Monitoring of the Underground Pollutant Infiltration Loads in Greenhouse and Conventional Farming Practices (시설 및 관행재배 지역의 지하침투 오염부하 모니터링)

  • 강우가 발생하거나 관개를 함에 따라 농경지의 토양침식물, 잔류 비료나 농약 등의 비점오염원은 지표 및 지하 유출과 함께 거동함으로써 지표수 뿐 아니라 지하수 수질에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 특히, 최근 고부가가치 농산물 수요의 증가로 전국적으로 시설재배 농업이 확대되고 있으나 시설재배 내에서의 비점오염원 유출특성에 관한 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 시설재배 농업과 관행농업의 비점오염원의 거동 및 지하침투 오염부하를 비교 평가하고 비점오염원을 저감하기 위한 적절한 방안 마련이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시설 및 관행재배 지역의 지하침투 오염부하량을 평가하기 위하여 주변 영향이 배제되어 시설재배와 관행재배의 비교 평가 가능한 포장 및 광역 단위 시험포장을 선정하고 모니터링 시스템을 구축하였다. 먼저 필지 단위와 광역 단위 단위에서의 모니터링 시스템을 설계하고, 수문 및 수질 분석 항목을 설정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 관행재배지에서의 물수지 모니터링을 위하여 기상 및 강우량, 지하수위, 토양수분, 관개 및 배수량을 측정하기 위한 장비를 설치하고, 토양수 및 지하수의 물질 수지 분석을 분석하기 위한 토양수, 지하수, 논담수 등의 수질 샘플망을 구축하였다. 또한 시설재배지에서의 물수지 모니터링을 위하여 기상, 지하수위, 토양수분 및 관개량을 측정하기 위한 장비를 설치하고, 토양수 및 지하수의 물질 수지 분석을 분석하기 위한 토양수, 지하수, 관개용수 등의 수질 샘플망을 구축하였다. 향후 본 시험 포장에 대한 지속적인 모니터링과 샘플링 실시하여 다양한 항목에 대한 조사 및 분석이 이루어진 다면 시설재배지 비점오염원 모니터링 및 정량화 기술개발을 통해 시설재배지에서의 비점오염에 대한 정량적 자료구축이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 기초적인 자료를 제공함으로써 국내 농업비점오염총량 추정 기술에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Road is one of the infrastructure facilities, on which lines include various information for guiding a smooth traffic flow. This line marking work is continually removed and re-marked during maintenance. However, some problems exist when the line marking work is conducted. Traditional methods of using grinders and torches have risk of repetitive skill, and workers are exposed directly to the hazardous situations. Moreover, even though the equipment has developed, the line removing work induces environmental contamination and pollution line on the road. Therefore, this study can become one of the eco-friendly cleaning technologies using dry ice blaster equipment, and the new development of equipment will improve method of pavement marking removal. Also, it can introduce innovative automation in construction.

  • As the importance of the use and analysis of big data is emerging, there is a growing interest in natural language processing techniques for unstructured data such as news articles and comments. Particularly, as the collection of big data becomes possible, data mining techniques capable of pre-processing and analyzing data are emerging. In this case study with a telecom company, we propose a methodology how to formalize unstructured data using text mining. The domain is determined as equipment failure and the data is about 2.2 million equipment check ledger data. Data on equipment failures by 800,000 per year is accumulated in the equipment check ledger. The equipment check ledger coexist with both formal and unstructured data. Although formal data can be easily used for analysis, unstructured data is difficult to be used immediately for analysis. However, in unstructured data, there is a high possibility that important information. Because it can be contained that is not written in a formal. Therefore, in this study, we study to develop digital transformation method for unstructured data in equipment check ledger.

  • 해체대상 원자력시설의 해체계획 수립 및 엔지니어링을 위한 전산 시스템이 개발 중에 있다. 한국원자력연구원의 연구로 2호기와 우라늄변환시설의 해체 활동에서 얻어진 귀한 해체 경험 정보/자료와 해체 대상 시설의 특성자료를 이용하고, 해체작업 단위 생산성 산출 결과 인자를 활용하여 해체작업 모델링 시스템 (DEMOS)를 개발하였다. 이 시스템을 통해 해체 대상 원자력시설의 해체계획을 수립하고, 해체 설계를 수행할 수 있게 된다. 또한 최근의 정부 노임단가 및 해체용 장비의 소요 비용의 DB 자료가 함께 구축되었다.

  • Ammunition magazine, which is installed on the ground, has difficulty in protecting from the external attack, and accidental explosion should cause great damage to the life and property. For these reasons, it is needed to develop underground magazine that it has the advantages of safety, security and maintenance. This paper introduce the design case for blasting facilities, which should resist blasting pressure, as well as layout of underground magazine, which takes a safety for explosion and a working space of loading/unloading machine into consideration. On the layout, in case of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ underground magazine, put three storage chambers in position almost parallel with principle stress direction, where less effected on discontinuity and hard rock area. Also, secured safe distance according to safety criteria of the Defense Ministry, and verified suitable layout by trace simulation for loading/unloading machine on working stage. Blasting design was performed on evaluation of maximum blast pressure between donar and acceptor chambers, and design condition for blast door, valve, etc. Diminution facilities against explosion, such as thrust block or debris trap, determined its size after plan in accordance with blasting criteria and calculation by structural analysis.

  • This paper classifies and defines the infrastructure factors required to performance various logistics activities in domestic logistics centers as base facility, logistics facility, logistics equipment and operation system. The classification of infrastructure factors in this research provide the standard to be able to identify which infrastructure influence on logistics activities directly or indirectly. Also, this paper reviews Korean industrial Standards('KS') related to logistics center and then suggests the reformation of KS reflected on the logistics activities and infrastructures with field-study(321 domestic centers) and advisory meeting1). This review and suggestion can increase the low awareness and use of KS. Lastly, this paper can contribute to increase the effective of logistics centers' plan and operation by providing the improvement direction of KS regarding to logistics centers.

Especially, The U.S.A made Transportation security Administration in Homeland security adminstration and strongly execute for policies related anti-terror. many countries over the world enforce airport and airplane security facilities with science-technology contents. and with security exploitation for the passengers and freight security inspection level enforcement, many countries also make effort to interupt aviation terror threat. In this process, in the center of developed countries that need science-technology contents adaption, much budget and personals are invested and exploited a security inspection instrument and complimented of many facilities As a result, according to the development of science-technology, prevention of Terror have much developed. The contents using intelligence-communication technology inevitably needed on the goal of terror prevention and safty. From simple monitoring for the people who come in and out airport to boarding process and inspection for the freight, security inspection process for the passengers, bio information input, confirmation, of the level that there is no cases of adaption of contents, The reality have generalized of using contents. The study is going to research contents application situation.

  • As the major information communication infrastructure had been getting more important, 'Act on the Protection of Information and Communications Infrastructure'(APICI) was legislated in Korea 2001. Consequently, the major information system, nationwide monitering service systems and government administration operation & management systems have been registered and managed under the APICI. The authorized organizations related to above service and system, perform vulnerability analysis and evaluation for chief communication infrastructures by themselves or registered agencies. In this research, we propose an advanced model for vulnerability analysis and evaluation and apply it to the main information and communication infrastructures through the case study. We hope each related organization could apply this model for analysis and evaluation of vulnerability in these infrastructures.
