흡음 계수는 흡음재의 흡음 특성을 제시해 주는 기본적 물리량이다. 본 연구에서는 일반적으로 흡음재로 사용되는 흡음재의 흡음 특성을 알기 위해 두께 18mm, 직경 105mm인 10종의 흡음재를 택하 여 흡음재의 흡음 계수를 구하였다. 이를 위해 impedance tube를 제작하여 관내에 흡음재를 넣은 후 관 내에 만들어진 정상파의 최대 음압과 최소음압의 비, 정상파비를 이용하여 흡음 계수를 구했다. 그 결과 흡음재의 흡음 특성은 진동수, 흡음재으 lwowlf, 두께 및 다공성에 크게 의존해 스폰지, 유리 섬유 등의 흡음 효과가 좋게 나타났으며 특히 같은 두께의 동일 흡음재일지라도 흡음재 뒷면의 공기층을 적절리 조절함으로써 특정 진동수 근처에서의 흡음 효과를 증대시킬 수 있었다.

저소음, 저진동이 장점인 맥동관형 냉동기 및 이를 이용한 크라이오 펌프를 국산화하는 연구개발사업이 상당히 진전되어 첫 번째 시제품을 완성했다. 3개월 여에 걸쳐 냉동기 냉동능력, 진동 및 펌프 냉각시간을 포함해서 질소, 수소 또는 알고에 대한 펌프 배기속도, 배기용량, 최대유량, 교차값, 알곤회복시간 등 규격, 비규격을 통틀어 모든 평가항목을 망라하는 펌프 배기 성능시험을 완료했다. 성능평가결과에 나타난 시제품의 장단점을 분석하여 보완 및 개선점을 찾고 이를 완제품 제작에 반영하려고 한다. 내경 14인치인 크라이오 펌프 시제품의 질소 배기속도는 목표치를 30% 정도 상화하여 4,600 L/s가 나왔고 배기용량은 약 45만 $mbar{\cdot}L$에 달했으며 교차값은 2,200 $mbar{\cdot}L$로 측정되었다. $5{\times}10^{-8}$ mbar 기준 알곤 회복시간은 2분 정도로 5분 이내라는 기준을 만족했다. 한편 20 K까지 펌프 냉각시간이 135분이므로 15분 이상 단축이 필요한데 이는 열차폐 특히 배플의 열적설계를 개선함으로써해결하려고 한다. 그리고 수소에 대한 배기성능 개선을 위해 활성탄 어레이의 제작공정을 표준화할 필요가 있다.

국제적인 큰 행사가 아니라도 우리도 이제는 서서히 도계품으로 유통이 되어 가고 있다. 아직 도계에 관한 역사가 짧고 기술 축적이 되어있지 않아 시간과 금전과 시설에서 많은 낭비가 이루어지고 있는 것이 사실이다. 충분한 조사와 면밀한 계획없이 너무 덤비기 때문에 불필요한 시행착오를 수없이 반복하였다. 우리는 지금까지 품질향상과 시설을 같은 의미로 착각하고 있었기 때문에 시설기준에만 관심을 가졌지 그 시설을 어떻게 이용하고 실제 중요한 작업과정에 대하여는 관심이 소홀하였었다. 냉동실 몇평 이상 작업실 몇평 이상 등 최저 규모를 정해서 획일적으로 규모의 대형화를 유도하여도 계장의 경영을 어렵게 할 필요는 없는 것이다. 이 글은 도계장에서 품질향상을 위해서 요구되는 부문을 외국의 예에서 발췌 소개하여 도계품의 품질과 수율향상에 이바지함으로써 슈퍼마? 및 도계품 판매업소에서 자신감과 긍지를 가지고 판매를 할 수 있도록 하고자 함이다. 양계협회가 지난해 미국 농무성의 도계검사관을 초빙해 국내도계장을 돌아본 보고서에서 지적했듯이 이제는 품질과 수율을 높이기 위한 세부적인 기준이 설정되어야 하며, 이 기준에 따라 작업이 시행될 수 있도록 효율적으로 기준이 고안되어야 할 것이다. 이 글이 앞으로 도계장에서의 작업기준 제정에 도움을 주고, 소비자에게 환영받는 닭고기를 생산하는데 도움이 되기를 바란다.

