Collected data were electro-statistically computerized under SPSS 17.0 program and analyzed with frequency analysis, recurrence analysis and logistic regression analysis respectively. Results : The number of filled teeth got lower when they had lower number of dental visits. Women from the Philippines had the highest number of defect teeth, and the number of fixed prosthetic appliance became less when they had less number of dental visits. When they had no experience of oral health education, they had less fixed prosthetic appliances. There was higher percentage of periodontal disease when they did not have dental visit compared with the dental visit cases. • Purpose: We conducted a descriptive study to: 1) understand how husbands are aware of the importance of Sanhujoiri(i.e, Korean traditional postpartum care) and 2) identify their needs to learn how to take care of postpartum women and newborns and to strengthen family bonding. Methods: The subjects consisted of 123 husbands who had children under the age of 5 years. Data were analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, and Pearson's correlation. Results: The mean age of subjects was $37.1{\pm}4.63$ years. The mean scores of awareness, needs for education on postpartum mother and newborn care, and family strength were $4.57{\pm}1.18$, $4.61{\pm}1.18$, $4.92{\pm}1.07$, and $4.01{\pm}0.95$, respectively, indicating higher scores. There were statistically significant differences in awareness (F=5.08, p<.05), newborn care (F=3.70, p<.05), and family strength (F=4.64, p<.05) by husband's role in Sanhujori There was a positive correlation among study variables. Conclusion: This study shows that even though husbands want to participate in Sanhujori, they do not have enough information on Sanhujori and mother/newborn care and adequate paternity leave. Realistic paternity leave system and effective Couple Centered Childbearing (from pregnancy to postpartum) Education Program CCCEP development are required to help husbands' participation in mother/newborn care with confidence and competence in home based Sanhujori.

Methods: A convenience sample of 188 participants was recruited from health centers in S city. Using a structured questionnaire, data was collected and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and linear regression using SPSS/WIN 23 program. Results: Results of the regression analysis showed that perceived current health status (${\beta}=-0.55$, p<.001), no caregiver (${\beta}=0.47$, p<.001), chronic diseases lasting more than three months (${\beta}=0.36$, p<.001), perceived health status compared to peer group (${\beta}=0.32$, p<.001), walking for health (${\beta}=-0.20$, p=.002), caregiver except family (${\beta}=0.18$, p=.001), and gastrointestinal disease (${\beta}=0.10$, p=.022) influenced depression in middle-aged women. Overall, approximately 69.7% of total variance explained this model (adjusted $R^2=0.678$, F=57.21, p<.001). Conclusion: This study suggests that it is more important to understand the level of perceived health status in middle-aged women. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop programs that include various health management methods and strengthen the health care with the help of families and neighbors in order to manage depression in middle-aged women.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Internet education on plasma glucose and serum lipids in female type 2 diabetic patients. Method: Control and experimental groups were assessed by a pre-test and at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. Fourteen patients were assigned randomly to an intervention group and 15 to a control group. Patients in the intervention group were requested to input their blood glucose levels everyday by cellular phone or wire Internet for 1 year. The goal of the intervention was to keep blood glucose concentrations close to the normal range (glycosylated hemoglobin, HbA1c<7%). An intervention was applied to the intervention group weekly for 1 year. Optimal recommendations were sent weekly by a short message service from a cellular phone and wire Internet. Results: Patients in the intervention group had a significant mean change in HbA1c, from 7.6% at pre-test to 6.9%, at 3 months and equalized at 6.7% at 12 months. There was no significant time and group differences observed in the serum lipids. Conclusion: These findings indicate that Internet education would improve and maintain the normal range of HbA1c in female type 2 diabetic patients.

The data collection period was from September 02, 2019 to November 29, 2019, and a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and 362 copies were used, excluding unscrupulous responses. As a result of the study, it was found that the more severe the menopause symptoms, the higher the effect on physical stress and psychological stress(p<.001). In addition, in terms of quality of life satisfaction, the more severe the menopause symptoms were, the higher the satisfaction was with physical and psychological health, but it could be seen that it did not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of social and environmental relationships. In future studies, further studies require a detailed observation of various menopause conditions and symptoms, and a multi-view approach. In addition, education and intervention programs should be activated to alleviate the symptoms of menopause and to receive relevant information.
