Linked pearls pattern expressed on textiles have no limited scale or shape when manufacturing, so they are free in expression. And from the design, material, and color we can analogize the social culture of that age. Oriental linked pearls pattern was started from the Sasanian Persia and introduced through the Silk Road, so it is closely connected with the East and the West culture. This study will consider from the 5th century to the 10th century; the mural costume of the West Central Asia, the ancient textiles excavated from the Sinjiang and Qinghai area of China, and the linked pearls pattern which are collected at Shosoin, Japan. And from this study, will concentrate on clarifying the linked pearls pattern's condition of the cultural exchange between the East and the West and it's structural variation process. The design of linked pearls pattern delivered to the East through the Silk Road is differed by area. For example, in the Western Pamir Plateau, where the ancient Sogdians mainly lived, the excavated linked pearls pattern's subject were deer or cassowary variated from the West Asian motif. But the ones excavated from Kucha Xingang had Chinese motifs added so they showed Chinese characters or Buddhist Bodhisattva image instead of Helios. Like this, the appearance of new patterns, which were accompanied by structural variations, gradually deviated from the standardized pattern of the Sasanian Persia. And this structural variation process has relations with the construction and arrangement method of various patterns of the after ages. The foliated floral Spray, which is placed at the lozenge space of linked pearls' space, had developed into ogival - shaped pattern (Neunghwamun). And the prevalence of geometrical structure pattern after the 10th century and the unfolding method of Tapjamun which is arranging unit pattern in order, are similar to the linked pearl pattern. In brief, linked pearls pattern accompanied by technical improvement let us understand the polished artistic code from its expression, and has importance in showing universal pattern beyond region and culture.

우리 국립극장 대음악당의 음향특성을 측정하여, 해석하고 그 정식음향평가를 최초로 시도했다. 여기서 문향악과 가극연주에 대한 평가에 있어서는 특히 공시의 음향특성 Data로부터 만석시의 음향특성을 세심하게 연역해 냈다. 결과는 주로 생동감의 심핵한 결지으로 말미암아 그대로는 낭만파음악과 전형교향악은 물론이고 고전음악까지도 연구가 매우 곤란하고, Baroque 음악만이 겨우 연주가 가능할 따름이다. 가극에 대해서도 Wagnerian Opera 는 힘들고, Italian Opera 만이 어느 정도 만족스럽게 연주가 가능하다는 것을 알아냈다. 끝으로 이 음악당의 음향특성 개선을 위한 수정방안을 수개제시하고 언급해 놓았다.

실용음악 산업 분야는 비약적인 기술력의 발전이 있었지만 그런 기술력이 실용음악 교육에 적극적으로 적용되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 음악 산업현장에서 음원 콘텐츠 제작 시 보컬리스트의 음정 보정을 위해 개발된 오토 튠(auto tune) 기술을 활용하여 가창 연주 시 음정과 박자에 관한 실시간 피드백을 시각적으로 학습자에게 제공하는 방식의 학습법을 개발했다.

바보상자로 불리던 TV가 제3의 혁명을 시작했다. 디지털TV(DTV) 전송방식을 둘러싼 정부와 방송업계간 논란이 4년 만에 타결됐기 때문이다. 지난 7월8일 진대제 정보통신부 장관, 노성대 방송위원장, 정연주 KBS 사장, 신학림 전국언론노동조합 위원장 등 4인 대표로 구성된‘DTV 비교시험 추진 4인 위원회’가 서울 마포의 홀리데이인 호텔에서 만나 DTV 전송방식에 관한 최종 합의문을 작성했다.

대만조개, Solen grandis (Dunker)는 죽합과 Solenidae에 속하는 이매폐로써 우리나라 서ㆍ남해안이 주산지로 친해의 사니질에 서식하며(유 1976), 자원보존과 증량식 기술개발이 기대되는 산업상 중요한 종이다. 일본산 맛조개에 관한 연구로는 맛조개의 부유자패 및 치패(吉田, 1939, 1953), 생활사, 생식주기, (河原ㆍ加藤, 1971)등의 보고가 있을뿐이며, 우리나라 맛조개류의 생식생태에 관한 보고는 맛조개와 붉은맛의 생식연주기(정 등, 1986)와 대맛조개의 정자형성과정의 미세구적 연구 (정ㆍ박, 1998)가 보고되어 있을 뿐이다. by three-dimensional finite element method. The guide roll is an intermediately supported trans-axle miler, so called I-STAR roll, which was designed by VAI. The guide roll has been used in POSCO since 1998. Though the number of stowage in casting has been apparently decreased since thef it has occasionally been failed during operation. The simulations were carried out to find out the status of stress and deformation as well as improvement of the guide roll. The thermal effect is much more dominant than ferro-static pressure or others in stress and deformation of the guide roll. The material of the guide roll is SCM440.

본 논문에서는 기존의 반연속 HMM과 신경망 알고리즘인 RBF(Radial Basis Function)를 혼합한 형태를 음성인식에 적용한다. 기존의 반연속 HMM은 학습 과정에서 모든 모델과 상태에서 공유되는 L개의 가우시안 확률 밀도들과 각가우시안 확률 밀도들의 가중치를 결정하는 흔합 밀도계수 의해 입력 음성의 특징을 확률적으로 모델링하는 혼합 확률을 얻고 또 Maximum likelihood와 Baum-Welch 알고리즘을 이용해 초기확률, 전이확률, 관측확률, 평균벡터 $\mu$, 공분산 행렬 $\Sigma$을 학습해 나간다. 그러나 제안한 RBF/반연속 HMM 혼합형태는 RBF의 변형된 방식을 첨가해 반연속 HMM 관측 파라미터를 RBF에 의해 결정함으로써 보단 분별릭 있는 화자독립 인식 시스템이 된다. 그래서 인식 실험결과 인식률에 있어서 기존의 반연속 HMM보다 향상된 인식률을 얻는다.

Introduction: This case report assessed the effects of Korean medicine treatments on a chronic migraine patient who did not respond to triptan. Case Presentation: The patient received Korean medicine treatments, such as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and herbal medication, during a hospitalization period. The effects of treatments were assessed with the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) and migraine attack frequency. The intensity and attack frequency of migraines were significantly reduced after the complete treatment. Conclusions: For migraines, Korean medicine such as acupuncture and herbal medication could be an alternative to conventional therapy.

In this paper, we study an optimal service policy of the M/M/2/K queueing system with two types of customers. The incurred costs consist of waiting cost, service cost and incurred costs consist of waiting cost, service cut and changeover cost. The changeover cost occurs when a server who assigned to serve a particular type of customers reassigned to the other types of customers. Two servers serve two types of customers who arrive to the two separate queues. The two types of customers differ in respect of their arrival rate, service rate, waiting cost, and service cost. The servers require a policy, for determining when they should change their service type, which minimizes the long run expected total cost. The policy is obtained by a Markov decision process model that consists of a finite number of states and actions. In order to find the optimal service policy, we define states and actions of the system, compute onestep transition probabilities, and apply to the successive approximations algorithm.
