We explore the impact of individuals'network position toward knowledge sharing intention. In order to identify network positions, we utilize three centrality measures (degree/closeness/betweenness) of individual network participants. The research findings show that the individual network positions significantly affect knowledge sharing intentions. Since an individual with high degree centrality might be the leader or the hub, one makes considerable effort to maintain the network position by actively participating in intra-team and inter-team knowledge sharing, A participant who can quickly interact with many other participants within a team (high closeness centrality) is more interested in intra-team knowledge sharing than inter-team knowledge sharing. Unlike degree centrality and closeness centrality, the betweenness centrality provides a participant with diverse resources located in multiple sub-groups. Although an individual with high betweenness centrality is not at the center of the networks, one plays a crucial role in disseminating and regulating information. Therefore, the individual is likely to have more positive intention toward inter-team knowledge sharing than intra-team knowledge sharing.

This paper proposes a job matching function that calculates the job matching probability of a job-seeker to an employer taking the working conditions of a job-seeker and an employer into account. In addition, this study analysis the degree of centrality that means interactions of a job-seeker and an employer utilizing social network analysis. The results are follows. First, a degree of centrality is found to be severely concentrated in certain job-seekers or certain employers; in addition, there are many job-seekers and employers who have no matching results. Second, according to decision tree analysis, characteristics of a job-seeker that influences the degree of centrality are gender, age and degree of education in order of importance. The characteristics of a employer that influences the degree of centrality are proposed salary, industry classification and firm size in order of importance.

본 연구는 지속가능한 물류활동에서 관심을 받고 있는 내항해운(연안해운)의 물류네트워크를 파악하기위한 기초분석으로서 연안여객항로에 관하여 네트워크를 파악하였다. 최근에 기존의 계량적 통계분석방법을 뛰어넘어 존재하고 있는 구조와 실체를 파악하기위해 사회연결망분석이 도입되고 있는 상황에서, 우리나라 연안해운항로의 네트워크를 파악하고자 하였다. 내항해운은 화물운송과 여객운송으로 구별되나 본 연구에서는 화물선만 고려하였다. 국가물류통합정보센터와 해운항만물류정보시스템을 활용하여 한국의 내항해운의 중심성을 분석하였다. 중심성 분석을 위해서 화물선 출입항 척수와 화물처리량을 변수로 사용하여 Pajek과 UCINET 등의 SNA 프로그램을 이용한 결과 내항해운 네트워크를 도식화하고 파악하였다. 결과적으로 네트워크의 node에 해당하는 항만 중에서 어떤 항만이 가장 중요한 노드인지를 찾고, 네트워크 구조가 얼마나 소수의 중요한 항만에게 집중되는 것인지를 확인하기 위하여 중심성 분석을 통해 파악하였다.

현재 우리나라는 2013년 제주 스마트그리드 실증단지사업을 완료한 이후, 현재 AMI 및 ESS 보급사업을 진행 중이고 더불어 주요 7~8개 도시에 대한 스마트그리드 시티 사업도 준비 중에 있다. 스마트그리드 인프라의 본격적인 확산과 더불어 가장 우려되는 사안 중의 하나가 사이버 보안 이슈이며, 이는 기존의 주요 전력망 보안정책이 폐쇄망 운영을 골자로 하고 있다는 점에서 볼 때 상충되는 측면이 있다. 스마트그리드의 중심이 기존의 대형 전력망 중심에서 스마트 홈 기반 중심으로 옮겨가면서, 전력망은 외부 네트워크와의 연결성이 강화되고 있으며 통신 분야에서 진행되어 오던 사물통신(Internet of Things: IoT) 개념과 결합하면서 그 개방성의 진행이 가속화되고 있다. 따라서 기존의 폐쇄망 정책만으로는 보안성을 확보하는데 명확한 한계가 존재하며 시대적 조류에도 부합하지 않기 때문에, 새로운 패러다임이 필요한 때라고 판단된다. 그 대안 중의 하나로 개방 네트워크로 인해 증가하는 연결성을 보안 위협의 루트가 아닌 보안성을 강화하기 위한 환경으로 활용하는 것이다. 촘촘히 연결된 네트워크를 통해 각 개체가 서로를 상호 모니터링 함으로써 전체 시스템이 오염되는 것을 막을 수 있다. IoT의 도입을 통해 기기 간에는 사회적 연결성이 강화될 것이며, 이러한 연결성과 그 안에 숨겨진 맥락을 통해 이상 여부를 사전에 감지해낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 사회적 관계성에 근거하여 AMI 네트워크에서의 이상 징후를 감지하기 위한 기본적 방법론을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to derive and analyze the hub facilities that occupy major positions in the vehicle movement networks of livestock facilities. For this purpose, this study used the KAHIS data provided by Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency. The hub facilities were derived from the degree centrality & betweenness centrality. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, in a livestock facility's vehicle movement network, there are a small number of hub facilities with very high centrality indicator values compared to other facilities. Second, the hub facilities based on the degree centrality are the feed factory, the milk collecting center, slaughterhouse, slaughterhouse for chicken, and livestock markets. Third, the hub facilities based on the betweenness centrality are the livestock markets, the feed factory, and slaughterhouse. Fourth, hub facilities based on the degree centrality are concentrated in a particular area, but the hub facilities based on betweenness centrality are distributed relatively evenly.

