Performance based logistics(PBL) is recently studied and applied for enhancing the combat readiness and reducing the life-cycle cost for weapon system in the United States. Therefore, in this paper, we review the issues of logistic support and suggest alternatives to effectively manage the logistic support for weapon system by using performance based logistics, especially during operation and support phase of weapon systems.

This paper suggests the measurement method of evaluation of management performance factors in health organization using AHP and Factor Analysis technique. To achieve this goal, this study applies AHP method to different size of hospitals. AHP method is deployed in three steps. At first step, the major factors, which indicate the management performance in health organizations, will be formed through factor analysis. At second step, the pairwise comparison between two factors will be performed to calculate the weights of each variables. At the last step, the order of priority of all factors will be determined. This order list will be used in measurement of the management performance in health organization. The results of this paper show that the financial factors take the top position, and followed by customer related factors, process factors and education & growth factors. This result could be the milestone for the measurement of management performance of medical organization in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to focus on developing the performance indicators for the distribution of scholarly information based on BSC and to analyze the importance of the performance indicators against the specialists. From the case studies on performance indicators both at home and abroad four viewpoints(information resource, information service, user, and economy) were derived. In addition. the core success factors(CSF) and key performance indicators(KPI) were extracted from the viewpoints. Four viewpoints are composed of 12 CSF items and 31 KPI items. In order to analyze the weight of the performance indicators. questions were thrown to the specialists in universities and research institutes. For the method of analysis, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was adopted. As a result, the analysis showed that the user viewpoint, information service viewpoint, information resource viewpoint and economic viewpoint are in the order of their importance.

This paper analyses the effects of innovation and openness on productivity in Korean firms using company innovation index which issued by STEPI in 2012. The data contains 296 companies which are registered in Korean stock market. I observed that the effect of past R&D investments on innovation is significant than current R&D investment. The regression results show that company innovation index has significantly positive effects on the firm's revenue. The firm size and the openness also have an important effect on the firm's revenue.

본 연구의 목적은 사이버대학의 성과에 영향을 미치는 서비스 특성화 요인을 찾는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사이버대학의 성과를 교수, 졸업 및 취업, 브랜드 이미지 측면에서 접근하였고, 선행연구를 토대로 하여 사이버대학의 성과에 영향을 미치는 서비스 특성화 요인으로 콘텐츠 다양성, 콘텐츠 품질, 콘텐츠 실무지향성, 강의 실재감, 학습관리를 도출하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 중국의 사이버대학에 재학 중인 대학생들을 인터넷 설문을 배포하여 총 170부의 유효설문을 수집하여 실증 분석하였다. 실증 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 다섯 가지의 연구결과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 콘텐츠 다양성 수준이 높을수록 사이버대학의 성과는 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 강의 콘텐츠 품질이 우수할수록 사이버대학의 성과는 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 콘텐츠 실무 지향성이 높을수록 사이버대학의 성과가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 강의 실재감이 높을수록 사이버대학의 성과는 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 다섯째, 학습관리 수준이 높을수록 사이버대학의 성과가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다.

We analyzed the relationship between small- and medium-sized corporate bank loans and bank's equity ratio, as well as small- and medium-sized corporate bank loans and bank's performance in Korean banking industry. Using the data from the Bank of Korea and the Financial Supervisory Service, we made a panel data set, including small and medium corporate loan ratio, BIS ration, basic equity ratio, performance ratio, etc. We found a positively significant relationship between small- and medium-sized corporate loans and bank's equity ratio. There was a positive change of this relationship between the pre-financial crisis and post-financial crisis periods. In the post-financial crisis period, small- and medium-sized corporate bank loans had a significantly positive impact on the bank's equity ratio and bank's performance. We expect that these results will give new insights and contribute to the already-existing knowledge as well as to the Korean government institutions that are interested in the impact of small- and medium-sized corporate bank loans.

This article aims to explore the performance evaluation framework for assessing the contribution of national research and development(R&D) program to productivity growth. The key idea starts with the development of methodology for evaluating the returns to R&D. The method of this study is based on the comparison of productivity growth between different periods, not cross-sectional approach with one period. In this context, backward effect and forward effect are operationally defined as a measurement for contributions of R&D in this paper. The analysis results gives that the backward effect of R&D is greater than the forward effect, while the difference was especially evident with the case of sales variable, not operating profit variable.

