Since the third inter-Korean summit, the inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang and the U.S.-North Korea summit in Singapore and Hanoi, denuclearization negotiations are under way that will determine the fate of the Korean Peninsula. However, the negotiations are stalled and some skepticism is expected due to the conflicting U.S.-North Korea stance over the terms of denuclearization. The reason why it is difficult to realize the complete denuclearization of North Korea is that there are a variety of variables such as the traditional security dilemma in Northeast Asia, the hegemonic competition between the U.S. and China, and the formation of a new cold-war system. At a turning point when three inter-Korean summits and three U.S.-North Korea summits were held in the wake of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, North Korea's complete denuclearization has become a must-do historical task for Northeast Asia and world peace beyond the Korean Peninsula. In this sense, the inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang is seen as a historic occasion for presenting a new milestone for the denuclearization of North Korea and the development of inter-Korean relations through the 9.19 Pyongyang Joint Declaration and the Military Agreement. Meanwhile, Constructivism, which has become the main paradigm of international political theory, presents the view that ideological variables such as ideology, history and culture define material factors, identity and interests of state actors, and that the structure of international relations can be changed through interaction. In this study, the historical meaning of the 9.19 Pyongyang Declaration, which is now past its first anniversary, was considered from a constructivist perspective. To this end, the development process of constructivism theory and analysis model and the development process of inter-Korean relations were briefly reviewed, and the military implications of the 9.19 Military Agreement were presented.

This paper pay attention to silent puppets which appear in the traditional puppet performance. Not only movement of silent puppets which are involved with expression of body of the mime, but also various methods overcome limits of the silent are studied in this paper. Through the study of performance method and historic unfolding aspects, I confirm two main points. First point is that overcome limits of the silent, through the diversity of performance aspects. Second point is that silent puppets have been existed since the early stage of history, and show typical unfolding aspects on their way. Combining two main points, We can say that silent puppets go through continuous unfolding aspects on their way and have meaning of existence. The meaning of existence are that silent puppets seek deviant desire which deviate from everyday life and transcendental desire which seek a freedom through an imagination or an idea. It is interesting that the reasons of existence are associated with the emphasis of necessity which is encouragement of audience's desire and imagination that are necessary of accomplish of mime. After all, silent puppets say that diverse attempts which overcome limits of the silent are accomplished with the performance aspects and historic unfolding aspects, and through that sought unusual communication. Through the performance methods and signification aspects, silent puppets say that diverse groping for which maximize of audience's imagination, stimulation of imagination for audience's spontaneousness, and diverse groping for audience mind performance have been performanced as well. I think that those are the voice of silent puppets for activity of mime in the korea.

아시아 국가들은 근대사에 들어 서양 제국주의와 식민지주의로 인해 정치·사회적 과도기를 경험하였다. 지역종교들도 이러한 영향에서 예외는 아니었는데 19-20세기에 나타난 신종교들이 그 좋은 사례들이다. 한국도 이러한 지구적인 현상에 포함되었다. 주변국들의 문화적 계몽주의와 조선왕조의 쇄국정책 사이의 정치적 혼란은 방향 감각 없는 국가적 위기를 초례했고, 정치·사회적 부패와 국가적 불안정은 중·하류층 시민들로 하여금 고통스러운 삶을 극복하기 위해 새로운 진리나 믿음을 찾게 동요하였다. 근대사에 근원을 둔 대순진리회는 한국에서 가장 영향력 있고 성공적인 신종교일 뿐 아니라 현대사회의 기존 종교들에게도 많은 도전을 주고 있다. 그렇다면 이 신종교운동의 근원은 어디에 있을까? 그들의 교리나 가르침은 어떤 것일까? 다른 신종교적 현상들과 어떻게 구별될까? 이 논문은 창시자인 강증산의 역사적인 출현과 업적을 "성취관념"에서 분석해 볼 뿐 아니라 대순진리회가 기존의 유교, 불교, 도교의 가르침을 단순히 혼합한 것이 아니라 음양합덕, 신인조화, 해원상생, 도통진경의 특유한 가르침들은 미륵사상, 천지공사, 인존사상과 함께 그들의 최고신인 구천상제가 후천세계를 위해 성취한 완전한 미션을 반영하는 창조적인 사상임을 논증할 것이다.

By redefining the concept of history, my colleagues and I have reformed our department in terms of curriculum and faculty members. This paper is a report of some of the conclusions that we have obtained from this procedure. Despite a long relationship, two disciplines do not seem to match or complement each other in the Korean education system. We believe that this is due to the fact that the Department of Korean History has focused on "national history (NH)." By conferring a privilege on NH, persons, families, societies, regions, and others were removed from NH. To make matters worse, a biased view that history is just an interpretation has prevailed, and the empiricism of history was weakened, which brought about an indifference in keeping records and archives. In East Asia, "history" means both modern history and archives. The concern about the authenticity of records did not come from H. Jenkinson or L. Duranti, and not even from the electronic environment or the Public Records Act of 1998. Key concepts such as records, documents-archives, manuscripts, authenticity, compilation-appraisal, arrangement, and description are different from their signifiant but are same or similar to their $signifi{\acute{e}}$. In case of "provenance" and "original order," they are used in education and practice in the traditional archives. History includes the recording, archiving, and the story or historiography of an event. In this context, the Department of Korean History should contain a more archives-oriented curriculum and select an archival-trained faculty. On the other hand, the department has accumulated long-term experience with appraisal and description of records; thus, archival science should absorb the criticism of the material. History will be shaken without the help of archives, while archives will lose their root without history. We are at the point in which we need to be reminded why we want to be a historian or an archivist, and for this, the more colleagues, the better.

