Risk of Flood Damage Potential and Design Frequency (홍수피해발생 잠재위험도와 기왕최대강수량을 이용한 설계빈도의 연계)

  • The Potential Flood Damage (PFD) is widely used for representing the degree of potential of flood damage. However, this cannot be related with the design frequency of river basin and so we have difficulty in the use of water resources field. Therefore, in this study, the concept of Potential Risk for Flood Damage Occurrence (PRFD) was introduced and estimated, which can be related to the design frequency. The PRFD has three important elements of hazard, exposure, and vulnerability. The hazard means a probability of occurrence of flood event, the exposure represents the degree that the property is exposed in the flood hazard, and the vulnerability represents the degree of weakness of the measures for flood prevention. Those elements were devided into some sub-elements. The hazard is explained by the frequency based rainfall, the exposure has two sub-elements which are population density and official land price, and the vulnerability has two sub-elements which are undevelopedness index and ability of flood defence. Each sub-elements are estimated and the estimated values are rearranged in the range of 0 to 100. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is also applied to determine weighting coefficients in the equation of PRFD. The PRFD for the Anyang river basin and the design frequency are estimated by using the maximum rainfall. The existing design frequency for Anyang river basin is in the range of 50 to 200. And the design frequency estimation result of PRFD of this study is in the range of 110 to 130. Therefore, the developed method for the estimation of PRFD and the design frequency for the administrative districts are used and the method for the watershed and the river channel are to be applied in the future study.

A Study on Calculation of Urban Compactness Index Considering Space Syntax: Focusing on the Declining Local Cities (공간구문론을 활용한 도시 압축지수 산정에 관한 연구: 소멸위험도시를 중심으로)

  • Recently, Korea has been experiencing a problem of population decline, therefore the transition to a compact spatial structure is being urged. However, what is required is not just physical compression, but a compact city that also considers connectivity, in view of the changes in today's demographic and industrial structure. From this point of view, this study measures the compressibility of domestic cities suffering from extinction risk due to low birth rates, aging population, and population decline, and examined the spatial structure characteristics. In addition to the compressibility evaluation index used in previous studies, the compressibility of six indicators (population, land use, service accessibility, transport accessibility, connectivity, and concentration) was compared and analyzed, and a comprehensive compression index was calculated. The analysis results, based on the comprehensive compression index, classified 2.3% cities in the first grade, 4.6% in the second grade, 16.09% in the third grade, 43.68% in the fourth grade, and 33.33% in the fifth grade areas. Currently, the urban characteristics affecting the compactness index differ from region to region. Therefore, it is necessary to establish measures and policies for extinction risk considering the influence of each region's compactness index. This study is meaningful in that connectivity was considered using spatial syntax, and the compactness of cities at risk of extinction was compared and analyzed quantitatively. It is expected that this study will be used as basic data to establish the direction and action strategy for extinction risk cities.

Study of the Lower Duration Curve Characteristic by Reservoir and Weir Couple-operating System in Geum River Basin (금강수계 댐과 보의 운영에 의한 하류 유황특성 연구)

  • This study presents effects of downstream control point by coupled operation of dams and multi function weirs in the Geum River. Geum river basin that study area did authoritativeness high quality data to acquisition possibility. We applied the flow duration curve, flow regime coefficient, impounded flow index analysis to investigate the quantitative changes in natural flow regimes. In sphere that water supply is possible, this study applied believability that satisfy 95% at estimation year. Impounded flow index was calculated 0.292 by dam coupled operation and 0.297 by dam-weir coupled operation. The results indicate that the storage amount is increased by 29.7% as being added. Duration flow of downstream control point was improved because became coupled operation by regulation of dam and weir in the geum river.

Analysis of the Continuity of Reading Passages in the 5th and 6th Grade Elementary School English Textbooks Based on Readability (이독성을 통한 초등학교 5, 6학년 영어 교과서 읽기 지문의 연계성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the vertical and horizontal continuity between grades and publishers, respectively, by analyzing the readability of reading passages included in English textbooks for 5th and 6th grades of elementary school. In order to do so, a corpus was constructed with the reading passages contained in 10 textbooks, and the reading passages in each textbook were analyzed through Coh-Metrix. Also, it was examined whether there was a statistically significant difference between grades and publishers in readability through one-way ANOVA. The results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the difference in readability between publishers within the same grade, there was a statistically significant difference between fifth-grade textbooks in the L2 readability index. Second, as a result of analyzing the vertical continuity between grades within the publisher, the difficulty of textbook A was higher in grade 6 than grade 5 based on FRE and FKGL, which showed a statistically significant difference. On the other hand, when L2 readability was used as the standard, the difficulty of textbook B was lower in 6th grade than in 5th grade. This result seems to be because FRE and FKGL calculate readability based on sentence and word length, whereas L2 readability is based on content word overlap, word frequency, and syntactic similarity of sentences.

