지난 10월 14일 서울 삼성동 코엑스홀에서 공공 및 민간부문 에너지관리자, 산업체, 건물 에너지 절약업무 관계자, ESCO업체 관계자 등 100여 명이 참석한 가운데 우수 ESCO 기업으로 선정된 (주)에너지솔루션즈와 한국하니웰(주)에 대한 시상, 두 기업의 우수사례발표, ESCO 사업 활성화 방안을 발표하는 시간을 가졌다. (주)에너지솔루션즈는 국민연금 강남사옥과 서울대학교, 웅진에너지(주)의 냉난방설비 및 수축열시스템 사례를, 한국하니웰(주)은 산업체의 공정개선 및 건물에너지절약 투자사례를 발표하였다. 참석자들은 기업의 실제 우수사례 공유를 통해 유용한 정보를 획득할 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간이었다고 평가했다. 에너지관리공단 관계자는 "오늘날 에너지효율향상은 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 핵심이자 기업의 경쟁력과도 직결되고 있다"며, "기업의 에너지절약과 경제에 도움을 주는 ESCO 사업을 널리 알려 투자를 촉진하고 에너지절감효과가 큰 설비 보급을 확대하는 좋은 계기가 될 것"이라고 말했다. 이번 행사에서 우수사례로 선정된 (주)에너지솔루션즈와 한국하니웰(주)의 ESCO투자사례를 살펴보자.

Since 1960's, international construction market have explosively increase and have reached up to 600 Bil. US$ through active participation of construction firms and steady support of government. Nevertheless, owners, clients and financial institutions required reasonable criteria to effectively assess the overseas business capabilities of construction firms. However, the existing methods for construction firms rarely considers the perspective of overseas business capabilities. To overcome these problems, this study proposes an evaluation system for overseas business capabilities of construction firms. First, the needs for new evaluation system is derived through FGI, and the direction of new evaluation system is presented by reviewing the limitations of existing methods. Also, the capabilities that are required for the performances for overseas businesses were analyzed through expert interviews. Finally, 31 primary evaluation indices consisting of 3 criteria - appropriateness of index, possibility of quantification, possibility of data gathering - are derived under 9 categories and 3 perspectives through surveys and consultation meeting. The preliminary investigation of 24 Korean construction firms are conducted for comparing the existing evaluation systems and to verify its applicability. The proposed method could provide a rational criterion to evaluate the construction firms, improve internal capacity of firms, and ultimately supports the success of the construction industry.

Although there has been growing interests in outsourcing the logistics sectors in the industry, not much research was undertaken to provide the processes and standards in choosing the right 3PL for the company. In this research, we attempt to provide the 3PL selection criteria and its priority orders. We surveyed and interviewed the various industry experts and analyzed results using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The study reveals that manufactures and logistics companies have different understanding of the selection criteria and priorities in outsourcing the 3PL.

Recently, management of Newspaper developmet of the internet news, broadcasting and free newspapers escalated competition between newspaper companies and other media companies as well as competition among newapaper companies. This paper analyzes the efficiency of Korean Newapaper using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR-O, BCC-O efficiency, SE and RTS of 30 Newspaper. We also suggest the Newpaper which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information. The result shows that ten Nespaper whose values of CCR-O efficiency are 1, and Fourteen Nespaper whose values of BCC efficiency are 1. RTS indicates IRS of 1 firms, DRS of 16 firms and CRS of 13 firms. To variables on the effectiveness of newspaper publishing companies for the understanding and performance analysis.

In Korea, recently, efforts have been made to introduce BIM(Building Information Modeling) to housing complex projects. However, there have been several problems including excessive competition for building design and outcome-oriented evaluation due to a lack of clear evaluation criteria and poorly organized management process. Under this circumstance, the study surveyed opinions of project managers and conducted a pilot test to improve evaluation criteria of BIM-based design for housing complexes. The objective is to assess the level of BIM technology and its applicability, and to propose a list of reasonable evaluation criteria for better project management. First, the study examined the current condition of evaluation on the BIM-based housing complexes, and identified 15 preliminary items that might be suitable for application of BIM. Second, the study conducted a pilot test for the 15 items to determine their suitability for the level of BIM technology, clarity of the calculation process, and the extent of fulfilling information quality, and short-listed eight items for application of BIM. In particular, in the design concept stage, mostly 3D visual images and area-related items are suitable for BIM-based evaluation. Accordingly, formerly used items such as project cost, energy and environmental analysis, building structure, and facilities were deemed more relevant to the subsequent stages of basic design and its implementation.