(주)동방아그로는 농업용 악제 제조 및 가공 판매 등의 사업을 영위할 목적으로 1971년에 설립된 회사다. 설립 이후 물과 6년 만인 1977년 6월, 한국거래소에 상장될 만큼 급속한 성장을 이룬 동방아그로는 안전과 환경 문제에 있어서도 철두철미한 모습을 보여 각종 대회에서 수상실적을 올렸다. 2012년 동방아그로 부여공장은 Farm Chemical International 잡지와 듀폰사가 후원하는 환경존중상(Environmental Respect Award)을 수상했다. 환경존중상은 환경보호에 탁월한 능력을 보인 기업이나 사업부 등에 수여되는 상으로 약 70여 년의 역사를 가진 전통 있는 상이다. 여기에 올해는 대한민국안전대상에서 소방방재청장상을 수상했고, 또 안전보건공단이 주최하는 명예산업안전감독관 수범사례 발표대회에서 장려상을 받기도 했다. 이 같은 수상실적을 달성할 수 있었던 데는 안전경영을 펼치고 있는 정환명 공장장의 지원이 컸다. 부여공장 정환명 공장장을 찾아 안전경영에 대한 그의 철학을 들어봤다.

현대우주항공(주)가 미국의 AlliedSignal사와 함께 국제 공동 개발중인 10MW급의 ASE120 엔진은 항공용 엔진을 산업용으로 개조한 개조형 엔진으로서 희박 예혼합 예기화(Lean Premix prevaporization) 방식의 연소기를 쓰고 있다. 이 연소기는 연소에 관여하는 공기량을 부하에 따라 가감하여 일정 공연비를 유지하는 air staging법을 사용하고 있으며 이로써 연소화염온도를 일정치로 조절하여 연소중 생성되는 유해가스의 양을 목표치 이하로 제어한다. 연소화염온도 설계치는 2912$^{\circ}$F이며 배기가스 발생량은 NOx, CO모두 궁극적으로 10ppmv 이하를 목표로 하고 있다. 이러한 건식 저 배기가스(Dry Low Emission) 연소기가 그 역할을 다하기 위하여는 양호한 혼합기를 확보하는 것이 선결 문제이다. 본 연구소에서는 두 개의 혼합기(mixing can)가 180$^{\circ}$ 간격으로 환형 연소기(annular type)에 접선 방향으로 설치되어 대칭을 이루고 있고 혼합기의 혼합성능을 측정하기 위하여 제작된 시험장치에는 하나의 혼합기만을 쓰고 있다.

We have been experiencing an lengthened life expectancy due to rapid industrialization, economic and medical development. In particular, the elderly population was only 5.1% of the total population in 1900s when the senior centers were established, but 30 years later, the elderly population aged 65 or older reached 6.54 million in 2015 and became 14% in 2017. There is a very meaningful correlation between service quality of the senior welfare center and the life satisfaction of the elderly, where the elderly spend their leisure time on a daily basis. Accordingly, this study tried to identify the desirable conditions that the elderly think and the difference from the desired status and the actual status to identify what information and services should be provided by senior welfare centers. Gwanak Senior Welfare Center has provided senior welfare service for local seniors for 30 years since its establishment and contributed to silver welfare policy establishment based on the accumulated experiences. In the coming era of GDP 30,000 dollars, National Pension era and average life span 100 years, the new creative silver welfare programs should be introduced such as qualitative programs rather than quantitative, programs for caring minorities, complimentary or actual expense programs, creative programs rather than passive ones, and diversity of the subjects. This study would like to present the future direction for the next 30 years.

