A Transition based Joint Model for Korean POS Tagging & Dependency Parsing using Deep Learning (딥러닝을 이용한 전이 기반 한국어 품사 태깅 & 의존 파싱 통합 모델)

  • 형태소 분석과 의존 파싱은 자연어 처리 분야에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 형태소 분석과 의존 파싱에 대해 일괄적으로 학습하는 통합 모델에 대한 필요성이 대두 되었고 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 수행되었다. 기존의 형태소 분석 & 의존 파싱 통합 모델은 먼저 형태소 분석 및 품사 태깅에 대한 학습을 수행한 후 이어서 의존 파싱 모델을 학습하는 파이프라인 방식으로 진행되었다. 이러한 방식의 학습을 두 번 연이어 진행하기 때문에 시간이 오래 걸리고 또한 형태소 분석과 파싱이 서로 영향을 주지 못하는 단점이 존재하였다. 본 논문에서는 의존 파싱에서 형태소 분석에 대한 전이 액션을 포함하도록 전이 액션을 확장하여 한국어 형태소 분석 & 의존파싱에 대한 통합모델을 제안하였고 성능 측정 결과 세종 형태소 분석 데이터 셋에서 F1 97.63%, SPMRL '14 한국어 의존 파싱 데이터 셋에서 UAS 90.48%, LAS 88.87%의 성능을 보여주어 기존의 의존 파싱 성능을 더욱 향상시켰다.

  • 창업을 촉진하기 위해 중소벤처기업부를 중심으로 다양한 창업지원 사업을 시행하고 있고, 매년 창업지원 사업이 증가하고 있다. 창업지원 사업의 가장 중요한 역할은 예비창업자 또는 창업기업의 성공적인 사업화를 지원하고 성공률 제고를 위해 자금·교육·투자·네트워크 등을 지원하는 일이다. 그 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 전담 조직과 전담 인력이 필요하다. 현재까지는 창업보육센터와 창업보육 매니저에 관한 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있지만, 창업지원단의 역할과 창업지원 매니저에 관한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 창업지원 매니저의 역량 특성이 조직몰입과 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다. 창업지원 사업의 규모 확대와 역할변화에 따르는 중소벤처기업부에서 요구하는 창업지원 매니저의 역량들을 도출해보고, 역량 강화를 위한 방안을 모색하고 제안하고자 한다.

Understanding and the Orientation of the Standardization Policy in the Field of R&D Convergence (융합 R&D 부문의 표준정책 이해 및 정책 방향성 고찰)

  • This study examines how scientists understand standardization and standardization policy in the Korean national R&D context and analyze future policy direction of standardization policy. Interview with 15 scientists at universities and government-funded research institutes who have participated national R&D (particularly in the field of technology convergence) were conducted. The results show that considerations of standardization at the process of technology convergence is somewhat different from them at the process of general R&D. Also, considerations of standardization at the process of technology convergence is needed at the later time within the R&D time schedule because of low visibility and forecasting on the technology convergence outcome. It finds that "standardization by private sector" is the future policy direction in Korea. The government needs to be remained as "helper" for private sector to lead standardization in a globalized market

The Moderating Effect of Resilience in Role Stress on Psychological Burnout : Focuced on a Catholic Nuns (역할스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과: 가톨릭 여성수도자를 중심으로)

  • Catholic nuns are under a lot of role stress while living as a monk, which leads to psychological burnout, causing negative effects. This study confirmed which sub-factors of the role stress of Catholic nuns has a greater effect on psychological burnout, and analyzed whether resilience has a moderating effect on psychological burnout. As a result of a mail survey of 234 catholic nuns, first, role stress could be confirmed according to the period of catholic nuns' life in the capital and the roles of internal and external apostles. In particular, when the life of the capital was less than 20 years, they felt different from the role ambiguity. Second, it was found that the role stress of catholic nuns had an effect on psychological burnout, and role ambiguity, role conflict, and role all had an effect on psychological burnout. In particular, role ambiguity was found to have the greatest effect, causing greater psychological burnout of role ambiguity than role. Third, in the relationship between role stress and psychological burnout, resilience had a moderating effect This study suggests that reducing the role ambiguity of nuns is the most important, and that it is necessary to improve resilience as a way to reduce psychological burnout. Above all, it is meaningful in that it targets nuns who are difficult to access easily.

A Study on the New Manager Model in Service Economy Era (서비스경제시대의 신경영자 모델 연구)

  • This study was conducted to derive the new manager model in service economy era. It was logically explained that the modern economic society is different from the existing economic society, the modern organization that is the subject of management is different from the existing organization, and the tasks required by management are different from the existing tasks. It suggested the managerial model required for new managers. According to the proposed manager's model, the tasks required of new managers and essential qualities as managers to perform the tasks were presented. It suggested the role model that managers with required qualities should play. The role of a manager who becomes one with customers, the role of a manager who controls even his irrationality, the role of a manager who combines discernment and indiscriminateness, a flexible leadership role that combines charisma and tenderness, an administrator role that embraces regulations and non-regulations, and vision and non-vision. We derived the role of a manager who manages management, and a manager role model that utilizes both competition and non-competition. The managers engage in two opposing roles and perform management activities in a spiral dialectical cycle that develops while resolving the contradictions of each role. The method of embracing the two opposing parties internally and externally and the dialectical management execution process according to the change of the space-time axis were presented by borrowing the models of The Book of Change. Future research needs an empirical analytical study on this new Model. There is a need for studies that expand this study and develop it into a practical model and verify it in an analytical way.

