The purpose of this study is to develop business models for current situational scenarios reflecting customer needs emphasize the need for implementing a logistics cooperation system by analyzing big data to strengthen SCM competitiveness capacities. For healthcare SCM competitiveness needed for the logistics cooperation usage intent, they were divided into product quality, price leadership, hand-over speed, and process flexibility for examination. The wordcloud results that analyzed major considerations to realize work efficiency between medical institutes, words like unexpected situations, information sharing, delivery, real-time, delivery, convenience, etc. were mentioned frequently. It can be analyzed as expressing the need to construct a system that can immediately respond to emergency situations on the weekends. Furthermore, in addition to pursuing communication and convenience, the importance of real-time information sharing that can share to the efficiency of inventory management were evident. Accordingly, it is judged that it is necessary to aim for a business model that can enhance visibility of the logistics pipeline in real-time using big data analysis on site. By analyzing the effects of the adaptability of a supply chain network for healthcare SCM competitiveness, it was revealed that obtaining competitive capacities is possible through the implementation of logistics cooperation. Stronger partnerships such as logistics cooperation will lead to SCM competitive capacities. It will be necessary to strengthen SCM competitiveness by searching for a strategic approach among companies in a direction that can promote mutual partnerships among companies using the joint logistics system of medical institutes. In particular, it will be necessary to search for ways to utilize HCSM through big data analysis according to the construction of a logistics cooperation system.

본 논문은 혁신클러스터 추진의 전략방향 설정을 위해서 클러스터 현황을 클러스터 분석을 통하여 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서는 광교테크노밸리의 발전단계에 따른 협력현황 파악을 위하여 산학연 협력체계 분석과 진단을 위한 클러스터분석(Cluster Analysis)을 실시하였다. 클러스터 분석결과 광교테크노밸리내 입주기업의 산학연 협력경험은 67.3%로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학과, 기업과는 연구개발, 연구기관과는 장비활용 중심으로 협력하고 있었다. 또한, 산학연 협력의 지원정책수요는 협력기관 현황제공, 기술별 정보취득지원 등 다양한 부문에서 협력의 수요가 존재하고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다음의 전략이 도출되었다. 첫째, 혁신클러스터 발전을 위한 새로운 비전을 조속히 제시하고 단지인근에서 입주기업의 산학연 협력의 활성화를 위한 지원을 추진해야 한다. 둘째, 혁신클러스터 단계별 발전을 위한 통합적인 지원역량 강화가 필요하다. 마지막으로 인근의 타 혁신거점과 정책적 네트워크 구축을 통해서 타 혁신클러스터의 자원과 역량을 활용할 수 있는 지원망 구축이 필요하다.

This paper explores the key facts of residents' participation in local development projects and activities. Analysing in what ways indifferent residents pay attention to local issues and participate in local activities, this paper aims to suggest the effective ways of residents' participation for local capacity building. By in-depth interviews with active participants in local projects, this paper elucidates three key facts for boosting residents' participation: first, the approval of community about what they have done in community: second, social networking which contains full of trust and solidarity: third, the effort to coincide their personal interest with their local issues.

This study aims to identify the factors that contribute to the regional innovative capacity and to analyze the effects on the regional economic development including newly-established corporation and job creation. The results are as follows. First, as a result of factor analysis, the 14 variables were grouped into 3 factors, i.e. innovative input, infrastructure, and linkage. Second, the panel models were developed using the above factor scores and economic performance variables such as the number of newly-established corporation and employees. As a result, innovative capacity factors positively contributed to the newlyestablished corporation and job creation. The innovative input was the most influential factor determining the regional economic performance, followed by linkage and infrastructure. This study suggests several policy implications for the reinforcement of innovative capacity and regional competitiveness.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of orgaizational capability(Organizational management capability, marketing capability, relationship formation capability, governance capability) of management perceived by the members of the social enterprise on performance of organization(both economic and social). For such goal, empirical analysis of research hypothesis 1 (organizational competence and economic performance) and research hypothesis 2 (organizational competence and social performance) was conducted using the statistical program of IBM SPSS 24.0 for the final 195 candidates who work in social enterprise. Both hypothesis 1 and 2 were adopted, as the result of the hypothesis 1 and 2, H1-1 H2-1 (organizational management competence and economic performance and social performance), H1-2 H2-2 (marketing competence and economic performance social performance), H1-3 H2-3 (relationship formation competence, economic performance, and social performance), and H1-4 H2-4 (governance capability and economic performance and social performance) all have a significant effect on economic and social performance. Therefore, the importance of organizational capability of management, executive body of social enterprises, was emphasized for the success and strive of social enterprise and sustainable management. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an education and training system to strategically develop and strengthen the organizational capability of the management, and provide a systematic and long-termed education system and training.

Technological innovation is one of critical challenges for small and medium enterprises(SMEs) as well as larger firms. This study focuses on empirical test about the role of absorptive capacity on the relationship between technological collaboration and technological innovation outcomes in the context of SMEs. To achieve the purpose, we conducted hierarchical regression analysis through 266 samples from Korean manufacturing SMEs that is defined as an enterprise less than 300 employees. As a result, more diverse exploitations for types of technological collaboration have significant and positive impact on technological innovation outcomes. Additionally, the results show that absorptive capacity based on knowledge realization capability strengthens the impact on which external sources and types of technological collaboration affect technological innovation outcomes. Based on the results, we propose that SMEs require intense management efforts in establishing capability to create new knowledges, by combining existing knowledges, because excessive exploitations for external sources of technological collaboration necessarily do not help enhance technological innovation outcomes.

In order to strengthen the core competencies of architecture, not only the curriculum should be reorganized practically, but also various extracurricular activities should be developed so that they cultivate various competencies required for architecture accreditation. In this paper, by surveying competency-based curriculum-extracurricular activities convergence educational system established in D university, strategy to increase students' participation in extracurricular activities is proposed. As a result of the questionnaire survey of the students and representatives of the local architectural designers, the programs to enhance student's creativity, such as contest participation and license certification program, were found to be the most effective extracurricular activities which help to develop the learning capability in architect as well.
