At present, there are few studies on signal control of pedestrian traffic flow and non-motor traffic flow at intersections. Research on the optimization scheme of mixed traffic flow signal control can coordinate and control the overall traffic flow of pedestrians, non-motor vehicles and motor vehicles, which is of great significance to improve the congestion at intersections. For the traffic optimization of intersections, this paper starts from two aspects: channelization optimization and phase design, and reduces the number of conflict points at intersections from spatial and temporal right-of-way allocation respectively. Taking the classical signal timing method as the theoretical basis, and aiming at ensuring the safety and time benefit of traffic travelers, a channelization optimization and signal control scheme of the intersection is proposed. The channelization and phase design methods of intersections with motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians as objects are discussed, and measures to improve the channelization optimization of intersections are proposed. A multi-objective optimization model of intersection signal control was established, and the model was solved based on NSGA-II algorithm.

By the statistics of traffic safety public corporation as of Feb. 2009 year, in domestic 16,861,965 cars were registered and in this Gwangju is registered by 476,149 cars. Except Ulsan, compare to other metropolitan city, vehicles numbers are fewer. Then, as of 2009. 4. 9. by the announcement of National land and marine ministry, the operation distance of passenger cars of Gwangju metropolitan city is 40.9 km per 1 day and the most highest in the whole country. On the one hand, by the materials of traffic safety public corporation, from 2007. 1. 1 to 2007. 12. 31 for a year, traffic accidents of Korea were 211,662. By this, 6,166 people were death, 335,906 people were wounded. This mean about 17 people death and 920 people wounded per day. In Gwangju metropolitan city, last year 8,231 traffic accidents took place and 138 people were death and 13,533 people were wounded. This while government did various traffic policy to reduce traffic accidents and some degree were progressive. But still the actual circumstances is that disgrace of traffic undevelopment country can't take off. Moreover, the concern for the traffic safety of feeling of general people is very deficient. In this research, with the help of Gwangju province police station. analysed traffic accidents reality of 2009 year March and this is going to look around spring season traffic accidents prevention activities and spring season means from March to June.
The first successful sustained powered flight by Wright Brothers was further extended to the rapid development of aviation technology, that led to transpacific flights, the invention of supersonic planes, and enabled hundreds of people to travel in the space, in addition to the fact that around 10 people had stepped on the moon, all of which were made possible within the very same century. However, on the back side of this most wondrous human technology, the vulnerableness to the aviation accident has been constantly accompanied with, right from the very beginning stage of the aircraft development. Moreover, the development of future aircraft is being focused on the aircraft performance, the increment of the number of passengers aboard and also its speed. In proportion to these phenomena of mega sizing the aircraft, the development of new technology and the increment of air traffic volume, the number of aviation accident is expected to augment, resulting in the enormous loss of human lives and properties. In order to prevent the disastrous aviation accident as such, it is essential to conduct the accident investigation in a specialized, systematic and scientific manner. In search for the method to attain the effective function of the aviation accident investigation organization, in this study, issues were examined as follows: The full-time Board Members and the establishment of an integrated investigation agency, The systematized security of status as an accident investigator, Inclusion of a human factors specialist in the investigator group organization, liability limit of an accident investigator Stipulation of the definition and the investigation scope of an accident and serious incident, along with the main body of conducting the investigation into the accident involving both civil and public aircraft, in the regulations related to the accident investigation.
This study is an investigative study into the effects that the 'travel motivations' of participants on walking tourism has on their 'degree of satisfaction' by identifying tourist motivations for selecting walking tour among many types of tourism and their effects on hikers' degree of satisfaction. This study was conducted with hikers affiliated with 'walking on beautiful roads '-one of Busan's preliminary social enterprises- with a total of 176 copies used for a final effective sample. Data collected was analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 to conduct a frequency analysis of the sample. Along with exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient was used as an estimate of the validity and reliability of each factor. Multiple regression analysis was done for an analysis of travel motivations and their effects on satisfaction. The scale rates items in the questionnaire in the following categories: 'Motivations' for walking tours consist of 5 factors- vacation, soul-searching, social get-togethers, nature tour, community experience-with a total of 20 items. 'The degree of satisfaction' is made up of a factor with a total of 4 items. The results of the study are as follows: with respect to the hypothesis that motivations for walking tour would have a positive effect on the degree of satisfaction, test results show that 'motivations' have significant partial effects on the 'degree of satisfaction'. Motivations affect the degree of satisfaction in the order of nature tour and soul-searching except for experience and social get-togethers- an indication that participants on walking tours tend to travel for the attractiveness of nature, wanting time for reflection and meditation. As the first investigative study into participants in walking tours products offered by travel agencies, the study has the following implications for marketers: First, travel agencies selling walking tour products and government institutions concerned about the development of hiking trails need to discuss ways to make the most of natural resources as they are- rather than using development-oriented approaches. The study has its own limitation: it is that with the lack of domestic and international studies on walking tours, the study has not gained access to precedent studies on the subject so it has not established a systemic approach to the emerging type of tourism. Hopefully, this study will make a small contribution to its development.
Dose rate characteristics of cosmic radiation field at flight altitudes were analyzed and the route doses to the personnels on board due to cosmic-ray were calculated for Korean-based commercial international airline routes using CARI-6. Annual individual doses to aircrew and the collective effective dose of passengers were estimated by applying the calculated route doses to the flight schedules of aircrew and the air travel statistics of Korea. The result shows that the annual doses to aircrew, around 2.62 mSv, exceed the annual dose limit of public and are comparable to doses of the group of workers occupationally exposed. Therefore it is necessary to consider the frequent flyers as well as the aircrew as the occupational exposure group. The annual collective dose to 11 million Korean passengers in 2001 appeared to be 136 man-Sv. The results should be modified when the dose rates of cosmic radiation at high altitude are revised by taking into account the changes in the radiation weighting factors for protons and neutrons as given in ICRP 92.