전자문서교환(電子文書交換)(EDI) 시스템이 정보사회의 도래와 더불어 전략경영(戰略經營)의 핵심수단으로 등장함에 따라 우리나라에서도 EDI에 관한 학문적(學問的) 관심이 최근에 고조되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EDI에 관한 국내(國內)의 선행연구(先行硏究)는 일천할 뿐더러 연구의 양(量)과 질(質)에 있어서도 매우 미미하다. 이제는 EDI가 기업의 전략경영(戰略經營) 성과(成果)에 구체적으로 어떤 영향(影響)을 미치고 있는가를 심층적으로 분석할 필요성(必要性)이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이와 같은 연구(硏究)의 필요성(必要性)에 따라 본고(本考)에서는 정보기술(情報技術)(IT)과 성과(成果)(performance) 분석(分析)에 관련된 최근의 선행연구를 종합적(綜合的) 포괄적(包括的)으로 정리하였으며, 이들 선행 연구들이 성과(成果) 분석(分析)에 사용한 구체적인 측정방법(測定方法)을 제시하고 있다.

본 연구는 고등교육기관의 평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 1주기 기관평가인증제가 대학 균형성과표(BSC) 4가지 관점의 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증할 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 고등교육기관의 1주기 평가인증제에 대한 내용을 살펴보고, 대학 조직의 균형성과표(BSC) 및 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 대한 선행연구에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 독립변수인 기관평가인증제 즉, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심의 정도, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성, 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도가 대학 균형성과표(BSC)의 고객관점, 내부프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 4가지 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석 검증하였다. 기존의 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 관한 선행 연구들은 주로 평가인증제 체제 자체의 성과와 각 평가요소에 있어서 대학의 변화에 초점을 두고 성과를 분석함으로써 정작 기관평가인증제가 평가인증의 평가대상인 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향에 대한 분석은 제대로 이루어지지 못하였다. 이러한 점에서 기관평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 첫째, 기관평가인증제중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 고객 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 고객 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 내부프로세스 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 내부프로세스 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도와 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 학습과 성장 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성은 학습과 성장 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 재무 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 재무 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기관평가인증의 평가준비와 자체평가 과정을 통해 실질적인 교육체계 혁신이나 내부프로세스 효율성 향상으로 인해 교육의 질이 개선되어 학생의 만족도와 선호도가 높아지며, 아울러 안정적 재원확보와 재원의 효율적 관리를 가져오는 것으로 해석된다. 그리고 기관평가인증제도에 대한 인식과 관심은 인증 획득이라는 목표를 설정하게 하고, 기관평가인증의 자체평가를 통해 인증평가에서 요구하는 기준 이상을 충족하도록 학습과 혁신이 이루어지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 학령인구의 급감 등 급변하는 대학의 대내외 환경에서 생존을 넘어 지속가능한 발전을 도모하기 위해 평가인증제를 다양한 대학의 경영성과로 연계할 경영전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

산업이 발전함에 따라 타인의 아이디어에 대한 가치가 점점 높게 인정되고 있다. 아이디어는 지식재산권으로 보호가 될 수 있으며, 특히 발명에 대한 아이디어는 특허로 보호된다. 특허법상 요건에 맞는 발명은 특허권으로 보호될 수 있고, 특허권으로 보호되는 발명은 특허권자만이 실시할 수 있는 독점적인 지위가 인정된다. 기업들은 새롭게 개발한 기술을 특허권으로 보호하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는데, 이러한 특허가 기업의 매출에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기 위해 다양한 연구들이 계속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업이 개발한 새로운 기술에 대한 특허취득활동이 기업의 매출과 같은 경영성과와 기업이 속한 기술분야에서 시장점유율에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하고, 시장점유율 상승이 기업의 매출증진에 매개효과를 일으킬 것인지, 기업이 속한 산업분류가 특허취득활동의 경영성과 등에 미치는 영향에 조절효과를 일으킬 것인지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 특허취득활동이 시장점유율과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아울러 특허취득활동이 시장점유율과 경영성과에 미치는 영향력이 산업분류에 의해 조절되는지 여부과 시장점유율이 경영성과에 미치는 매개효과를 조사하였다.
