기업의 기술역량 VS 사회적가치: 창업 교육을 이수하는 대학생의 모의투자를 중심으로

  • 세계적으로 창업 생태계가 구축되면서 기술창업 분야가 두각을 보이고 있다. 기술창업은 기술력을 통한 지속력뿐 아니라 혁신적으로 변화를 진행시키므로 기술에 대한 투자 동향을 날이갈수록 높아지고 있다. 하지만 기술이 발전하면서 함께 주목되고 있는 분야가 사회적 가치를 가지고 있는 소셜벤처이다. 특히 UN에서 발표한 지속가능한 발전목표(SDGs)의 경우 필수적으로 사업 비즈니스 모델적으로 채택된 분야를 갖고 있어야하며 비재무적성과를 판단하는 기준인 ESG 또한 필수적인 사회적 가치 요소로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 기술 역량을 내세웠을 때와 사회적 가치를 내세웠을 때 투자자들은 어떤 역량과 특성을 더 선호하며 투자 유무가 결정되는지를 분석해보고자 한다. 결국 기술 역량 또는 사회적 가치 둘중 하나를 내세운다는 것은 기업의 이미지를 나타내는것과 같은 의미이다. 이에 기술역량과 사회적 가치가 기업이미지를 유능 또는 따뜻함 중 어떻게 나타나는지 알아보고 투자 유무에 미치는 영향을 보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기술창업 기업 기술 범위를 인공지능(AI), 빅데이터, 사물인터넷(IoT), 바이오(Bio)로 총 4개로 분류하였다. 기술 창업의 기술범위를 독립변수로 설정하였으며 기술창업에서 기술역량 또는 사회적 특성을 내세웠을 때 기업이미지가 유능하게 보여지는지 따뜻하게 보여지는지를 알아보고자 한다. 기업이미지가 유능함 또는 따뜻함으로 비춰졌을 때 벤처투자에서 투자 유무가 결정되는지를 검증하고자 한다. 검증 방법에서는 벤처투자자가 아닌 창업교육을 이수하는 대학생들을 대상으로 모의투자를 통해 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

Development of Competency Evaluation Model for Public Private Partnership to Establish Strategies for Overseas Expansion (해외진출 전략 수립을 위한 민관합작투자사업의 역량평가모델 개발)

  • With the number of social overhead capital(SOC) projects that introduce private capital on the rise, overseas construction global companies today need to establish and advance their overseas order strategies. In this context, the purpose of this study is to develop the public private partnership(PPP) capacity evaluation model for developing countries and use it for domestic overseas construction companies to establish strategies for overseas expansion. The PPP competency evaluation model analyzes the importance of PPP competency evaluation items and infrastructure environment competency evaluation items through a review of previous studies and an interview survey with overseas construction experts. Through the above analysis results and expert surveys, problems that may occur when overseas construction companies enter the PPP market were derived, and improvement measures were proposed. Countries with a high probability of overseas construction companies entering the PPP market were determined to be those that have a mature PPP system, low risk in construction, and a good entry environment with a high infrastructure market size and growth rate. In addition, a lack of PPP investment experience, the absence of information on the infrastructure environment, and a shortage of PPP experts were identified as problems when entering the overseas construction PPP market. As an improvement measure, it was suggested to enter in cooperation with domestic and foreign companies. In addition, a plan was proposed to develop a curriculum to secure experts in areas such as PPP finance and contracts and to provide PPP information for each country. These findings are expected to contribute to overseas construction companies proposing strategies for entering the overseas construction market and using them for overseas expansion strategies and policy establishment.

A Study on the Influence of the Founder's Self-Efficacy on the Sales of the Founding Company (창업자의 자기효능감이 창업기업의 매출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study is about the effect of the founder's self-efficacy on the sales of the founding company by focusing on the factors that are currently emphasized in the founding education. In particular, this paper starts from the consciousness of the problem that the education that is being implemented to achieve the purpose of successful start-up among various government-based start-up support projects is failing to produce many start-up failures. Entrepreneurs cannot be assessed by objective financial data, but there is a high degree of uncertainty that should be determined based on their personal and learning abilities. In addition, many previous studies, which are likely to be successful when there is a high self-efficacy in a specific field due to the influence of factors such as personal experience or learning, will answer the direction of support for start-up companies. This study focuses on the impact of the founder's self-efficacy on the sales of the founding firms, especially the sales that are the key to the survival of the founding firms. This study has six major studies. First, to analyze whether the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs with respect to entrepreneurship affects the sales of entrepreneurs. Second, to analyze whether the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs with respect to market orientation affects the sales of entrepreneurs. Analysis of whether the founder's self-efficacy affects the sales of the founding firms. Fourth, analysis of whether the founder's self-efficiency affects the sales of the founding firms' understanding of management environment changes. An analysis of whether efficacy affects the sales of a start-up company, and sixth, an analysis of whether the founder's self-efficacy of business model building ability affects the sales of a start-up company. As a result of the empirical analysis, this study found that the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs on product differentiation capability and business model building capacity had a positive influence on the sales of entrepreneurs. The self-efficacy had a positive effect on self-efficacy, and the customer orientation had a positive effect on self-efficacy on business model building capacity. Also, it was confirmed that a path exists between the components of self-efficacy and that self-efficacy through the path has a positive effect on the sales of the start-up company. Therefore, the results of this study suggest the implications of establishing such a path and strengthening self-efficacy to create the survival and start-up performance of a start-up company if the goal of the start-up company is to survive when implementing various support projects for the start-up company.