본 연구에서는 건설업종에 특화된 신용평가 모형을 개발하여 건설업종에 대한 부도 예측력를 제고하고자 하였다. 건설업은 여타 업종과는 다른 재무적 특성을 지니고 있다. 특히, 재무적 안정성이 취약하고 자산의 대부분이 매출채권, 재고자산으로 구성되어 유동성이 극히 낮은 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 건설업종의 특성을 충분히 감안한 신용평가 모형을 개발하고자 한것이다. 신용평가 모형 중 그 현실적 유용성이 높아 많이 이용되어 오던 신용평점 모형을 개발하였다. 총 2,475개 건설업체를 대상으로 모형구조 및 각종 계량지표 및 비계량지표에 대한 분석을 주로 평균차이 검증과 로짓분석에 의거 선정하였다. 그 결과 새로운 신용평점 모형은 매출액 경상이익률, 총 현금흐름 대 차입금 비율 등 9개의 재무지표와 5분류의 비재무지표로 구성되었다. 이 모형을 기존의 신용평점모형과 비교한 결과 신규모형의 변별력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 제시한 신용평점모형과 그 개발 방법이 향후 금융기관들의 부실을 줄이고 결과적으로 수익성을 개선하는데 일조하리라 기대된다.

In rapidly changing circumstances of IT market, IT outsourcing has increasingly become an important strategic tool to achieve sustainable competitive advantages and to expand IT flexibility. Despite of the fact that many firms have tried to adopt IT outsourcing, comprehensive cases studies on IT outsourcing process have so far rarely been reported. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze a case for the specific evaluation methodology and process of IT outsourcing in one distribution company A. Proposed stages are first, to analyze inside and outside environment of the company second, to evaluate organization/human resource/job and last, to select IT outsourcing tasks and to reassign human resource. Therefore, some guidelines for the process and the methodology for IT outsourcing in this study suggest some practical implications to the company preparing IT outsourcing.

To learn about the discharge facility management of industrial complexes and the discharge characteristics of water pollutants in drainage, 11 sites were selected, including 16 discharge companies of Hanam Industrial Complex and High-Tech Scientific Industrial Complex and 4 drainages of the industrial complexes. Through the analysis, it was found that 12(75 %) of the 16 discharge companies had specific hazardous substances other than those registered at the time of installation and registration of the wastewater discharge facilities. In terms of other pollutants, 11 of the 16 companies(about 69 %) were found to have pollution items that differed from those included in approved and reported items lists. In addition, Formaldehyde, Mn, Zn, and Ba were discharged from 11 out of the 16 companies. Significantly, one of the specific hazardous water pollutants, Cu, was detected in all discharge facilities at levels from 0.029 to 0.929 mg/L. Even in major complexes drainages and the main stream of the Yeongsangang. As, Dichloromethane, and Chloroform were detected. However, it cannot be conclusively claimed that it is probable that these substances were actually discharged from the above facilities because research was only done in a limited range(Class 1 to Class 3), and therefore, further research is required. In the future, it will be necessary to expand the research scope of the discharge companies in order to establish a database of water pollutants, and to improve permits and reported items based on discharged substances.

본 논문에서는 KT 서비스 단말을 위한 문자 입력 방식 표준화 전략에 대해 기술한다. KT 표준 문자 입력 방식은 문자 입력을 필요로 하는 KT 서비스 단말기에 탑재되어, 고객의 서비스 이용 편의성 증대와 사업 효율성 증대를 위한 통일된 문자 입력 인터페이스로 사용된다. 대표적인 30 개의 문자 입력 방식에 대해, 문자 입력 방식의 우수성, KT 사업 추진 기여도, 지적재산권 확보 여부 등의 3 가지 평가 기준을 적용하여, KT 사업에 가장 적합한 문자 입력 방식을 KT 표준 문자 입력 방식으로 선정한다. 선정된 표준 문자 입력 방식은 KT 서비스 단말의 특성 및 단말 제조업체와의 관계 등을 고려하여, KT 주도형 단말에 대해 우선 적용할 계획이다.

The purpose of this study is to design a proper evaluation method for analysing the safety management efficiency of coastal ship companies, and to verify these evaluation standards by applying them to a representative company. For this purpose, 5 evaluation items and 14 specific sub-evaluation elements have been determined after collecting practical opinions from a group of expert, which consisted of safety managers in passenger ship companies, public servants as a ship inspector, passenger ship operations managers, etc. Next, the safety management levels of 44 coastal passenger ship companies were evaluated using these standards. Finally, the validity of the proposed evaluation method was verified through comparison analysis between the evaluation results and the ratio of major marine accidents. It was determined that companies with low evaluation levels were saw more major marine accidents than other coastal passenger ship companies, spurring greater interest in safety management. In conclusion, evaluation standards allow coastal passenger ship companies to voluntarily assess their safety management level were established. The result can also be applied to analyse the operation efficiency of coastal passenger ship companies.
