노인 인구의 급격한 증가와 인터넷을 통한 정보획득의 보편화로 인하여 웹 접근성의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 웹 접근성이란 "경제적, 지역적, 신체적, 사회적 한계로 인해 정보서비스를 받기 어려운 자들에 대한 정보 통신망의 자유로운 접근과 이용" 을 의미한다 정부기관이 선도하여 웹사이트를 통해 보다 편리하고 좋은 서비스를 국민에게 제공하려는 전세계적인 노력에도 불구하고 장애인이나 노인들에게는 아직도 웹사이트의 접근이 용이하지 못한 실정이다. 이는 웹 접근성의 문제를 발생시키는 근본 원인 중 하나인 웹 접근성(Web Accessibility)에 대한 개념 이해 및 현재 사용되는 웹사이트의 접근성 만족 유무를 정확하게 평가할 수 있는 평가 방법의 부재에 기인한다. 현재까지 웹 접근성 평가는 표준 평가항목인 W3C의 웹 접근성 지침(Web Contents Accessibility Guideline 1.0, 이하 WCAG 1.0)을 기반으로 만들어진 자동화 평가도구를 이용하여 대부분 이루어져 왔다. 자동차 평가도구를 이용한 웹 접근성 평가 방법은 평가가 용이하고 평가결과의 정량화로 인해 연구의 객관성을 높일 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 선행연구와 실험을 통해 자동화 평가도구의 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 예를 들어 전문가가 직접 스크린 리더를 통해 계산한 접근성 오류와 자동화 도구가 계산한 접근성 오류와는 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 자동화 평가도구의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 전문가가 직접 평가하는 매뉴얼 평가방식과의 병행을 제시하고 있으나, 근본적인 문제점을 해결하고 이를 개선할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 "한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침(TTAS.0T-10.0003)"을 기본으로 하여 "EuroAccessibilty Consortium" 에서 고려하고 있는 "testable statement" 으로 통합 보안한 접근성 체크항목의 재구성과 함께 "자연어 처리" 알고리즘을 적용하여 자동화 평가도구의 개선 방안을 제시한다. 아직까지 제시된 개선방안의 적용 및 검증이 이루어지지 않아 한계점을 가지고 있으나 자동화 평가도구의 개선방안에 대한 제안은 향후 연구의 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것이며 많은 후속연구를 유발할 것으로 기대한다.

In an increasingly digital world, knowledge and information accessibility is becoming a key factor to personal, professional and national development. But only 5% of the world's publishing output is made accessible in alternative formats for people who cannot use print. People with disabilities say that the biggest barrier to access to the material they want or need to read is a lack of accessible information. This study aims to analyze the development policies(governance and role, funding and support, production and distribution system, etc.) of alternative formats for people with disabilities in major countries(Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Sweden, UK, and USA). And result of this preliminary study will be used as background information for development of the national plan and role model for production and distribution of the alternative formats in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to examine the status of urbanization of Namyangju-Si from 2001 till 2008, analyze the correlation of the change of surrounding land use according to the change of accessibility and analyze the correlation of the change of land use. Based on the result from correlation analysis, I simulated from the view point of interactions between agents of land use and transportation accessibility by using MAS. I tried to forecast, based on space, the change of surrounding land use caused by the change of accessibility. I conducted landscape analysis by using a land registration map. Also, I conducted GIS analysis statistical analysis simulation analysis of traffic data, land use data in order to analyze the correlation of the change of surrounding land use according to the change of accessibility. I could find out a certain pattern that new roads and railroads causes the within 500m adjacent land to change into urban land use, which led me to construct a system through which land use changing phenomenon can be expected according to the change of accessibility. It is expected that it can make the best use of selecting the location where new transportation facilities are constructed.

In distributed environments, the DB secure models have been being studied to include the multi-level mechanism which is effective to control access according to the level of the data value. These mechanisms have the problems. The first, it is impossible to maintain the global data which is protected in the multi-level mechanism. The second, the access and the relation of the data is not clear due to the access revocation between the local data and the global's. In this paper, we proposed the mechanism using shema. The mechanism doesn't have the access revocation, and provides the protection of the data and the control to the global data.