An Empirical Study on Moderating Effects of Entrepreneurship between Market Orientation and Performance Relationship of Korean Venture (한국 중소벤처기업의 시장지향성과 해외진출성과간 관계에 있어 기업가정신의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • This paper investigates the Moderating effect of entrepreneurship on the relationship between market orientation and international performance in Korean Ventures. Literature revealed that an appropriate alignment between firm strategic orientation and market positioning is critical because of its impact on firm performance. The alignment is especially crucial for SMEs as a result of their limited resource base. However, studies have not adequately accounted for the joint effect of entrepreneurship and market orientation on firm performance in different environments as foreign markets. Drawing upon a sample of 217 internationalized Korean Venture Business, it presents evidence related to mainly moderating effects of entrepreneurship on market orientation-international performance. The Key conclusion from the evidence is that market orientation, alone and in conjunction with certain entrepreneurship dimensions, is positively related to firm international performance. More specifically innovativeness and proactiveness have positively moderated the relationship between market orientation and international performance in Korean Ventures.

A Study on Fair Parental Role Model of Dual Earner Couples, their Expectation for Parental Nursing Capability and Real Nursing Practices (맞벌이 부부의 부모역할 공평성 가치관 및 아버지의 양육수행유능감과 양육수행)

  • This study aims to explore the variable factors by which fathers affect nursing practices. for this study 544 married couples were interviewed, which resulted in the following conclusions. First, wives have higher fairness than husbands in sharing their parental roles. Second, in some couples, there was a difference seen in the expectations of each parents nursing capability, but rarely were differences in real nursing practices actually observed. Third, all couples interviewed showed some disparity between their expectations of parental nursing capability and their real nursing practices, where the expectations for nursing capability were higher than the real nursing practices. Fourth, higher expectations for nursing capabilities from fathers result in them having better parental roles. Fifth, there is no correlation between parental nursing practices and social demographic variables. Lastly, the impacts on the parental nursing practices are ranked by relative importance as parental nursing capability, the wife's expectation for parental nursing capability and so on.

Female Teachers' Mate Selection Preferences in Social, physical, psychological and family role characteristic (미혼 여교사의 배우자 선택에서의 동질혼 추구 경향)

  • This study investigated the mate selection preferences of single female teachers by investigating the desired traits in socioeconomic, physical attractions, psychological traits and family roles of their prospected marital partner, in order to explore the current trends in homogamous marriage. A questionnaire was distributed to 295 unmarried female teachers selected by convenience sampling from the various cities. The teachers pursued homogeneity in age, educational attainment, religion, and occupation while they preferred partners with higher income level. In terms of physical assets, the attraction that the teachers felt towards the partner was the most important physical appearances. The respondents preferred partners who are masculine and an androgynous partner. The teachers held high expectations towards their future spouses in that they desired to share the roles of emotional, financial support, child care and kin keeping. A partner who shared modern sex role attitudes was preferred over someone who held traditional one. The pursuit for overall homogeneity reflects that the teachers seek for equality in their relationships with prospected marital partners by exchanging similar characteristic.

  • 해상교통안전진단제도가 도입된 후 운영과정에서 드러난 문제점을 해결하고 효율적 운영을 위해 해사안전법이 전부개정('11. 6. 15) 되었고, 해상교통안전진단시행지침이 전부개정('12. 3. 21) 되면서 공단은 전문기관으로 지정을 받았다. 이에 제도의 발전 및 운영을 위한 주체로써 선제적으로 안전성과 경제성이 고려된 원활한 사업 수행을 위한 진단제도에 대한 이용자들의 이해 도모 및 진단제도의 체계적인 개선을 위한 전문기관의 역할 증대를 위한 대응방안 연구의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내 유사제도 분석, 현 제도의 한계점 및 문제점 파악을 통해 전문기관의 역할 및 업무에 대한 해사안전법 개정(안)과 해양분야의 유사제도와의 연계방안을 검토하였다.

  • 최근 NGO의 급격한 성장과 위상이 높아지면서 정부정책과정에서의 NGO와 정부간 역할관계는 각 분야에서 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 교통분야에 대한 NGO와 정부간 역할관계에 관한 관심이나 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이와 같은 배경에서 수행된 본 연구는 현재 열악한 대중교통서비스를 개선하기 위해서 NGO와 정부간 정책연대 등 새로운 정책운용의 필요성을 제시한 탐색적 연구이다. 본 논문의 분석결과, 우선 대중교통정책 운용은 ‘공급자중심’에서 ‘이용자중심’으로 전환되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 ‘서울시를 비롯한 자치단체들이 NCO와 정책연대를 통해 정책추진에 시민의견을 적극 반영하는 제도적 장치가 강구되어야 한다. 구체적으로는 서울시의 경우 교통·환경·소비자 등 관련분야의 NGO와 서울시 및 의회관계자, 전문가, 업계대표 등이 참여하는 가칭 ‘대중교통시민위원회’를 구성한다. 또한 지방자치단체는 대중교통 전반의 서비스 개선목표와 단계별 세부추진사항을 결정, 헌장으로 제정하고 이를 토대로 대중교통정책의 집행과정과 성과를 주기적으로 평가하고 시정 조치할 필요가 있다.
