'Maeul' is a concept connoting a community. As a place where ordinary people's lives are planned and realized, Maeul is the foundation of their daily lives as well as a place where they work, rest and enjoy pastime activities. In Korea, however, most Maeul communities are dismantled while going though the modern period representing colonization and developmental dictatorship. Growth-oriented industrialization and urbanization turned into such adverse effects as individualization, a sense of loss and a sense of alienation. Recently, through innovations from below, Maeuls are restored, and through Maeul communities restored this way, every Maeul and many researchers carry out activities to build a healthy civil society. This study was conducted on such a background. For a healthy restoration of Maeul communities and a sustainable operation of those communities, it is necessary to establish archives where record the trace of Maeul members' daily lives and relations between those members. The archive of Maeul communities is a place that contains each Maeul's local characteristics as well as human relations as well. It is because this place can be space where Maeul members can record their history, communicate with each other and make a better future. The archive of Maeul communities can be made into various different models, which can be operated by reflecting the identity of a community such as main agents and characteristics, objectives and orientation of objects recorded. Rather than when Maeul communities exist as individuals, they can display more important functions and better effect when they form a network. Therefore, it is needed to provide various and creative methodologies different from the existing government-led record management. Not only on the form of archives, but also all over their functions, such as collection, arrangement, classification, evaluation, management and utilization, Maeul and Maeul residents' norms, orientation and realistic conditions should be thoroughly reflected. Starting from a chance to look back at individuals' lives, the archive of Maeul communities will be a new chapter to restore and build a healthy community in our society and overcome social contradictions from below. Moreover, the archive of Maeul communities has a great significance that it will broaden its prospect creatively with a new paradigm, not only mechanically turning the existing public sector-centered record management into a non-governmental sector.

The mobile instant messengers could change the lives of average citizens as much as did the telephone in the early part of the 20th century and television in the 1950s and 1960s. Researchers are debating whether the mobile instant messengers are improving or harming participation in community life and social relationships. For this study, 155 participants in two universities completed questionnaires pertaining to their own mobile instant messengers use and feelings of loneliness. We used survey data to examine the effects of the mobile instant messengers on social involvement and psychological well-being. In this sample, the mobile instant messengers were used extensively for communication. Results suggest that greater use of the mobile instant messengers were associated with declines in participants' communication with the people around which in turn creases their loneliness. These findings have implications for research and for the design of technology.

'주' 필자는 최근(1992년 3월 5일$\~$30일)에, 한일공동 연구사업 수행을 위하여 일본정부 과학기술청의 <개별 전문가 초청계획>에 의한 초청을 받아 일본 농림수산성 가축위생시험장을 다녀왔다. 본래, 일본에 가게된 주 목적은 '소 타일레리아병에 관한 병원학적 비교연구'이었으며, 진드기 체내 및 우체내에 있어서의 타일레리아 원충의 발육단계별 정밀진단과 정제백신 개발을 위한 생물공학적 기술응용 연구가 주요 과제내용이었다. 마침, 제 113회 일본 수의학회 학술대회(1992년 4월 2일$\~$4일)의 개최가 예정되어 있었고, 이 학회의 <기생충학 분과회 심포지움>의 주제가 '톱밥 축사에 있어서의 새로운 선충성 질병'이었으며, 그 심포지움의 대장으로 예정되어 있는 평 조형 박사(일본 농림수산성 가축위생시험장 기생충연구실 실장)및 공동연구자 중촌의남 박사 등과 접촉하여 연구실 견학 및 토의를 할 수 있는 기회를 가진 바 있으며(사진 참조), 관련된 최신문헌을 입수한 바 있다. 본 편에서는, 최근에 일본에서 새로운 기생충성 질병으로 문제시 되고 있는 '송아지 돌연사'와 관련하여, 그 병원체인 유두분선충(Strongyloides papilosus)의 감염피해 실태와 인공감염시험 결과 등에 대하여 금년도 일본수의학회 기생충학 분과회 심포지움 주제발표 내용을 중심으로 하여 해설을 드리고 한편, 유두분선충증의 병원체 및 생활환모형, 감염역학과 감염성립조건, 진단 및 치료대책, 향후 연구문제와 전망 등에 대하여 함께 고찰해 보고자 한다.

Humans have made a third person over a long history and differentiated them from each other. Discrimination of 'us' and 'them' has led Derrida to make works to look upon the human nature towards animal strangers. This study tries to examine upon the expansion of animal strangers by focusing on 'The Animal That Therefore I am.' Furthermore, the research asserts to pay more attention to animal strangers by looking at his works of how modern people think about animals in the current society. Derrida expresses his 'humiliation' that he felt when he faced his cat after a shower. This emotion brings up the topic that was neglected in the conventional wisdom and casts doubts on this. This emotion of humuliation is only felt by humans, and he explains this is one way of feeling like a 'human.' The researcher therefore focuses on the 'experiences of humans' and looks at the ambivalence of humans in culture and the irony in natural animals. This perspective criticizes Speciesism, which considers people other than oneself able to be suffered. This view also tried to escape anthro-pocentrism and looked at the animals on their own. This study examines current animal strangers with theories of Donna Haraway and Jane Goodal, and analyzes Derrida's artworks with Susan Sontag's philosophy. This aims to lead to a conclusion of how to reach an optimal relationship between human and animal. By focusing on Derrida, who has not been highlighted yet in this country, hopes to create effective communication between human and animal by explaining his artworks through new philosophy of animals.

