An aircraft has been one of the most important transportation means and disputes due to damage caused by delay of the aircraft happen many times out of ones related to the air transport. In 2011, the Air Transport Act in Commercial Law was established to regulate national air transport and the legislative system of air carrier's liability to handle delay of passengers or baggage was legislated here. Although there are some clauses related to the legislative system of air carrier's liability, they are very important because they deal with disputes due to damage caused by delay of the aircraft. The Air Transport Act in Commercial Law has a good point of adopting the global standard of 1999 Montreal Convention, but it has also a bad point of having the problems of 1999 Montreal Convention. There are some contents to be modified in the Air Transport Act in Commercial Law. First, the definition of 'Delay of Aircraft' needs to be enacted because it is important to materialize air carrier's liability due to damage caused by delay. Second, it is necessary to modify the clause in which air carrier's liability due to damage caused by delay of passengers is divided into two things, one is in case of national air transport and the other is in case of international air transport, and the limited amount of air carrier's liability in national air transport is eight times less than the latter because they are not so helpful to air carriers but too disadvantageous to aircraft passengers. Third, it is also necessary to amend the clause in which the limited amount of air carrier's liability due to damage caused by loss damage or delay of baggage has been legislated same without classifying the case into loss damage and delay, because they are generally different from each other in terms of extent of damage, therefore the limited amount of air carrier's liability by delay of baggage should be classified into in case of loss damage and in case of delay. It is desired that the Air Transport Act in Commercial Law including the clauses related to air carrier's liability by aircraft damage be developed continually by sufficient study and discussion about the necessity of amending it such as the one mentioned above.

The indicators of an advanced society include the overall level of life quality and satisfaction among all the members. The overall life quality has close relationships with accessibility to urban space for the social weak. Access to facilities of interest and right of mobility in urban space are very important issues to the weak class in terms of transportation including the visually handicapped. In particular, great significance is endowed upon transfer facilities, which play mediating roles between facilities like passenger facilities, and the convenience facilities inside for the disabled, which are usually the only means for the disabled to access each facility. As they are provided to the visually handicapped as well, it's very important to analyze the concerned spatial distribution and offer the results. The previous studies on the subject, however, merely covered the perceptions of the users and the related statistical analysis. This study set out to analyze non-barrier space to promote the utilization of convenience facilities at passenger facilities by the visually handicapped and to secure their right of mobility by using a GIS for spatial analysis based on spatial data. The results show that it's urgent to supplement the existing space for the handicapped and that it's necessary to expand convenience facilities for the disabled such as paths with Braille points on them to promote their use of diverse convenience facilities inside.

This study analyzed empirically the effects of the perception of outbound passengers, who flew from Korea to overseas tourist destinations, on the cabin service quality, tourist experience, and tourist satisfaction. For empirical analysis, a survey was given to Korean passengers using a national carrier of South Korea. Based on empirical analysis, the researchers judged that the analysis results and implications could be applied to inbound foreign passengers who visited Korea for the tourism purposes if researchers generated significant results from empirical analysis. This paper designed a research model that represented the meaningful relationship among, airline cabin-service quality, tourist experience, and tourist satisfaction following preceding research. According to the analysis, that factors that consisted of the cabin service quality had a significant effect on the tourist satisfaction with a mediating effect of both the cognitive and emotional tourist experience. Therefore, the perception on airline's cabin service quality of the national carrier would be a starting point that can help improve the tourist satisfaction.

The port of Mokpo operates the largest number of coastal passenger ships and routes in Korea. These coastal passenger ships pass through narrow channels in the south-west coast of Korea owing to the geographical effect. It is difficult to find a research for the safety of the marine traffic environment in the narrow channel used by coastal passenger ship. Therefore, in this study, the navigation safety of the target coastal passenger ship was analyzed in the narrow channel near the port of Mokpo using the Korea design standard for port and harbour facilities. As a result of the analysis, the width of the narrow channel between Maek-island and Dali-island is narrower than 1.5 times of the target ship's length over all, the degree of curvature of the narrow channel exceeds the standard value of 30°, and several fishing gears exist near the narrow channel. Finally, the following were suggested to improve the safety of navigation on the narrow channel: keeping one-way traffic during the day-time, and navigating through the designated fairway during night·visibility restriction·low tide.

On the analysis of safety and security management in the coastal passengerships, the counterplan is proposed in order to copy with new situation including various threats of safety and security. In addition, throughout the questionnaire to the related employees, we develop the program to enhance maritime security awareness and to supplement its vulnerability.