  • According to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, demand for and interest in jobs in the field of AI and data science - such as artificial intelligence/data analysts - are increasing. In order to keep pace with this trend, and to supply human resources that can effectively perform such jobs in the relevant fields in a timely manner, job seekers must develop the competencies required by the companies, and universities must be in charge of training. However, it is difficult to devise appropriate response strategies at the level of job seekers, companies and universities, which are stakeholders in terms of supplying suitably competent personnel. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine which competencies are required in practice in order to cultivate and supply human talents equipped with the necessary job competencies, and to propose plans for the development of the required competencies at the university level. In order to identify the required competencies in the field of AI and data science, data on job postings on the LinkedIn site, the recruitment platform, were analyzed using text mining techniques. Then, research was conducted with the aim of devising and proposing concrete plans for competency development at the university level by comparing and verifying the results of the international graduate school curriculum in the field of AI and data science, and the interview results with the hiring managers, respectively, with the results of the topic model.

Analysis of Competency Assessment Using BSA for ODA Loan Construction Projects (BSA기법을 활용한 ODA건설사업 역량 요인 도출 및 분석)

  • Recently, with achieved US$ 500 Billion international cumulative construction order, the Korean government presented overseas construction industry visions for international orders of US$ 100 Billion and entering the top five countries in global construction market. Also, Korean companies are developing strategies for expansion of international markets. However, ODA loan projects are low risk for the Korea Construction companies trying to advance their overseas business. This study provides data-based advice on securing competence for Korean construction companies entering the global market through the ODA loan projects. To analysis construction firm's competitiveness for ODA loan project, FGD was utilized and BSA model was applied to the valuable analysis. Competencies highly assessed were construction quality control, relationship building through high-level diplomatic activities, and project management. Competencies requiring urgent improvement were handling risks of local countries, financing projects, and developing know-how within participating companies.

델파이기법을 활용한 부모의 인식전환을 위한 기업가정신 역량 도출

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대에 접어 들어 불확실성이 높아지고 변동성의 상시화로 세계 경제가 급변하면서, 기업가정신 교육의 중요성은 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 따라 최근 청소년 기업가정신 교육이 확산되었다. 지속가능한 청소년 기업가정신 교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 시대의 변화와 함께 부모들의 인식과 태도도 함께 변화해야 한다. 부모는 새로운 지식과 그 시대가 요구하는 바람직한 자녀관을 형성해야 하며, 사회 전반적인 변화에 따른 학교에서의 기업가정신 교육이 가정에서도 일관성 있게 유지되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 부모교육의 중요성을 확인하고, 교육을 통해 부모의 인식을 변화시키기 위해 필요한 역량 도출하기 위해 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 기업가정신 교육 전문가와 청소년 교육 전문가로 구성된 전문가 패널들을 대상으로 3회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 분석 결과, 부모 인식 전환을 위해 필요한 최종 8가지 역량(환경의 변화, 도전정신, 주체성/자울성, 창업에 대한 이해, 직업의 다양성, 기업가정신에 대한 이해, 개인의 다양성, 팀/협업에 대한 가치)을 도출하였다. 향후 후속 연구를 통해 도출된 역량을 함양할 수 있는 부모 기업가정신 교육 모델 및 프로그램을 설계하고자 한다.

