Research on the establishment of new governance aimed at efficient policy planning and the implementation thereof by the government has been conducted in response to social changes. Nonetheless, governance is comprehensive and encompasses different meanings; it takes various forms in the process of its actual application. Therefore, systematic classification of research on governance and analysis on its research trend are required. Accordingly, three researchers who majored in policy sciences, business informatics, and library and information science, respectively, searched for theses related to governance published since 2016 from Research Information Sharing Service and conducted a social network analysis (SNA) on them. According to their research results, the main research topics were largely classified into collaborative governance and local governance. Keywords throughout the topics included network, participation, conflict, and trust in line with the characteristics of governance. Representative subjects of governance included education, urban regeneration, and the environment. Further, measurement of betweenness centrality showed local governance was a main topic for convergent research. This study will lead to a greater understanding of research on governance and help activate such research. One limitation of this study is that it analyzed only theses with the keywords but not all theses on governance. Follow-up research should analyze all theses on governance and statistically verify them with SNA indexes.

최근 사람과 컴퓨터가 대화를 하는 채팅시스템 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 컴퓨터가 사람의 말에 적절한 응답을 하기 위해선 그 의미를 분석할 필요가 있다. 발화에 대한 의미 분석의 기본이 되는 연구로 감정분석과 화행분석이 있다. 그러나 이 둘은 서로 밀접한 연관이 있음에도 불구하고 함께 분석하는 연구가 시도되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 Long Short-term Memory(LSTM)를 이용하여 대화체 문장의 감정과 화행, 서술자를 동시에 분석하는 통합 대화 분석모델을 제안한다. 사랑 도메인 데이터를 사용한 실험에서 제안 모델은 감정 58.08%, 화행 82.60%, 서술자 62.74%의 정확도(Accuracy)를 보였다.

In this paper, we review scientometric analysis through paper analysis of each organization and author to decide research direction for autonomous driving vehicles. We confirms research trend of autonomous driving vehicle by using number of papers. Analysis of Index Level, International Cooperation Research Network, Analysis of Key and Q-L distribution according to each organization and author.

