본 연구는 호텔기업의 조직문화 유형별 LMX와 경영성과에 관한 연구로 호텔기업에서의 조직문화 유형에 따라 LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) 상사와 구성원(종사원)과의 차이가 있는지를 검증하고, 조직문화 유형에 따라 경영성과에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 검증하고 마지막으로 조직문화 유형별(관계지향, 위계지향, 혁신지향, 과업지향) LMX가 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 문헌적 연구방법(documentary study)와 실증적 연구방법(empirical)을 병행하였다. 회수된 설문지를 분석하여 호텔기업의 조직문화 유형별 LMX와 경영성과에 대한 방향과 시사점, 개선방안을 제시하고 한다.

This paper presents a meta-tag expanded from scholarly service types of OpenURL written in Key/Encoded-Value format, after analyzing new scholarly service types and DataCite metadata elements which are for research data publishing and services. So far, OpenURL Z39.88 standard, KEVFormat: Sch-Svc, supporting six scholarly service type only, the expansion of this standard is needed for a research data circulation. New eight scholarly service types were extracted, after analyzing and comparing with the Scopus, Web of Science, and NDSL services. And nine representative attributes were extracted, after analyzing intensively the DataCite's elements.

보드 게임은 다양한 주제와 사회성을 바탕으로 발전해 왔으며, 최근에는 보드 카페 등의 활동으로 수많은 계층의 커뮤니티가 형성되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 보드 게임의 특성에 관한 연구는 전혀 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보드 게임의 놀이적 특성과 방향성에 따라 보드 게임을 분석하고 유형을 분류하였다.

Communication education research has focused on the effects of instructor characteristics on learning. It is necessary to consider student characteristics as well to develop an effective teaching strategy. The current study tries to classify students into multiple distinct groups depending on their personality traits and communication characteristics and investigates differences in effects of teacher characteristics between those groups. A survey on unversity students was conducted to collect data. A cluster analysis was carried out to identify distint sub-groups of respondents by their personality traits and communication characteristics. The analysis yielded two distinct groups. The two groups were named stable-reticent group', and 'neurotic-talkative group' respectivley. Series of multiple regression were carried out in order to investigate differences in the effects of instructor characteristics. The analyses found different patterns of effects between the two sub-groups. The findings suggest that it is necessary to adopt different communication styles and teaching strategies depending on student types.

This study examined the level-differentiated mathematic classes to offer basic data for effective college mathematics curriculum. Using the Kolb Learning Style, this study surveyed 213 college engineering students in 6 level-differentiated classes in one university and analyzed the significant consequence. The results showed that the ranking of the Learning Style in a superior mathematic class is Diverger, Accommodator, Assimilator, and Converger. Second, the ranking of the Learning Style in the inferior mathematics class was Accommodator, Diverger, Assimilator, and Converger. Third, for effective class of superior mathematics class, professors need to give sufficient time to analyze mathematics problems by the students themselves. Fourth, for an effective class of inferior mathematic class, professors need to use experimental and diverse teaching method to enhance the students' concentration and learning achievement. Based on this study, professors should develop teaching methods that fit the students' Learning Style and the properties of college mathematics curriculum.

This study explored the essential meanings of experiences that married immigrant women living in rural communities have in their community participation process and analyzed the situations and types of their community participation in order to support immigration women's community participation and develop strategies for social welfare by type of community participation. For these purpose, we analyzed story outlines, meanings, types and situations of community participation among married immigrant women who had been over 5 years since their immigration. According to the results of this study, the meaning of married immigrant women's community participation was "Recognize myself as the pioneer of my life and participate in social activities continuously." In the results of analyzing the types of participation, the subjects were classified into 'self directed growth type,' 'self content type,' and 'social support expectation type.' The results of this study are expected to be helpful to understand the life of married immigrant women in rural areas not as 'individuals' otherized in a foreign country but as 'participants' of community that are encountered naturally in daily life, and to develop community level services suitable for such women.