The main purpose of this research was to discover the characteristics of the 'commons for all' related to public libraries as much as possible, design the learning content, and finally to demonstrate whether the contents meet the general education requirement of universities. The public library is a study hall for multi-literacy, a common place for lifelong learning without discrimination, a place for experiencing digital sharing culture, a place for practicing public architectural design for community regeneration, a workshop for the maker movement and finally, a hub for forming local communities. In short, it has all the characteristics appropriate to being a commons. This subject titled "Sharing Culture and Local Libraries" is designed and composed with various literacy understanding, information ethics of information literacy, community consciousness and multicultural understanding, public consciousness, cooperative spirit and computer utilization ability, interdisciplinary knowledge, and integrated perspective. In a situation where the regional and public crises are increasing, this kind of general education subject about public library, is expected to contribute greatly to raising the awareness of the library and further enhancing the local community togetherness spirit by spreading the value of the library widely to students and inducing them to actually experience various library services.

BioPlace 시스템은 유전체 관련 연구자들의 효과적인 정보교환과 연구 활동을 지원하기 위한 웹기반 협업지원 시스템이다. 현재 BioPlace 시스템은 정보를 교환하는 방법이 대부분 비동기적 이어서 실제 공동작업의 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 전달사항이나 수시로 변하는 정보를 실시간으로 전달할 수 있는 방법을 제공하고 있지 않다. Jabber 메시징 시스템은 XML 기반의 개방형 메시징 시스템으로서 실시간 의사소통을 지원하기 위한 다양한 기능과 타 메시징 시스템과의 연동을 제공하고 있어서 능률적인 메시징 서비스의 개발을 지원한다. 따라서, BioPlace 협업지원 시스템에서 Jabber 메시징 서비스를 제공함으로써 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 BioPlace 협업지원 시스템에서 실시간 의사소통 수단으로 사용될 수 있도록 Jabber 실시간 메시징 시스템을 확장하여 BioPlace 메신저 시스템을 설계하고, 실제 구동 가능한 서버와 클라이언트 시스템을 개발하였다.

This study explores actual conditions and experiences on the rigor of social welfare qualitative researchers in Korea by using a qualitative inquiry. To examine the actual conditions on the rigor, this study analyzes 2,112 articles published in 8 Korean social work journals from 1979 to 2006. And to explores the experiences of social welfare qualitative researcher on the rigor, this study analyzes the experiences of qualitative research by using individual interviews and focus group interviews. The characteristics of social welfare qualitative research in Korea tend to enlarge according to the needs by doctoral candidates, coexist with post-positivism and constructivism. The analysis of both quantitative and qualitative results show that the rigor of social welfare qualitative research is very important to secure the validity and control the quality of qualitative research. Based on these results, this study introduced concrete tasks related to secure the rigor of social welfare qualitative research in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to find out what the implications for communication in the Untacted era are through interpretation of works created by researchers for communication and relationship using traditional Hanji materials as a new communication method to cope with the situation of Corona 19. This work uses an in-depth interpretation of the motivations, intentions, and meanings of researchers who are challenged with their experience, knowledge, and intuitive insights. The works and interpretations that were originally exhibited for the purpose of human relations and communication using Hanji materials representing traditional Korean beauty are as follows. First, creative activities that utilize traditional materials for human relations and communication through overcoming the limitations of the untact era, such as Corona 19, are helpful for mutual understanding and finding meaning. Second, the use of traditional materials for the formation of relationships and communication between people in the same ethnicity, language, and space can be a medium for forming a common perception. The findings will provide motivation for the use and expansion of human relationships and communication in disaster situations as basic data.

This study was designed to find the characteristics of mathematical errors and discourse in simultaneous equations and inequalities for migrant students from North Korea. 5 sample students participated, who attended in an alternative school for the migrant students from North Korea at the study in Seoul, Korea. A total of 8 lesson units were performed as an extra curriculum activity once a week during the 1st semester, 2011. The results indicated that students showed technical errors, encoding errors, misunderstood symbols, misinterpreted language, and misunderstood Chines characters of Koreans and the discourse levels improved from the zero level to the third level, but the scenes of the third level did not constantly happen. Nevertheless, the components of discourse, explanation & justification, were activated and as a result, evaluation & elaboration increased in ERE pattern on communication.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the value and type of online and offline linked advertisement, which is a new advertisement type that emerged with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution. In this study, based on literature research, we understood the marketing method that evolves from "4P (product, price, place, promotion)" to "4C (co-creation, community, conversation, currency)" and extracted derive 4C elements. Based on this, we analyzed what elements of 4C showed online and offline connectivity through the investigation of on and offline linked advertisements. Through the analysis results, online and offline linked advertisements were classified into 4 types and 14 detailed types according to how they were connected to the number of 4C elements. In this paper, as a final result, we verified that 4C elements of marketing that appeared in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution are represented in advertisements and suggested the typology of advertisements accordingly. This study is expected to contribute to providing new insights to advertisers and researchers who produce and study online and offline advertisements.
