In order to improve the quality of consumption in senior generation, it is necessary to build trust in the digital consumption environment. However, there are limitations from previous researches on consumption in the digital environment that has mainly focused on Millennial and Z generations. Therefore, this study aims to examine the antecedents of digital consumption trust and to explore the market segments of senior generation created by the dynamics of these antecedents. In addition, in order to provide practical implications, we investigate the difference in the level of perceived digital consumption trust using segmentation. This study, therefore, used 2021 Korea's consumer life index data conducted by the Korea Consumer Agency for general consumers, and only consumer data of 60s and older are extracted for the analysis. As a result, we confirm from the main results that the three antecedents, consumer competency, perceived corporate responsibility, and local community's problem-solving environment, are significant in building the digital consumption trust in the senior generation. It is academically significant in this aspect to look at approaches to improve senior customers' trust in digital consumption circumstances by dividing generations because generations exhibit varying levels of understanding of online consumption or digital consumption conditions. The sum of each work duration are entire period in construction project. Each work occurs to be late, the total period of construction project will delays. Therefore, the total period of construction project will not be delayed if probability of work progress makes higher. Finding each work constraints performs constraints analysis in process of construction for checking probability of work progress. Grasp work constraints through the constraints analysis and removes. This research will show preventing delay of construction project, through work condition analysis process.

This study aims to examine the structure and meaning of the perception of rural amenity which rural and urban residents have. Many Lickert scaled questions measure how much important the respondents think about the various items related to rural amenity respectively. It reveals that there is not meaningful difference in the relative importance among three upper dimensions composing the construct of rural amenity, historic-cultural dimension, natural environmental dimension and living condition dimension. This means that our respondents are not willing to pursue historic-cultural aspects and natural environmental aspects at the risk of living condition being able to enjoy comfortable and affluent opportunities. And also, this results reveals that people might have a quite different perception compared with academic discourse putting much weight on historic-cultural dimension and natural environmental dimension.

본 연구는 산림 내 시설물의 산림환경 특성 분석을 위하여 2013년 3월 9일부터 10일 이틀 동안 280ha의 산림 피해면적과 57동의 시설물 피해를 준 울주산불에 대하여 현장조사를 실시하였다. 조사 대상물은 주택 15개소, 비닐하우스 1개소, 축사3개소 등 총 19개소에 대하여 2013년 3월부터 5월까지 현지조사를 실시하였다. 조사항목은 시설물의 입지여건, 임상분포, 주변 산불인자, 시설물 외벽구조제, 산불 등 화재진화를 위한 소방시설 여부, 기타 산불 등 화재방지를 위한 시설, 보호시설과 산림과의 거리 등 총 7개 항목을 작성하여 피해시설물 및 미피해시설물의 특성을 분석한 결과 입지여건의 경우 피해시설물과 미피해시설물은 1~2개의 진 출입로를 갖고 있었고, 도로 폭은 7m 내외로 비슷한 여건이었다. 주변 임상은 침엽수, 임분 밀도는 중, 밀임분이었다. 비가연성 외벽구조제는 피해시설물 보다 미피해시설물에 많았고, 피해시설물과 미피해시설물의 시설물 주변 가연물질 관리상태는 모두 양호하였다. 반면, 급수시설 및 스프링클러, 방화선, 방화벽 등 소방시설 및 화재방지 시설은 미피해시설물이 피해시설물보다 더 많이 구축되어 있었고, 산림과의 이격거리는 피해시설물 평균 20m, 미피해시설물 평균 25m로 조사되었다.

In this study, we applied a hierarchial linear model to Anyang city data because students and their schools are hierarchial data structure. As a result, main factors which affect parents' satisfaction to school which their children go to are parents' satisfaction to Anyang city's education policies and areas which their schools located at. We suggest based on the analysis by this hierarchial linear model that if Anyang city make educational policies more efficient and effective in order for students to study in public school without private education and if Anyang city improve environment related with school like those of new cities, parents' satisfaction to school which their children go to will be increased.

최근의 고금리논쟁과 자본시장개방에 대응한 정책방안을 둘러싼 많은 논의의 핵심은 우리나라의 제반 거시경제여건을 반영하는 장기적 의미에서의 균형금리수준이 어느 정도인가에 대한 것이다. 장기적인 관점에서 볼 때 한 나라의 금리수준은 그 나라의 거시경제여건을 반영하는 균형금리의 추세를 반영하기 마련이며, 이러한 균형금리수준을 왜곡하는 정책 및 규제는 경제의 불안정성을 야기할 뿐, 민간부문의 규제회피노력 등으로 결국은 무력화될 소지가 높기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 금리변동의 요인 및 특성에 대해 세밀히 살펴보고, 국내외 실질금리격차의 실증분석을 통하여 그 구조적 원인을 파악하여 보며, OECD 국제비교분석을 통하여 현재 우리나라의 균형금리수준을 가늠하여 봄으로써, 향후 본격적인 자본시장개방에 대응한 통화금융정책의 모색에 하나의 지표를 제시하여 보려는데 있다. 본고의 연구분석결과에 의하면 우리나라의 명목금리는 실질경제성장률 외에도 기대인플레이션 및 경상수지적자와 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 해외금리 및 예상환율절하율도 점차 주요한 금리의 설명변수로서 나타나고 있다. 엄밀한 의미에서의 피셔효과는 기각되나 기대인플레이션이 명목 및 실질금리의 가장 주요한 변동요인으로 나타나 물가안정을 통한 인플레이션 기대심리의 불식이 향후 금리안정의 관건으로 분석되었다. 특히 통화공급의 유동성효과는 단기적으로만 나타나며 장기적으로는 오히려 금리상승을 유발하는 것으로 나타나 금리안정을 위해서는 안정적인 통화관리가 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. OECD 국제비교분석을 통하여 추정해 본 결과 우리나라의 1997년 균형금리수준은 회사채수익률 기준 약 11%대로 나타나 소폭의 금리하락 가능성이 있으나 지속적인 경상수지의 불균형 등 금리하락여건은 여의치 않은 것으로 보인다. 이미 자본시장개방이 진전된 OECD 국가들의 실증분석에서도 나타나듯이 금리의 하향안정화는 거시경제의 안정과 금융의 효율성 제고가 동시에 이루어져야만 가능한 것이다. 그러므로 향후 금리정책은 금리의 가격기능을 조속히 회복시켜 자원배분의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 시장메커니즘을 활성화하는 방향으로 추진되어야 할 것이다.

