A Study on Corporate Support Service Convergence Factors that Influence Corporate Performance: Targeting Corporations in Sejong City and Chungnam (기업성과에 영향을 미치는 기업지원서비스의 융복합 요인에 관한 연구 : 충남·세종 기업을 대상으로)

  • This study analyzed the effects that service convergence factors in the public sector have upon corporate performance via the parameter of overall satisfaction, targeting corporations that have received corporate support service under the auspices of regional industry promotion policies. The results of the analysis indicated that corporate support service quality factors pertaining to support processes and outcomes, excluding quality, have significant influence on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction also affects corporate performance. Thus, the study is significant in that it provides a sound basis for judging which aspects of corporate support convergence service quality need to be supplemented in order to improve overall satisfaction and corporate performance.

소비자 성향을 고려한 와이브로 서비스 네트워크 투자전략

  • 와이브로 서비스는 유선통신시장이 정체됨에 따라 국내 유선사업자의 새로운 성장 동력으로 주목받고 있으며, 84개 도시에 대규모 투자가 계획되어 있다. 하지만 신기술의 특성상 많은 소비자 설문에도 불구하고 와이브로의 시장성과는 매우 불확실한 것으로 받아들여지고 있으며, 자칫 대규모 투자에도 불구하고 시장성과가 미약할 경우 해당 기업뿐 아니라 국가적으로도 막대한 손실이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소비자 성향을 고려하여 효과적인 와이브로 투자 전략을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하여 와이브로에 대해 인지된 가치와 소비자의 이동성향을 반영한 서비스 커버리지 전략을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면 소비자의 이동성향이 높을 경우에는 인구가 가장 많은 지역을 중심으로 서비스 제공지역을 확장하는 전략이 상대적으로 좋은 성과를 보였다. 소비자의 이동성향이 중간이면서 와이브로의 가치가 높을 경우에는 이동성향을 반영한 구역(cluster) 커버리지 전략이 상대적으로 좋은 성과를 나타냈다. 또한 이동성향이 낮을 경우에는 구역 커버리지 전략과 사람이 많은 곳을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하는 전략이 좋은 성과를 보였다.

  • This research aimed at constructing consultant's competencies of having the biggest effect upon consulting performance with competencies, knowledge and attitude, clarifying the effect upon service quality and consulting performance and being useful for some researches developing future consultant's competencies and looking for service quality improvement plan. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, it was identified that the consultant's competencies had positive effect upon consulting service quality. Second, it was verified for service quality to have positive effect upon consulting performance. Third, consultant's competencies proved that it has positive effect upon consulting performance.

  • This study analyzed the impact of information security service company certification on financial performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the "Information Security Service Certification Company" system from a financial point of view for information security service certified & non-certified companies, and listed & unlisted companies. From a financial point of view, performance analysis was conducted using two-way ANOVA on sales, operating profit, and profit rate. This study verified whether there is a difference in management performance between an information security service certified company and an uncertified company. In the financial performance indicators of sales, operating profit, and profit rate, the information security service certification system showed an impact on financial performance because the information security service certification company showed better management performance than the uncertified company. The implications of this study are that the empirical performance analysis from the financial point of view of the information security service certified company system can be used as a basis for negative regulatory policies to revitalize the information security industry in the future, contributing to the growth of information security companies with excellent growth potential.

