The Power and Knowledge are attractive materials that could be used in all of cultural content genre with storytelling. Because he, whether or not own knowledge, could be an important tool of narrative strategy for popularity keeping with a confrontation and conflict. This study aimed to explore the power and knowledge appearing in . For this purpose, it used the structuralistic methodologies of Saussure and Levi-Strauss, analyzing binary oppositions between the characters mainly connected with the knowledge and power. Three categories was analytic object, 'Place(abbey, book repository)' 'Debate on laughter', 'The argument for heresy.' As a result, we found the three materials had narrative strategy fully following binary oppositional structure. In that movie, which was deployed in a basis with knowledge and power, we eventually found that contemporary reality veiled the truth was paradoxically revealed with these narrative strategy. And we confirmed that it was very important the attribute of knowledge and power in narrative processing.

Probability of technology risk is expected to increase as the post catch-up innovation, characterized by high uncertainty and high risk, would dominate in the coming era of post catchup. Social controversy on online game as a post catch-up innovation is still ongoing, though the shutdown law was enacted by the government. Socio-technical vulnerability causing technology risk paradoxically arose from the world top-level ICT infrastructures and has been reinforced by developmentalism. While both the pros and cons of the regulation fail to recognize dilemma objectively, social cost is brought about and accumulated. With recognizing dilemma between technology innovation and risks, we can tackle technology risks and ensure responsible innovation in post catch-up era.

Most innovation related theories including entrepreneurship theory regard the CEO's innovative competencies as the starting point of innovation. The study was investigated the relationship between CEO's innovation DNA and Innovation and the effects of environmental fit in their relation. For the empirical test, the sample was collected from 110 manufacturing companies in Daegu and Gyeongbook region. The results as follows: First, Innovation DNA has generally significant positive effect on innovation. The effect of discovery DNA is stronger than operating DNA to the product innovation, but the operating DNA stronger than the discovery DNA to the process innovation. The fit between CEO's innovative DNA and exogenous environmental turbulence make a strength innovation. The supplementary fit between discovery DNA and technology turbulence and complementary fit between discovery DNA and market turbulence reinforce product innovation. Process innovation were strengthen by the complementary fit between operating DNA and market turbulence.

This study made an attempt to apply and meaningful research of the analysis of the scene with the actual creative work about the contradictory structure and the love of duality appeared in the Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet". The researcher set up the meaning of versus (對) between the contradictory structure and the duality of love. So I analyzed the duality of love appeared on the creative performance named "Romiet & Julio zwei Versus". With the Laban's behavior analysis, the analyzing instruments were separated into four parts as the body, the effort, the space and the shape. As a result of the analyzing, the duality of love in the original work was the expression of the artist's pluralistic vision, and dramatic structure of homogeneity rather than the paradoxical contrast. After analyzing a creative work, the duality of love has been proven as an important factor with ultimately a new dimension of absolute balance.

This study focuses on the Mise-en-abyme theories of Lucien $D{\ddot{a}}llenbach$, and presents research methodology to analyze the modern cinema costume in a new view. Inherent aesthetic values of the costume code shown in the film are as follows. First, esthetics value shown is the analogic code through the maximization of factual realism by directing target. Mise-en-abyme placed in this film plays the role of costume codes, and highlights the subject by presenting specifically targeted realistic icons to maximize the realism of the movie. Second, Mise-en-abyme is deployed to the explicit text through costumes code is placed as Displaced code arrangements. In other words, each of the characters is a signifier. Symbolizing a historical era is the device that represents a self-reflective signifier. Third, paradoxically reflected by the overlapped expansion of virtual reality and the self-referential characteristics and are subject to reflect the thinking of the author. Costumes code placed in Mise-en-abyme is expressed in costumes positioned to maximize the realism in the film as described above, and implies narratives and self-reflective mediating tools that symbolism can be seen that the paradoxical metaphor for the reality and the future. In addition, through the metaphor of visual narrative is allegorical representation Mise-en-abyme with ambiguity, and it is a concrete text that can be realized in a variety of creative storytelling methods and image delivery methods of modern fashion. This study confirmed that this costumes to take the point of view of emotional $Mise-en-sc{\grave{e}}ne$ in the process of completing the film's themes and cinematic devices by identifying the roles and aesthetic value of code costumes as the core subjects that make up the narrative of the film.

Deleuze and Guattari revive the educational meaning of training. For them, "a violent training" always penetrates unconsciousness and consciousness. For example, we can float on water only by swimming. There is a complex historical exploration on the subject of training. Socrates distinguishes the training of spirit from that of the body, so he secures the independence of educational language. This heritage continues to us until today. However, Foucault argues that, since the modern era, humans have accepted an active obedience by "disciplinary training". Nowadays, the term "skill discipline" is also reduced to business language, and we should overcome this situation. Deleuze and Guattari suggest a "becoming-other" argument predicated on "pre-conscious singularities" on this point. The training of spirit evolves in relation to a body and other circumstance for them. Therefore, the traditional hierarchy between spirit and body is erased in their argument. Ironically, this argument displays "educational effectiveness" to success Socrates's heritage subverting to the modern thinking of it. In conclusion, we can now rethink the educational value of training based on this effectiveness. Kyudo training is an excellent example of education through body and spirit.

