It is important to construct a firm basis for accusing potential violators of academic integrity in order to avoid spurious accusations and false convictions. Educational researchers have developed many statistical methods that can either uncover or confirm cases of cheating on tests. However, most of them rely on simple correlation-based measures, and often fail to account for patterns in responses or answers. In this paper, we propose a new statistical index denoted by a Standardized Signed Entropy Similarity Score to resolve this difficulty. In addition, we apply the proposed method to analyze a real data set and compare the results to other existing methods.

데이터 마이닝 분야에서 앙상블 모형의 유용성은 널리 인정되고 있다. 앙상블을 구성하는 단위모형들 사이의 다양성이 보장되는 경우, 최종 모형의 정확성 및 안정성이 향상되기 때문이다. 하지만, 얼마나 많은 단위 모형들이 어떤 방식으로 결합되어야 하는가에 대해서는 아직도 더 많은 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 신용카드 부정사용 유형 중 하나인 현금불법융통 문제에 대해 앙상블 모형의 유용성을 검증하고자 한다. 부정행위 적발 모형은 전형적인 분류 문제의 한 유형이나, 클래스간 불균형이 매우 심하다는 특징이 있다. 따라서, 현금불법융통 문제에 적합한 다양성(Diversity) 척도를 개발하여 최소한의 단위모형들로 앙상블 모형을 구성하는 방안을 제시하였다. 축소된 앙상블 모형이 많은 수의 모형을 결합한 앙상블 모형과 거의 같은 정확성 및 안정성을 보임을 국내 신용카드사의 실제 자료를 사용하여 입증하였다.

This study is to examine the causes of research misconduct such as plagiarism, forgery, redundant publication, unfair author expression, and incapacitation of the research ethics system of university researchers and to suggest improvement plan. It basically relied on literature research. In order to supplement the deficiencies in literature research, I sought advice from an expert professor who had experience working in a research-related field in university or who is currently in a position related to research ethics through the delphi-method. As a result of the study, from the perspective of individual researchers, the complacent attitude, dishonesty, and greed for research funds were identified as the main reasons. In terms of organization, it was analyzed for reasons such as lack of detail and application of regulations, lack of verification system, and performance-oriented research environment. In order to overcome research misconduct caused by the researcher's personal reasons, regularization, increase in the number of research ethics education, and strengthening personal penalties were suggested. As a way to overcome irregularities arising from institutional reasons, the reinforcement of the verification system, the reinforcement of the whistle-blower's personal protection system, the omission of promotion, and the quality and quantitative balance of research evaluation was suggested.

인터넷 시대를 맞이함으로써, 오프라인 상에서 이루어지던 많은 일들이 온라인 상에서 이루어지고 있다. 상호작용이 원활하게 이루어져야 하는 원격 교육에서 피드백 효과를 가장 잘 발휘할 수 있는 것이 바로 온라인 테스트이다. 온라인 테스트는 시간과 비용을 줄이고, 장소가 필요 없다는 장점이 있는 반면, 본인 여부, 부정행위 등의 여러 문제가 제기된다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 상에서 시험을 치를 때 수험자를 감시하는 온라인 테스트 감시 시스템을 제안하고, 그 시스템의 핵심 부분인 수험자 이탈 시스템에 대하여 집중 연구하였다. 요즘 널리 보급된 PC 카메라의 JMF를 응용하여 연구하였다.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 상에서 발생되는 부정행위를 탐지할수 있는 신뢰 모델을 생성하고 개인의 프라이버시를 보장할수 있는 모델을 제시하였다. 인터넷 상에 게시판에 올려진 부정해위를 탐지하기 위해 앙상블 접근 방식 기반의 분류 모델을 제시하고 자동화된 도구를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 데이터에 대한 탐색적 데이터 분석을 수행하고 얻은 통찰력을 사용해 자연어처리 가반 텍스트를 기반으로 앙상블 기반의 위조 탐지 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안 알고리즘의 정확도는 99%로 자연어 처리에 높은 탐지율을 보였다.

