AI는 개인이나 조직이 가지고 있는 강점과 긍정적 경험을 토대로 변화를 이끌어내는 것으로 본 연구는 AI가 가진 이러한 특성을 기반으로 긍정교사 양성을 위한 프로그램을 개발하였다. 먼저 AI의 4D 단계를 진행하기 위한 긍정주제를 선정하였는데, 대주제는 "닮고싶은 선생님"이고, 하위 주제는 이해, 소통, 열정, 실력이다. 각 주제별로 교사들에게 제시할 긍정적 질문을 개발하였고, 질문을 토대로 교사양성 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 실행 결과 교사들은 자신의 강점을 찾아 그것을 기반으로 자기 개발을 위해 무엇을 할 것인지 계획을 수립하였고 이러한 계획이 교사역량을 개발하는데 매우 유용하다고 평가하였다.

This paper aims to create standard forms of MRV plan and report, used when policy funds are applied in accordance with ESCO regulations, when energy savings are measured (the savings would be generated as energy users and ESCOs signed the contract of guarantee for energy savings, and energy saving facilities are installed following the contract). To fully reflect the goals and effects of the installation of energy saving facilities, MRV plans and reports will be completed for the purposes of measuring, verifying, and reporting if the goals of energy savings have been achieved successfully. In this paper, the forms of MRV plans and reports were developed with the detailed descriptions for each form and instructions of completion. Based on the developed forms of MRV plans and reports, future studies need to developed guidelines to explain how to fill out these forms considering the application cases by ESCO technology and facility.

An optimization model of water intake planning is developed based on a linear programming (LP) for the intelligent water purification plant operation system. The proposed optimization model minimizes the water treatment costs of raw water purification by considering a time-delay of treatment process and hourly electricity tariff, which is subject to various operation constraints, such as water intake limit, storage tank capacity, and water demand forecasts. For demonstration, the developed model is applied to H water purification center. Here, we have tested three optimization strategies and the results are compared and analyzed in economic and safety aspects. The optimization model is expected to be used as a decision support tool for optimal water intake scheduling of domestic water purification centers.

In 2004, The U.S president Bush announces space Exploration Vision included in Lunar outpost plan. Following the Space Exploration Vision announced by Bush, NASA made Construction Roadmap and studied space construction varietly to construct Lunar Outpost in 2025. The purpose to construct Lunar outpost is to develop space science and hitech industry and to secure the lunar materials. Especially, Lunar has more than 5billion ton He-3. In this reason, The countries advanced in Space Industry like U.S., Japan, Europe and China is studying space construction to mine Lunar materials and shelter to live. In this paper, We will make definition and necesarity of space construction and research Space Construction research trends to use for the preparation of Korea's space construction roadmap.

The present study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of outcome expectation on the relationship between the career decision-making self-efficacy and the career planning of career interrupted women. Survey data were collected from 270 career interrupted women. To examine the mediating effect, the hierarchical regression analysis had been done according to the procedure suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986). The results of data analysis were summarized as follow: First, the career decision-making self-efficacy, the outcome expectation, and the career planning scores from the career interrupted women showed positive correlations. Second, the result of the hierarchical regression analysis showed that the outcome expectation partially mediated the relationship between the career decision-making self-efficacy and the career planning of career interrupted women. The current results imply that the level of outcome expectation is important for the career counseling for career interrupted women in practice and future research.
