An Organization Framework for Role-based Adaptive Distributed System (역할기반 적응형 분산 시스템을 위한 조직 프레임워크)

  • 분산 응용 시스템의 컴퓨팅 환경이 유비쿼터스 네트워크 환경으로 바뀌면서 기존의 개방성 및 이질성과 같은 특성 외에 적응성이 중요한 이슈로 부각되었다. 적응성을 지원하기 위해 분산 응용 시스템은 컴포넌트를 동적으로 찾아 추가하거나 교체하고 이들 간의 상호작용을 지원해야한다. 최근 이 같은 적응적 상호작용을 위한 역할기반 분산 시스템 모델이 제안되었다. 역할기반 분산 시스템 모델은 응용을 추상적인 역할들로 이루어진 조직으로 보고, 조직을 구성하는 역할과 실제 행위를 수행하는 행위자를 분리한다. 실행 시 응용은 행위자를 역할에 바인딩하고, 행위자는 수행할 역할 업무를 동적으로 응용으로부터 제공받아 실행함으로써 적응성을 높여주는 모델이다. 하지만 이런 역할기반의 분산 시스템 모델을 위한 실행환경의 구축에 대한 연구는 미비한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 역할기반 분산 시스템 모델의 실행환경으로 응용 프레임워크를 제안한다. 응용 프레임워크는 응용에 필요한 역할들로 이루어진 조직을 구성하고 관리하는 조직 프레임워크와 행위자의 역할 수행과 역할 프로세스 관리를 수행하는 행위자 프레임워크로 나누어진다. 행위자 프레임워크에 대해서는 이전 연구에서 제안하고 있고, 본 논문에서는 이와 결합되는 조직 프레임워크를 구현하기 위해 조직 프레임워크의 요구사항을 분석하고 설계한다.

Relationships among Physical Environment of Childcare Centers, Teachers' Creative Teaching Approaches, and Young Children's Creativity Level (보육시설의 물리적 환경 및 교사의 창의적 역할수행과 유아 창의성간의 관계)

  • This study examined the interactive effects of physical environment of childcare centers and teachers' creative teaching approaches on the level of young children's creativity. To do so, the study conducted an assessment called TCAM(Thinking Creativity in Action and Movement) that was developed by Torrance to 182 young children. Also, it utilized questionnaires to ask 28 teachers concerning physical environment of childcare centers and their creative teaching approaches level. The findings of this study were: First, the gender of young children didn't affect the level of young children's creativity but the age of young children positively affected the level of their imagination that is the subordinate area of creativity. Second, the high level of physical environment of childcare centers positively affected the level of young children's creativity. Third, teachers' actively creative teaching approaches positively affected the level of young children's creativity. Forth, both physical environment of childcare centers and teachers' creative teaching approaches interactively and positively influenced the level of young children's creativity. Fifth, both physical environment of childcare centers and teachers' creative teaching approaches positively affected the level of young children's creativity. The result of this study implies that the level of young children's creativity increases when childcare centers demonstrate high quality of physical environment and teachers deliver creative teaching approaches actively.

  • In this paper we propose an algorithm for generating role-performer bipartite matrix for analyzing BPM-based human resource affiliations. Firstly, the proposed algorithm conducts the extraction of role-performer affiliation relationships from ICN(Infromation Contorl Net) based business process models. Then, the role-performer bipartite matrix is constructed in the final step of the algorithm. Conclusively, the bipartite matrix generated through the proposed algorithm ought to be used as the fundamental data structure for discovering the role-performer affiliation networking knowledge, and by using a variety of social network analysis techniques it enables us to acquire valuable analysis results about BPM-based human resource affiliations.

  • Many approaches exist for studying travel service quality, employee's satisfaction, and traveler' satisfaction. Although tour conductor play an important role in travel service, there is a lack of research on how to conceptualize and measure tour conductor's role, role stress and service delivery level. So this paper presents a conceptual framework and research approach for examining the role conflict, ambiguity, overload, and service delivery level of tour conductor in group package and the impacts of role stress on service delivery level. Results indicate that there are significant affection on service delivery level of TC among the role conflict, ambiguity, and overload. For the most part, the role conflict and ambiguity more impacted on responsibility and empathy with service encounter, the role overload affected on professional and tangibles. In conclusion, the studies reported here highlight the importance of individual effort as well as organizational police in reducing strain and improving service delivery level.

  • 본 연구에서는 방제수행의 책임이 있는 오염자부담의 원칙성을 제고하고, 방제수행의 대표적인 두 부문인 정부-민간 부문의 방제수행 능력은 꾸준히 증가시키면서 활성화 할 수 있는 6단계 방제역할모델을 제시하고자 한다. 1단계 역할정립단계에는 정부와 민간부문의 역할정립 및 오염행위자 방제실시의 원칙성을 제고하고, 2단계 산업육성 단계에는 각 부문별 장 단점을 인정하고 의도적으로 산업계의 발전을 도모해야 한다. 3단계 감독단계부터는 오염행위자 방제실시 여부에 따른 엄격한 책임강조 및 관리 감독을 실시한다. 4단계 해석단계는 양적 질적 성장된 방제산업계에 대한 정부의 올바른 평가 및 지도가 이뤄져야 한다. 5단계 상호의존단계는 민 관의 서로의 입장을 충분히 고려해 의존적이며 수평적인 관계를 형성한다. 6단계 독립단계는 정확하게 구분된 역할에 따른 자생 및 성장을 도모하는 단계이다. 6단계의 발전단계를 거침으로써 영세한 방제산업의 활성화 및 정부와 민간 부문의 정확한 역할을 구분을 통한 지속적인 성장을 도모할 것으로 사료된다.

