This study is aimed to develop and apply the empowerment program for Internationally married women working in social enterprises. Empowerment program consisted of six main construct factors such as job or child, being acknowledged as a family member, enduring for economic work, developing myself, getting to know company culture, living a meaningful life for a korean. According to research analysis, self-identity, self-efficacy, coping ability and social problem solving has significant effects on the program. Based on the results of this study, some discussion and suggestions were proposed for the empowerment program for internationally married women in social enterprises.

The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the effectiveness (knowledge, attitude, skills of Evidence-Based Practice, and problem solving skills) of nursing information literacy competency enhancement program for nursing students. It is a pre-post design study carried out with a single group of 72 sophomores in a nursing college. Nursing information literacy competency enhancement program of 6 times (8 hours) was provided to nursing students. Our results have demonstrated that knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice, and problem solving skills were significantly higher in nursing students. In conclusion, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program was effective in promoting knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice and problem solving skills. Based on our results, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program can provide a basis for enhancing evidence-based nursing practice competencies and problem solving skills of nursing students.

The purpose of this study is to develop a training program for teachers to improve their entrepreneurial education competency for teenager entrepreneurship education. In order to achieve this objective, the training program was developed through a literature review and input from professionals. In addition, to verify field appropriateness of the entrepreneurship program for teachers, teachers participated in the program and a satisfaction survey was conducted. Results of this study are as follows. First, this study developed teaching contents and methods for entrepreneurship education which included 4 hours of online education and 26 hours of off-line education, for a total of 30 hours. Second, for verifying the applicability to schools and its effects, the satisfaction of training was examined using 88 teachers that participated in the entrepreneurship education program. Results found the satisfaction level was rated 4.58 for the curriculum suitability and 4.67 for the effectiveness of class contents, indicating that teachers were very satisfied with the training program and contents.

The study conducted an employment capability reinforcement program targeting health-related college students, and then carried out positive analysis to find out how satisfaction affects adjustment to college life and academic achievement. An employment capability reinforcement program was conducted which targeted health related majors at a university located in Cheongbuk, and information on satisfaction, adjustment to college life, and academic achievement was collected through a self-administered questionnaire. The analysis results revealed that the higher the satisfaction for the employment capability reinforcement program, the better the adjustment to college life, while increased adjustment to college life affected academic achievement. Although the employment capability reinforcement program had no direct relationship of influence to academic achievement, the study shows that it does lead to increased academic achievement by way of adjustment to college life, which ends up as a positive affect for future employment. Therefore, active efforts are necessary to revitalize employment related programs that suit the characteristics of each department in order to establish an environment for revitalizing employment and increasing adjustment to college life.

The purpose of this study was to develop, apply, and test the effectiveness of integrated palliative care empowerment program for the clinical nurses caring the cancer patients. Methods: The subjects were selected by a convenience sampling method from the nurses working at two university hospitals in D city. The study targeted a total of 37 nurses, 17 for the experimental group and 20 for the control group. The integrated palliative care empowerment program was implemented once a week for seven weeks to the experimental group from October 5th to November 11th in 2016, and it was analyzed by using the program IBM SPSS Statistics version 19.0 for Windows. Result and Conclusion: The study proved that the integrated palliative care empowerment program was effective on improving the integrated palliative care, empathy capacity, and ethical climate of the nurses. Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to develop an applicable program in collaboration of various health professions.

최근 다양한 tv프로그램과 문화생활로 인하여 다양한 방면에서 역량을 지닌 '창의 융합형 인재'가 떠오르고 있다. 거기에다가 21세기 사회에 접어들면서 정보 기술의 관심도 높아지고 있으며, 2015 정보과 교육과정이 그 증거를 말해 주고 있다. 그리하여, 본 연구에서는 창의 및 융합형 인재를 양성하겠다는 목표를 달성하기 위하여 교육용 정보역량강화 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 여기서 사용하는 게임 엔진은 최근에 떠오르고 있는 '유니티'를 사용할 것이며, 교수설계모형의 기초인 ADDIE 교수설계모형을 적용하여 더욱더 효과적인 교육용 정보역량강화 프로그램을 제작하고자 한다.

본 연구는 산복도로 르네상스사업의 1~4차 년도 사업지의 거점시설을 사용하는 운영자를 대상으로 한 설문조사자료와 분석의 틀을 통해 주민역량강화사업의 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석 결과, 주민역량강화사업에도 불구하고 거점시설들의 운영은 원활하지 못한 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 남은 기간 사업들의 실효적인 운영을 위해서는 주민역량강화를 위한 프로그램이 사업기간 전반에 걸쳐 지속적으로 배분하여야 한다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is developing parents' character competency reinforcement program for the prevention of child abuse based on the critical competencies suggested by Character Education Promotion Act. Methods: For the development of the program, the literature review about child abuse prevention program in domestic and international research was conducted. Also, we conducted focus group interviews with kindergarten (n = 3) and elementary school (n = 4) teachers who experienced abusive parents for grasping their characteristics as a qualitative data collecting strategy. Results: As a result, parents' character competency reinforcement program for the prevention of child abuse was composed of a total of 7 activities; 'Understanding me and child', 'Anger management training for parent', 'Improving effective communication skill with child', 'Practicing two-way communication with child', 'Arts and Culture experience with child', 'Understanding my and child's feelings', 'We need a whole village to raise a child'. This program curriculum can be greatly four parents' character competency parts; self-management competency, communication competency, sensitivity competency, community competency. Conclusion/Implications: The program developed in this research can utilize the basic framework of the program to strengthen parent's toughness ability and it is crucial to develop customized toughness capacity increasing plan according to parent's characteristics It will be essential information.

The purpose of this study was to develop evaluation indicators which can help decision making in the quality control and improvement of the job capability strengthening program for the vocational high school depending on the situation, input, process and output of CIPP evaluation model. For this purpose, through the literature review and the research of expert opinions, the evaluation indicators for the job capability strengthening program in the vocational high school was designed. In addition, the Delphi research was conducted to 15 teachers in charge of job searching in specialized high schools and education related experts to validate it. The CVR value which indicates the value of validity was analyzed through the findings of the collected Delphi questionnaires and the degree of opinion consistency was analyzed through the degrees of agreement and convergence. Through the correction and complementation, the final evaluation criteria and evaluation indicators was decided. The evaluation criteria developed from the findings include 7 references such as requirement analysis, objective setting, implementation plan, implementation contents, program activities, program control & evaluation and program performance. Each Criteria has 41 evaluation indicators. It is expected that the finally decided evaluation indicators would be used by the people concerned with the job capability strengthening program at the vocational high schools and contribute to the quality improvement of the job capability strengthening program at the vocational high schools as well as its future directions.
