In this study I investigated that fire fighters utilize fire facilities properly or not, and found problems and solutions with interview and questionnaire. Fire fighters tend to utilize portable instruments. 62% of fire fighters have used fire facilities which is installed in building. The most useful facility is indoor fire hydrant, 42% of fire fighters have used that. The primary reason to avoid to use facility is that they think the facilities are not good at quick response. Almost fire fighters want improvement to enhance utilizing fire facilities. Finally in the fire scene, commander's initiative, fire fighter's ability, easiness of utilizing fire facilities, and fire fighter's creditibility about fire facilities are related to the degree of utilizing fire facilities.

2023년 8월 3일 다중이용시설과 운송시설이 맞닿아 있는 서현역 부근의 다중이 밀집한 장소에서 차량돌진 및 흉기난동의 묻지마 범죄가 발생하였다. 차량을 인도로 몰아 보행자를 들이받은 뒤 백화점 내부로 들어가 흉기를 휘둘러 차량돌진으로 5명, 흉기난동으로 9명의 피해자가 발생하였다(리차드김, 2023). 서현역의 묻지마 범죄 이후, '살인예고 지도' 서비스의 등장하면서 많은 이용객이 상시 붐비는 번화가 및 백화점 등의 다중이용시설을 이용하는 시민들의 불안감이 전국적으로 크게 확산하고 있다(김잔디 & 최윤선, 2023). 급격히 늘어나는 국민의 불안감으로 정부에서는 '묻지마 범죄'를 '이상동기범죄'로 명명하고 근절을 위해, 사실상 테러와 비슷한 수준의 강력한 대책을 추진하고 있다(강은민, 2023). 이상동기범죄에 따른 강력한 대책으로 국무조정실(대테러센터), 경찰청 등 관계부처의 다중이용시설 대한 안전대책들이 강구되어지고 실정에서 「경비업법」에 따라 시설의 위험발생을 방지하는 업무를 담당하고 있는 민간 경비원에게 이용객의 안전을 보호하고 피해를 최소화하기 위한 일선 역할이 중요해졌다. 하지만, 이상동기범죄에 대한 일선의 초동대응이 인력과 장비, 정당방위에 대한 법제도의 뒷받침 미흡 등으로 인해 민간 경비원의 실질적인 대응이 어려운 실정이다. 많은 사람의 왕래가 있는 다중이용시설에서의 민간 경비원 최소 경력배치 기준, 현행범 제압을 위한 무기사용 기준, 이용객 보호를 위한 경비원 위력 사용 기준 등의 제도적으로 마련되어 있지 않아 민간 경비원이 범죄로부터 시설 이용객을 보호하는 것은 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다중이용시설 묻지마 범죄 등의 위험성과 민간 경비원의 무기사용과 관련한 법제도적 한계점을 고찰하여, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study designed and manufactured "a DVOR virtual signal generator" to make the monitoring system of preliminary Doppler VHF Omni-directional Radio Range(DVOR) run like its real operation status in a narrow space in order to study "a DVOR virtual monitoring system". The designed and manufactured DVOR virtual signal generator is suitable for the specification of signal that is generated in the currently running equipment. In addition, it is possible to control operation conditions of equipment by using parameter variables, and the circuit construction is largely divided into the input part, the modulation part, the high-gain amplifier, and the power part. "The DVOR virtual monitoring system using the virtual signal designed and implemented in this study is very suitable to be used for low-cost actual education as it can construct the operation status like the real situation in a narrow space without using an actual system like an antenna generating side band.

최근 정부(정보통신부)는 사이버 아파트를 포함하여 초고속 정보통신망을 2005년까지 구축하여 각 가정당 10Mbps의 고속 정보통신서비스를 실현한다는 계획을 발표하고, 초고속 정보통신을 활성화하므로 정보통신 선진국 진입을 위하여 "초고속 정보통신 건물 인증제도"를 발표, 현재 시행하고 있다. (1999.7 제정발표) 그러나 시행 과정에서 아파트 중앙 관리실에 있는 MDF 이후의 광케이블과 기타 공사는 건설회사에서 시공하고 중앙 관리실 MDF 이전의 광케이블 공사와 중앙관리실 LAN시설 등의 공사는 통신 전문업체로 하여금, 입주자 별도 부담금으로 시공하고 있다. (컨소시엄구성) 최근 아파트 분양열기 고조로 건설회사 마다 "초고속 정보통신아파트"인증 1등급이라고 선전 및 분양광고 중인데 실제는 "1등급"이 아니고 "2등급" 또는 "3등급"인 경우가 있어, 정부가 목표하는 각 가정당 10Mbps, 개인당 2Mbps 고속정보통신 서비스는 실현성 문제점이 있다. 정부의 인증심사 기준에 중앙관리실 장비 등에 대한 것은 심사기준에 누락되어 있고 또 사생활 정보보호를 위한 대응기술, 시스템 준비 정도까지 포함하여 종합적으로 평가한 뒤 인증을 부여하여야 한다는 것이 본인의 연구 초점이다. 사이버 아파트란 광통신을 주축으로 영상과 음성, 데이터를 자유 자재로 전송 처리하는 초고속 정보통신망을 이용하는 것으로 LAN 장비를 이용하여 각 세대간 통신은 물론 누구나 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 기능이 있는 설계된 아파트를 말한다. 사이버 아파트의 네트워크에는 금융, 홈쇼핑, 예약, 지역정보, 관공서, 의료서비스, 레저 생활정보 등 차별화된 콘텐츠 확보가 필요하다. 본 연구의 핵심은 사이버 아파트의 현 실태와 문제점, 정부의 인증심사 기준의 미비점과 문제점, 사이버 아파트의 기능, 구성요소, 시스템 구축, 서버활용도, 장비들에 관한 것과 그리고 정부의 사이버 아파트 육성정책, 정보보호 대책과 관련업체들의 동향 등을 연구하여 요약 정리하였다.