본 연구는 알츠하이머 관련 의료웹포럼을 장기적으로 사용한 사람의 사회연결망 영향력 사이의 관계를 살펴보았다. 빈도분석결과 알츠하이머 병의 의료웹포럼을 2개월 이하로 사용한 유저가 전체의 76%에 해당함을 발견하였다. 사회연결망분석을 통해 장기적으로 사용한 고객들이 연결중심성이 높은 그룹임을 확인하였고, 상관성분석 결과 연결중심성과 이용기간과의 유의한 상관성을 발견하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 향후 의료 웹포럼을 활성화 시키기 위한 전략수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

The importance and necessity of convergence research to solve complexity and diversity of research problems is more increasing. For successful convergence research, connectivity beyond the boundary and distance between disciplines is a key factor. To understand the current status and characteristics of connectivity among researchers, we investigated the interdisciplinary relationships among 487 researchers' disciplines in a university by using network anaylsis. The results showed that (1) connectivity between similar disciplines were higher than different disciplines, (2) the density and cohesion level of connectivity within the same campuses were higher, and (3) network centrality was concentrated in engineering and medicine. Based on these results, the necessity of overcoming boundaries and distances as obstacles to convergence research and the necessity of diversification of centrality were proposed. While previous studies mainly analyzed the research outcomes, this study is meaningful because it analyzed researchers' connectivity and collaborative structures in the actual convergence research procedures.

This study's aim was to find a patterns of network dynamics focused on multicultural education contents within the teacher's guide books which are based on national kindergarten curriculum. It was analysed that the 43 guidebooks(2009 Educational activities and materials guidebooks for kindergarten, 11 and the Nuri curriculum teacher guidebooks for the age of 3-5, 32) were analysed using the UCINET 6 program with multicultural education contents frameworks. The findings were as follows: First, multicultural contents' density is connected to life theme of the Nuri curriculum was higher than the 2009 kindergarten curriculum. And life theme with high connectivity was 'I and my family' in the 2009 kindergarten curriculum and 'animals, plants and nature'(3 years old), 'kindergarten and friends' & 'I and my family'(4-5 years old) in the Nuri curriculum. Second, the highest connection content was 'having interests in culture' & 'knowing similarities and differences' in the 2009 kindergarten curriculum, and 'having interests in culture' & 'promoting a sense of community' in the Nuri curriculum. Finally, multicultural education for young children according to the national educational curriculum transition was changed from 'identity' to 'interaction and cooperation'. It means that the Nuri curriculum is more focused on international knowledges and competencies as a world citizen. It suggests the directions for multicultural education for young children in the future.

The purpose of this study was to identify the research trends and characteristics of existing research related to the AEO system. The methodology of the study was to utilize the Degree Centrality, Closeness Centrality and Betweenness Centrality presented by the Social Network Analysis (SNA). Keyword network analysis results showed that "MRA", "Logistics Security" were derived from the Degree Centrality results, "MRA", "Logistics Security" from the Closeness Centrality results, and, as a result of the Betweenness Centrality, "AEO Utilization Benefits" and "reliability" were derived from the top keyword results. The analysis of differences in centrality by period also confirmed that trends in research have changed based on specific time points. This study has implications for the study in that it presented worldwide research trends through keyword network analysis of the AEO system.

While there are several measures for node centralities, such as betweenness and degree, few centrality measures for local centralities in weighted networks have been suggested. This study developed a generalized centrality measure for calculating local centralities in weighted networks. Neighbor centrality, which was suggested in this study, is the generalization of the degree centrality for binary networks and the nearest neighbor centrality for weighted networks with the parameter ${\alpha}$. The characteristics of suggested measure and the proper value of parameter ${\alpha}$ are investigated with 6 real network datasets and the results are reported.