정부출연연구기관 수행과제 특성의 다양성이 논문 연구 성과에 미치는 영향

  • 1990년대까지 정부출연연구기관은 우리나라의 과학기술을 선도하는 연구개발의 한 주체로서 중요한 역할을 담당해 왔으나, 최근 급속히 변화되고 있는 경제 사회 및 기술적 환경 속에서 정부출연연구기관의 역할 및 위상에 대한 문제점들이 선행연구에서 지적되고 있다. 현재 정부출연연구기관은 각자의 역할 및 위상에 따라 다양한 형태로 정부R&D 과제들을 수행하고 있는데, 이 중 특정 기술분야 및 기술단계에 집중된 과제를 수행하는 출연연구기관이 있는 반면, 다양한 기술분야 및 기술단계의 과제를 수행하는 출연연구기관도 있다. 한 분야에 집중된 과제의 수행은 해당 기술분야의 노하우(know-how), 지식, 기술을 집중적으로 축적하고 해당 분야에 대한 전문성을 제고함으로써 높은 논문성과를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 한 기관에서 다양한 분야의 과제를 수행하는 것 또한 여러 분야의 지식이나 기술을 획득 보유하게 함으로써 다양하고 창의적인 연구를 가능하게 하고, 지식 및 기술 간 융합에 따른 시너지 효과를 통해 높은 논문성과를 도출하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이처럼 판단하는 시각에 따라 기관이 수행하는 과제의 집중화 정도가 논문성과에 미치는 영향이 상반되게 해석되는 상황에서, 본 연구를 통해 실제 우리나라의 출연연구기관의 경우 그 영향이 어떻게 나타나는지 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 이에 따라 논문을 주요 연구성과로 하는 기초기술연구회 소속 정부출연연구기관을 대상으로 정부출연연구기관이 수행하는 과제특성의 집중화 정도에 따라 집단을 분류하고, 이들 집단 간의 논문성과 차이를 비교 분석함으로써, 출연연구기관 특성에 따른 차별화된 정책 운영에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Potential Correlations of Male Spouses' Role Performance and Their Marital Stability in International Marriage (국제결혼 남성배우자의 역할수행과 결혼안정성의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to make a further analysis on potential correlations of male spouses' role performance (daily life assistance, sexual life satisfaction and marital conflict) and their marital stability in international marriage. In order to meet the purpose, this study used a questionnaire form to survey Korean men who married and kept a marital relationship with foreign brides (survey dating from Dec. 12, 2010 to May. 3. 2011). Out of total 300 sheets of questionnaire form distributed to a population of those men, 247 sheets of questionnaire form were collected from them. Then, total 220 sheets of complete and valid questionnaire form except incomplete 27 sheets were finally selected for statistical data analysis. Major findings of this study can be summed up as follows: First, in terms of role performance, it was found that group with more daily life assistances had higher marital stability than group with less daily life assistances. Accordingly, it was found that daily life assistance was correlated with marital satisfaction. Secondly, in terms of role performance, it was found that group with more marital conflicts had higher marital stability than group with less marital conflicts. Based on these findings, it is concluded that male spouses' positive role performance in international marriage has positive effects on marital stability in relationships with their foreign female spouses.

  • This research attempts to carry an empirical study on women leaders' gender-related leadership styles and relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. For these purpose, this study built two hypotheses based on literature review and tested them using the survey method of 1,172 female workers in sales departments of the K company. The results of this study show that both the androgynous gender role and the masculine gender role are superior to the feminine gender role in employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment level. But there isn't significant level difference in job satisfaction and organizational commitment between androgynous gender role and the masculine gender role.

  • As the innovation of computer and communication technology, IT has played a role of increasing the business efficiency and offering new business opportunities. Many organizations have tried to launch IT projects, and the investment scale has been getting bigger. However, a lot of IT projects have been failed because of the difficulties of project management. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to know how the roles of project governance affect the project performance and what role of the project governance will be affected to solve the problems which might be taken place while developing the project. As the results of this study, the roles of project governance - linking, coordination, control, strategic direction, support, societal embedding, highly affect the project performance. To solve the problems which might be occurred while implementing the project, the control and the societal embedding roles playa crucial role compared to the other roles of the project governance. In other words, the roles of project governance should be utilized for the success of IT project, and the control and the societal embedding of the project governance should be modified and complemented to solve the problems which might be occurred while developing the project.

  • In distributed-computing environments, there is a strong demand for the authentication and the access control of distributed-shared resources. I have presented role-based access control (RBAC) concept that is in the spotlight recently. RBAC model shows the standardized access control of complicated organization's resources. In RBAC, senior role has junior role's permission by virtue of role hierarchy. But, junior role cannot perform the permission, which is granted to the senior or other role groups. Inheritances of permissions in role hierarchies are static. In order to tackle this problem, I propose a dynamic role assignment, which classified into passive role assignment and active role assignment, and design dynamic role assignment protocol and implement role assignment server.
