This study tried to analyzed the relationship outcome and commitment in order to suggest to a outcome for commitment decision-making of e-trade. 6 hypothesis were constructed for analysis based on previous literature review. The subject of this study is to analyse on electronic trade practice outcome on the international trade practice commitment. This paper investigates the outcome determinants of e-trade commitment. There are 250 sended samples and 188 returns, 168 of them are analyzed on commitment for a electronic trade outcome. The first, multiple regression result shows that the international trade practice outcome are positively affected by the "Overseas market research commitment", "e-L/C Practice commitment", "Clearance Practice commitment", "e-B/L or global logistic commitment", "Payment or e-Nego commitment". However, The "Commerce practice commitment" factors does not affect in the electronic trade practice outcome.

The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness of the e-journal process in libraries and information organizations by identifying the relative priority of each criterion in the e-journal consortium. To identify criteria in the process, this study employed a content analysis of previous studies on e-journal and consortium. A total of 73 criteria were found, and these were classified into three categories and 21 sub-categories. Then, the relative weight of each criterion was calculated using an AHP technique. This technique is one of useful tools for collecting experts' opinions. The AHP findings indicated that the cost of the e-journal was the most important criterion in the e-journal consortium. This is followed in priority by users' needs, usage statistics, and others. Using these findings, librarians and information professionals might be able to identify priorities in the e-journal work process, and to improve the effectiveness of the process.

This study investigated and analyzed overseas construction supervision systems to propose improvements for domestic supervision practices. The findings indicate a need for strengthening the role and responsibility of the ordering organization, sharing the workload and reducing the burden on supervisors, establishing a supervision work evaluation system. By implementing these recommendations, it is anticipated that the quality and effectiveness of construction supervision can be significantly enhanced.

관리소 정원은 항로표지관리소 직원복무 등에 관한 규정상 4명으로 하도록 되어있으나 현재 근무현황은 3명이다. 유인등대의 근무인원이 3명인 것에 대하여 하는 업무에 비하여 적은 인원인지 적당한지에 대하여 항로표지관리소 직원복무 등에 관한 규정 제5조 관리소 직원의 임무에 근거한 업무량을 분석 하고 각 유인등대별 필요인원을 산출하였다.

제주도내 보건진료원의 업무분석 및 보건진료소 이용에 관한 사항을 분석하기 위하여 제주도내에 근무하는 보건진료원 43명을 대상으로 하여 본 조사를 실시하였다. 자료수집 기간은 1986년 10월 20일부터 11월 20일까지이며, 43명 중 37명의 설문지가 회수되었으며, 보건진료원의 분포, 업무배경, 의료자원, 이용주민수 및 업무수행 등을 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다.

최근 정보통신기술의 급속한 발전은 Mobile 기반의 GIS 구현 및 활용을 가능하게 하였다. 현재 지자체 상하수도관리업무는 현장작업(외업)과 실내작업(내업)이 혼합되어 있으며, 시설물 관리 및 공사감독 업무의 경우 현장작업과 실내업무가 같은 연장선상에 있어 기존 업무흐름체계로는 업무를 이중으로 처리하여야 하는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점은 데이터의 오류 및 중복업무에 따른 업무가중을 초래하여 업무효율성 제고에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점의 해결방안을 찾고자 경기도 고양시를 연구 대상지역으로 하여, Mobile GIS를 기반으로 한 상하수도 관리업무의 효율적인 지원방안을 연구하였고, 그에 따른 효율성을 정량적으로 분석하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 주관적 안녕감에 대한 업무 효능감/의미감의 역할을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 긍정 정서, 부정 정서, 삶의 만족과 같은 주관적 안녕감의 구성요인들과 업무 효능감, 업무 의미감으로 구성된 이론모형을 제안하였다. 설문방법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 예상대로 긍정 정서는 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 부정 정서는 삶의 만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 업무 효능감과 업무 의미감은 긍정/부정 정서와 삶의 만족 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 업무 효능감 및 의미감이 직장인의 행복감에 의미 있는 영향을 미친다는 본 연구의 결과는 조직 관리자들이 효과적인 지휘 전략을 수립하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between job importance awareness and actual job achievement of archivists of private universities through importance-performance analysis (IPA), and to analyze the difference between certified and noncertified archivists about the above two factors. To achieve the purpose, the detailed job activities were drawn through a review of laws, regulations, and policies. The detailed list of job activities was confirmed by a few current archivists, Using the confirmed list of detailed job activities, a survey was conducted for archivists of private universities. The collected data in the survey were analyzed using the IPA method. According to the study results, the two groups of archivists have a clear understanding of their jobs; however, environmental factors influence the actual achievement of the jobs.
