In construction industry, it is very important to secure the eminent subcontractors of construction companies in order to increase the competitive power, these subcontractors ate selected through the total evaluation. Also, the results of evaluation is used management data the subcontractors. Therefore, if we know the evaluation rules of subcontractors previously, it can be used to manage the subcontractors effectively. Thus, using fuzzy ID3 which is obtain the if-then fuzzy rule from the given data, we acquire the rules for evaluation of subcontractors and show its usefulness.

본 논문에서는 경찰청에서 제공하는 2019년 민간경비업체와 민간경비원의 현황을 통해서 민간경비의 다양한 해석과 사각으로 이론적 기반을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 민간경비업체와 경비원 수는 총 5356개와 16만 3177명으로 나타났다. 현황으로 살펴본 민간경비업의 특징은 크게 4가지가 나타났다. 첫 번째 민간경비업체 수와 경비원의 수가 수도권으로 집중되었다. 기계경비원을 제외하고 53%~89%가 수도권(서울·경기·인천)에 집중되었다. 두 번째, 시설경비에 대한 집중이다. 시설경비가 민간경비업체와 경비원 수에 차지하는 비율은 각각 83%와 86%를 차지함으로써 경비업법에 의한 구분이 아닌 경비원은 곧 시설경비원을 뜻하는 것처럼 느껴지게 되었다. 세 번째, 비정상적인 신변보호 업체 수와 경비원 수이다. 2019년 기준으로 신변보호 업체의 수보다 신변보호원이 없는 상황이 발생하고 있고, 이는 허가만 유지, 시설경비업무와 경계모호, 신고 누락, 자체경비 전환으로 인한 것으로 보인다. 네 번째, 특수경비업의 특수성이다. 국가중요시설에서 일하는 특수경비원은 국가의 정책에 따라서 한국공항공사의 한공보안파트너스, 인천공항공사의 인천공항경비를 자회사로 하고 정규직 전환을 진행 중에 있기 때문에 특수경비업체 수와 경비원 수의 변화는 불가피한 것으로 보인다.

Logistic system and methods of the transportation have been changed rapidly by the variety of the logistics environment. It is necessary to analyze the efficiency of Korean trucking companies for enhancing the competitive power and operating. This paper will describe the analysis of the efficiency of the trucking companies with DEA models. By the CCR and the BCC models, which are in parts of DEA model, the efficiency and RTS(Return To Scale) of forty two selected trucking companies were studied. It was also analyzed how the study the input-output variables were effected. And then, some of the forty two trucking companies were shown as the benchmark. As the result of analysis on the two models, seven companies won the score '1' on CCR model and seventeen companies on BCC model. Moreover, this study showed that reducing the total asset out of input variables, and raising the sales profit out of the output variables played a main role to increase the efficiency of the trucking companies highly.

This study focuses on a relative efficiency of 109 operating food companies out of 22 regions in Jeollanam-do. The relative efficiency has been analyzed by 5 input factors(capital, number of employees, annual labor costs, raw material purchase, and site area) and 2 output factors(annual exports and annual production of the companies in Jeollanam-do). This study suggests efficient companies which inefficient companies can benchmark to improve their system in short-mid-long term in phases. The main result of empirical analysis are as follows: Firstly, according to the Traditioanl DEA analysis, 7 companies out of 109 DMU indicate the optimal production scale in score 1 of CCR efficiency value, BCC efficiency value, and scale efficiency value. Secondly, a result from the Tier 1 step of inefficient companies by Post-DEA suggests that it would be better to apply each Tier step to the proper stage of the worst 5 inefficient companies such as Tier 3 step(short-term benchmark)${\rightarrow}$Tier 2 step(mid-term benchmark)${\rightarrow}$Tier 1 step(long-term benchmark) in step. This study expects that the result of the study can reduce the trial and error in inefficient part, lead to improvement, and have a big help in food exporting industry in the end.

사진영상분야에서 세계 최대 규모를 자랑하는 '2008 포토키나'가 지난 9월 23일부터 28일까지 독일 쾰른 국제전시장에서 화려하게 펼쳐졌다. 그 어느 해보다 디지털 영상기기쪽과 관련하여 '이슈'가 많았던 올해 전시회에는 전 세계 49개국에서 1,523개 업체가 참가하고 전시기간동안 16만 여명의 관람객이 다녀갔다. 올해 전시회에는 국내에서 삼성전자. 삼성테크원을 비롯하여 관련 중소전문업체들이 대거 참가하면서 더욱 관심이 집중되었다. 중소기업들의 해외판로 개척을 지원하고자 한국광학기기협회에서는 올해도 22개 국내 업체들과 공동관으로 참가하여 알찬 결실을 맺고 돌아왔다. 본 고에서는 디지털영상기기를 중심으로 한 올해 주요 전시경향을 집어보고 국내 참가업체들의 성과를 소개하고자 한다.

