발생적 원리는 수학을 공리적으로 전개된 완성된 것으로 가르치는 형식주의의 결함을 극복하기 위하여 제기되어온 교수학적 원리로, 수학을 발생된 것으로 파악하고 그 발생을 학습과정에서 재성취하게 하려는 것이다. 특히, 수학을 지도함에 있어서 역사적으로 발생, 발달한 순서를 지켜 지도해야 한다는 것이 역사-발생적 원리로, 수학이 역사적으로 발생, 발달 되어온 역동적인 과정을 학생들이 재경험해 보게 하기 위해서는 이러한 일련의 과정을 효과적으로 설명할 수 있는 교수-학습 방법이 필요하다. 변증법적인 방법론은 헤겔에 의해서 꽃을 피운 철학으로, 정일반일합(正一反一合)의 원리에 따라 사물의 발생과 진화 과정을 역동적으로 설명할 수 있는 방법론이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 초등학교에서 역사-발생적 원리에 따라 수학을 지도할 수 있는 방법으로 변증법적인 방법을 고찰하여, 역사-발생적 원리의 수학 교수-학습 방법에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 한다.

미래의 연별 최대 강수량 예측의 정확성을 향상시키는데 역사적 자료가 도움이 된다는 많은 연구 결과가 있었다. 관측의 오차와 자료의 손실로 역사자료를 이용한 강수 예측 방법은 절단자료의 분석을 중심으로 연구되었다. 대표적인 역사자료의 이용방법으로 조건부 적률을 이용한 B17B [Interagency Committee in Water Data, 1982], 조건부적률과적률 관계식을 이용한 Expected Moment Algorithm(EMA) [Cohn et al.;1997], 조건부 확률가중적률을 이용한 Partial Probability Weighted Moment (PPWM)[Wang ; 1991] 방법이 있다. 본 연구에서는 역사적 자료를 반영하는 방법에 있어 B17B와 EMA의 관계를 밝히고 그러한 관계가 PPWM에 동일하게 적용할 수 있음을 보였다. 우리는 B17B와 EMA의 관계를 적률방정식으로 표현하였고 PPWM에서 확률가중 적률 방정식을 정의함으로써 PPWM을 확장하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 새로운 역사 자료를 이용한 강수예측 방법론을 Expected Probability Weighted Momemt (EPWM) 방법이라고 부르고 그 예측 방법의 성능을 다른 예측방법과 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 비교하였다. 역사 자료 방법론의 비교는 Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) 분포를 이용하여 이루어졌으며, 각 방법론은 GEV분포의 형태모수(shape parameter)따라 다른 특성을 나타난다는 것을 보였다. 뿐만 아니라 여기서 제안한 EPWM 방법은 대부분의 경우에 좋은 추정량을 준다는 것을 보였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop an inquiry analysis framework based on the features of earth science inquiry methodology and to analyze inquiry activities in the 8th grade 'Earth History and Diastrophism' unit by using this framework. The framework classified earth science methods as logical inference, hermeneutic, and historical methods, each of which was subdivided in consideration of its subordinate methods and characteristics. The analysis revealed that the logical inference method reflected in the unit as the 'abductive method' (70%) was used more frequently than the 'inductive' (23%) and 'deductive' (22%) methods. The hermeneutic method was found in terms of the 'forestructures of understanding' (92%), 'circular reasoning' (9%). and 'historical nature of human understanding' (17%). The historical method also used as the 'constructing proper taxonomy' (53%), 'adhering to the modem principle of uniformitarianism' (47%), and 'relic interpretation' (41%) were identified with ratios more fester than those for the 'place substituting for time in stage theorizing' (3%) and 'evaluating independent lines of inquiry for convergence' (3%).