This study is an analysis on the needs assessment of school library facilities in Korea. After exploring KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners, the needs assessment tool of school library facilities was proposed in the previous study. The tool contains 10 major properties on school library facilities. This study gathered data from 507 students and 134 teacher librarians. The result of analysis is as follows: Students and teacher librarians evaluated the importance of library facilities more highly than the current level of facilities. Collection access, convenience and space are revealed more important properties to students and good environment, expandability, collection access are more important to teacher librarians among the properties.

현재 우리나라 국토공간자료의 이용은 자료에 대한 낮은 접근성, 분석방법의 일관성 유지의 곤란, 결과의 미공유에 따른 중복작업, 자료의 분산에 따른 즉각적인 의사결정의 지연 등의 문제를 지니고 있다. 이를 위하여 다양한 국토모니터링 정보를 통합, 처리하여 효율적으로 제공하는 시스템 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 현재까지 구축된 국토모니터링과 관련된 공간정보시스템의 사례를 조사하고, 특성을 정리하여 국토모니터링을 위한 통합된 공간정보시스템이 갖추어야할 내용과 설계전략을 제시하였다.

자연 현상을 연구 대상으로 하는 공학적인 접근법이나 과학적인 접근법에 있어서 컴퓨터를 활용한 수치모의는 이제 거의 모든 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 복잡한 자연 현상을 해석하고 예측하기 위한 필수적인 하나의 도구로 자리매김하고 있다. 하지만, 컴퓨팅 기술의 눈부신 발전에도 불구하고, 과거에 개발되어 현재까지도 활용되고 있는 기술의 보완점은 항상 제기되고 있으며, 또한 필요성에 의한 새로운 기술들이 끊임없이 새롭게 개발되고 있다. 하천 또는 지하수 모의를 위해서 모형을 구축할 때 가장 기본적이며, 가장 중요한 준비 과정은 모의 영역에 대한 격자 형성이다. 연속성을 지닌 모의 대상을 수치적으로 접근하기 위해서는 연속성을 가정한 불연속적인 격자를 생성하는 과정이 반드시 필요하며, 연속성을 지닌 자료로부터 이산적인 자료를 얻어 내삽과정을 통해 격자점에 할당하게 된다. 모의준비 과정뿐만 아니라 모의 결과의 활용과정에서도 내삽이 필요할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 trend-surfaces법, 역거리 가중치법, spline법 등 기존에 알려진 공간자료 보간법들을 지형 자료 또는 지하수위 자료 등의 2차원 공간 자료에 적용하여 비교, 분석하며, 보다 효과적인 내삽기술에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

This study suggested the necessity of subject access for understanding on the contents of children's books which library would select children's books efficiently. Especially it was presented examples of efficiency on subject access analyzing Korean translation fiction of Newbery Medal Winner's books. Besides subject on the contents of books, it suggested fiction genre and gender and age of protagonist as elements which should be taken into account in process of Subject Headings development.

우리나라는 산림은 단순림이 많고 밀도가 높기 때문에 산불이 한번 발생하면 대형 산불로 확산될 우려가 크다. 이 때문에 산불 발생을 미리 예측하여 대응할 필요가 있다. 산불 발생예측을 위해서는 산불 발생에 영향을 미치는 인자와 산불 발생의 관계를 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 1997년부터 2006년까지 발생한 전국에서 발생한 산불의 point data를 이용하였다. 산불 발생 지점의 지형인자와 지리인자, 그리고 산불 발생 당시의 기상인자로 DB를 구축하고 산불 발생과의 관계를 구명하였다. 지형인자 분석은 고도, 방위, 경사에 따른 산불 발생 빈도를 분석하였고, 그 상관관계를 분석하였다. 지리인자 분석에서는 인구밀도, 산불 발생지역의 접근성(도로에 따른 접근성, 대도시와의 거리에 따른 접근성)에 대한 산불 발생의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 기상인자와 산불 발생의 관계는 전국 76개소에서 관측된 온습도 데이터를 보간한 자료와 산불 발생과의 관계를 분석하였다. 기상인자 분석은 산불이 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 3월 하순, 4월 초순, 4월 중순 자료를 평균하여 산불 발생 빈도와의 상관관계를 분석하고 산불 발생 위험지역을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 각 인자와 산불 발생의 관계를 분석해보았다. 하지만 각 인자간의 관계를 분석하지 못한 것이 한계점이라고 할 수 있다. 차후 연구에서는 각 인자간의 관련성을 분석하고 산불 발생의 원인과 인자간의 구체적인 인과관계를 밝히는 것도 필요할 것으로 보인다.
