Role-based Access Control(RBAC) model has advantage of easy management of access control with constraints such as permission inheritance and separation of duty in role hierarchy. However, previous RBAC studies could not properly reflect the real-world organization structure with its role hierarchy. User who is a member of senior role can perform all permissions because senior role inherits all permissions of junior roles in the role hierarchy. Therefore there is a possibility for senior role members to abuse permissions due to violation of the least privilege principle. In this paper, we present a new model of role hierarchy, which restricts the unconditional permission inheritance. In the proposed model, a role is divided into sub roles(unconditional inheritance. restricted inheritance, private role), keeping organization structure in corporate environment. With restricted inheritance, the proposed model prevents permission abuse by specifying the degree of inheritance in role hierarchy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of flourishing on the relationship between role conflict and burnout as perceived by school counselors. A total of 242 school counselors participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS and PROCESS macro programs. The study results showed a significant positive correlation between role conflict and burnout and a significant negative correlation between flourishing and role conflict and burnout. In addition, depending on the three subtypes of role conflict (i.e., role-expectation conflict, individual-role conflict, and role ambiguity conflict), the effects on various sub-signs of burnout differed. It was found that flourishing mediated all of these variables of role conflict influencing burnout. These results suggest that flourishing can be considered an indicator for professionalism management of school counselors and a result showing that a positive psychological approach at the school level can be helpful in improving the effectiveness of school counseling by contributing positively not only to students but also to school counselors.

The study examined the mediated-moderation effect of parental reflection levels from maternal childhood experiences by the parents to mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers by examining it through the lens of parental role satisfaction. The participants in this study were 327 mothers who and their infants aged 3-6 years. They completed questionnaires on the maternal childhood experiences scale, parental reflection scale, parental role satisfaction scale and mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers scale. The results of the structural equation model analysis are as follows. First, a mediating model revealed that the relationship between maternal childhood experiences by parents and mother's reactions to negative emotions of their preschoolers was mediated by parental role satisfaction. Second, the results revealed the moderation effect of parents reflection levels on the relationship between maternal childhood experiences by parents and parental role satisfaction. Finally, parental reflection levels were also seen to have a mediated moderation effect of parental reflection level from maternal childhood experiences to mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers through parental role satisfaction. These results indicate the importance of parental reflection and parental role satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the perception of librarians on the role of public libraries related to disasters. For this purpose, the study conducted an online survey for librarian. The survey is composed of 34 questions, including the questions asking librarians' perceptions about the roles of public libraries related to the disasters derived from literature review. The research results are as follows; First, although librarians were not well aware of the roles of public libraries related to disasters, they generally supported the necessity of the role and evaluated the benefits of the role highly. Second, librarians recognized the necessity of the role of the library in the following order of importance; psycho-emotional support for citizens who have experienced disasters; cooperation with disaster support agencies; disaster shelter; disaster information service; archiving disaster experiences of residents; outreach services; community support. Third, librarians recognized that psycho-emotional support services for residents suffering from disasters were the most necessary and beneficial to residents. Fourth, librarians' perceptions of disaster-related library roles changed based on their position and the type of library they belong to. On the basis of these results, the research discussed and suggested what roles each public library should play and what services it should plan, and how it should be implemented during the disaster.

This study was based on a recognition that the married mens role of performing multiple roles should be redefined. Family and work roles were composed of four domains, such as marital, parental, homecare, and occupational roles. The data of this study had been collected from the married men, who had his spouse and his first child younger than twelve years old, and held a job in Seoul. The main findings of this study were as follows: First, as for family and work role salience perceptions, it showed that men relatively higher perceived four role saliences: marital role salience, parental role salience, homecare role salience, and occupational role salience. Second, among four salience perceptions of family and work roles, married men highest perceived homecare role salience while they lowest perceived occupational role salience. Third, regarding the married mens family and work role performances, the parental and homecare roles were equally performed and higher than the marital and occupational roles. In general, the degree of family and work role salience perceptions of the married men in Korean society was higher than that of family and work role performances.