  • Previous performance evaluation focusing on objective data of service agency has the limitations that did not reflect user-centered evaluation. With the expansion of voucher service, importance of perspective of service user such as satisfaction index is increasing. As voucher service has been delivered by the financial burden of government and user, we need the performance evaluation system that reflects the both performance indices to meet the accountability of two stake-holders. So this study focuses on deriving integrated evaluation system developing systems what mixed objective and subjective performance. Data used in this study is collected form 70 social service agencies that deliver voucher service and 1445 service users. Using General Satisfaction Index and Efficiency Index by DEA, this study analysed the correlation between efficiency and satisfaction index, and integrated performance evaluation model is constructed through portfolio map. This study has the following implication. This study theoretically explains the relation of objective performance and subjective performance and gives practical guidance in performance evaluation criterion and interpretation of performance.

시뮬레이션을 이용한 주가연계상품(ELS)의 성과 추정

  • 본 연구에서는 넉아웃 옵션(Knock-out option)이 내재된 주가연계상품(ELS)의 성과를 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 추정한다. 옵션과 기초자산을 결합하여 구성되는 ELS는 상품개발 시점에서 그 수익구조가 결정되며, 실현수익률은 미래의 시장흐름에 의하여 결정된다. 현재 ELS는 옵션가격의 결정, 수익구조의 결정, 그리고 수익률 추정이라는 개별 과정이 각각 옵션발행자, 상품개발자, 고객관리자 등에 의하여 별도로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 개별 과정을 통합한 시뮬레이션 모형을 구축한 후, 이 모형의 결과(옵션가격, 수익구조, 실현수익률)를 기존 관행의 결과와 비교하여 본 연구에서 제안한 시뮬레이션 모형의 유용성을 제안한다. 분석 대상은 국내 장외파생상품 및 ELS의 기준이 되는 KOSPI 200 지수로 1990년 1월 3일부터 2002년 12월 30일까지의 1일 자료를 이용한다.

Impact analysis of baseflow on river and ecosystem (기저유출이 하천과 수생태계에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • 기후변화와 불투수지역의 증가로 인하여 하천 유량의 변동성은 점차 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 유량에 영향을 받는 하천환경과 다양한 생태계는 큰 영향을 받고 있음에 유량 관리가 매우 중요시 되어지고 있다. 하천 유량은 빗물이 지표면에 떨어져 직접하천으로 흐르는 지표유출과 지표면하의 암반층으로 침투되어 지하수가 되고 시간의 흐름에 따라 지표로 흘러나오는 기저유출로 구성되어 있다. 기저유출은 땅속에서 흐르기 때문에 흐름이 느리다. 이에 따라 강우가 발생하지 않을 시에 하천유량의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 기저유출의 관리는 수자원의 관리에 매우 중요할 것이다. 국내외에서도 기저유출의 관리를 위한 연구가 필요하며 지표수-지하수의 연계관리를 위한 명확한 조명이 필요한 시기이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기저유출의 분포와 지하수 의존형 수생태계가 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 기저유출의 분리는 최근 많은 연구가 수행되어져 왔고 다양한 방법이 개발되었다. 일반적으로 시계열 유량자료를 통해 기저유출을 산정한다. 기저유출의 산정을 위해 두 가지 유량 데이터를 이용하였다. 검보정된 수문모형을 통한 데이터와 국내에 존재하는 관측데이터를 이용하여 지표유출과 기저유출을 분리하여 유역의 기저유출지표를 산정하였다. 기저유출지표는 총 유출량과 기저유출과의 비로 산정되는 유역의 특성을 나타내는 지표이다. 기저유출과 수생태계의 관계를 분석하기 위해 환경부에서 수행하는 네 가지 수생태건강성지수와 기저유출지표와의 상관성을 분석하였다. 수생태건강성지수는 부착돌말류, 저서성 대형무척추동물, 어류, 서식 및 수변환경으로 구성되었다. 기저유출 산정과 수생태계와의 분석은 낙동강유역을 대상으로 수행하였다. 낙동강유역의 기저유출을 산정하여 기저유출지표를 산정한 결과 0.4이상의 값을 나타냈다. 이는 하천의 유량 중 약 40%가 기저유출에 의존한다는 의미이다. 또한 월별 기저유출지표를 산정한 결과 강수가 적은 봄과 겨울철의 경우 0.7이상을 나타냈다. 특히 1월달의 경우 0.9이상을 나타내 겨울철 대부분의 하천 유량은 기저유출에 의존한다. 산정된 기저유출지표와 네 가지 수생태건강성지수의 상관성 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 저서성 대형무척추동물과의 상관성을 나타냈고 나머지에서는 상관성을 나타내고 있지 않았다. 하지만 이는 아직 국내에서 수생태계의 건강성 조사와 평가가 이루어진지 얼마 되지 않았기 때문으로 판단된다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 기저유출관리 방안의 정책적인 도입과 연구의 시발점이 될 것이다.