위성영상정보는 센서의 종류, 취득, 분석, 재난과 위성영상 특성 매칭 등의 제약으로 재난 상황에서 제한적으로 사용되었다. 일반적으로 인공위성의 종류는 탑재한 센서의 정보제공 능력 범위에 따라 분류 가능하며 이에 따라 대상 범위가 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 재난의 예측, 탐지, 사후처리를 위한 위성자료의 취득과 활용을 위해 다양한 위성과 탑재된 센서의 궤도, 공간 해상도, 파장대 등의 특성에 대하여 분석하고 재난유형별로 최적 위성영상을 선정하였다. 행정안전부에서는 재난과 재해의 유형을 자연재난(10종)과 사회재난(27종)으로 분류하였다. 위성영상 활용이 가능한 재난 유형은 가시적으로 확인이 가능한 자연재난에 해당하며 그 중 태풍, 홍수, 가뭄, 산불 등 총 4종의 재난유형별로 가용한 최적의 위성영상을 분석하였다. 재난관측에 사용 가능한 대표적인 탑재체의 종류는 극궤도 지구관측 위성에서 광학과 SAR로 구분할 수 있다. 각 기본 특성에 따라 제공되는 정보의 종류가 분류되며 광학 센서는 태양복사 및 지구복사에너지 파장 영역 중 가시광선-근적외선-단파적외선-열적외선 파장대 영역의 분광 정보를 제공할 수 있는 다중 밴드들로 구성된다. 지표의 특정 대상이나 물질을 탐지하고 변화를 감지·분석하는데 유용하여 홍수, 태풍, 지진 등 자연 및 사회 재난·재해 관측에 유용하게 이용된다. SAR 센서는 장파장의 전자기파를 방출한 후 돌아오는 신호를 활용하여 대상에 대한 정보를 획득한다. 대기의 효과 및 요소를 투과하는 주파수 대역별 장파장 밴드 정보를 활용하여 고해상도의 대상 표면, 위치, 형태 등의 정보를 측량 및 관측하므로 중·광역 지역에 제약 없이 영상정보를 획득할 수 있어 산사태, 홍수, 지진, 등의 재난 모니터링에 유용하다. 이러한 다종 위성별 센서들의 특징(공간 해상도, 파장대별 밴드 특성, 관측폭, 재방문 주기 등)들을 분석하여 재난유형별로 가용한 무료/상용 지구관측위성을 분류한 결과 태풍에는 광역관측, 정지궤도 위성, 홍수에는 광학 및 SAR 고해상도 위성, 가뭄은 광역관측, 다분광 광학 위성 그리고 산불에는 정지궤도, 광학, SAR 위성이 적합함을 알 수 있다.

This study explores the relationships among franchisor's leadership style, franchisee's revenue, and commitment The main purpose of this study is when the causal relationship between leadership style and revenue to determine the mediating effect of commitment and when causal relationship between leadership style and commitment to determine the moderating effect of motivation. The results of the study show that franchisor's leadership styles are significantly related to franchisee's revenue. Although all leadership styles exhibit significant relationships with franchisee's revenue, only achievement oriented leadership style plays a significant role in the formation of franchisee's revenue. The level of franchisee's intrinsic motivation is significantly moderated between franchisor's supportive leadership style and commitment. It is also revealed that commitment exhibit complete or partial mediation effect in the relationships between franchisor's all leadership style and franchisee's revenue. Implications and future research directions are also discussed.

According to the administrational guidelines of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) for elementary and middle schools" shown by the Ministry of Education in 2000, it suggests using eight types of ICT such as information search, information analysis, information guidance, web discussion, joint research, expert interchange, web pen pal and information making. But the result of this research shows that teachers think the eight types of ICT are not proper to apply in a school and teachers also have difficulties to use them on their classes. Therefore, this research proposed to improve the basic functional types and have concrete functional plans for normal operation of information education from now on. This research also proves that the functional types developed through teachers' opinions are more appropriate and realistic. I expect that this research will help teachers to utilize ICT and organize the process of information education hereafter

This empirical study focused on examining the relationship between transactional transformational leadership style and power of construction project manager and the organizational effectiveness, respectively, and the moderating role of power between leadership and the organizational effectiveness. A 790 numbers useful questionnaires were obtained from the stuffs working at the construction sites excluding project managers. Internal consistency test using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted for the reliability and validity of the scales respectively. And cluster analysis and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were conducted to test the hypotheses. The results and implications are as follows. First, the leadership styles of project managers influence positively the subordinates' job satisfaction but not organizational commitment in construction project. Second, the power styles of project managers influence positively the subordinates' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, the leadership styles of the project managers influence positively the subordinates' job satisfaction and organizational commitment by the power moderating role. The implication of this result is important because of the fact that the transformational leadership can be useful even in the construction projects. And the moderating role of the project manage's power suggests.
