Quantitative and Qualitative Considerations to Apply Methods for Identifying Content Relevance between Knowledge Into Managing Knowledge Service (지식 간 내용적 연관성 파악 기법의 지식 서비스 관리 접목을 위한 정량적/정성적 고려사항 검토)

  • Identification of associated knowledge based on content relevance is a fundamental functionality in managing service and security of core knowledge. This study compares the performance of methods to identify associated knowledge based on content relevance, i.e., the associated document network composition performance of keyword-based and word-embedding approach, to examine which method exhibits superior performance in terms of quantitative and qualitative perspectives. As a result, the keyword-based approach showed superior performance in core document identification and semantic information representation, while the word embedding approach showed superior performance in F1-Score and Accuracy, association intensity representation, and large-volume document processing. This study can be utilized for more realistic associated knowledge service management, reflecting the needs of companies and users.

  • The purpose of this research is to represent how ICT relatedness and organization environment influence on interactions between healthcare specialist and patients, and how knowledge sharing influence on healthcare innovation, and how service innovation influence on service performance through structured research model. This research also has applied to resource based view, adaptive structuration theory, service innovation, ICT relatedness to find out performance effect on healthcare service innovation and service performance. In other words, organization structure environment and ICT relatedness are important factors to promote interaction between healthcare service providers and customers like patients each other, moreover, to share the tacit knowledge by creating in the interaction. Moreover in order to verify model fitness, this research has surveyed among healthcare specialists, technicians and other staffs. Model verification result, all hypotheses have been found to give a positive effect on the creation and significantly. Structured organizational environment and ICT association is to promote the organization's functions by influencing the behavior of the service organization and patient interaction and knowledge sharing, and suggests that the major factors influencing the innovation performance of hospitals and health care services.

User-oriented Performance Comparison between Hierarchical and Networked Knowledge (계층형 및 네트워크형 지식지도의 사용자 관점 성능 비교)

  • A knowledge map should be able to support the referential navigation of knowledge inquiries, i.e., cross- and sequential searches and queries on content relevance-based associated knowledge. This study performs a user-oriented test to verify which type of knowledge map, hierarchical or networked, exhibits superior performance in supporting knowledge inquiries required for problem solving. Both the effectiveness identified by the correct answer rate and the efficiency identified by the number of completion time and reference documents have been revealed superior performance in the networked knowledge map. This study's result can underpin the basic steps to develop more user-friendly and reasonable knowledge services.

  • The wave of the Fourth Industrial Revolution was spreaded in Moon Jae-in Government. The efficiency of the R&D budget of government began to pay attention, the role of the National Science & Technology Information Service (NTIS) which provides all national R&D information in real time World's first R&D information portal has been emphasized. NTIS provides information on national R&D projects with their participating researchers, outcomes, and facilities & equipment through of information from each ministry and institution. NTIS supports to build science and technology policies, to enable transparent and efficient management of national R&D projects and to promote joint utilization of the R&D data among researchers and industrial utilization of the R&D data. NTIS provides since 2005. In this paper, I have analyzed the economic ripple effect of NTIS using the Input-Output model technique based on the input-output tables published by the Bank of Korea. When I set the NTIS R&D budget (about 120M$ for the last 13 years) as input coefficients, the effect on production inducement, value added inducement and employment inducement was analyzed by 211M$, 100M$ and 1,882 respectively.

A Wisdom Contents Service Model: Focusing on Service Nature (지혜콘텐츠 서비스모델 제안: 서비스본질 중심)

  • This study proposes a service model that can effectively provide users with knowledge and wisdom contents from the experience of overcoming the crisis to sustain human growth. In order to serve as a wisdom content, the necessity of the service nature is suggested and the present knowledge contents services are analyzed from the viewpoint of service nature. As a result, it is analyzed that current knowledge contents service is unidirectional, inconsistent and can not provide various related information together. In this study, we propose a wisdom contents service model that is consistent with the current service era. We propose a new wisdom contents service model that reflects the essence of service as a way to become more useful wisdom contents service. The proposed wisdom contents service model is able to provide a story and various related information out of the existing fragmentary knowledge services. This makes it easy for users to acquire and use wisdom. This study is a basic study for the development of wisdom contents service, and further research is needed on detailed discussion of wisdom contents service, analysis of service system, and suggestion of customized service through user demand survey.