With the advent of the internet age and the outbreak of COVID-19, many companies have embraced online trade. However, due to the way the cyber economy works, the number of companies engaged in financial fraud by falsifying their transaction amounts and customer numbers has been gradually increasing. The purpose of this study is to analyze financial fraud of companies in the Internet era and to present solutions. Therefore, this study analyzed the financial fraud behavior of Luckin Coffee in China as an example and studied the causes and countermeasures of financial fraud. As a result, it was found that the cause of financial fraud lies in the opacity of cash flows from online transactions. The recommendations proposed by this study is to improve internal control systems in companies, develop risk management system, and establish comprehensive external supervision system

온라인 게임 내 가상재화를 현실 세계의 재화로 교환할 수 있다는 점 때문에, PC기반 온라인 게임 내 가상세계는 많은 작업장(Gold-farmer)들로 인한 부정행위가 빈번히 일어나고 있다. 사이버 재화를 현금거래하는 RMT (Real Money Trading)은 과거에는 PC기반 온라인게임, 특히 고포류 게임이나 MMORPG와 같은 장르들에 주로 존재했으나, 모바일 게임에서도 최근 몇 년 간 거래시장이 활발해 지고, 가치가 높은 아이템들이 출현하기 시작하면서 거래 규모가 비약적으로 성장하고 있다. 이로 인해, PC게임에서만 존재하던 작업장이 모바일 게임에도 출현하고, 게임계정 도용을 위한 모바일 악성앱이 등장하는 등 모바일 게임 내의 부정 행위 및 공격 시도 역시 증가하고 있다. 모바일 게임은 하드웨어의 성능 제약 문제, 네트워크 통신의 항상성이 보장되지 않는 문제, 안드로이드 등 플랫폼 OS 자체의 보안 문제, 앱 자체의 디컴파일 문제와 같이 근본적으로 해결하기 어려운 취약점이 존재하는 환경에서 구동되기 때문에 PC기반 게임에서의 게임 봇 및 작업장 탐지와 같은 기법을 적용하기에는 적합하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 게임 보안과 PC 게임 보안 기법들을 비교하고, 향후 모바일 게임 보안 향상을 위해 할 수 있는 방안을 제시해 보도록 한다.

This study examined the impact of interaction between dispositional empathic concern (DEC) and message framing on effects of the international aid campaign. DEC refers to a trait with which people tend to sympathize with and be concerned about others in need. Message framing is differentiated by positive or negative type. The results supported the prediction that the interaction between DEC and framing would have an effect on responses to messages advocating international relief activities. The overall findings show that the interaction was mainly the result of positive framing eliciting more favorable responses (behavioral intention and perceived relationship closeness) from higher DEC individuals than lower ones. The interaction effect on behavioral interaction was mediated by perceived relationship closeness.

This study investigates how framing and the interaction with involvement influences responses toward a help campaign. There could be two possible predictions about the results of framing. One is that, because helping is a risk avoidance behaviors, the positive framing would dominant or the other is that, because helping is mainly mediated by negative emotions such as sadness or guilty, the negative framing would be preferred. The present research was to solve the conflicting predictions and was conducted with a experimental design. The participants were exposed to a campaign emphasizing either positive aspects of the help or negative contexts which would be maintained without any help. The results were that the main effect of framing was not existent, but the significant interaction with involvement on responses was found. The interaction of framing and involvement, though, included unexpected inconsistency between the results of attitude and behavioral intention. The theoretical and practical meanings of the results were discussed.

Manipulation arguments purport to show that source freedom is incompatible with determinism. According to manipulation arguments, (1) intuitively, an agent manipulated in a certain manner to do A is not free, and (2) there is no significant difference between manipulation and determination. It follows that an agent determined to do A is not free. A compatibilist hard-line reply ('HR') denies (1), whereas a soft-line reply ('SR') denies (2). HR, which is arguably compatibilists' favorite, is assessed from the 'neutral stance.' HR turns out to fall short of adequately rejecting manipulation arguments. Recently Sartorio defends HR by claiming that (1) commits some sort of psychological fallacy. I argue that it does not work. I claim that SR is more promising. I examine the difference between intentional manipulation by design and ordinary determination. I argue that this difference suggests some determination scenario without intentional manipulation to which SR and manipulation arguments make different predictions, and that SR is better supported. Finally, incompatibilist objections are considered and replied.