  • 최근 정보 시스템의 기능이 복잡화, 거대화하고 있는 추세에 따라 감리인이 수작업으로 시험시나리오를 작성하고, 검증시험을 실시하는 것은 매우 비효율적이라고 할 수 있으며, 결과로 얻어진 증적 자료는 신뢰성 및 객관성 면에서 한계를 가지게 된다. 정보시스템 감리의 시험단계에 대하여 적정한 시험도구를 도입 ${\cdot}$ 적용함으로써 감리 시행의 효율성을 제고하고 정량적인 판단 근거를 제시하여, 감리 의견의 신뢰성 및 일관성을 확보하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 감리서비스요인이 감리품질과 감리성과간의 관계에 미치는 영향과 이들과 자동화 도구 적용의 적합관계를 규명하고, 나아가서 감리품질과 감리성과간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 자동화 도구가 감리품질에 유의한 영향요인이며, 또한 감리품질은 감리성과에, 그리고 자동화 도구의 적용이 감리성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • 최근 개방과 협력 기반의 연구정책 수립, 연구기획, 연구개발, 성과 활용 확산 등이 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 특히 기술융합 시대에 연구역량을 하나로 집중하고 창조적인 연구개발을 지원하기 위해서는 연구기획 단계에서부터 개방과 협력에 기반한 연구지원체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 연구성과 분석을 통해 획득 가능한 정보와 서비스 기능에 대해서 살펴본다. 또한 연구기획 활동별 서비스 요구사항을 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로 연구성과 분석결과를 기반으로 한 연구기획지원 서비스 모델을 제안한다.

  • The importance of IT service management to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IT outsourcing practices or performance has been emphasized in the fields. Accordingly, several methodologies of IT service management have been adopted in a fashion. This case based research tries to analyze the effects of ITIL-based IT service management practice in a company on IT outsourcing performance. The case analysis shows that ITIL-based service management influences systems quality, information quality, and service quality in direct manner. But it does not influence systems use and systems satisfaction in a meaningful way. This study would help IT service managers construct IT service environment which improves the performance of IT outsourcing service delivery and also researchers set up research proposition in a concise way in the future.

서비스모호성이 소비자만족의 형성과정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 서비스에 대한 평가의 모호성의 정도, 즉 서비스 모호성은 소비자 만족의 형성과정에서 만족에 영향을 미치는 선행변수들의 효과에 어떤 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것인지를 불일치 패러다임하에서 검토해보았다. 본 연구의 수행 결과 서비스 모호성이 높으면 기대나 성과는 만족에 직접효과를 가지지 못하고 불일치를 통한 간접효과를 가진 반면, 서비스 모호성이 낮으면 성과가 불일치를 통해 간접효과를 가질 뿐만 아니라 만족에 직접효과를 가지고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 불일치는 두 경우 모두에서 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행하고 있었다. 조사결과의 시사점을 이론적 측면과 전략적 측면에서 논의하고 연구의 한계 및 미래의 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Impact of Business Incubator's Support Service and Manager's Capabilities on the Start-Up Performance (창업보육센터 지원서비스와 매니저 역량이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This article investigates the impact of business incubator's support service and manager's capabilities on the start-up economic performance. BI's support services consist of physical infra, management/legal service, networking service, financial service, technical service, and education/training service. The results show that most BI's support services(except education/training service) have a positive effect on the start-up economic performance. This study also analyzes the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of BI's services. The results show that the satisfaction of BI's services is much lower than the importance. It can be explained that the start-ups' expectations are not able to meet. In conclusion, BI's services have a major impact on the start-up economic performance, but actually they didn't meet the expectation of the start-ups. In the future, the quality level of BI's services and manager's capabilities needs to be improved. The improvement will have a positive effect on the survival and growth of the startups.

Structural Causal Relations with Formation of Relationship in Internal Organization of Enterprises and Management Performance (기업 내의 관계형성과 경영성과의 구조적 인과관계)

  • The purpose of this paper is to explain and identify how service trust about enterprise of internal employees influence on management performance by investigating relationships between service trust in internal organization of enterprise, job commitment, customer service behavior, management performance. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with sales forces of at domestic major pharmaceutical companies. Analysis of structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: service trust in internal organization of enterprise are positively associated on both job commitment and management performance, but it was negatively associated on customer service behavior. Job commitment was positively associated on customer service behavior but it was not influences on management performance. And customer service behavior was positively associated on management performance. Therefore, service trust in internal organization of enterprise was direct influences on management performance and it was also effects on through job commitment and customer service behavior. To sum up, if employees are devote themselves in work of their organization, service behavior on their customer of employees will be higher, and then management performance will be achievement. So, it have to reinforce job commitment on employees in order to achievement high performance of management through sales.
