This study investigated up-styling techniques as related to wedding dress image. To find up-styles that fit well with a wedding dress, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting hairdressers in the beauty industry, and new styles were created and suggested based on the survey results. For this, hair was slicked back without parting and combed upward. Then, using braiding techniques needed to produce a top point, styles were created to create attractive images. For up-styles that go with an elegant wedding dress, hair was parted in a ratio of 3 : 7. In addition, a roll technique was applied based on natural points by keeping the ears half-covered to create elegance. For up-styles that are perfect for a classic wedding dress, hair was parted in a ratio of 2 : 8, keeping the ears half-covered. Based on the back point, a twisting technique was applied to create classic images. It is anticipated that the study results would provide basic data needed for creating and understanding up-styles that go with various wedding dress images and make a contribution to their development.

Even though Up style field generally rise economic development and GNP, many demand got to cultural development and direct ratio. According to chignon's position, fusion style reproduced korea modem through various data and categorize style. 2. Modem korea fusion style reproduced theme up style(wedding, evening, causal, han-bok, fusion show). 3. The thesis compared and analyzed modem korea fusion up style and japanese fusion up style. (1) According to chignon's position and balance, up style compared and analyzed it. (2) Theme up style(wedding, evening, causal, han-bok, fusion show) compared and analyzed categorize. End of hair classified variation according to position and balance external image affected to it which bale on design component as a result, classified up-style reconstruct.

This study aims to revive modernized upstyle technique by analyzing the formative characteristics of hairstyle in Rococo ages. As a methodology, book-form literatures, periodicals, theses, and photographic materials including portraits related to Rococo ages, which had been studied from the time when Louis XIV died, to the advent of French Revolution in 1789, reaching a period of seventy-four years, were reviewed. Those materials for hairstyle revealed in modern fashion included related literatures and theses and photographs involving designers' works in fashion magazines, photographs of hairstylists' works, and movies with background of Rococo ages. Based on such materials, the formative characteristics of hairstyle in Rococo ages were studied for modernized upstyle. First, the formative characteristics of hairstyle in Rococo ages were divided and analyzed in Fontnage style, in Pompadour style Marie Antoinette style. Second, this study researched those examples wherein the characteristics of Rococo's hairstyle were expressed in modernized style, and manufactured modern upstyle works based on the research. Rococo ages featured various fashion trends and created sensitive and magnificent style with romantic theme in art field. Also, since the hairstyle in Rococo ages featured various styles that were magniloquent and magnificent, it is revived in today's hair shows and fashion shows in the same way or altered way. It is expected that this study will help understand the formative characteristics of hairstyle in Rococo ages and shed light on study on modern hairstyle in more various perspectives.

Hair style takes a large part in emphasizing to the appearance and the effect of image transformation with fashion to the modern people whose competition is appearance in 21 century. According to the development of mass media and the exchange of the life style. Image creation which correspond to T.P.O is needed and style-up is also required in modern costume, as the coordination for special day is routinized. In this study, the expression of a fine and organic line shown as a motive in Art Nouveau style's works is applied to style-up design and a new view sight to the style-up design through the art history is suggested with developing style-up design to satisfy the upgraded customer's requirements. The feminine beauty is appeared as a various image by applying style-up design from Art Nouveau style through this study. and the infinite possibility to the design development can be found with activated motive of Art Nouveau. These Art Nouveau trend will be a foundation to the inspiration of high artistic design and will be helpful to the aesthetic satisfaction of the elegance modern people. Therefore, I hope this study will be a fundamental data for creative development of hair design through the art history which may be forgetting.

The purpose of this study is to find out a more effective and functional way to apply management innovation, by analyzing the relationship between the innovation and leadership of a public enterprise CEO. To fulfill the purpose, a structured survey was executed with twenty one public enterprises those who have had management innovation before January, 2010. The proof of the research shows the leadership of public enterprises gives a big impact on each work group, operation structure innovation, and also individual innovation. Accordance with these conclusions, in order to create effective management innovation, the leadership of CEO should be very revolutionary rather than being conservative.

스마트 거울은 다양한 IT기술을 활용하여 다양한 정보를 제공해 주는 거울이다. 그러나 기존의 스마트 거울은 단순한 정보만을 제공하거나 기존 정보 시스템에 답습에 그치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 스마트 거울의 기능과 함께 사용자 맞춤형 스타일링 가이드 모드를 최적화한 Iot 기반 스마트 거울 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템의 스타일링 가이드모드는 헤어 스타일링 방법 추천과 메이크 업 방법 추천, 퍼스널 컬러를 이용한 화장품 색상 추천 등의 다양한 기능을 제공하여 거울의 본질을 극대화 할 수 있도록 한다. 제안 시스템은 스마트 거울이 갖추어야 할 날씨 정보, 대중교통 도착정보, 길찾기, 일정 관리, 사진 촬영 등의 일반적인 기능을 제공한다. 이를 바탕으로 사용자에게 새로운 스타일링의 접근성과 활용성을 높이고, 다양한 미디어 정보를 통한 정보 활용과 외출 시간을 단축하는 새로운 스마트 거울 시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 라이프스타일을 포함한 라이프로그기반의 다차원적인 정보를 OpenAPI를 사용하여 사용자 입력이나, 센싱, 웹 등을 통해서 추출된 데이터들의 가용성을 높이고자 기존의 OpenAPI를 이용한 MashUP에 대해 조사 및 분석하여 통합 데이터 취합 매시업을 설계 하였다.

This study classified the hairstyle types of flight attendants in flight on A airline, the largest low-cost carrier in Asia. The cabin crew does not maintain a constant commute time, but the hairstyle will change with the diversification of commute time according to flight schedules. Therefore, in the case of a female cabin attendant, if there is a lot of time before going to work, a hairstyle such as a up hair style may be maintained. However, when you have less time to trim your hair, keep your daily hairstyle, such as one-length cuts and gradation cut, or keep your hair ponytail-like. The cabin crew maintains a variety of hairstyles, but the color of the hair prefers natural brown or slightly lighter dyeing, and the lighter hair due to excessive bleach is not preferred.

This paper investigated the role of CEO leadership in the relationship between Korean small firm's competitive strategy and performance. This study conducted an empirical analysis by collecting data through a questionnaire survey targeting small firms in Korea. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the competitive strategies of small firms all had a positive effect on the performance, and it was found that a strategic consistency rather than the type of strategy was positive for firm performance. Second, it was found that the type of leadership of the CEO should also be changed according to the type of strategy. Specifically, it was found that transformational leadership was more appropriate for differentiation strategies, and transactional leadership was more appropriate for cost advantage strategies. This study clarified that the pursuit of a strategic consistency is more important than the type of strategy in the competitive strategy, and that the CEO needs to pursue an appropriate leadership style according to the competitive strategy.