The Jeju Olle Trail Route No. 1 has opened in 2007, and over one million visitors per year trek total of 26 Olle trails throughout the island of Jeju as of 2017. The Olle trekking is one of eco-friendly tourism activities in the era of social issues with environmental collapse and threats. Up until now, studies on the Jeju Olle trail are focused on the visitors while the studies on residents who are the other major pillar of Jeju Olle trail have been limited. The study aims to compare the visit types, satisfaction level and pro-environmental behaviors between the visitors and residents on Jeju Olle trails. Total of 290 survey was collected in three month period from December, 2016 to February, 2017. The survey result indicates the Jeju residents trek the Jeju Olle in a larger group than the Jeju Olle visiting trekkers and show lower level in the visit satisfaction and pro-environmental behaviors. The noticeable lower level in the pro-environmental behaviors of residents can directly connect to the issue of Jeju environment as a whole, and the continuing environmental education program and promotion for residents to improve the pro-environmental behavior level is essential.
Purpose : Yellow fever, a mosquito-borne viral hemorrhagic fever, is one of the most lethal diseases. Recently there have been an increasing number of Korean children who have travelled to yellow fever endemic zones and were administered yellow fever vaccine (YFV). Therefore, we carried out this study to provide child travelers with safety information of YFV. Methods : This study was conducted at the International Clinic of National Medical Center in Seoul between April 2007 and June 2008 for the evaluation of adverse events of YFV. One hundred twenty-five children received YFV (17-DD) and were prospectively monitored for adverse events through telephone interviews on day 3, 6, 9, 16, 23 and 30 after vaccination. Results : Adverse events were observed in 31 (24.8%) of 125 child travelers who received the YFV. The mean age was 12.5${\pm}$5.0 years. Sixty-six of the child travelers (52.8%) were males. The common adverse events were pain in 11 (8.8%), swelling in 8 (6.4%) and redness in 7 children (5.6%) at the injection site. The systemic adverse events included mild fever in 5 (4.0%), headache in 5 (4.0%), cough in 4 (3.2%), abdominal pain in 3 (2.4%), and vomiting in 2 children (1.6%). Most of the adverse events were detected within 7 days of administration and there were no differences in adverse events by gender or age. All travelers who had complained of symptoms improved spontaneously or following symptomatic treatment. Conclusion : This study showed that YFV is well-tolerated and there were no reports of severe adverse events. Studies are ongoing to clarify the cause and risk factors for rare adverse events.
The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among utilitarian perceptions, hedonic perceptions, perceived usefulness and behavioral intention. Recently, consumers rely heavily on user-generated contents of social media channels to support their purchase decisions, such as electronic word-of-mouth. Electronic word-of-mouth helps consumers to evaluate items before making purchase, to reduce purchase risks and to support their purchase decisions. This study was based on both the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 255 travelers who had used travel review website at least once. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Utilitarian perceptions(information quality) has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Second, Enjoyment has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Third, Curiosity fulfilment has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Finally, Perceived usefulness of a travel review website has a significant impact on behavioral intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.
Smart rural construction is an important direction for the Chinese government to promote the cause of "Rural Revitalization". In this paper, in the Xikou village project of the "future community" smart rural demonstration development project proposed by the local government of Zhejiang Province, China, the researcher participated in the design of the intellectualization of the smart rural life circle from the perspective of UX design and through qualitative and quantitative research methods. Through field investigation, understand the users' needs for intelligent design of smart countryside, and on this basis, design the maximum space of the region as a cognitive smart rural demonstration park, and quantitatively analyze the user experience feedback after the completion of the project. Before and after the actual design and application of the "Xikou village" in the demonstration area, chapters 3 and 4 are the symbols that can remember the rural era, the Rural Cultural Exchange Square. In the intelligent office space and living space, the user needs are composed of the design results. In order to reduce the anxiety of residents and tourists caused by the intelligent environment, the artificial manual service part is also designed. Now, as a case of intelligent rural space design, resident residence is developing continuously.

Nowadays, the increasing number of religious travelers seeking inner healing has led to the popularity of Buddhist 'temple stays', Protestant and Catholic 'retreats' as alternative vacations. However, unlike Buddhist temples, which are inculturated, Christian retreat centers follow the formula of general recreational facilities and lack an overall framework due to relying on sponsorship. This study attempts to design appropriate outdoor environments for a retreat by reflecting 'theological aesthetics' based on the process of 'Spiritual Exercises', the main method of retreat. First, as the Spiritual Exercises are often described as an 'inner pilgrimage', the images and theological aesthetics experienced in prayer themes were examined. Next, the characteristics of the spaces required for the facility were analyzed, and the composition of religious spaces was proposed. Also the landscape resources of the site were investigated, and the retreatants' behavior to derive spatial preferences was analyzed. Overall, outdoor spaces were planned to induce a shift in consciousness and broaden the spectrum of the retreatants' experience through a physical environment consistent with the mechanism of prayer. This study aimed to implement theological aesthetics by selecting a retreat center with high potential for landscape resources. As a result, it was possible to reveal the 'poetic landscape' to effectively evoke images during 'contemplative prayer', and to support religious experience. The significance of this study lied in deriving various design vocabularies for outdoor spaces of religious facilities.
