A Study on the Development of the 3-Dimensional Digital Design Tool (3$D^3$T) (3D 디지털 디자인 도구 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this time, CAD is most important tool in Product Design Process. Traditional design methods were hardly used in Concurrent Engineering Process. But, CAD tools based on Reverse Engineering method have a lot of serious problem in using designer's works. Especially, in the early stage in design process, adopting CAD tool is impossible, cause of a property of design - intuition. A late studies about CAD system have approaching its quantitative factors in not only software but also hardware. In this paper, I researched about the problems of traditional 3d CAD tools and the new interface approach methods in recent CAD studies. Then, I proposed the guidelines and two alternatives about to developing 3D3T in ubiquitous engineering environment.

  • 기하급수적으로 늘어나는 인터넷상의 정보, 이를 이용하는 이용자의 증가와 더불어 웹 탐색도구의 수도 그만큼 증가추세에 있다. 웹 탐색도구가 1994년 처음 개발된 이래 이제까지 웹 탐색도구의 개발자들은 개발자체에 초점을 맞추어왔다. 그러나 성공적인 시스템은 시스템의 자체성능도 중요하지만 이를 이용하는 이용자들이 이해하기 쉽고 이용하기에 편리한 웹 탐색도구로 개발하는 것은 시스템의 효용성 측면에서 더욱 중요한 문제이다. 이에 본 연구는 계명대학교 학생을 대상으로 각 유형별로 가장 잘 그 유형을 대변하는 탐색도구를 선정하여 이를 직접 탐색케 함으로써 이를 토대로 웹 탐색도구를 이용하는 이용자그룹간의 이용능력과 이용행태 및 그들의 평가를 분석하였다.

An analysis of error sources and reliability estimation in self-control assessment of young children using generalizability theory (일반화가능도 이론 적용 가능성 탐색을 위한 유아 자기통제력 평가도구의 신뢰도와 오차요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the error sources and effects of each error source in self-control assessment of young children. The self-control of 259 five-year-old children was assessed using the Self-Control Rating Scale(SCRS) developed by Kendall and Wilcox[1]. The evaluation results were analyzed using G study of generalizability theory. The results of G study shows that parents can be effective evaluators for the self-control assessment of young children. The strategies to reduce the effects of error are also discussed.

  • For the past half century, researches on human psychology have witnessed the flourish of various research tools in this area. Many psychological measures were developed to get objectified data and this trend has lead to the abundance of quantified results. However, considering subjectiveness and refinements of human experience, the research focused on individual's unique perspectives and explanations is needed also. In this vein, this study proposed the usefulness of photography as a research tool for human psychology. With the wide spread of smart phone, taking photo became the everyday activity for modern people and also a part of a public art. If photo could play an efficient and unique role to study human psychology, the depth and width of human understanding might change dramatically in positive way. Two friendship photos were presented to suggest the possibility of photo as a research tool and final considerations of using photo were suggested briefly.

Analysis of pre-service teachers' cognition on a teacher education program in technology-friendly flipped classroom (공학 도구 친화적 거꾸로 수업에서 예비교사의 인식 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate characteristics of pre-service teachers' cognition about learning through the use of technology by employing a teacher education program in the use of technology-friendly flipped classroom. For this purpose, 45 pre-service teachers participated in the study and they completed both pre- and post-surveys including questions about Technology Adopter Category Index(TACI) and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge(TPACK). They were also asked to write self-reflections on mathematics softwares(Geometer's Sketch Pad(GSP), Geogebra, Cabri 3D). Results show that the teacher education program in the use of technology-friendly flipped classroom affected pre-service teachers' cognitions of TACI and TPACK, and they perceived that technology integration helped students' mathematics learning process. Findings from this study indicate that ideas about how to develop a technology-friendly teacher education program are more specified..