이 글은 체육 및 운동과학 연구에서 각종 통계적 방법의 출현을 역사적으로 개관하고 이들 통계적 방법의 출현시기를 미국의 경우와 비교함으로써 한국 체육학연구의 학문적 성장을 확인하고 이들 방법 적용과정에서 나타난 문제점을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 통계적 방법 관련논문을 분석하고 통계적 방법이 체육 현장에서 어느 정도 중요하게 다루어 질 수 있는지를 확인하기 위해 측정,평가 담당교수의 학문적 배경과 교육적 경력을 조사하였다. 전공자의에 대한 의 체육학이 아직 학문적으로 자리를 잡기 전인 최초 태동 시기에 적용된 통계적 방법을 미국의체육학회지(RQES)와 비교해 볼 때 동일한 통계적 방법의 적용시기는 약 30년 차이가 있다. 이러한 차이는 미국에서 1980년도에 나타나기 시작한 진보된 다변량 통계기법을 1990년대에 적용하기 시작하면서 급속도로 좁혀졌으며 현재는 동일한 시기에 나타나고 있다. 그러나 진보된 통계적 기법의 출현에도 불구하고 이들 기법을 적용하는데 필요한 기본가정이 충족되었는지에 대한 검토 없이 적지않은 논문이 보고되고 있다. 담당교수의 학문적, 교육적 배경이 통계학과 거리가 있는 교수가 47%로 나타남으로써 가르치는 내용과 범위에서 적지않은 제약이 따르고 있다. 또한 전문가에 의한 평가체제가 확립되지 못함으로써 적용된 통계적 기법의 적절성을 평가하는데 장애가 되고 있다.

This research aims for suggesting the significance and approaching method of historical study in health law in light of its historical progress and fundamental understanding of jurisprudential method. Historical research method of health law primarily targets to investigate the changes of the law in historical circumstances. In a further practical view point, however, the purpose of the study is to understand the 'current' system of health law appropriately. In addition, historical study enables us to recognize the fact that many systems related to health law are connected and interactive. The study can even function as an important reference when designing future health law system. Therefore, health law researchers have to investigate ideological, philosophical, political, economic, or social reasons of why such rules were legislated beyond a mere confirmation of past forms of the health law system. In other words, it is not only important to understand the provisions of past health law but also to examine how the regulations have formed, how they established the regulatory power in reality. Identifying how the rule of law had been executed in the reality of law is also a crucial part of historical study.

Ontologies, which are consist of entities and their relationships, have been used to implement various scenarios of information services. That is because an entity can be understood well when the surrounding entities and the relationships are known. In describing historical events. The spatio-temporal locations connote the historical context comprehensively. Therefore spatio-temporal locations are one of the most important carriers to connect the historical events. In this paper we analyzed the usage scenarios to access and retrieve historical information, and proposed the design of ontologies for historical information services for making historical stories based on spatio-temporal reference frame.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the way of teaching and learning logarithm in high school mathematics and provide practical suggestions for teaching logarithms. For such purpose, it reviewed John Napier's life and his ideas, the effect of logarithms on seventeenth century science, and a logarithmic scale and its methods of calculation. With this reviews, introduction of logarithms with function concept, logarithmic calculation with common logarithms, and the formula of converting to other logarithmic bases were reviewed for finding a new perspective of teaching and learning logarithms in high school mathematics. Through such historical and pedagogical reviews, this paper presented practical suggestions and comments about the way of teaching and learning logarithms in high school mathematics.