본연구(本硏究)의 목적(目的)은 과거 2년간 삼저현상(三低現象)이 실질국민총생산(實質國民總生産), 수출(輸出), 수입(輸入)(유류도입액(油類導入額) 제외) 및 도매물가지수(都賣物價指數)에 미친 영향을 분석(分析)하는 데 있다. 분석(分析)에 있어서는 'Lucas의 비평(批評)'에 위배되지 않도록 하기 위하여 모형(模型)의 계수(係數)가 시간이 흐름에 따라 변화(變化)할 수 있도록 허용한 BVAR모형(模型)을 작성(作成)하여 사용하였다. 이에 따라 삼저효과(三低效果)를 국제금리(國際金利), 원유가격(原油價格), 달러화가치(貨價値) 등의 변동(變動)으로서의 순수한 가격효과(價格效果)와 이들 가격변동(價格變動)으로 야기(惹起)된 경제행위주체(經濟行爲主體)의 행동변화(行動變化)를 반영(反映)하는 경제구조변화효과(經濟構造變化效果)로 양분(兩分)하여 계산하였다. 분석결과(分析結果)에 의하면 구조변화효과(構造變化效果)가 가격효과(價格效果)에 못지않게 상당히 큰 것으로 계산되어, 대외여건(對外與件)의 급변(急變)에 대한 경제행위주체(經濟行爲主體)의 대응노력(對應努力)이 매우 중요했던 것으로 나타났다. 이는 어떠한 축약형모형(縮約型模型)을 사용하여 정책(政策)의 급선회(急旋回) 혹은 대외여건(對外與件)의 급변(急變)과 같은 시뮬레이션을 할 때에는 그 결과(結果)가 매우 부정확할 수도 있다는 것을 의미(意味)한다.

유통업체 부설 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 타 쇼핑몰에 비해 우수한 유통인력, 배송, 상품매입이나 관리시스템 등의 노하우가 있기 때문에 유리하다고 판단된다. 그러나 현실적으로는 이들 업체가 유리한 여건을 십분 활용치 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이들이 왜 유리한 여건을 제대로 활용하지 못한가를 분석하고 어떻게 하면 활성화시킬 수 있을 것인가를 분석하였다. 특히 본고는 유통전문가의 입장에서 본, 기존 유통업체 부설 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 문제점 분석과 활성화 방안이다. 기존 유통업체에서 운영하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 영업 활성화를 저해하는 가장 중요한 요인은 이들 업체들이 '남들이 하니까 하는'식의 막연한 자세에서 찾을 수 있다. 자세히 분석해보면 먼저 단기적인 수익보다 장기성을 보는 혜안이 필요하고, 상품 품목수의 확대가 필요하다. 또한 가격경쟁력 회복, 택배시스템의 전문화, 목표 고객층과 상품의 괴리 해소, 보안문제 해결 및 소비자의 이용상 편리성 제고 등이 이루어져야 한다. 이 외에도 해외시장을 겨냥한 도메인명(domain name)의 부여와 영문사용, 소비자의 프라이버시 침해없는 정보수집 등이 제시된다.

서비스산업 육성을 통한 신규 일자리 창출방안의 모색에 정책적 관심이 크게 집중되면서 해양레저활성화와 더불어 친수문화 확산차원에서 마리나산업의 육성을 위한 다양한 대책들이 발표되었다. 국내 마리나시설들의 이용 및 관리여건은 초보적 수준에 머물러 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 마리나산업 육성을 위한 국가 정책과 연계하여 국내 마리나항만의 관리여건 검토와 해외사례 분석을 토대로 마리나항만의 이용활성화를 위한 관리제도 개선방안을 제안하였다.

유비쿼터스라는 새로운 패러다임의 등장과 IT 기술의 급격한 발전에 힘입어 도시에 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용하여 도시민의 삶의 질과 경쟁력을 향상시키는 도시, 즉 u-City가 다양한 차원에서 추진 중에 있다. 효율적인 u-City 구현을 위해서는 다양한 시도들이 한데 묶여 진정한 u-City로써의 시너지 효과를 내는 것이다. 이를 위해 현 시점에서의 상황을 직시하고 관련 정책 및 사업에 대한 계속적인 모니터링을 통해 국토, 도시, 교통, 환경, 행정, 문화 등 모든 것이 한데 어우러져 최고의 효과를 가져 올수 있는 진정한 u-City 개발이 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여러 부처에서 진행/계획 중인 u-City 관련 연구 및 사업의 여건분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 효과적인 u-City 발전 방안에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.