Factors Affecting Management Process Inefficiency of Knowledge Service Firms (지식서비스기업의 관리프로세스 비효율에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • Knowledge service firms are able to have higher 'Organizational Performance (OP)' by improving efficiency in management processes on customer problem solving. This study explores the role of inefficiency that has been overlooked up to now compared to the management process efficiency. We also suggest in this study 'Hierarchical Culture (HC)' and 'IT Relatedness (IR)' as the factors influencing the inefficiency of management processes, and propose the moderating effect of 'Task Difficulty (TD)' on the relationship between independent factors and 'Inefficiency of Business Process(IP)'. The results of analysis show that 'HC' has a positive effect on 'IP', and 'IR' has a negative effect on 'IP'. 'TD' was significant moderator of between independent variables and 'IP'. 'IP' was shown to play a full mediating role between independent factors and 'OP'. In conclusion, knowledge service firms are desired to reduce 'HC' and enhance 'IR' by minimizing unnecessary formal procedures, securing flexibility in decision making through appropriate empowerment, creating a smooth flow of knowledge, and enhancing the level of IT resource management and utilization. In addition, in order to effectively reduce 'IP', it is required that a company with a high degree of 'TD' to more reduce a 'HC' and a company with a low degree of 'TD' to more enhance a 'IR'.

  • 대화생성은 대규모 학습 데이터로부터 사전 학습된 언어모델을 활용한 도전적인 다운스트림 태스크 중 하나이다. 대화에서 특정한 지식에 대한 맥락이 보존된 응답 문장을 생성하기 위한 기술의 일환으로써 지식 기반 대화생성이 연구되고 있으며, 현업에서는 사업목표에 따른 대화 서비스를 제공하는 목적으로 이러한 기술을 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 각각의 서비스 도메인에 특화된 모델을 적절히 활용 가능하도록 전체 데이터를 도메인별로 구분하여 학습한 다수의 대화생성 모델을 구축한다. 또한, 특정 도메인의 데이터로 학습된 모델이 나머지 도메인에서 어떤 수준의 대화생성이 가능한지 비교 분석함으로써 개별 학습된 모델들이 도메인의 특성에 따라 서로 다른 영향력이나 연관성을 나타낼 가능성을 확인한다. 이러한 실험적인 분석 결과를 바탕으로 현업의 서비스에서 개별 도메인에 특화된 모델이 적절히 활용하는 것이 유용함을 확인하고자 한다.

  • 협력추천은 이용자가 가지고 있던 지식과 경험 또는 정보를 활용하는데 사용하였던 지식을 토대로 다른 이용자들이 효율적으로 정보를 획득할 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목적으로 하는 서비스이다. 이 연구에서는 음원 서비스의 기존 이용자들이 구축해놓은 공개앨범에 나타난 정보를 분석하는 과정에 동시인용분석기법을 적용하여 음원을 찾고자 하는 이용자들에게 선호할 만한 음악을 추천해주는 방안을 제시하였다. 동시출현한 정보를 기반으로 구축된 가수 네트워크에서는 연관 가수 집단이 폭 넓게 표현될 수 있었고, 동시출현한 빈도가 높은 상위 곡은 이용자에게 직접적으로 유사정보를 추천하는 방안으로 활용될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

A Caching Mechanism for Knowledge Maps (지식 맵을 위한 캐슁 기법)

  • There has been many researches in TopicMap and RDF which are approach to handle data efficiently with metadata. However, No researches has been performed to service and implement except for presentation and description. In this paper, We suggest the caching mechanism to support an efficient access of knowledgemap and practical knowledgemap service with implementation of TopicMap system. First, We propose a method to navigate Knowledgemap efficiently that includes advantage of former methods. Then, To transmit TopicMap efficiently, We suggest caching mechanism for knowledgemap. This method is that user will be able to navigate knowledgemap efficiently in the viewpoint of human, not application. Therefor the mechanism doesn't cash topics by logical or physical locality but clustering by information and characteristic value of TopicMap. Lastly, we suggest replace mechanism by using graph structure of TopicMap for efficiency of transmission.

  • 기존의 웹서비스가 정적이고 수동적인데 반해 최근의 웹 서비스는 점차 동적이고 능동적으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 웹서비스 변화의 흐름을 잘 반영하는 것이 웹 2.0이다. 웹 2.0에서 대부분의 정보는 사용자에 의해 생산되고, 사용자가 붙인 태그(tag)에 의해 분류되어진다. 그러나 현재 태그에 관한 서비스 및 연구들은 태깅(tagging) 방법에 대한 연구를 비롯해 이를 표현하기 위한 tag cloud에 초점이 맞춰져 진행됨에 따라, 다양한 태그 정보자원 간의 체계와 연결 관계인 지식체계를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 체계화된 지식표현을 위해 웹상에 편재되어 있는 학습 관련 리소스(resources) 및 태그들를 수집한다. 이를 사용자가 요청한 검색 키워드와 연관성이 있는 태그 정보들을 맵핑 및 클러스터링하여 최적화된 표현 형식인 토픽 맵(topic map)화하기 위한 시스템을 제안하며, 이 중 토픽 맵 생성을 위한 초기 연구 단계로서, 연관 태그들 간의 맵핑 및 클러스터링을 위한 알고리즘 제시를 중심으로 소개한다.
