Investigation and Analysis of Requirements for Satellite Image Situation Board Linkage and Display System (위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 요구사항 조사 및 분석)

  • 본 연구에서는 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템을 개발하기 위하여 사용자 요구사항을 조사 및 분석하였고 분석 결과, 요구사항정의서와 시스템규격서를 도출하였다. 먼저, 위성영상 상황판 연계·표출시스템의 요구사항 조사를 위해 중앙재난안전상황실 근무자를 대상으로 설문(수요) 조사를 수행하였다. 상황실 실무자별 요구사항을 취합한 설문 결과와 연구 1차년에 수행했던 상황실 근무자 인터뷰 결과, RFP, 연구단 내부협의 결과를 검토하여 정보제공 측면 및 위성영상 활용 측면의 사용자 요구사항을 도출하였다. 도출 결과를 기반으로 시스템 요구사항을 정의한 결과, 시스템 기능은 54개의 기능과 9개의 비기능으로 분류되었다. 또한, 시스템 구성요소별 요구기능을 세부적으로 구분하여 요구사항정의서를 작성하였다. 시스템 요구기능 분류는 사용자기능/관리자기능/사용자서비스/사용자인터페이스/시스템기능/시스템서비스 등으로 상세 구분하였다. 마지막으로, 연구단 협의를 통해 요구사항정의서를 기반의 시스템규격서를 작성하였다. 시스템규격서는 일반규격, 각 시스템별 성능규격, 인터페이스규격, 기능규격으로 구분하여 세부 정의하였다. 본 연구내용은 지속적인 연구 개발을 통해 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 설계 자료로 활용될 계획이며, 향후 위성영상을 활용한 재난안전 상황관리 대비/대응 체계 마련에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

Development on Integrated Information System for Preventing National Earthquake based on Real-Time Connection of Underground Informations (지하정보 실시간 연계 기반의 국가지진방재 통합정보시스템 개발)

  • Recently, National Emergency Management Agency constructs integrated information system for preventing national earthquake based on underground information. In the past, there are numerous difficulties in construction and management of underground information, because underground information is constructed by each management agency. But a link and application of underground information are available because of government 3.0. This study shows the integrated information system for preventing national earthquake based on real-time link of underground information. The integrated information system for preventing national earthquake developed in this study consists of boring information input modules, underground information search/analysis modules based on V-world tile map, user authority management modules, user management modules and real-time liaison interface modules. Also, this study proposes enhancement plan to construct integrated information system for preventing national earthquake stably and strongly. Stability test conduct on stability of data storage, system stability and consistency of processing speed test results show stability of the integrated information system for preventing national earthquake is high.

Designing Researcher Information Retrieval Interface based on Ontological Analysis (온톨로지 기반의 연구자정보 검색 인터페이스 설계)

  • Recently, semantic search techniques which are based on information space as consisting of nonambiguous, non-redundant, formal pieces of ontological knowledge have been developed so that users do exploit large knowledge bases. The purpose of the study is to design more user-friendly and smarter retrieval interface based on ontological analysis, which can provide more precise information by reducing semantic ambiguity or more rich linked information based on well-defined relationships. Therefore, this study, first of all, focuses on ontological analysis on researcher information as selecting descriptive elements, defining classes and properties of descriptive elements, and identifying relationships between the properties and their restriction between relationships. Next, the study designs the prototypical retrieval interface based on ontology-based representation, which supports to semantic searching and browsing regarding researchers as a full-fledged domain. On the proposed retrieval interface, users can search various facts for researcher information such as research outputs or the personal information, or carrier history and browse the social connection of the researchers such as researcher group that is lecturing or researching on the same subject or involving in the same intellectual communication.

  • The description of this paper was made putting the emphasis on CIM Interface configuration with a college policy program as the center whether it is suitable or not for a college promotion. CIM Interface technique for a college promotion is an expression method by visual requirements. Alternatives to a college promotion turned up which are depending on Contents, Image, Marketing strategies by visual elements. The application of consumer contents to give users information did the role of a channel inducing the users to join. Besides, an information designing enabled the information structure to be a visual expression by being grafted on content consistency. First above all, the implementation policy of such systematical formation could be found through University Identity Program-IMC useful as a branding strategy of a college promotion. Like this, a methodology which is able to increase the efficiency of college promotion through a process and a connection was established.