Linking of Accessibility Index Extraction by Transportation Gravity Model and High-Resolution Satellite Imagery (위성영상정보와 교통 중력모델기반 접근성지수 추출 연계)

  • 최근 고해상도 위성영상정보의 민간 사용이 활발해지면서 기존에 널리 알려진 위성영상정보 응용분야 뿐만 아니라 새로운 응용 분야에 대한 적용 가능성이 국제적으로 여러 가지 방향으로 모색되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 추세를 반영하여 교통 또는 도시교통 환경분야에서의 위성영상정보의 활용 가능성 및 기존 방법론과의 연계를 분석하고, 시험적으로 프로토타입 프로그램을 소개하고자 한다. 일반적으로 교통문제에서의 접근성 분석은 일종의 중력모델로 설명이 가능하며, 교통계획 수립시에 대안 도로 계획선정이나 대중교통 노선결정시에 많이 이용되고 있다. 접근성 분석에 대한 개념은 비교적 간단하여, 교통분석대상구역의 임의 지역에서 유인 요인과 거리를 변수로 하여 적용 목적에 부합되는 대상 지점까지의 정량적 지수정보를 얻도록 하여 몇 가지 결과로부터 출발지점에서 목적지점 또는 대상 지점까지의 손익비용산출에 대한 정보를 얻는 방식이다. 최근에 GIS를 통하여 구축된 교통 데이터베이스정보와 공간분석 기법을 통하여 수행하는 경우가 많으나 현재까지 위성영상정보가 이용된 경우는 거의 보고된 바가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정사위성 실제 교통시설물이나 교통 대상 객체의 육안 식별이 가능한 고 해상도 위성영상정보는 이러한 출발지-목적지 선정에 적용될 수 있다는 점에 착안하여 기존에 교통분야에서 개발된 몇 가지의 교통 접근성 산출 알고리듬에 위성영상정보가 연계되어 적용될 수 있는 가능성을 검토하였다.

IoT data trust techniques based on auto-encoder through IoT-linked processing (오토인코더 기반의 IoT 연계 처리를 통한 IoT 데이터 신뢰 기법)

  • IoT devices, which are used in various ways in distributed environments, are becoming more important in data transmitted and received from IoT devices as fields of use such as medical, environment, transportation, bio, and public places are diversified. In this paper, as a method to ensure the reliability of IoT data, an autoencoder-based IoT-linked processing technique is proposed to classify and process numerous data by various important attributes. The proposed technique uses correlation indices for each IoT data so that IoT data is grouped and processed by blockchain by characteristics for IoT linkage processing based on autoencoder. The proposed technique expands and operates into a blockchain-based n-layer structure applied to the correlation index to ensure the reliability of IoT data. In addition, the proposed technique can not only select IoT data by applying weights to IoT collection data according to the correlation index of IoT data, but also reduce the cost of verifying the integrity of IoT data in real time. The proposed technique maintains the processing cost of IoT data so that IoT data can be expanded to an n-layer structure.

The Analysis Methods Based on Patent Citation Networks for the Convergence Technologies Development Planning : A Case of Smart Factory's ICT Technologies (융합기술 개발전략 기획을 위한 특허 인용 네트워크 기반의 분석 방법론 : 스마트공장 ICT 기술을 중심으로)

  • As interest in advanced countries regarding the convergence technology development increases, a methodology for identifying the core convergence technology that has a large spill-over effect on the technology and industry is required for the nation's competitiveness enhancement in the convergence technology field. Based on patent citation network analysis using 1,124 USPTO patents in the ICT convergence technology field of the smart factory, this study examined the proposed heterogeneous technology convergence index as a tool for measuring the convergence characteristics of the spillovers compared to other indexes (i.e. other sector ratio index and homogeneous technology convergence index). The proposed heterogeneous technology convergence index was used to investigate core technology sectors among ICT technology sectors of smart factory identified by government ministries. Results found 6 core ICT convergence technology sectors including the manufacturing execution analysis application sector. Also, this study conducted blockmodeling analysis using the IPC codes of patents in the manufacturing execution analysis application sector, and identified that the blocks representing the electronic communication and electric digital data processing technology sectors (Block 3 & 4) are related technology sectors which can be converged with core technology. Based on the findings, the implications for the convergence technology development planning of the smart factory field are discussed.