현재 한국 군부대에서 사용되고 있는 표적구동장치는 1990년도에 만들어진 재래식 장비로서 노후화 및 부품교체 난제로 인하여 지속적인 시스템의 오류와 이에 따른 장비 가동률 저하 등의 문제로 실전적인 사격 훈련이 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보다 효과적인 훈련을 진행하고자 복합 구동 표적장치를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 복합 구동 표적장치는 Up-down, Swing, Turn, Rotary 방식의 표적 구동을 원격으로 제어하여 다양한 사격 및 전술 훈련 적용 가능하도록 제작되었으며, 또한 사격진행 통제 결과를 통제관 혼자서 총괄 운용이 가능한 모니터링 시스템을 구축하였다. 그리고 현재 각 부대에 설치되어 있는 표적구동장치 및 전술훈련 컨트롤러는 유선을 통한 시리얼통신 및 중앙 분배식 전원공급시스템으로서 운영설비를 위하여 과도한 배관배선 등의 공사가 별도로 시행되어야 하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있도록 무선 통신시스템방식을 적용하여 다양한 훈련지역에 호환 적용될 수 있는 장비를 개발함으로써 훈련장 시설건립을 위한 부담을 줄이고, 운영의 극대화를 확보할 수 있도록 경제적, 기술적 효과를 추구하였다.

최근, IT기술과의 융합은 전 산업 분야에서 활발히 적용되고 있으며, 기후 및 환경변화와 식품 안전에 대한 관심의 증대와 함께, 농축수산업 분야에서의 ICT융합 연구 시도가 크게 증가하고 있다. 특히, 농업환경에서의 생산성 향상 및 식품 안전성 확보를 위해 다양한 형태의 상황정보 기반 연구와 센서 네트워크를 활용한 지능형 서비스 제공 기술 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 장비 및 센서가 컴퓨팅 장비와의 네트워킹을 통해 식물공장 및 유리온실과 같은 시설농업환경에서 지능형 농업서비스를 제공하기 위한 농업ICT 융합 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 서비스 융합모델은 센서를 통해 획득한 다양한 상태정보를 인식하기 위해 상황정보 모델과, 이를 장비와 센서간에 공유된 지식으로 표현하고 활용하기 위한 온톨로지 모델을 사용한다. 제안하는 서비스 융합 모델은 농업ICT 융합 환경에서의 IoT기반 지능형 서비스를 위한 향후 관련 연구에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to measure performance of university libraries, especially investigating the components of service quality and their relationship to the customer satisfaction. The result of the study was summarized as follows: First, the factors on satisfaction of library service revealed 12 factors such as access of information, quality of employees, suitable collections, issues related to civil petitions, equipments and facilities, timeliness, operating hours, use of information technology, library user education, reference service, public relation and individual service. Second, the factors of library service on customer satisfaction showed the following primary factors: suitable collections, issues related to civil petitions, access of information, equipments and facilities, timeliness, public relation, reference service, operating hours, and individual service. Third, the components of library service on customwe satisfaction showed the following primary components: availability, the number of books and journals, facilities of air conditioning, public relation, usefulness of retrieval system, waiting time for Internet use, operating hour, speed of repairs, receipt of civil petitions, use of non-book materials.

Nonstructural components, such as electrical equipment, have critical roles in the proper functionality of various infrastructure systems. Some of these devices in certain facilities should operate even under strong seismic shaking. However, it is challenging to define each mechanical and operational failure and determine system failure probabilities under seismic shaking due to the uncertainties in earthquake excitations and the diversity of electrical equipment, among other factors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective and practical probabilistic models for performance assessment of electrical equipment considering variations in equipment features and earthquakes. This study will enhance the understanding of the effect of rocking behavior on nonstructural equipment, and linear-to-nonlinear behavior of restrainers. In addition, this study will generate probabilistic seismic demand models of rigid equipment for a set of conventional and novel intensity measures.

Infection of the disease that are propagated through a dead body of management and transportation must be very careful. Risk of infection that can occur between the deceased body and funeral directors, guideline of the preparation room and infection route of infection source has been studies in Korea. But the funeral director's working circumstances and infection blocking facility of the funeral home has not been studied in Korea. So we are investigated about the state of the working circumstances and Infection blocking facility within Metropolitan, Chungcheong and Gyeongsang regions in Korea. The result is as follows. The funeral directors have shown that there is difficult to get safe protection from infection. The personal hygiene of funeral directors and the infection blocking facility should be strengthened institutionally. We are thought to require more in-depth research about the working circumstances of funeral director and the infection blocking facility.
