본 연구는 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 관련 선행연구를 조사분석한 연구이다. 국내외 중소기업의 글로벌혁신역량에 관한 선행연구를 광범위하게 조사한 후 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 잠재변수를 선정한다. 각 잠재변수별로 유의적으로 판명된 지표를 분석하여 기업내부역량 중 글로벌혁신역량에 중요한 요인인 CEO역량, 기술역량, 마케팅역량, 생산역량, 인적자원역량, 재무역량, 네트워크역량으로 재분류한다. 향후 잠재변수사이의 상관관계를 분석하여 상호교호작용효과를 배제한 잠재변수별 순효과(net effect)를 분석하고자 한다.

The subjects were 500 college students in 7 provincial areas for the study on the structural relation among professors' core competency, college students' cognitive learning competency and life competencies. The statistical methods of this study were as follows: frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the lifelong learning educators' college students recognized core competency significantly affects on the college students' life competencies. Second, the lifelong learning educators' core competency significantly affects on the college students' cognitive learning competency. Third, the college students' cognitive learning competency significantly affects on life competencies. Fourth, the college students' cognitive learning competency has a significant mediating effect between the lifelong learning educators' core competency and the college students' life competencies. In other words, the lifelong learning educators' core competency based on the college students' cognitive learning competency has great effect on life competencies.

본 연구는 전자교육(e-learning) 교수설계자의 핵심 직무역량을 분석함으로써 궁극적으로 교수설계 인력의 전문성 제고 방안 마련에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선, 선행연구를 토대로 전자교육 교수설계자의 역량수준도와 역량중요도를 분석할 수 있는 설문 조사지를 개발하여 50명의 전자교육 교수설계자를 대상으로 설문하고 그 자료를 분석하였다. 활용 가능한 42부를 최종 분석에 이용하여 SPSS 17.0을 사용하여 통계 처리한 결과, 전자교육 교수설계자는 전반적으로 보통 수준을 상회하는 양호한 역량 수준도를 보유한 것으로 나타났지만, 역량중요도 인식과 비교해 볼 때 평균적으로 큰 차이를 나타냈으므로 직무수행을 위해 갖춰야 하는 역량의 중요성에 비해 전자교육 교수설계자의 현재 역량 수준도는 충분하지 못하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 향후에는 인터뷰와 같은 질적인 접근을 통해 좀 더 현실적인 업무 환경을 반영한 역량 연구와 더불어 직무 인식도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 수많은 자극 가능성을 최대한 수렴한 세분화된 연구를 통해 전자교육 교수설계자의 상황과 수준에 맞는 양질의 교육 프로그램을 다양하게 제공해야 할 수 있도록 연구할 필요가 있다.

This study analyzes the relationship between K-CESA of undergraduate students, and their coaching skill and creativity confluence competences. Totally, 344 students attending private colleges in G province were evaluated for their competence. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and Sobel test, using the SPSS/PC 22.0 computer program. Our results indicate that K-CESA, coaching skill, and creative convergence fulfill the assumption of normality. Moreover, significant positive relationships were determined between K-CESA and creativity confluence, as well as between coaching skill and creativity confluence. Furthermore, K-CESA was an important factor that predicts the creativity confluence competency, and coaching skill had mediating effects on the relationship between K-CESA and creativity confluence competency. In conclusion, our results indicate that K-CESA and coaching skills are important factors that will help strengthen creativity confluence competences.

The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for future studies by systematically integrating existing empirical studies that examine the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance. As the results of empirical studies examining the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance are mixed, this study tries to derive different results from individual studies through meta-analysis into standardized statistics(effect sizes). To accomplish the purpose, this study developed hypotheses about the positive effects of the entrepreneurial competencies including opportunity recognition competency, managerial competency, technical-functional competency, strategic competency, and relationship competencies on the business performance through theoretical reviews of the literature. Also, this study conducted meta-analysis with 15 sample data using open source based statistical program 'R'. The results of this study are as follows. The opportunity recognition competency, managerial competency, technical-functional competency, strategic competency, and relationship competency were found to significantly affect financial business performance. Also, each of the factors had a moderate effect size on the performance. Among these competencies, the most effective factor was the strategic competency, followed by the opportunity recognition competency, technical-functional competency, and relationship competency. There is still no study using meta-analysis on the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance in South Korea. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to provide implications for developing the theoretical basis of future studies.

