 데이터를 로컬모델 학습에만 사용함으로써, 데이터 소유자의 프라이버시를 보호하고, 데이터 소유 및 활용의 파편화 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 연합학습을 위해서는 통계적 이질성 및 시스템적 이질성 문제 해결이 필수적이며, 인공지능 모델 정확도와 시스템 성능을 향상하기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근, 중앙서버 의존형 연합학습의 문제점을 극복하고, 데이터 무결성 및 추적성과 데이터 소유자 및 연합학습 참여자에게 보상을 효과적으로 제공하기 위한, 블록체인 융합 연합학습기술이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이더리움 기반 블록체인 인프라와 호환되는 연합학습 레퍼런스 아키텍처를 정의 및 구현하고, 해당 아키텍처의 실용성과 확장성을 검증하기 위하여 대표적인 연합학습 알고리즘과 데이터셋에 대한 실험을 수행하였다.

EU's future frontier remains indefinite but it is directly linked to the principle of entry into the EU. EU has been defining that the 'european nation' sharing with a EU's value and norms can enter into the EU. If so, what is the criteria of EU? The criterion of 'european nation' will be a theoretical basis of an estimation of the EU's future frontier. However, the future frontier based on the geography, the culture and the intension of nation is only the potential frontier. It will be changed by the political decision makers' negotiation and power. EU's enlargement policy is one of means to retention of the international power in the situation that a few nations gradually dominate the world. Therefore the EU's frontier will be continually changed and created by the EU's political adventure.

녹색연합은 (상임대표 박영신 -한국사회학연구소 부소장) 91년 창립된 '배달환경연구소"와 '푸른 한반도 되찾기 시민모임'이 모체가 되어 94년에 통합, 96년 '녹색연합'으로 이름을 바꿔 오늘에 이른 환경지킴이이다. 녹색연합은 97년 '대만핵폐기물 북한반입 반대운동'을 펼쳐 세계적인 뉴스가 되었으며 최근에는 미군의 한강 독극물사건을 폭로하여 SOFA 개정의 열기를 불러일으켰다. 녹색연합은 인간과 자연이 생태계 안에서 더불어 살아가는 21세기를 환경의 세기로 열어갈 것을 다짐하고 있다.

ID federation provides users various benefits such as employing multiple services with only single authentication and mitigating management burden of service providers that individually preserve account information of users. To keep up with this international trend, efforts for making the domestic ID federation is ongoing to provide users in the domestic research and education community seamless network connectivity and to support tetherless extension of research environment. In this paper, we analyze the foreign ID federation policies and compare them as a underlying work for making the domestic ID federation. Besides, we suggest some contents that should be included in the domestic ID federation policy. To activate the coming domestic ID federation, we need to first have a well-made federation policy. Then, we need to aggressively promote the domestic ID federation, develop various and fascinating services, and build a convenient support system for technology and service.

반복적 죄수의 딜레마(Iterated Prisoner's Dilemma, IPD)게임은 사회적, 경제적, 그리고 생물학적 시스템에서 협동의 진화를 연구하기 위한 대상으로 사용되어져 왔다. 이제까지 이기적이며 합리적인 개체들 사이에서의 협동의 진화에 대한 완전한 이해를 위하여 게임자의 수와 협동의 관계, 기계학습의 일환으로서의 전략학습, 그리고 이득함수가 협동에 미치는 영향 등에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 이 논문에서는 실험을 통해 이득함수에 따른 협동연합의 크기와 지역화가 NIPD(N-player IPD)게임에서 협동의 진화에 미치는 영향에 대해 밝히고자 한다. 시뮬레이션 결과 이득함수와 협동연합의 크기에 대한 실험에서는 협동개체에 대한 이득함수의 기울기가 배반개체에 대한 이득함수의 기울기보다 급하거나 최소 연합의 크기가 작을수록 협동연합의 정도가 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 지역화 실험에서는 상호작용하는 이웃의 크기가 작을수록 협동연합의 크기가 크게 진화됨을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 불균형하게 분포된(Non-IID) 데이터를 소유하고 있는 데이터 소유자(클라이언트)들을 가정하고, 데이터 소유자들 간 원본 데이터의 직접적인 이동 없이도 딥러닝 학습이 가능하도록 연합학습을 적용하였다. 실험 환경 구성을 위하여 MNIST 손글씨 데이터 세트를 하나의 숫자만 다량 보유하도록 분할하고 각 클라이언트에게 배포하였다. 연합학습을 적용하여 손글씨 분류 모델을 학습하였을 때 정확도는 85.5%, 중앙집중식 학습모델의 정확도는 90.2%로 연합학습 모델이 중앙집중식 모델 대비 약 95% 수준의 성능을 보여 연합학습 시 성능 하락이 크지 않으며 특수한 상황에서 중앙집중식 학습을 대체할 수 있음을 보였다.

Deep learning using an artificial neural network has been recently researched and developed in various fields such as image recognition, big data and data analysis. However, federated learning has emerged to solve issues of data privacy invasion and problems that increase the cost and time required to learn. Federated learning presented learning techniques that would bring the benefits of distributed processing system while solving the problems of existing deep learning, but there were still problems with server-client system and motivations for providing learning data. So, we replaced the role of the server with a blockchain system in federated learning, and conducted research to solve the privacy and security problems that are associated with federated learning. In addition, we have implemented a blockchain-based system that motivates users by paying compensation for data provided by users, and requires less maintenance costs while maintaining the same accuracy as existing learning. In this paper, we present the experimental results to show the validity of the blockchain-based system, and compare the results of the existing federated learning with the blockchain-based federated learning. In addition, as a future study, we ended the thesis by presenting solutions to security problems and applicable business fields.

The purpose of this study was to examine music-color association response(MCAR) of people with visual impairment through music-emotion scale and music-color scale. The study was conducted on 60 participants(30 congenital/ 30 adventitious) who are using services of two welfare centers at S and B cities. For this, four basic emotions (happiness, sadness, anger, and fear) mediated by music were selected, and MCAR to emotion-inducing music were analyzed through self-report method. As a result, first, there were found contrasts in MCAR between happiness and sadness according to type of emotion, however, similar in anger and fear. Second, in MCAR among three variables of the music-emotion scale(valence, arousal and intensity), valence was congruent with MCAR according to type of emotion, arousal marked high scores in negative emotions, and scores of intensity in happiness and sadness were higher than those in anger and fear. Third, there were no significant differences between two groups of people with congenital and adventitious visual impairments. It is meaningful that this study showed the MCAR can be mediated by music through investigating those of people with visual impairment.