동북아시아지역에서 인천국제공항이 최고의 허브공항으로서 역할을 위해서는 무엇보다도 환승율에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. 인천국제공항은 2005년도에 3,054,485만명의 환승여객을 처리하여 환승율은 11.9% 를 기록하였는데 이는 동북아시아의 경쟁허브공항의 환승율인 30-40%와 비교해보면 공항경쟁력이 상당히 뒤쳐진다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 약점을 보완하기 위하여 여러 가지 관련 인자들을 검토하는 것이 중요하다고 판단되어지는데 그중에서 인천국제공항의 비행편최소연결시간(MCT)을 개선하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해서는 항공기 스케줄, 항공사 배치, 게이트 배정방법, 수하물처리, 여객 동선 등이 함께 검토되어야 할 것이다. 그러나 이러한 인자들에 대한 세부적인 분석이 단기간에 걸쳐 해결되는 문제가 아니기 때문에 본 연구에서는 외국 허브공항의 MCT 수준, 관리방법, 국외사례 등을 고찰해 보고 동북아시아에서 허브공항을 향한 인천국제공항의 환승율 제고차원에서 정책적 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

2012년 상용화가 목표인 국내 위그선 개발은 화물운송과 여객운송에 큰 변화를 가져올 것으로 판단된다. 특히 부산은 일본과의 여객에서 수요가 클 것으로 판단되며 이에 2012년 이후 상용화에 위그선 터미널 등 관계시설을 계획할 필요가 있지만 현재까지 북항재개발계획에 포함시키자는 단순 논의만 있을뿐 뚜렷한 계획이 없는 실정이다. 위그선의 경우 속도가 빨라서 현실적으로 북항지역에 터미널을 생성시 어려움이 있을것으로 판단되며 이에 현재 영도 동삼동 크루즈터미널이 북항재개발 지역에 신규 크루즈터미널이 만들어진 후 여유가 있을것으로 판단되어 이를 활용화할 필요가 있다. 이률 위해 영도 태종대와 롯데월드를 잇는 관광벨트와 부산역과 연계된 열차화물수송을 적극 활용할 수 있게 영도 경전철을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

국내 공항에서 보유하고 있는 제한된 주기장에 대한 이용률과 주기되어 있는 항공기의 탑승에 소요되는 시간 및 도보거리는 공항의 운영 및 승객의 편리성 평가에 주요한 척도가 되고 있으며, 공항의 주요 운영 목표는 합리적인 항공기 주기장 배정을 통한 주기장 이용률의 최대화 및 터미널 이용 승객의 편리성 증대라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대상 공항의 시설배치, 터미널 구조, 공항의 이용 승객 등을 고려하여 사용 가능한 주기장의 이용률의 최대화하고 터미널에서의 여객 이동거리를 최소화하는 주기장 배정 알고리즘의 개발과 그 결과를 국내 공항에 적용시키는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 기존의 GAP 정식화 모델을 최적화 소프트웨어인 LINGO를 활용하여 다중 시간 주기를 갖는 복잡한 문제를 단일 시간주기를 갖는 문제로 변환하기 위한 접근 방법을 제시함으로써 기존의 OR 접근 방법이 가지는 최적해 산출을 위한 긴 소요시간의 문제를 해결하고 실제 공항에 적용하여 실시간 의사결정을 위한 배정 결과를 제공하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 현재 발견적 기법에만 의존하여 수행되는 주기장 배정결과를 최적화 알고리즘을 통하여 산출함으로써 공항의 주요한 운영 목표인 항공사 및 여객의 시간 비용을 최소화할 수 있다. 또한 기상 악천후로 인한 항공기의 이착륙 지연이 발생할 경우 복잡한 문제를 배정 알고리즘에 의해 신속히 해결함으로써 공항 운영의 효율성뿐만 아니라 공항 안전에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

자가용의 급증으로 대중교통 분담률 감소, 소득수준 향상으로 고급교통수단 선호, 비즈니스 교통수요 감소, 레저목적 통행량 증가, 여객은 점진적인 증가, 화물은 감소세 둔화, 고속철도 개통 및 전철화 등 선로망 확충으로 철도수송분담률 제고, 자가용 증가로 인해 수송량이 매년 감소추세(최근 연평균 감소률 ㅿ3.5％), 경제성장 등 소득상승과 무관하게 수요는 크게 증가하지 않을 것으로 예상(중략)