As a term 'Media Big Bang' will appear, the media is extending explosively. But actually it is appearing the paradoxical phenomenon which journalism meets a crisis. If the purpose of journalism is 'to provide people with the information they need to be free and self-governing', the crisis of Journalism directly brings about the result which damages audience welfare. Consequently the preceding task which defends the public good of journalism is accurately to get at the root of the substance which brings about the crisis of Journalism. In this paper, the principle and basic ethics of Journalism was theorized on the concept of truth and fairness, how about Korean journalism was answered to the standard is analyzed. With the result it was confirmed Korean journalism does not defend even truth and fairness about important agenda to be solved today. It was recognizes the substance which brings about the crisis of Journalism is 'the crisis of basic ethics', and was presented a an alternative proposal. It was introduced the research of 'Committee of Concerned Journalists' in the United States, and proposed the effort which is saved journalism with organic combination of Korean academic world and journalist' group.

In this article, I intend to try to suggest the more persuasive answer to the basic practical philosophical question 'Does Ilminism meet the qualifying conditions of the genuine spontaneous practical philosophy?' through various social philosophical arguments about it. For that purpose, I carry out the detailed work to examine critically main forms and mattes in the system of Ahn's Ilminsim focused on the three dimensions of the 'establishment', 'contents', and 'role' of theory. And based on the normative and practical philosophical judgement about the 'decisive' limits and problems that is revealed through such the work, the tentative answer which I propose in relation with that question whether Ilminism fully satisfies the qualifying conditions of spontaneous practical philosophy in its truest sense or not is 'No.' At this time, decisive limits and problems refer to fatal main factors which prevent Iminism from gaining the title as a practical philosophy in its truest sense.

기후변화의 영향으로 자연재해 현상이 더욱 심각해지고 있다. 기상청에 의하면 서울특별시의 2005~2014년의 강수량은 1970년대에 비해 여름철에 38.7% 증가한 반면, 나머지 계절은 8.7%감소하여 홍수와 가뭄의 빈도가 상승하는 역설적 현상이 나타나고 있다. 또한 수도권 지역의 경우 도시화로 인한 불투수 면적 증가로 하천변의 홍수 피해지역이 더욱 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 재해 발생 규모는 점차 대형화되고 유형 또한 다양화되어 재해 발생 시 단순히 단일 지역이 아닌 여러지역에 걸쳐 피해가 발생되고 있다. 때문에 협력과 연계를 통한 치수대책이 효과적이지만, 현재 재해관련 업무는 여러 부처에 분산되어 있으며 지자체간 협력이 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 재해 발생 시 피해를 최소화하기 위해 지자체들의 개별화 되어있는 대책을 서로 연계하는 방재협력시스템과 방재 대책 협력 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 외 방재정책의 패러다임을 진단하기 위하여 관련 법령과 자료 및 도시의 협력대응사례를 조사, 분석하여 새로운 패러다임을 수립하고 이를 기초로, 기후변화를 고려하여 새로운 방재시스템을 제시하고 재난관리 협력방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 제안하고자 하는 새로운 방재시스템은 복구와 구조물적 대응 위주인 기존의 방재 패러다임에서 예방에 의한 방재와 탄력적 대응을 도입하도록 하여 예방적 차원의 이슈를 논의하고 비구조물/구조물 융합형 방재 개념을 실제 시스템으로 사용하도록 구체적 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 기존의 국내 도시방재형 패러다임을 분석한 결과, 인접지역의 계획간 연계가 부족하여 정책적 사각이 발생하고, 재해취약지역이 적절히 관리되지 못할 위험성이 존재하며 환경이나 지속 가능성에 취약한 형태가 될 수 있다. 따라서 수도권 내 지방자치 단체 간 협력을 통하여 사용할탄력적 개념을 제시하였으며, 이 개념의 적용을 통하여 효율적 재해 대응이 이루어 질 수 있다. 본 연구의 정책 제안을 기반으로 수도권 내 서울시 인천시 경기도 지역이 상호 협력하여 탄력적인 방재시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Southeast Asia witnessed a paradox of political stagnation and economic development in 2017. The 'dual order' of security dependence on America and economic dependence on China was sustained in East Asia. In this regard, Southeast Asia of two faces was quite similar to broader East Asia. On one hand, the old socialist group with totalitarian nostalgia lurked in the buffer zone between totalitarianism and authoritarianism, while the original capitalist group under democratic disguise roamed in the gray zone between authoritarianism and democracy. On the other, the old socialist group with the legacy of the planned economy succumbed to the temptation of the Beijing Consensus on state capitalism, while the original capitalist group with the myth of the market economy was exposed to the pressure of the Washington Consensus on liberal capitalism. The ASEAN Community representing the regional integration of Southeast Asia was caught in the strategic predicament of a looming 'new cold war' between the continental and maritime powers.