Recently, as the income level of consumers increases, interest in tourism products has increased, competition among tourist destinations has been fierce. Storytelling ads are drawing attracting attention as one of the ways to establish differentiated positioning for tourism products. This study investigates the role of the involvement of tourism activity in the storytelling ads effects, and examines the effects of the attitude toward storytelling ads on tourist destination commitments, visit intention and SNS WOM (word-of-mouth) intention. This study also empirically tests the role of mental simulation in the relationship between storytelling ads attitudes and visit intention. A total of 255 usable responses were obtained from a sample of 270 consumers aged 18 or older in South Korea. Following the two-stage approach of model validation, measurement validity of each construct appearing in the structural model and hypothesized structural paths were tested. The findings show that all hypotheses are supported except H3 that posits the impact of attitude toward the storytelling ads on visit intention and mental simulation showed a moderate effect on the relationship between ads attitude and visit intention in the case of rational appeal. This study suggests that the production of storytelling ads of tourist destinations can be effective strategy to improve regional competitiveness and increase visit and SNS WOM intention.

Adoration for nature constitutes one of the primary subjects that literature has tackled since the origin of human history. Nature expressed through a poet's subjective imagination is the internalized and reorganized nature. This study examines the view on nature enacted in Ch'o-Jung's three-verse poems (sijo) in light of the traditional views on nature implicated in the ancient three-verse poems (koshijo), which is in line with the long-established Oriental view on nature. To dignitaris(sadaebu) in the Chosun Dynasty, nature appeared as the idealistic subject for moral culture ($shims{\breve{o}}ngsuyang$), which also becomes the literary space where the purity and justice of the world view of Neo-Confucianism(Sungrihak) is contained in the form of the three-verse poem, the lyrical poetic space where the "I" is united with nature by way of "enjoying of wind and moon"($umpungnongw{\breve{o}}i$) and "living in quiet retiremen"($yuyuchaj{\breve{o}}k$), and the object for the poetical perception of the surrounding world. Ch'o-Jung' s three-verse odes are found in Reed pipe ($Ch'oj{\breve{o}}k$), Sixty Five Pieces of Three-Verse Odes (Samhaengshi-$yukshipopy{\breve{o}}n$), Autumn Fragrance ($Hyangginam{\check{u}}n-ga{\check{u}}l$), and The Words of Zelko va Tree ($N{\check{u}}tinamu{\check{u}}i-mal$). This study analyzes 212 pieces of Ch'o-Jung' s three-verse poems chosen from theses books. In Ch'o-Jung's poems, the traditional view on nature expressed in the ancient three-verse poems is rendered in such a way that metaphysical understanding of nature is indirectly transmitted through the objective correlatives found nature. Nature is no longer the object of straightforward utterance, but transformed, displaced, and removed: that way, nature gets objectified to form a complicated and multi-layered structure. In conclusion, the view on nature manifested in Ch'o-Jung's three-verse poems is based on traditional metaphysics. Second, nature is the object of lyrical nostalgia and adoration. Third, nature is imbued with the fundamental affection for parents. Fourth, nature is associated with organic life. Fifth, the nature in Ch'o-Jung's poems reveals the beauty of stillness endorsed in Lao-tse's and Chung-tze's philosophy. And last, nature is the agent for self-realization and meditation.

We have developed a serious game for the elderly named 'Paldokangsan3' as a next version of 'Paldokangsan2' which was a walking game with memorization in shopping streets using controllers of hand buttons and foot boards with PC developed in 2012. The interface of had buttons and food boards were changed into the interface of motion capture with the aid of Kinect. The expected effects are improvement of memorization, improvement of concentration ability to find out items in the vision, improvement of vitality through physical walking actions, as well as improvement of mental health through entertainment activities of game play. We have tested 25 volunteers of more than 65 years old in Cheonan city community center for the elderly for 2 weeks. We got the result that the game play was showing positive effectiveness on memorization, physical exercise and self-esteem in mental health area of the elderly.

Public libraries have been well adapted for the changes in lifestyle and socio-cultural environments brought by the rapid advancement of information technology, the development of mass communities, and the increase in leisure activities. Government and local communities demand public libraries to take in charge of providing lifelong education for the Public. Many Public libraries have worked as a center for life-long education, while carrying out various functions and services in close relation with the life of community members. Public libraries are in a very poor condition, lacking the facilities, professional workforce, budgets, and so on, which are sufficient to strengthen their role as a center for life-long education. In this study, the roles of public libraries in developing life-long education are examined as follows : First, the concepts and directions of life-long education are discussed : second, the roles of public libraries in facilitating life-long education are examined and third, the categories of life-long education programs of public libraries are suggested.