  • 안전문화가 우리 산업현장에 정착되고, 조직구성원에게 내재화될 때 비로소 안전한 환경에서 근무할 수 있다. 아울러 올해 「중대재해처벌법」이 시행되면서 조직은 더욱 안전문화에 관심을 두게 되었고, 안전문화 측정의 필요성을 인지하게 되었다. 안전문화 수준을 진단하는 것은 조직구성원의 안전에 대한 인식과 태도의 수준을 알 수 있고, 조직의 문제점과 개선이 요구되는 사항을 확인할 수 있어 작업환경개선의 출발점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 연구·개발된 안전문화 진단도구를 고찰하여 연구 동향을 파악한 후 안전문화 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 향후 BCMS 분야에 적합한 진단도구 개발에 관한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

A Study on the Development and Validation of the Information Literacy Test by Guilford's Structure of Intellect Model (길포드의 지능구조모형에 의한 정보활용능력 검사도구 개발 및 타당성 연구)

  • The test instrument utilized to diagnose and evaluate a trainee's ability are necessary for an effective information literacy education. Nevertheless, there is a lack of a standardized test instrument to comprehensively measure students' information literacy. The purpose of this study is to develop a standardized test instrument to evaluate the information literacy of middle school students, and to verify the reliability and validity of the test instrument. For this purpose, this study selected factors that can show the information literacy and developed an information literacy test framework that was designed based on Guilford's SOI model and Meeker's SOI-LA test. The test instrument that was developed through this study is a 30-item Web-based multiple-choice test. This study administrated tests in middle school students (794 students joined), and analyzed difficulty, reliability, discrimination index, validity of tests, and reviewed tests items to qualify the standardized test. The cutoff score was also decided when using these tests as a diagnostic information literacy assessment.

A Study on Development and Prospects of Archival Finding Aids (기록 검색도구의 발전과 전망)

  • Finding aids are tools which facilitate to locate and understand archives and records. Traditionally there are two types of archival finding aids: vertical and horizontal. Vertical finding aids such as inventories have multi-level descriptions based on provenance, while horizontal ones such as catalogs and index are tools to guide to the vertical finding aids based on the subject. In the web environment, traditional finding aids are evolving into more dynamic forms. Respecting the principles of provenance and original order, vertical finding aids are changing to multi-entity structures with development of ISAD(G), ISAAR(CPF) and ISDF as standards for describing each entity. However, vertical finding aids can be too difficult, complicated, and boring for many users, who are accustomed to the easy and exciting searching tools in the internet world. Complementing them, new types of finding aids are appearing to provide easy, interesting, and extensive access channels. This study investigates the development and limitation of vertical finding aids, and the recent trend of evolving new finding aids complementing the vertical ones. The study finds three new trends of finding aid development. They are (i) mixture, (ii) integration, and (iii) openness. In recent days, certain finding aids are mixed with stories and others provide integrated searches for the collections of various heritage institutions. There are cases for experimenting user participation in the development of finding aids using Web 2.0 applications. These new types of finding aids can also cause some problems such as decontextualised description and prejudices, especially in the case of mixed finding aids and quality control of user contributed annotations and comments. To solve these problems, the present paper suggests to strengthen the infrastructure of vertical finding aids and to connect them with various new ones and to facilitate interactions with users of finding aids. It is hoped that the present paper will provide impetus for archives including the National Archives of Korea to set up and evaluate the development strategies for archival finding aids.

English Writing Education based on Internet Tools and Software (인터넷 도구와 소프트웨어 활용 쓰기 학습 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore how effectively can learners improve their written skills in English language classrooms with the application of internet tools and software. First, the study compares and analyzes existing research on English writing and describes research background. Second, the study describes how internet tools can be used effectively in the English writing classrooms. For example, learners pick up vocabulary on the internet bulletin board and create sentences using the vocabulary. Third, the study analyzed changes in learners' in-class attitudes towards software and internet tools using comparative measures of performance. Unlike with offline instrumented classes, the in-class application of diverse software and internet tools such as websites and IRC (Internet Relay Chat) had a major impact on the improvement of learners' writing skills.

Review of Childhood Cancer Survivors' Health-related Need (소아암 생존자의 건강관련 요구에 대한 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify studies related to childhood cancer survivors' health-related needs and analyze scales for measurement of childhood cancer survivors' health-related needs. Studies related to childhood cancer survivors' health-related needs were retrieved from computerized databases using a manual search. The review included 17 studies. The main domains of childhood cancer survivors' health related needs were derived from the studies was psychosocial needs. 4 need assessment scales analyzed in this study were developed in foreign countries. scales were not suitable for the measurement of the needs of Korea childhood cancer survivors. Thus, should be developed comprehensive health related needs scale of childhood cancer survivors in future study.