본 연구는 중소기업에 종사하는 구성원들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인의 직무적합성과 조직의 공정성 두 변수를 독립변수로 하여 분석하였다. 각각의 독립변수별로 하위에 세부변수를 도출하여 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 상관관계 정도를 분석하여 중소기업 인사 실무담당자들이 인력채용이나 직무관리 시에 종사원들의 직무역량 향상을 위해 필요한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 중소기업 종사자 323명을 대상으로 설문지를 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 타당성 분석을 실시하고, 회귀분석 등을 통해 독립변수와 종속변수간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 대부분의 선행연구가 직무역량이 직무만족이나 조직몰입 등에 미치는 영향을 분석한 반면, 본 연구는 직무역량 향상에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 도출하고 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 영향 정도를 구분하여 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 수출중소기업의 재직자를 대상으로 기술혁신역량과 수출금융제도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향 및 글로벌마케팅역량의 하위 변수인 글로벌확장성을 매개변수로 하여 기술혁신역량과 수출금융제도와 수출성과 간의 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 독립변수는 기술역량의 하위변수인 연구개발역량, 기술축적역량으로 구분하였고, 수출금융제도를 사용하였다. 전국에 거주하는 수출중소기업의 재직자로부터 수집한 설문지 242부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0을 사용하여 3단계 매개모형을 기반으로 회기분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기술혁신역량은 글로벌확장성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술혁신역량은 수출 성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수출금융제도는 글로벌확장성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 수출금융제도는 수출성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 기술혁신역량이 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 수출금융제도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 대학의 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 진행되고 있지만 창업성과에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업성과를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 창업교육 서비스 품질을 측정하기 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 5개 요소 21개의 문항을 설정하고, 설문 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 둘째, 고객 만족에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업교육 수강생의 교육만족을 정의하고, 창업역량의 요소 중 성취역량, 창의성역량, 개념화역량, 사회적 역량 등에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 교육만족과 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 창업교육 서비스 품질은 기존의 연구와 다르게 유형성과 신뢰성이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 4개 요인으로 확인되었고, 4개의 요인으로 구성된 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 창업역량 요인을 4개로 정의하여 설문을 분석한 결과 성취역량과 창의성역량이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 개념화역량, 사회적 역량과 함께 3가지 요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육만족에 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 창업의지는 창업역량에 영향을 받았지만, 교육만족에 직접적인 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육만족이 창업역량을 통하여 창업의지에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 차후 연구에서는 대상을 여러 지역 혹은 전국으로 확대할 필요성이 있으며, 다른 변수와의 접근 방법을 가지고 연구되어야 할 것이다.

This study empirically identified how technological innovation capability and technological commercialization capability affect management performance in the metropolitan area of Ppuri corporation. As results of the research analysis, First the average company performance in the field of new materials and platform processing technology was higher than that of the metal-oriented processing technology field. Second, technological innovation capability variables are included as R&D capability, technological innovation regime, and technological accumulation capability are shown the statistically significant on non-financial performance. Commercialization capability, producing capability, and marketing capability variable are statistically significant on financial performance.

This study was conducted to develop a teaching competency scales customized for teaching programs conducted by Center for Teaching & Learning at A University. To achieve this purpose, a preliminary study was set up, which consists of three competency groups (basic competency, practice competency, innovation competency) and 26 learning competency factors through a review of previous studies. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the provisional teaching competency scales, an online survey was conducted on A university teachers in September 2020, The collected questionnaire data were organized and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, 26 teaching competency was reduced to 17. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the model was found to be good, Also, as a result of analyzing the construct reliability and AVE of the confirmed teaching competency factors, all 17 factors showed a good level of .7 or more. The teaching competency scales developed through this study can be used as basic data for performance evaluation and development of new programs of CTL teaching program.
