  • In securing durability of underground structure non-exposed waterproof materials, the company aims to improve durability of waterproof materials by studying more realistic weather conditions than KS standards and developers' durability standards. Analyzing the actual climate data in Korea and the temperature of the basement layer, it is a waterproofing sheet method, a self-adhesive sheet method in which a film and a compound, which are currently widely used as underground water-proofing, and a self-adhesive waterproofing sheet method, etc. We would like to present the guidelines necessary to prevent the temperature situation and waterproof defects that are ideal for setting the endurance conditions later.

  • This study introduces and demonstrates the application of an experimental regime for anti-seismic performance evaluation of waterproofing materials to used for concrete pile walls. Concrete pile walls are subject to high degree of seismic load, and the occurring stress can affect the waterproofing integrity of the structure, but there is currently no existing methodology or standard for evaluating this property of waterproofing materials. To propose and conduct this evaluation, a new testing apparatus was designed and manufactured intended to be able to test an installed waterproofing material's seismic resistance performance.

  • ZEB is a building that increases the energy independence of the building itself, and new and renewable elements that can produce energy are essential, and BIPV is the most notable technology. In ZEB's design, BIPV should be planned early in the design, but BIPV plans are insufficient in the early stages. Therefore, this study derived elements for theoretical consideration of BIM and ZEB and analysis of ZEB independence rate based on BIM, a convergence design technology, and analyzed BIPV energy production and building energy consumption. Finally, by calculating the energy independence rate and reviewing the rating criteria in the project model, a basic research method for calculating the energy independence rate of ZEB at the beginning of the design was presented. Through this, it is expected that design productivity can be improved by supporting the decision of ZEB subjects.

  • 현재 주택 분야에서 이산화탄소 배출 저감이나 지속 가능 주거의 개발은 어느 나라를 막론하고 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 아직까지 친환경 주택이나 지속 가능 건축물과 관련한 시범 사업이 이루어지지 않고, 기업의 참여도나 인식도가 낮은 국내 실정에 비해 영국의 지속 가능 주택 시범 단지는 어떠한지 살펴보자.

  • 본 내용은 1973년 10월 ‘스웨덴’에서 있었던 ‘주택산업의 개발전망’이라는 심포지움중, 스웨덴 주택연구소 기술과장으로 있는 ‘Borelius Anno'여사의 발표내용으로서 주택기준 작성에 고려하여야 할 사항을 항목별로 기술하고, 그에 따른 자료를 예시하고 있다. 물론 본기준과 자료가 우리나라 실정에는 맞지 않으나 접근방법과 평면계획, 공간구성등은 좋은 연구자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this study, the mechanical properties, alkali-silica reaction(ASR) expansion and residual mechanical properties after ASR of waste glass fine aggregate(GS) mortar according to mineral mixture were evaluated. As a result, it was found that the mineral mixture reduces the ASR expansion. However, mechanical properties and residual mechanical properties have decreased.

  • Polishing tiles among porcelain tiles are more durable and aesthetic than ceramic tiles, so their demand has recently increased. In particular, since polishing tiles have a very low absorption rate, organic adhesives with chemical bonds are mainly used. However, organic adhesives have low economic efficiency and some volatile organic compounds (TVOCs). Therefore purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of polishing tile adhesion by developing organic-inorganic adhesives, which have chemical bonds and mechanical bonds. As a result, since the amorphous chain and chemical bonds of the polymer in the tile adhesives, both tensile and shear adhesion strength were satisfied with the KS L 1592, KS L 1593, and the rate of length change itself in the thermal cycling was lower than organic adhesives. So it is thought that it is possible to replace some organic adhesives.