본 연구는 트랙터용 로타리날의 운동특성을 분석하는 연구로서, 로타리날의 운동특성 분석장치를 이용하여 기존에 국내에서 사용되는 로타리날로 경운 작업을 할 경우, 로타리날 운동 및 형상, 구조에 따른 운동특성을 정밀 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 분석된 문제점 및 보완점을 앞으로 개발될 에너지 절감형 트랙터 로타리날 개발에 필요한 주요 인자를 결정하기 위한 수단으로 사용하는 데 목적이 있으며, 그 구체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 로타리날의 운동특성을 분석할 수 있는 로타리날 운동특성 분석 시스템을 설계, 제작하였다. (2) 분석 시스템 제어용 프로그램 Visual Basic 6.0 프로그래밍 언어를 사용하여 개발하였다. (3) 국내 로타리날 제조회사 4곳 및 외국 1개사 제품의 운동특성을 분석한 결과, B, C, E maker 제품이 로타리 경운 작업에 적합한 것으로 분석되었다. (4) B, C, E maker 제품에서 살펴보면, 토양을 절단할 때의 경심별 위치를 \circled3부분이 되도록 해야하며, 단면이 확실하게 닿지 않도록 단면의 경우 B maker 형상을 따라야 한다. 또한 배면이 토양에 닿는 부위가 적어야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 독립적으로 수행되어진 하천 복원 가치추정 선행연구들을 대상으로 메타회귀분석을 활용한 편익이전을 제시함으로써, 편익이전의 타당성 및 적용 가능성을 검토하는 데 있다. 문헌검색을 통해 '하천 가치평가', '하천 가치', '물 환경 가치추정', '하천 편익' 등에 관한 자료를 수집하였으며, 총 60편의 연구를 수집했다. 그 중 중복된 연구를 제외하고 가치추정 단위를 '원/년/가구'로 통일함으로써 51편의 연구를 분석에 사용했으며, 90개의 가치 추정치가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구는 국내에서 수행된 하천 복원 가치 추정연구를 집대성하여 DB를 구축하고 요약통계량을 중심으로 선행연구 결과를 기술하였으며, 메타회귀분석을 실시한 후, policy site의 특성과 조건에 맞게 함수를 조정하고, 조정된 함수를 사용하여 policy site의 가치를 예측하였다. 종속변수로는 총 가치(원/년/가구, 2015년 불변가격)가, 독립변수로는 하천유형, 위치, 규모, 환경 서비스특성, 그리고 방법론 특성, 지불형태, 대상지 사회경제적 특성 변수들이 포함되었다. 모형의 추정결과 조정된 값은.420으로써 종속변수 총변이의 42.0%를 모형이 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 메타회귀분석을 통해 본류에서 멀어지는 소규모하천일수록 하천의 경제적 가치를 더 크게 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 전체적인 영향력 크기를 고려해 본다면 하천을 복원할 때 수질정화기능, 서식지기능, 이수기능, 치수기능, 여가 및 수변공간으로의 기능 순으로 고려하는 것이 하천의 가치를 보다 높일 수 있을 것으로 보였다. 또한 지불방법은 매월, 인당 지불하는 것으로 제시할 때 경제적 가치 추정치를 높일 수 있는 것으로 해석되었다. 모델추정 결과를 활용한 함수이전에서는 만경강의 특성을 반영하고 조정함으로써 만경강의 가치를 추정하였으며, 모형으로부터 얻은 만경강 가치 예측치는 가구당 매년 41,214원으로 추정되었다. 본 연구의 메타회귀분석은 선행연구를 객관적으로 종합할 수 있는 분석의 틀로서 충분한 활용 타당성이 인정되는 것으로 보이며, 편익이전 시에 policy site의 자원특성과 조건에 맞춰 함수를 조정하여 예측치를 제시함으로써 메타회귀분석 함수이전의 융통성을 보여주었다. 이에 메타회귀분석을 통한 편익이전은 타당성 및 적용 가능성 측면에서 긍정적으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic patient safety culture research topics using text mining and CONCOR analysis. The research method was conducted in the stages of data collection, data preprocessing, text mining and social network analysis, and CONCOR analysis. A total of 136 articles were analyzed excluding papers that were not published. Data analysis was performed using Textom and UCINET programs. As a result of this study, TF (frequency) of patient safety culture-related studies showed that patient safety was the highest, and TF-IDF (importance in documents) was highest in nursing. As a result of the CONCOR analysis, a total of seven clusters were derived: knowledge and attitude, communication, medical service, team, work environment, structure, organization and management that constitute the patient safety culture. In the future, it is necessary to conduct research on the relationship between the establishment of a patient safety culture and patient outcomes.

This study aims to examine the meaning and category of archival information services and analyze its research results. To this end, the research scope of the archival information service was set by reviewing the definition, types, and subjects. A total of 183 journal articles were gathered, and content analysis was conducted in two stages. In addition to the overall research trend analysis based on quantitative indicators, an expanded content analysis and language network analysis were attempted using Node Excel. This study revealed that the archival information service research began in earnest after 2006 and that the user-centered paradigm is gradually being applied. However, limitations confirmed that the subject of discussion, research methods, and journals were biased, and expanding the horizon of future discussion was suggested.

There have been a number of studies on ports and they have made great contributions to the development of ports. However, there have been no research that classified and organized the results comprehensively. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the results of studies related to Korean port economics. For the purpose, we carried out a meta-analysis targeting 659 articles published in Journal of Korea Port Economic Association from 1991 to 2010. For the meta-analysis on themes of port economics and methods, the study presented a total of three items to be analysed: First, we analysed characteristics of researchers, discussed themes and identified contents by analysing research methods used for the studies. As a result, port economics have shown great growth in volume and recently, more attentions have been paid to ports along with increase of researchers, and themes and methods of research have been sub-categorized and diversified. Therefore, based on the results of the study, comparative studies should be added.

In the online marketplace, consumers are exposed to various products and freely express opinions. As consumer product reviews have a important effect on the success of online markets and other consumers, online market needs to accurately analyze the consumers' emotions about their products. Text mining, which is one of the data analysis techniques, can analyze the consumer's reviews on the products and efficiently manage the products. Previous studies have analyzed specific domains and less than 20,000 data, despite the different accuracy of the analysis results depending on the data domain and size. Further, there are few studies on additional factors that can improve the accuracy of analysis. This study analyzed 72,530 review data of food product domain that was not mainly covered in previous studies by using ensemble technique. We also examined the influence of summary review on improving accuracy of analysis. As a result of the study, this study found that Boosting ensemble technique has the highest accuracy of analysis. In addition, the summary review contributed to improving accuracy of the analysis.
