  • Many researchers have been explored job satisfaction in various context. Nevertheless, there are no empirical researches on the advertising designers's job satisfaction in Korea. This research is an exploratory examination regarding Korean advertising designers's organizational behaviour. In general, job satisfaction is determined by two major factors; personal and organizational factor. This research shows that korean advertising designers's job satisfaction is mainly determined by the organizational factor such as payment and promotion. Promotion was particularly significant amongst them and recognition also proved to be influential. Synthetically, the determining factors of advertising designers's job satisfaction consists of several predictors such as payment, promotion, and human relationships. This result may gives an assumption that the agencies have not provided designers with specialized evaluation system reflecting designers' job characteristics. Thesis concludes that agencies need to set a new evaluation and payment systems in order to elevate designers' job satisfaction in organization.

Violence committed by the private security is the biggest problem among them. This study discuss the necessity of eradicating violence committed by the private security, present some violence cases, and find solutions to the problem resulting from the cases. If violence committed by the private security is not eradicated, advancement in the private security service industry can not be expected. This study suggests the three possible solutions: reinforcing regulations restricting violence committed by the private security; strenthening the responsibility of the private security company (employer) for supervision and management on the private security guard (employee); establishing the philosophical identity of security service.

However, we are having difficulty to find out the identity of MIS in business studies since MIS is derived from Micro Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science and so on. And there is no clear boundary in order to classify with other business area in consisting curriculums. Furthermore, IT staffs in the field are facing difficulties to utilize what they have learned MIS curriculums provided from business studies. In this research, we would like to present implications for development of market oriented MIS curriculums, which can be the actual needs of IT fields, through analysis of System Integration project for recent three years, analysis of IT capability based on the survey of IT consultants and analysis of application S/W technology trend in global vendor referred to "MIS Curriculum: The Current State of the Art and a Proposed Future Model (Lee et al, 2007)". As enterprise application software technology develop, the system integration can be achieved through special system solutions such as ERP, CRM, SCM, BI, etc. We also have acknowledged that solution consultants who have the ability of packaged S/W application are in demand since S/W vendors have become larger and more practical through M&A. Therefore, we have come to a conclusion regarding new direction of curriculum for increasing human power in IT industry which we demonstrated in detail through this research.

In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 315 employees in manufacturing enterprises of Kangwon-do province. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between empowerment(meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy, impact) and innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation), 2) the moderating effect of PO(psychological ownership for organization) on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior, 3) the moderating effect of PJ(psychological ownership for job) on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, empowerment(meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy, impact) appeared to be positively related with innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation). Third, meaning of work was more positively related with innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation) in higher PJ group than in lower PJ group. Fourth, impact was more positively related with idea implementation in higher PJ group than in lower PJ group.