The purpose of this paper is to confirm how traditional legends are changing and existing in modern times, and how they are inheriting and developing legendary values and meanings. The subject of the study is uncanny stories concerning army that is judged to be worthwhile alongside uncanny stories concerning school. The uncanny stories concerning army are urban legends that are active in the internet. It can be defined as 'a narrative story that raises fear with supernatural and strange experiences in the army'. In addition to the internet community sites, humor sites and game sites are actively handed down. Recently, ghost stories have appeared on the site, and uncanny stories concerning army are easily collected from these various sites. The uncanny stories concerning army can be divided into three types: ghost experience type, Bulgogi GP type, mystery radio type. The ghost experience type has the largest number of version, the contents are rich and varied. It does not deviate much from the traditional notion of ghosts. Bulgogi GP type has a frenzied horror from its name. It is related to actual events and raises horror. Mystery radio type is a romantic material used in movies and dramas. However, unlike movies and dramas, uncanny stories concerning army are perceived as fearsome. The uncanny stories concerning army continues to emphasize that the story is actually experienced in the title and content. It has presented concrete evidence. The emphasis on truthfulness is intended to make fear more realistic. This comes from the desire for safety. Uncanny stories concerning army focus on horror. So It tries to reveal the history and truthfulness of the story itself. As a result, the history of reality, the truth of reality, and the realistic ideology are erased. Historical and truthfulness of traditional legends has been varied in the case of uncanny stories concerning army.

This study intends to examine the characteristics of the construction method of the urban water system in the historical cities of Korea, focusing on Gyeongju, Gyeongju, Goryeo, Hanyang, and Suwon Hwaseong, which were created as new towns in the late Joseon Dynasty. It examines the meaning of waterways in connection with the urban skeletal structure, focusing on the location of cities, roads, and arrangement of urban facilities, and analyzes the compositional form of the water system. We tried to derive the relationship with the structure. In particular, it can be seen that water and natural water systems act as key factors in determining the location of a city, and have a close relationship with the urban structure, urban development process, and urban structure. In addition to the symbolic meaning of water in harmony with the geographical concept, realistic demands in terms of water level and water retention are an important background. In order to respond to various demands related to water space, various planning and technical elements for managing water space were introduced in the process of city formation and development. The planning elements of the urban water system in the process of urban formation and development are summarized as follows through the analysis of the research site. First, in the process of building the urban water system in Gyeongju, Goryeo, Goryeo, Hanyang, and Hwaseong, Suwon, which were selected as the research destinations, the water system in consideration of drainage and disaster is common, but the water system construction method and usability are common. shows the difference. Second, water and natural water systems act as symbolic elements to secure the legitimacy of the city location, and as a key factor in determining the location of the city in harmony with the geographical concept and determining the left direction of the city. Third, the natural water system prior to the formation of a city works as a basis for determining the compositional form of the urban water system constructed in the process of urban formation and development in harmony with the topographical conditions. Fourth, the urban water system built on the basis of natural water systems is constructed by linking natural waterways and planned artificial waterways. Fifth, the urban water system is being built in a planned manner in consideration of the utility in connection with the urban structure, such as securing of urban land, arrangement of urban facilities and areas, composition of functional areas, and land division, in addition to the perspective of drainage system and flood control in consideration of disasters.

The purpose of this study is to understand social exclusion experiences with the disabled through a biographical study. It is analysed the interview date conducting an interview about 10 focused on the physical and cerebral palsy disabled with social exclusion experiences. The results show that it is multi-social exclusion including the inequality of approach opportunity of education, labor, education, medical, social participation, information, social service, space, health etc. It shows their life neglected and marginalized resulted from not providing social right as citizenship. And their social relationship is isolated by social exclusion and Other-directed identity is to be shaped in accordance to the method to define as regulated social ideals. Also, there is their painful and heavy life bound with double risky factors of disability and poverty. They share common historical experiences and social events impacted on their recognition and value among participants generation in biographical narrative. On the other hand, their life is reconstructed according to each their resource and standard to interpreter and evaluate on it. It suggests political and clinical implications in order to overcome the disabled's social exclusion, which is based on practical and vivid experiential dates from the participants.

This study is to research quintessence of information service in the libraries by interpreting 'Information' as it is ubiquitous. For the purpose, it investigates and analyzes information behaviors of the libraries in information-cultural history. The meaning of 'ubiquitous' is understood as a practice that everything we need should be inherent in our lives for its usefulness and effectiveness. Information is intrinsic in our lives and the libraries, information management systems, have been evolved by extending the intrinsic value of information, 'ubiquity'. Human being's history results from information behaviors and the meaning of the libraries consists of production, accumulation, organization and distribution of the libraries. It should be recognized that the ultimate purpose of the library services is for their users. Consequently information systems and technological networks in the libraries should be focused on applications and inherence for the purpose. Model studies of the libraries should be developed to user-centered information services that substantialize the interpretation of information, as it is ubiquitous. This study is a trial for defining the quintessence of the libraries. Furthermore, it provides foundation of understanding what the libraries are.

This study aims to illustrate the national images of United Kingdom, France, and Germany based on the descriptions in the Korean middle school Social Studies textbooks in comparative perspective. In order to identify and compare the national images of the three countries, the author uses a framework for analysis consisting cognitive, normative, and relational factors. The main findings are as follows. First, the most frequently shown topics and issues are democratic institutions in the case of United Kingdom, respect for human rights in the case of France, and sustainable environment in the case of Germany. Second, for all the three countries, the most frequent factor among the three is cognitive one, followed by normative and then relational factors. Third, United Kingdom is described as a country of social unrest and conflict as well as a democratic country with long history and tradition. Fourth, France is described as a country of respect/abuse of human rights, potential for high tech industry, and largest agricultural state in Europe. Fifth, Germany is described more as a country of a leading country for global environmental protection than as a country with electronic and information technology.
