Information Modeling for Construction Equipment Interface in Earthwork (토공작업 건설장비 정보 인터페이스를 위한 정보 모델링)

  • Earthwork is executed to provide a space for facility structures, and plays an important role in the construction operation. Contractors usually put a combination of construction vehicles to execute the earthwork operation. These construction vehicles need to interface with each other for productivity improvement. The objective of this study is to prototype an earthwork supportive system for information interface between construction vehicles. The study is conducted in a sequence of 1) analysis of information interface during earthwork; 2) data modeling of earthwork attributes; and 3) development of a prototype for the earthwork supportive system. The output screen images of the prototype show that the earthwork supportive system can improve communication between construction vehicles by facilitating information interface during earthwork.

  • The most of military systems that developed today are composed with many sub-systems for mission execution. The test of military systems for delivery test of mass product such that part test, PCB test, component test, integration test. Improving productivity is minimize testing item by man and minimize kind of tester, so that decrease product cost by production time for test. PCB tester be developed many kind of test method that systems were developed by many different engineers. This article studies testing check point for testing that how to minimize of kind of tester, how to automatic test for all of function that have inputs and outputs. Development of tester for improving productivity requires classify functional allocation of main system and sub system, sub system require PCB for functional allocation start on preliminary design period for reducing testing item and testing fixture.

  • The earth work has been improved with the utilization of capital intensive equipments. However, work performance is not satisfactory yet due to its experience-oriented characteristics in selecting the combination of earth work equipments. Therefore, it is required to study on appropriate and systematic methods in selecting a set of equipments for earth work in order to optimize the cost and time as well as to improve the productivity. The objectives of this paper are as followed : (1) developing an optimum combination model of earth work equipments by using a system dynamics technique. (2) testing and evaluating the model by the sample application to a case study. The research is limited to the work of excavating, loading and hauling. The suggested model is proved in practice, so it will assist engineers to make the proper decision for equipment planning of earth work.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop semiconductor equipment maintenance technician train program for the effective train of professional maintenance technician in the semiconductor industry. To achieve the purpose, both of the actual condition survey and the literature investigation had been proceeded for the prediction of educational train manpower requirements in the field of semiconductor equipment maintenance in and outside the country. In addition, tasks and education contents were also analyzed through job analysis. Based on the result, we suggest that the education program for semiconductor equipment maintenance technician train.

  • This study described the design scheme for each step of the production test for the Fire Control System(FCS) of the K-55A1 PIP business of Hanwha Thales since 2011. From the time of receipt of the product It is necessary to improve the FCS's reliability by using the Unit Test, burn-In test, System Test. FCS of K-55A1 acts as a 'head' that control the self-propelled howitzer, and connected with the electrical and physical connection of self-propelled howitzer's multiple unit (Inertial navigation systems(IN), Muzzle Velocity Radar (MVR)) for the normal operation without an inch of error in operating. We designed the production testing equipment automatically as much as possible and designed with the environment similar to the self-propelled howitzer. by using this production testing equipment, It should help for the strengthen national defense of the Republic of Korea.

  • This paper provided a simulation model for transport vehicles that carry container from the ship to yard block and vice versa at automated container terminal with a perpendicular yard layout. Usually, the efficiency of container terminal is evaluated by the productivity of container cranes at apron, and the stevedoring system for transport vehicles and yard cranes should be supported enough to improve productivity of container cranes. Especially, transport vehicle is very important factor in the productivity of container cranes and the performance of transport vehicles are changed according to the number and traveling type of vehicles. For these reason, a method that can estimate productivity of transport vehicle is required Finally, we developed the simulation model to analyze the productivity of transport vehicle and presented the productivity of container cranes for a varying operation of transport vehicles.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 컨테이너터미널에서 이송장비를 이용한 GC생산성을 극대화하기 위해서 GC가 대기하는 일이 업도록 이송장비의 운반 작업이 원활히 이루어져야 하고, 수동 컨테이너 터미널의 Non Pooling System과 자동 컨테이너터미널에서 Pooing System의 이송장비 할당 알고리즘을 제시하고 실제로 적용하여 컨테이너터미널 생산성 향상의 차이를 비교 분석 제시한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 반도체 장비 모니터링을 위하여 로컬 시스템, 서버 시스템, 클라이언트 시스템으로 임베디드 시스템으로 부분 구성하여 클라이언트/서버 개념에서 취약한 안정성, 시스템 관리에 따른 문제점, 원가 상승과 설치 공간의 문제점을 개선 및 보완하였다. 본 연구에서는 반도체 장비 모니터링 시스템의 안정성 확보를 위한 임베디드 모니터링 시스템의 하드웨어와 이를 제어하기 위한 소프트웨어 핵심 기술 개발이며, 이를 위해 임베디드 모니터링 시스템의 핵심이 되는 감시/제어용 하드웨어 모듈과 임베디드 운영체제, 부가적인 관련 응용프로그램을 개발한다.