(사)한국파렛트컨테이너협회가 주관하고 산업자원부와 기술표준원이 후원하는 '2005 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상'시상식이 지난 달 9일 대한상공회의소에서 개최됐다. 이번 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상에는파렛트분야에 삼영물류 등 4개 업체, 컨테이너분야에 이건산업(주) 등 5개 업체, 공로상에 한국파렛트풀(주) 서병륜 대표이사가 선정됐다. 2004년부터 시작된 '한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상'은 국내 물류산업의 혁신을 위하여 표준파렛트와 컨테이너를 생산 또는 사용하고 있는 우수업체 및 개인을 발굴, 시상하여 물류효율화와 일관수송시스템의 보급∙확산에 기여하고 있다. 본고에서는 수상업체들의 활약상을 살펴본다.

현재 자동차 산업은 기계공업의 꽃이라 불리며 그중에 엔진은 자동차의 심장이라 할 수 있다. 본 강연에서는 이 중요한 엔진이 제대로 작동하기 위해 Tribology에 근거한 설계 및 개발이 어떤 부분에 얼마 만큼 필요한가에 대해 간단히 기술해 보았다. 여기에 기술한 내용은 지면 관계상 개괄적인 낸용에 그칠수 밖에 없었지만, 간단히 말해서 '엔진은 Tribology의 덩어리'라고 표현할 수 있을 것이다. 현대 자동차에서는 그 중요성을 인식하여 이 부문의 연구에 최선을 다하고자 노력하고 있다. 그러나 Tribology 라는 학문이 망라하는 분야가 깊고 넓을 뿐만 아니라 여러 학문과 연관되어 있어 자동차 생산 업체의 노력 만으로는 한계가 있다. 그러므로, 이제는 Tribology 학문과 이에 근거한 기술의 발전을 위해 자동차 생산 업체는 물론 학계, 정유 업체 및 각 부품 업체의 긴밀한 협조와 공동 연구가 절실히 요구되는 시점이라 생각한다.

국내 주요 제지업체들이 경영여건 개선 기대감 속에 하반기 실적 호전을 기대하고 있다. 주 원료인 펄프 가격이 하반기들어 안정세로 돌아설 것으로 예상되는 가운데, 일부 업체들의 설비구조 조정이 가시화되면서 고질적인 공급과잉 문제도 상당 부분 해소될 전망이다. 여기에 최근 미국 정부의 반덤핑 판정도 국내 업체들에게 유리하게 작용할 것으로 기대돼 고무적이다. 이에 한솔제지, 무림페이퍼, 한국제지 등 주요 인쇄용지업체들은 각각 하반기 실적 개선 극대화를 위한 전략 마련에 나서는 등 적극적인 시장 공략 채비를 서두르고 있다. 본 고에서는 한국제지공업연합회의 기초자료를 토대로 지난 해부터 현재까지 제지업계 지종별 수금 실적과 현황에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

국내 온라인게임 업체들의 해외로 향한 발걸음이 멈출 줄을 모르고 있다. 이미 10개 이상의 국내 업체들이 현지기업과의 합작 또는 자회사를 설립해 세계 각 지역에서 온라인게임을 서비스하고 있고, 신규 업체들도 속속 해외시장 개척에 나서고 있다. 이들은 국내 시장에서 치열한 경쟁을 통해 서비스에 대한 충분한 노하우와 기술력을 갖추었기에 해외시장에서도 빠르게 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 하지만 해외시장에서 서비스에 들어갔다 하더라도 이들의 앞길이 장밋빛으로만 펼쳐져 있는 것은 아니다. 특히 최근 있었던 애토즈소프트와 중국의 게임 서비스업체인 상해성대인터넷발전유한공사(이하 성대)간의 계약파기 사태는 국내 온라인게임 업체들에게 의미있는 메시지를 던지고 있다.

선진국에서 보편화되고 있는 급식위탁경영이 최근 국내급식산업 분야에서는 단체급식 시설의 급식업무를 전문적으로 위탁받아 경영하는 위탁급식 전문업체가 등장하여 학교급식, 병원급식, 사업체급식 부문에서 활발히 시장을 확대하며, 업체의 수도 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 단기간 내의 성장과는 달리 국내 단체급식 및 위탁급식 관련 제도는 지극히 미비하며, 단체급식의 각 부문은 각각 다른 법령에 기초하고 있고 위탁급식업체와 관련된 법적 기준은 전무한 실정이다. (중략)