한국은 전 세계에서 미국에 이어 두 번째로 인터넷 연결에 성공한 나라가 되었고 1990년대 후반에는 세계 최초로 초고속 인터넷이 도입, 개발되면서 많은 닷컴기업들이 등장하였다. 이렇게 인터넷을 기반으로 한 비즈니스들이 출현하고 '인터넷 혁명'이라 불릴 정도로 사회, 경제적 변화가 일어났으나, 인터넷 비즈니스 역사에 대한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구는 인터넷 비즈니스의 역사에 대해 다양한 개별 기업의 역사연구를 수행한 후, 비교를 통해 설명 변수를 발견하고 이를 통해 이론을 발견하는 경영사적 연구접근 방법을 소개하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 귀납적 접근방법을 기초로 1990년대 말, 2000년대 초의 이른바 창업자, 벤처 관련 인사들의 인터뷰 및 문헌연구를 진행하였다. 스타트업 역사 상 의미가 큰 기업으로 메디슨, 큐닉스, 새롬기술, 다음, 네이버, NC소프트, 넥슨에 대한 내용을 정리 중이다. 이 기업들은 공통적으로 새로운 기술 도입을 기회로 삼아 가치를 창출하여 사회를 바꾸려하는 기업가정신을 추구하고 있었다. 또한 인터넷 인프라를 기민하게 활용하였으며 1997년 말 외환위기로 인해 인재와 자금이 벤처로 이동한 환경적 변화가 성장의 기폭제가 되었다. 또한 코스닥을 통한 자금조달 등은 벤처기업들의 시장기회를 확대하고 성장에 기여를 하였으며 자율적이고 유연한 기업문화에 형성하며, 대학가에 창업 붐을 일으키기도 하였다. 제 2벤처붐이 도래한 이 시점에 벤처기업에 대한 귀납적 방법론을 활용한 경영사적 관점의 지속적 연구가 필요하다.

핀업은 제2차 세계대전기간동안 매력적인 여성들의 성적인 사진들을 군일들이 그들의 숙소 벽에 부착함으로서 생겨난 신조어이다. 이러한 핀업들은 영화의 발달로 인하여 헐리우드 스타들과 같은 발전된 형태로서 나타나게 됐으며, 그들의 스타일은 하나의 패션 트랜드를 만들었다. 본 연구의 목적은 핀업의 스타일을 역사적 관점에서 고찰하여 특성을 분석하며 핀업 스타일이 역사적으로 어떠한 변화를 통하여 오늘날의 현대패션까지 영향을 미치게 되었는가를 연구하는 것이다. 연구방법은 관련된 문헌고찰을 통한 역사학적 이론적 배경을 토대로 하여 핀업의 범주를 설정하고 관련자료를 수집하였다. 그리고 핀업 스타일의 공시적, 통시적 고찰, 역사적 변천과 특성을 분석하여 이들에 내재된 문화적 가치가 패션에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 연구해보았다. 연구 결과 핀업 그 스스로는 역사적 고찰을 통하여 그 가치를 지니며, 핀업 스타일의 변화는 구조적으로 이루어지며, 구조는 세대와 취향에 따라 변화하며 패션에 지속적으로 영향을 미치고 있었다.

A Design of Theme-Oriented History Learning System Using GIS Based on WWW 초고속통신망과 웹 인터페이스의 발전은 교육환경에 많은 변화를 가져왔으며, 더불어 웹을 기반으로 하는 교육적 활용방법이 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 정적지도를 이용한 획일적 역사학습방법을 지양하고, 동적인 학습이 가능하도록 클라이언트 중심의 웹기반 GIS를 이용한 테마지향 역사학습시스템을 설계하였다. 설계된 시스템은 크게 5가지 모듈로 구성되고 학습자 관리 DB, 학습 정보 DB, GIS DB와의 인터페이스 기능을 갖도록 기수라고, 이들 관계를 OMG 클래스다이어그램으로 보였다. 본 논문의 역사학습시스템은 학습자가 하는 주제를 선택하여 역사학습 정보를 요구할 때 지리적 위치를 지도상에 보여줌으로서 시각적이고 공간적인 이해를 가능하게 하였다. 또한 본 시스템은 텍 ;, 이미지, 사진, 동영상 등의 속성정보를 이용한 멀티미디어 정보와 효과적인 학습정보 검색을 위한 다양한 검색방법을 제공하여, 학습자의 흥미를 유발시키고 역사학습을 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.록 하였다.