Development Research of Multicultural Mathematics Teacher Education Model: Exploring Preliminary Model Based on Situational Analysis (다문화수학교사교육모델 개발연구 : 수학교육 현장 상황분석 기반 예비모델 탐색)

  • In this study, we explored the preliminary model of multicultural mathematics teacher education to foster mathematics teachers' multicultural competencies. For the purpose, we investigated the multicultural competency of mathematics teachers with a survey questionnaire. We also interviewed mathematics teachers to analyze mathematics teachers' need of teacher education for multicultural mathematics education. In addition to the survey and the interview, we conducted a review of literatures to identify the principles, goals, contents, and methods for multicultural mathematics teacher education. In this research, we have identified 4 principles for multicultural mathematics teacher education: mathematics as culture, respecting diversity and equity, and identity. Under the principles, we presented 6 educational goals of teacher education for multicultural mathematics education. We chose the contents and the methods to promote the multicultural competency of mathematics teachers suitable for educational situation of Korean school. We integrated the principles, goals, contents and methods to design multicultural mathematics teacher education program for in-service teachers. Finally, we discussed the features and benefits of the preliminary model based on situational analysis for multicultural mathematics teacher education. We proposed that follow-up study is necessary to investigate the effect of the model for the future development of multicultural mathematics teacher education model.

기술 스타트업의 산업별 차이에 따른 투자유치성과 결정요인 비교분석 연구

  • 최근 딥테크 및 글로벌 스타트업들의 기술경쟁력 제고를 위한 국가적 지원이 증대함에 따라 원천기술을 보유한 기술창업 건 수역대급으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 기술 기업들은 사업의 다각화 및 글로벌 진출에 유리하다는 장점이 있으나, 이들의 전략 성공을 위해서는 체계적인 인큐베이팅 및 자금유치는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 첨단 가술스타트업의 투자유치성과에 중요하게 여겨지는 요인들이 IT 및 BT 산업별로 어떻게 다르게 영향을 미치고 있는지를 연구하는 목적으로 하고 있다. 선행연구에 따르면 기술 스타트업에 대해서는 그들이 보유한 기술 역량(특허), 창업자/팀의 능력, 제휴 등을 중요한 자원으로 보고 있으며, 이는 기업의 퀄리티를 차별화하는 신호로 작용하여 투자유치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기술 스타트업의 산업별 차이에 따라 기술 스타트업의 특성이 투자유치성가에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2022년 기준 서울시 창업지원시설에 입주한 스타트업 122개사를 대상으로, 전 산업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석모델과 글로벌 산업기술 분류 기준에 따라 구분된 BT 및 IT 산업만을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 모델을 설정하여 연구목적을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 기술스타트업의 투자유치 의사결정에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 기존 이론을 검증하였다는 것에 의의가 있으며, 산업별로 투자유치에서 중요하게 고려하는 요소들이 다르게 작용할 수 있음을 밝히고 산업별 특성에 따라 투자유치 시 실질적으로 필요한 요소들을 제시한다는데 실무적인 시사점을 지니고 있다.

An Analysis of the proliferation Case of TOPCIT(Test of Practical Competency in ICT) and policy implications (ICT 실무능력 평가 모델(TOPCIT)의 확산사례 분석 및 정책적 시사점)

  • In this study, we introduce the background and model for the Test of Practical Competency in ICT(TOPCIT), which is designed to diagnose and assess the competency of ICT industry related workers and software(SW) developers, and also attempt to derive meaningful policy implications for developing a global level of ICT SW competency evaluation system across the different cases in domestic and foreign countries with regard to the application and dissemination of the TOPCIT. First, we analyze the test results from surveys conducted a preliminary test (or a pilot test) for the process of global dissemination of the TOPCIT in 2015. Then, we attempt to compare the results with the domestic test results. The findings show that the average score between domestic and foreign test takers was similar, but in the highest score group, the number of domestic test takers was relatively higher than the number of foreign test takers. Moreover, the average score can be varied by the language ability, especially fluent in English, of test takers. Therefore, the findings suggest that the localization is one of the key components for building upon the global TOPCIT system.

Pattern Analysis of Core Competency of CEO Using Fuzzy ID3 (퍼지 ID3를 이용한 CEO핵심역량의 패턴분석)

  • A few small and medium enterprise administer its organization systematically, but most of them is affected by ability and level of a CEO rather than organization system. In this viewpoint, it can be said the study on ability and level of CEO in small and medium enterprise are so meaningful. Thus, in this paper, the core competency of CEO is obtained from the CEO through questionnaire and it is suggested the evaluation model of the CEO core competency. Also patterns were analyzed by ID3 and fuzzy ID3 from data on expert appraise for CEO core competency and level. The 'if-then' fuzzy rules and decision tree created by results of pattern analysis showed their usefulness for evaluation of CEO core competency in small and medium enterprise.