Brain-Machine Interface Using P300 Brain Wave (P300 뇌파를 이용한 뇌-기계 인터페이스 기술에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose a computationally efficient method detecting the P300 wave for brain-machine interface. Electrophysiological researches have shown that the P300 wave's potential is decreased when human intention matches visual stimulation. Motivated by this fact, we can infer human intention for brain-machine interface by detecting the P300 wave's potential decrease. The P300 wave is recorded from EEG(electroencephalogram) electrodes attached on human brain skull after giving alphabetical stimulation. To detect the potential decrease in P300, firstly we statistically model the P300 wave's negative potential. Then we infer human intention based on maximum likelihood estimation. The proposed method was evaluated on the data recorded from three healthy human subjects. The method achieved an averaging accuracy of 98% from subject k, 90% from subject j and 79.8% from subject h.

  • Currently broadcasting and telecommunication has integrated, And IPTV Service has appeared who called TPS(Triple Play Service) which integrated with broadcasting, telecommunication and Phone Service. IPTV provide broadcasting service and VOD(Video on Demand) service, and it must be satisfied digital content security. For this condition, IPTV Forum working on standardization of interface for digital content security. The Security solution for broadcasting and VOD are CAS(Conditional Access System) and DRM(Digital Rights Management). But these solutions manufactured by many vendors, so there is no inter-operablity. And after finished standardization of interface for CAS and DRM system, the problem of inter-operability with them will be issued. For this reason, Rights management system which possible to operate independently with platform is necessary. In this paper, To protect multimedia digital content, we designed and implemented Conditional Access Management System.

  • GIS is a powerful toolbox in managing spatial data associated with attribute data. However GIS is short of spatial analysis function and graphic user interface(GUI) function in dealing with dynamic planning problems. Decision Support Systems(DSS) make up for the shortage of GIS by providing GUI function, modeling function and database function. Spatial Decision Support Systems(SDSS), a new kind of DSS, incorporate display function, basic spatial analysis function and manipulation function of spatial data and attribute data of GIS and GUI function, modeling function and database function of DSS in dealing with spatial planning problems. Planning Support Systems(PSS) add more advanced spatial analysis function and intertemporal function to the functions of SDSS. This study focuses on the modeling of a PSS for capacity expansion of water-distribution network depending upon land use planning by using GIS, value engineering(VE) and life cycle costing(LCC). The PSS shows a guideline about the investment of water-distribution networks related to urban growth management through generating certain numbers of dynamic alternatives to supply the amount of water caused by land use planning.

  • Current virtual game interfaces cannot comprehend our metaphor, cannot reflect on our natural behavior aspect, cannot make us immerse into a game, and makes a barrier between virtual game space and our real behavior. It is very meaningful issue to use real objects tightly related to human-being's behaviors or reactions for interacting with game applications. Interactive Augmented Reality interfaces may augment users' perception of the real world by adding virtual information to it. We attempted an experiment on camera-based non-marker interface for online TCG application. This experiment uses real TCG cards which are recognized by our two phases Image KeyPoint Extraction/Matching Algorithm. These initiative experiments not only enlarge immersion and reality to the game, but also make real and virtual world seamless.

  • The demand of MOST interface module is increasing with car-multimedia network system. MOST devices consist of INIC part which controls MOST network and EHC part which is used by user. The efficient data communication between EHC and INIC demands implementation of a proper device driver. This paper presents a design method for I2C communication driver which is used for transmitting control messages between nodes of MOST network. For effetive I2C communication, we design driver with NetService API. For testing the experiment, we use the MOST audio interface deivce for porting driver sources and will develop various driver on MOST device based OS.

Development of User Interface for High Frequency Digital Oscilloscope based on Python (파이썬기반 고주파 디지털 계측기 사용자 인터페이스 개발)

  • Recently, with the development of mobile communication technologies such as 5G, interest in oscilloscope technology based on high bandwidth and user-friendly UI is increasing. In this paper, we proposed a Python-based UI(user interface) SW for a high-bandwidth digital oscilloscope in connection with the study of a 13GHz band digital oscilloscope system. The proposed UI SW is designed not only to be executed integrally with the oscilloscope, but also to be run on a separate PC or laptop cooperating with the instrument through WiFi communication. Functions of the UI SW consists of displaying and analyzing signal data, storing signal data in an external storage device, generating test signal data, and reconfiguring the toolbar. Finally, we have shown that the proposed digital oscilloscope system operates normally by interworking test with the signal generator.
