Analysis of the Performance of the Employment Support Field by the Government Specialization Project (정부 특성화 사업에 따른 취업지원분야 사업성과 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the achievements of employment support by the government support specialization project. The data used in this study are based on the comparison of 5 - year employment support field and the operation results of the program until 2014-2018. The results of the study are as follows. First, the overall employment rate of the university has been continuously increased. Especially, the employment rate of the specialization department has been higher than the employment rate of the non - specialization department. Second, as a result of the analysis of the employment capacity strengthening index and the learning capacity strengthening index, it showed a steady increase in each year and contributed to the cultivation of customized talents required by the local society and the national industry. Third, as a result of analyzing the satisfaction of students who are business users, it was confirmed that the business reflecting the demands of the consumers was realized. Fourth, the continuous improvement of the business and the reflux have made the infrastructure of the employment support project more advanced and the system of supporting employment of the university systematically established. In conclusion, the result of the employment support project according to the specialization program showed excellent results and it is necessary to complement theses results when establishing related business plan in the future.

The Development of Education Method and Model for Convergence Reading Education in School Library (학교도서관 융합독서교육을 위한 교육방법 및 모형개발)

  • In this study, the direction and contents of public education to develop competencies that are in line with the 2022 revised curriculum and the paradigm of future education were sought, and a plan for reading education was prepared. A creative and cooperative problem-solving method and process as not only information literacy ability to read, select, and reconstruct information but also transformative competency to respond to uncertain future and diversified situations are important amid the complex, pluralistic and rapid development of information and communication technology It was intended to give an experience of exploring and communicating through reading in order to explore and derive it. Analyze the general outline and syllabus of the curriculum, international education project definitions and indicators, and organize academic theories and research to set the direction and goal of high school reading education, and organize creative and convergence class strategies and reading activities A library reading class model was developed. Accordingly, the class model was revised by applying the development research method, and the final model was developed by supplementing it through field application evaluation. In order to achieve the research purpose end, a two-round Delphi survey was conducted on 10 reading education and curriculum experts. The model modified through the Delphi survey was developed in the final school library convergence reading class model by demonstrating the class in the educational field and supplementing it through application evaluation.

Learning Ability Prediction System for Developing Competence Based Curriculum: Focusing on the Case of D-University (역량중심 교육과정 개발을 위한 학업성취도 예측 시스템: D대학 사례를 중심으로)

  • Achievement at university is recognized in a comprehensive sense as the level of qualitative change and development that students have embodied as a result of their experience in university education. Therefore, the academic achievement of university students will be given meaning in cooperation with the historical and social demands for diverse human resources such as creativity, leadership, and global ability, but it is practically an indicator of the outcome of university education. Measurement of academic achievement by such credits involves many problems, but in particular, standardization of academic achievement by credits based on evaluation methods, contents, and university rankings is a very difficult problem. In this study, we present a model that uses machine learning techniques to predict whether or not academic achievement is excellent for D-University graduates. The variables used were analyzed using up to 96 personal information and bachelor's information such as graduation year, department number, department name, etc., but when establishing a future education course, only the data after enrollment works effectively. Therefore, the items to be analyzed are limited to the recommended ability to improve the academic achievement of the department/student. In this research, we implemented an academic achievement prediction model through analysis of core abilities that reflect the philosophy, goals, human resources image, and utilized machine learning to affect the impact of the introduction of the prediction model on academic achievement. We plan to apply the results of future research to the establishment of curriculum and student guidance conducted in the department to establish a basis for improving academic achievement.

Characteristics of Process-Focused Assessment in Science Classes from the Research Middle School Reports (연구학교 보고서에 나타난 중학교 과학과 과정중심평가의 특징)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze reports from research middle schools based on the criteria for process-focused assessment to find out how the characteristics of process-focused assessment were being implemented in middle school science classes. The analysis criteria for the characteristics of process-focused assessment (integration of lessons and assessments, evaluation elements and methods, content and timing of feedback, and learner growth management) were extracted. Using the analysis framework, the result reports of seven research middle schools for process-focused assessment were analyzed. In terms of integration of lessons and assessments, when the process-focused assessment was operated, the class and evaluation plan were well implemented based on the curriculum achievement standards, but the process-focused assessment was recognized as a performance evaluation. In terms of evaluation elements and methods, the evaluation element for knowledge was the main component, and competency was presented in the planning stage, but competency was not dealt with in class execution. The evaluation method was biased toward teacher-centered observation evaluation and written test, and the setting of scoring criteria for each evaluation element was insufficient. In terms of the content and timing of feedback, feedback was mainly provided based on achievement confirmation, but no case was found in which scaffolding was provided at an appropriate time for insufficient parts in the learning process. In terms of the learner's growth management, the competencies cultivated through science classes were included in the detailed subject specialties of the school record. However, little was shown in the report on how to systematically manage the process of developing learners' competencies and reflect the evaluation results to teachers' class improvement.

  • LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)는 디지털 기기의 주요 구성 요소이며, 모든 크기의 FPD (Flat Panel Display) 시장에서 지배적인 시장점유율을 보인다. 그러나 많은 전문가들은 LCD 산업이 수년 내에 OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes), 3차원 디스플레이, 플렉서블 디스플레이와 같은 차세대 디스플레이 기술의 강력한 도전에 직면할 것이라고 예상한다. 이러한 경쟁환경에서 LCD 산업이 살아남기 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 LCD 산업의 경쟁력의 원천을 밝혀내고, 이를 극대화하는 전략적 방향을 제시한다. 이를 위해 먼저 LCD 산업구조와 가치사슬을 분석하여 LCD 산업의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 기본적인 전략적 대안을 개발한다. 이 단계에서 얻어진 통찰력을 바탕으로, 인과지도(causal loop diagram)와 시스템 다이나믹스 (system dynamics) 방법론을 활용하여 기존의 LCD 산업구조에서 판매량, 시장점유율 및 이익 등의 핵심 지표에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 구조적 특징을 규명한다. 또한, 여기서의 다이나믹스 모형을 바탕으로, LCD 제조업자의 관점에서 프로세스 역량을 극대화할 수 있는 전략적 대안을 모색한다.

BRMS기반 학과BSC

  • BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무적 성과지표의 한계를 지양하고 고객관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 다양한 관점에서 성과측정시스템으로 상용 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전략의 해석, 전략적 캐스케이딩(cascading), 전략적 자원분배, 전략적 학습도구를 위한 전략관리시스템으로 또한 의사소통도구로서 사용된다. 분 논문에서는 대학내의 학과들이 각각 개별적인 특성이 존재하고 학과의 제한된 자원과 역량하에서의 효율적인 운영과 이에 대한 조직적인 접근방법이 필요하기 때문에 학과조직에 BSC를 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 학과 BSC는 대학 전체 또는 그 상위조직의 BSC를 위한 토대로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육에 관련한 다양한 인증 및 평가와 연계할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 최소한의 프로그래밍과 이해하기 용이한 수행규칙, 그리고 유연한 개정을 위하여 비즈니스 규칙(Business Rule)으로 이루어지는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)로 학과 BSC를 설계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

기술창업 성과 제고를 위한 예비창업프로그램 도입에 관한 연구

  • 기술창업에 대한 관심과 기대가 증가하며, 다양한 정책이 마련되었다. 창업 이후에는 다양한 지원이 마련되어 있으나, 창업 이전에 성공적인 창업을 유도하기 위한 방안이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기술 창업의 성과를 제고하고, 기업가 역량을 향상시키기 위해 예비창업프로그램 도입을 제안한다. 예비창업프로그램 도입의 근거로 본 연구에서는 예비창업프로그램의 만족도와 창업기업의 성과 간의 인과관계를 파악하기 위하여 단순 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. E 연구원의 예비창업프로그램을 거치고 법인을 설립한 기업을 대상으로 만족도 조사를 수행하였으며, 창업기업의 성과로서 고용 지표를 선택하였다. 분석 결과 예비창업프로그램이 창업기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 예비창업프로그램 도입은 출연연 또는 대학의 연구원들에게 창업 성공을 촉진하는 기제로 작용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Development of Safety Competences, Behavioral Indicators and Measuring Methods for Preventing Human-Error in Nuclear Power Plants: A Preliminary Study (원전 인적오류 예방을 위한 안전 역량, 행동 지표 및 측정 방법 개발: 예비 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop safety competences, a set of behavioral indicators of each competence and measuring methods of behavioral indicators for preventing human error of nuclear power plants(NPPs). The safety competences and behavioral indicators were derived from the five steps consisted of derivation of preliminary competence items through literature review, content analysis, interview(FGI, BEI), examination of content validity and decision making of final indicators. The results showed that 13 core safety competences and 35 behavior indicators were derived finally. In addition, the methods of measuring safety competences or behavioral indicators such as Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS), Behavior Observation Scale (BOS) were developed and suggested.

  • 기업의 가치평가방법은 DCF법을 비롯하여 OPM, 증권거래법에 의한 본질가치평가방법, 상속세법에 의한 재산가치평가방법, 비교법, 일정성장배당모형 등 여러가지가 있다. 이중 각 평가방법은 특정한 목적을 가지고 탄생된 것이나 영리를 위한 기업의 가치를 평가하여 그 결과를 M&A나 A&D 또는 경영의 지표로 이용하려할 때 그 편파성 때문에 목적을 달성하기 어렵다. 따라서 본고에서는 그들의 균형을 취하는 평가방법을 알아보고, 장기적인 차원에서의 경영을 전제로 벤처기업자금조달과 맞물려있는 경영권 방어에 대하여 살피므로써 벤처기업인들이 안정적인 경영을 수행하거나 창업초기에 일찍 경영에 대한 분명한 목표를 설정하고 자신의 역량을 생산적인 곳에 사용할 수 있게 할 수 있는 틀을 제시해 본다.

  • 최근 전국의 각 대학교와 한국대학교육협의회에서는 대학교 경쟁력을 우수한 인재를 양성하는 교육에 있다고 보고, 교육 활동에 비중을 높이고 강의 및 학생 지도에 역량을 집중하고 있다. 지금까지 대학 교육 활동의 대부분을 차지하는 수업에 대한 평가는 학생의견을 바탕으로 한 강의평가와 교수업적 반영 위주로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육 활동영역에서 수업의 평가 지표를 마련하고 체계적인 수업 개선을 위해 수업 평가 요인을 도출하고, 평가 결과물을 토대로 평가 요인에 적합한 개선 방안을 제시하는 환류 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 강의평가 결과가 평가 항목에 따른 측정 결과 제시에서 수업 개선의 피드백을 제공하는데 초점을 맞추어 체계적으로 수업의 품질을 관리할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