With role-based access control, access decisions are based on the roles that individual users have as part of an organization. In this paper, we propose a new RBAC model that a user delegate a permission to another user with function-unit for practical organization. A function-unit delegation is more safe than existing delegations on RBAC model. And FuRBAC model has a authentication to supervise security problems.

In general RBAC(Role-Based-Access Control) model, senior role has junior role's permissions by virtue of role hierarchy. But although the opposite case is needed partially in medical institutions, such case cannot be performed in medical information systems. This is because inheritances of permissions in role hierarchies are static. In order to tackle this problem, this paper defined a dynamic role assignment, thereby proposed the way for the junior temporarily to be able to perform the permissions of the senior, and showed the applications of medical information systems.

Welfare-to-work으로 표현되는 근년의 미국 복지 환경의 급속한 변화는 공적 부문 사회복지인력의 역할 변화를 요구하고 있다. 강력한 민간 사회복지의 전통에 밀려 역할과 기능이 상대적으로 미약했던 미국의 공공복지부문은 지난 100여 년간 상당한 정체성 혼란을 겪어왔고 공공복지에서의 사회복지사의 역할과 기능은 해결되지 않는 논점이었다. 이 글에서는 뉴딜에서부터 미국사회복지의 일대 변혁이라고 일컬어지는 1996년의 복지개혁입법 Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act 까지, 미국 공적부조(public assistance)의 변화와 이 부문 실천가들의 역할 변화에 주목하고자 한다. 신연방주의, 복지다원주의 등으로 대표되는 복지환경의 변화에 대해 공공부문 사회복지의 변혁과 발전방향, 그리고 미국 공공부문 사회복지사들의 정체성에 관한 고단한 탐색 작업은 국민기초생활보장법의 통과로 예상되는 우리나라 공공복지의 변화와 직업적 정체성 고민을 거듭하고 있는 공공복지 인력인 사회복지전문요원들의 역할에 대한 시사점들을 읽어내는데 도움이 될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 가족스트레스 이론과 선행연구를 바탕으로 하여 제안된 이론적 모델의 검증을 통하여 일과 가정생활의 두 역할을 병행하는 데서 기인하는 역할긴장이 매개변수인 가족자원과 대처방안에 의해 어떻게 중재되어 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 있다. 다단계 추출법으로 미국 로스엔젤레스에 거주하는 한인교포 중 맞벌이부부를 연구대상으로 선정하여 질문지를 통해 남편과 아내의 자료를 표집하였지만 본 연구에서는 117명의 남편의 자료만을 결과 분석하였다. 분석방법은 이론적 검증에 유용한 LISREL Ⅶ 프로그램이 사용되었다. 처음에 제안된 이론적 모델의 검증에는 문제를 보였지만 PSI Matrix를 고정하고 가정생활의 역할 stressor와 가족자원의 경로를 첨가하여 수정된 모델은 자료에 의해 충분히 검증되었다. 그러나 남편의 이론적 모델은 가족스트레스 이론을 일반화시키지 못했기 때문에 일과 가정생활의 두 역할을 병행하는 데서 기인하는 남편의 역할긴장을 가족스트레스 이론으로 설명하는데는 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 제안된 이론적 모델의 의미와 제한점 등을 살펴본 후 미래연구가를 위한 방안이 제시되었다.

역할기반 접근제어모델은 기업이나 정부 등의 조직체계를 반영하는데 적합한 접근제어 모델로 컴퓨터의 자원을 접근하는 데에도 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 임의접근제어나 강제접근제어 방식의 단점을 대안할 수 있는 방법이기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 역할기반 접근제어 방식에서 사용자에게만 할당하던 역할을 객체에게도 할당하여 객체의 관리와 보안성을 향상시켰다. 객체의 특성에 따라 사용자들이 접근할 수 있는 권한이 비슷한 경우가 많기 때문에, 이를 기반으로 하여 객체를 역할의 단위로 관리할 경우 보다 효율적인 객체 관리를 할 수 있고, 동일한 보안 등급을 갖는 객체들이 하나의 역할로 그룹지어지기 때문에 보안 관리 측면에서도 효율적이다 할 수 있다.
